✓ The app is horribleI was told the train was delayed and would arrive at 3:21pm but the train never came it even showed on the platform it supposed to arrive at 3:21pm but never showed up now I have to wait 30mins for the next train to Penn Station which makes me late for my appointment 😡.JoeSoWavyVersion: 5.6.6

✓ Need to adjust parameters for social distancingI love the idea of having data to see whether a train is crowded or not and to socially distance in our current covid world. Unfortunately the parameters are too loose and therefore the data is not helpful. I just took a train from Atlantic terminal to Hamptons that was marked as the lowest level of not busy (one person) and green in terms of crowd size (less than 35 percent capacity). That still meant there was one person in every row on my train. So we were not socially distanced from each other (everyone was less than 6 ft from the next person). The green should be reserved for trains where there’s few enough people to sit every other row and not directly next to anyone. Otherwise this data is useless. My train should have been marked yellow..HBHB8462Version: 5.3.0

✓ Easy to use, but let me make frequent pairsNice app that looks good and is easy to use. I think they should allow frequent station pairs so you can quickly see train times. I also wish they’d show you more than 4 train times at a time. If I want to see something further out i have to adjust the time bar instead of just looking further down the list like the OnTime app.ApplebottompieVersion: 5.4.0
