✓ Still looking...Back in the old Palm Pilot days, there was a sudoku version that updated the "notes" when you completed a field. So if you had the little 2 selected and then completed a nearby box with a 2 that rendered that note not an option in the other field it removed it automatically..Version: 2.2
✓ For the second time:Fix the problems or you're chasing out your customers!It happened to me at least twice: the game is complete, but the counter is still working, and I can’t get out of game. I can show you pictures or video about this anomaly! You promised - long time ago - to fix the same problem. As you can see, nothing is changed. I’m very disappointed. ✓ With some small tweaks, could be the best out thereI have played many Sudoku games, and found the ideal game some time ago. Unfortunately the developer stopped supporting it. This game has one essential for me, TWO number pads for choosing what goes in the cell (one for penciling, and one to mark a finalized number). This way you never have to guess which mode you’re in and fill the grid in faster. BUT, the game still needs some basic work: 1. The game doesn’t recognize that you have finished a grid (or doesn’t always). Perhaps this is because I have many of the hint features turned off, and it is some sort of bug, but at the least you want the game to acknowledge completion. 2. It is either “Sounds On”or “Sounds Off”, no discrimination between effects and music. I hate background music in my games, but I like the feedback of sound effects. 3. Finally, it would be nice for game to highlight row and column you have selected, when you choose a specific cell. With these mods, this game could become THE five start Sudoku!.Version: 2.2
✓ Very entertaining and plenty of levelsI think this has the right balance of everything, including right balance of ads in free version. The daily puzzles is something I look forward to each other for a quick break from my daily tasks. However, I did notice one bug where the game 'freezes' until it has refreshed the ad banner. ✓ Advertising is now annoying!I used to like playing this Sudoku game because I like the interface. The games themselves could be more difficult as the “impossible “ level is pretty easy to solve but I go for speed. The ads have become longer but more importantly they have added more ads with sound which will cause me to stop playing this game. First off, I am often listening to music via my phone as I play and the ads interrupt my music. Most annoying however is when I end the ad (by the annoying process of finding the little “X”) the sound doesn’t stop and I have sometimes had to restart the app. This is a bug for sure but it pushed me over the edge and made me realize how annoying the ads had become. Was fun while it lasted! Next..Version: 3.2

✓ The ads are relentless and unbearableSave your brain space and get a paper Sudoku book. It is much better for unwinding. With this app, if you leave the game for a second, you’re faced with multiple ads when you come back, they all have sneaky x’s and force link you to the App Store. It’s difficult to get out of the ads and back to the game, so I’ve had to shut down the app completely a few times. And guess what? If you win… you get to watch more ads 😂. ✓ Game doesn’t end correctlyAfter you enter the last number the timer keeps county and game continues. You have to go to menu, exit current game then go back into it. There will more the one number in red even that number is correct. If you re-enter the numbers in the same location then the game will end..Version: 3.2
✓ Was 5 star, now 1Really good and chilled, often play in bed as my wife snoozes.... only now the ads kick in really loud and totally kills the chilled out experience, it is like someone sneaking up behind you with an air-horn and blasting it in your ears!!! There are other ways to make money, force ads or encourage people to 'pay' for the app but this isn't the way to go for this type of quiet game.... it didn't encourage me to pay, it encouraged me to look for an alternative to this VERY annoying intrusion into what was once one of the best sudoku games!!! ✓ Canned solutions, grids not evaluatedI am playing on appleTV. twice now i have completed puzzles and been told there’s a mistake somewhere in the grid... except there isn’t, and i’ve got screenshots to prove it. it seems clear the app is written with a single answer for each puzzle rather than testing a solution based on the game criteria. it is very frustrating to spend time on a hard puzzle only to be told your correct solution has a problem..Version: 3.2

