✓ One of the best action games on the App StoreThis game is very good. The graphics are good, the action is good, but what makes this game stand out is the fact that it is mfi compatible. Once the game recognizes the connected controller, the game automatically shows what button corresponds to what action. It also has good replay value; all in all a great game..Version: 1.2.4
✓ Brilliant game! Highly recommended!!!I had problems getting this game to work past the loading screen. You have to start it up through Game Center the first time round (if it doesn't show up in Game Center try deleting the game and reinstalling.) Check Google for details. Once the game is up and running it is brilliant!!! I'm rating the game 4* because of the loading screen bug and because there's no advice or update from the developers. ✓ Deep story. Fluid gameplayI must say, this game gives you the feels of the story. I like how the combat system works , item mods, story etc. the only downfall is the limitation of 2 characters though you can change the color its still the same. ✓ Great game but many crashesHi i just wanted to say this was an amazing game and alot of the times when i dont have wifi i play this and it is so fun. I got this for two dollars in a sale when its original cost was 10$. Anyways this was an amazing game and totally worth the money, but theres always many crashes and i get so mad because im so close to being done or im having a lot of fun. many times i can barely complete a level, and it glitches out very easily. But even though it crashes so much, i still have hope, because the last update was very recent, and ive read many reviews that said they fixed the glitch where you crashes when you opned the game. The boss enemies and minibosses are challenging and interesting to fight, but I want more types of enemies. This is really my only complaint about this game, as the graphics/music are great and the combat system (reminiscent of Devil May Cry and God of War) is polished, satisfying, and fairly deep, and skill in combat is more important than equipment/stats). I am at 108 badges and no matter what mission I do, my badge count won't increase for me to unlock new items. I've tried different missions and have even repeated missions. At the end it would say I have unlocked badges but when I go to the badge award menu, the badge count still remains at 108. ✓ Best Game EverThis may very well be the best video game I have ever played. It’s definitely the best game I’ve played on mobile. Graphics that can give Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim a run for its money. The combos are sick, the weapons are awesome, and the story is compelling. The currency for items are within reason and the badge rewards pretty cool. I read one review saying that the game was too short. I guess it can be if you play the entire game on easy mode. With badges like sniper, last standing, and nano doctor there are different ways of beating each level. Besides its a mobile game so what do you expect. ✓ This game I’ve had for yearsI’ve had this game for about 3.5 years. I transferred it to my new iPad last year. Before the update I couldn’t get past the 3rd stage no matter how many times I tried. ✓ Console quality!This game is what MFi controllers were made for! Works seamlessly with my Moga Rebel and when mirrored to my Apple TV, it's just like a playing it on a console. I also find it very refreshing to have a game that you pay for at the start and then don't have to mess around with IAPs to be able to progress. Just like on consoles you can't buy your progress, you have to earn it. I hope more developers start to use this traditional gaming concept more often as it's so much more enjoyable! ✓ GoodSoo I got this during a sale for the very low price of FREE(!) and it’s pretty good. Controls that are designed for touchscreens work phenomenally on my iPad. The graphics aren’t current-gen console quality, I’d say they look as good as a late-mid era PS3 game. That doesn’t mean they don’t look impressive on a mobile device. Hack n’ slash gameplay that is very satisfying with lots of different combos and ways to go about a situation. Many different upgrade options so you can customise your character to fit what works for you. ✓ WoW...This game has top replay value and I recommend using the 13$ to get it anyday, but it Has a lot of potential and could be improved. I recommend adding different types of melee weapons, for example; keeping the normal sword and adding two new melee types, HEAVY and LIGHT. Heavy, holding a Large war hammer like weapon with two hands, having the slowest but most powerful attack and Light, holding two small daggers having the fastest attack but having the weakest damage. These weapons can-if chosen-change your stats drastically. The delivery of the narrative is all over the place...they tell the story whilst you are getting pummelled isn't so great. The other nagging point is the RPG like upgrade system...there's no explanation of what each upgrade does what. The system is designed to that you pick which upgrade goes into which slot. To complicate things some upgrades can be used for multiple slots so it gets confusing at times. But these are minor nagging issues, don't let this discourage you from buying.
