✓ Beautiful app, worth every penny!I have been a TripCubby user for years, and ML+ is a beautiful upgrade. Easy to use, has nice and clear interface, and great organization for old data. I know there are plenty of other mileage apps out there, but this one is perfect for me, works like I think, and makes it easy to track every mile I drive. The data is easy to organize and export for reporting, as well. At $10, it is an absolute steal, and pays for itself many, many times over for anyone who does a lot of work-related driving..Version: 1.3

✓ Had problems importing data from trip cubby but was resolvedI had problems, along with others, with importing my data from trip cubby but contacted David from Constant and he was extremely helpful and talked me through what to do to resolve the problem. The look of the app is nice and clean, still getting used to it. I do like the export function- it provides an excel file and a PDF file. Thanks David!.Version: 1.0
✓ Working great now!I followed the directions to export my data from trip cubby and import it into mileage log. It gave me an error message stating that it only accepts data from trip cubby. After sending an email to the author he promptly got back to me and told me it was a problem with Gmail. I exported the data with my Hotmail account and it worked flawlessly..Version: 1.0

✓ Change in earlier review - I am a happy user nowI encountered a problem which evidently is common among Gmail users. I was unable to transfer my mileage from Trip Cubby. I also complained about a lack of support page. Howver, if you go to Settings, click on Support, and then “Import from Trip Cubby”, then “Problems with Import”, and finally scroll to the bottom of that page and click on “Submit a request”. You can report that you are unable to import from Trip Cubby. I did so and received a response within 5 hours requesting that I send file to them with an email address. I did so and received a response about 1 hour later and was able to import the information without a problem. WooHoo - knock you socks off support! The program is a step up from Trip Cubby with new interface (better) and some additional choices. — Below is my original 1 star review ------- I proceeded through all of the steps described on their site. When I try to import the data, Mileage Log does not recognize the export data as coming from Trip Cubby. Hopefully, the developers will get this problem fixed. Also, there is no place to input problems except in a review. This doesn’t bode well!.Version: 1.0
✓ Easy peasy mileage log for taxesI use Mileage Log+ to keep track of my miles for tax purposes. It's pretty easy. The exported reports are nice and easy to understand. I can also export the data into a spreadsheet and look at it a little more deeply that way..Version: 1.8.3
✓ Working great againI have been using this app for about a year and a half and I really like it. I travel the same routes with frequency and like how I can save common trips. After the last update I had some trouble with it for a few weeks. The support staff was really helpful in getting it back to proper function. ✓ New version a bit confusing at first but actually a much better product!While I have initially experienced some confusion about how to use this new version if Trip Cubby … and I emailed my question to the developer and he responded in person and walked me through the steps to do what I needed to do … I am realizing that not only is this new app very pretty, it's also way more intelligent than the earlier version, even if the means to achieve this power are not immediately obvious in this simple UI. David, the developer, was more than happy to help me understand the changes that I hadn't figured out how to navigate yet, and i'm sure that as he moves along with this new version and responds to queries, that any confusion will be clarified. ✓ Worth every penny and then someThis app, thanks to its ease of use, and ability to calculate miles driven when given addresses, has paid for itself many times over. If you log just 20 miles for reimbursement then you've made your money back! (It's more complicated if you're self-employed, but you should be keeping track and this is the best way to do it hands down.).Version: 1.3
✓ Excellent with 1 ExceptionI’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and love. About 2 years ago I started having a issue with the mileage rate not staying set to what I input. The old rate was .58 and the 2021 rate is .56. Every time I input the odometer reading it defaults to the .58 rate which forces me to fix it to .56. I’ve gone into settings multiple times and I change the business rate to .56 but it will revert to .58. I’ve reached out to Support many times and have received no fix. I’ve tried all the tech fixes I know and looking for another app to replace it in 2022..Version: 2.1.1

✓ What a great findI found this app due to the AppSanta promotion, and decided it to give it try. I've purchased a few similar apps that have never quite worked as easily or intuitively as I would like. This one does both, it's auto calculation between two points works great and uses the exact route I would take. One thing not mentioned in the App Store listing is that, it uses your local currency as set in your phones settings, so if like me you are in UK, it works with pounds. Fabulous..Version: 1.1

The first update to the app returned features that some users dinged the developer for in their reviews. Version 1.2 makes it even easier to create entries. For those of you who can't figure out how to get the round trip button to show, just tap on Calculate Distance and it will appear. (There's no hope for users who think that an iPhone-only app should display as well on an iPad.) The developer is responsive to support requests (don't think that you're going to get support on the App Store)—go into Settings, then Support, and read the FAQ or scroll to the bottom to submit a new request..Version: 1.2

✓ Great UI, needs customized reportingOut of all of the mileage apps I have tried, Mileage Log tops the charts. The user interface is the simple, yet not lacking in features. The only feature missing is GPS mileage tracking. You can however input addresses and it will auto calculate the distance. GPS tracking is not a make or break point for me. Here is why I only gave four stars. The export/reporting feature offers zero in-app customization. I send my mileage report to my secretary monthly via email. When you press export, you have no ability to name the file, choose which items will be exported (though you can change the items in view and only those items are exported), and the files that are sent cannot be formatted. The app sends a PDF file and a CSV file. The name of the files are always "export". The PDF file includes only 3 to 4 entries per page. The result for the average month is a 10 page print out for my secretary. If she uses the CSV file instead, everything has to be formatted before she can print it. The PDF format looks great, it just takes up too much paper. I am hoping for a future update to give some more reporting options here. Otherwise this is a great app. One further feature might be helpful. I live in Florida where there are many toll bridges. It would be helpful if each entry had a toll option that would include the toll in the total mileage cost for that entry..Version: 1.2
✓ Tried several mileage apps. This is the best.I've tried several different mileage and odometer apps. This app really has the flexibility to make things as simple or as complex as you need them. For instance: I've got my trip to the post office saved as a frequent trip, so with a couple of taps, I can enter that trip. Also, it uses driving direction functionality to automatically look up driving distances for a trip if you didn't keep up with it on your car's trip odometer. Great export features as well... Allows you to email yourself a spreadsheet of your total miles. Highly recommended!.Version: 1.6

✓ Needs a little workI have only had this app for about a week now and I am getting used to its easy to manage format. However, the maps need a lot of work. When I add my place of business in as a starting point, the map places my starting point about a mile away from actual address. I have double checked my address with google maps and the location appears correct, but this app just can't seem to get it right. Also, if you take a different route you can't change routes. I know that most people out there that will use this app will be reimbursed for their mileage, but I don't. So, I try to use the shortest route possible even if it takes more time. So a route option would be nice. Otherwise, I think this is a good app. It just needs some tweeking, and 4 months since the last update is way too long..Version: 1.3

✓ Faster data entry, clear summary pages, and automatic syncingI never used all the fields for TripCubby, so the simplified data entry is much appreciated. The missing features others are talking about aren't missed here, it makes data entry much faster. The new summary page is extremely useful, you no longer have to export all your data and manually edit to find out how many miles you've driven in a given year. The new automatic Dropbox syncing is nice too, no more having to remember to sync on whatever devices you use before exporting and crunching numbers. Exporting data from TripCubby went perfectly smoothly for me. Overall, I think it's a really nice modernized version of TripCubby, very happy with the direction they've gone..Version: 1.0