✓ Pretty great, except 1 thing!Pretty well made game. I like it: timer, tiny guessing numbers, multiple difficulties. However, there is this one glitch which is driving me crazy: you can be half way through a game, even nearly finished, and the app will start a brand new game, making you lose all your progress. This is especially irritating when you're 6 numbers off finishing a grid on the hardest level, when BOOM, gone. If this were fixed, my rating would go up markedly. Chur xx.Version: 1.4

✓ Poorly Designed with multiple endings!!I LOVE Sudoku and am quite good at it. The problem with this "developer" is that the puzzles can have more than one CORRECT finish. Unfortunately though, if you don't have the EXACT SAME ending as the programmer put in, you lose, period. Multiple possible endings on a Sudoku game is supposed to be impossible or close to impossible. Then the best part, the game won't show you the supposed correct answer. It'll tell you there is at least one wrong placement. You can continue (go back to your board and try to figure out their answer) or start a new game. There's is also the option of backing out and resetting the board and trying from scratch. I did that today, tried to find 'their' answer and resetting the board. 5 hours, no doubles, no mistakes, asking someone to check my work, multiple times...... No winning!! So, I thought it a fluke and played another board... And another, etc... No winning, no completion. Another hour and another, why you may ask? OCD, Perfect recall of every memory from about 5 on, I do however remember a memory from when I was 8 months old, sitting on my grandfathers shoulders at a gas station, and talking to or trying to get 'Knuckle Royd's' (Uncle Lloyd's) attention. My grandfather died when I was 8.5 months old. I am OCD, I suffer from anxiety and playing Sudoku relaxes me, but not today. If you like sudoku, and you want a chance in heck to complete it.... GET A DIFFERENT APP!!!.Version: 1.8
✓ Sadly this app has lost its way!This was my go-to Sudoku app for many years. Sadly, of late, the ads have gotten totally out of hand - to the point that pressing the dismiss button will almost ALWAYS switch you out to the App Store - I’m pretty sure it’s in breach of the App Store rules. Ultimately, it’s driven me to look for an alternative app, which is so sad. I’m not against ads at all, it’s been fine for years… but the team behind this app have clearly lost sight of the customer, preferring to scrape in maximum revenue instead of making happy gamers. ✓ Started out ok until I realizedI really like the layout and features but for some reason it doesn't save all the stats and seems to record them on a whim. My best scores are nowhere to be found. Also, when selecting the difficult or impossible levels, the scoring for difficult will be labeled normal and for impossible will be labeled difficult as if it's...impossible...to actually play the impossible level. ✓ Good but a complaintsIt's good but there is a few minor problems, that could be adjusted or added, in the next update, : 1 When I completed the impossible level, I felt that the game was over, and there was nothing left to do in the game. 2 In the beginners level, if you've completed it once and it asked if you would like a tutorial and you said no, the next time you play the beginners level they shouldn't ask. 3 I liked the game when I downloaded it, but it just got boring, for example they should add a 60 second challenge, where you have to get as much in as possible and you would get timed, or something like that. To sum up, if they included that you could challenge your friends and play together, whoever won would get a trophy. If you get all of the trophies in a set, you would win a certain amount of money, and then you could buy boosts to help you power up. That is some of the things I have in mind for the next update, I believe that the game would be worth 2 more stars, and would have more downloads..Version: 1.6.4
✓ Questions about in-app Purchase.I got the app for 4.99. But when i played it while my phone is online, an add popped-up. I thought paying for it would remove such ads? ✓ New grid too smallThis has been the only game I played on my phone for ages. I updated to the latest version last night and now realise I should have left it as it was. The new version has made the number buttons larger but reduced the size of the grid and numbers displayed inside the grid. It’s way too small. Yet there is oodles of space around the grid so I’ve no idea why the developers would’ve done this. ✓ Ads ruin itI really like most things about this app but there is one big flaw, which is that the ads show so often, and with some ads, when you click the x in the corner, it returns to the home screen, and you have to start a new game, and sometimes this will happen multiple times in a row which is really frustrating.
