Welp....So the update not only deleted all my cycles I was working on and had done but it won't let me click what I've finished and save it... Basically the app went from working just fine to not at all..Version: 1.1.2

All cycles goneEvery cycle I had created is gone, one of which I was halfway through. I created new ones to replace them because I remembered where I left off, but it won't let me check off any days as completed. What happened QA?.Version: 1.1.2

BasicThe app is ok but very basic. Would be better if a start date could be added so each session is dated. I'd also prefer if completed sessions deleted from the list so I don't have to scroll down..Version: 1.1.1

It’s okayApp is great. One thing I hate is that when I try to complete my workout it would completely shut off and it won’t keep the check mark by my complete set it will reset everything.Version: 1.1.6

Very basicNot much to say. Just a place to input your work as a record. I have seen way more facility in free apps than this one. Don’t bother paying for it..Version: 2.0.1

Worse than the mobile websiteAt least include all of the features from the mobile site in the app. No schedule other than day 1, day 2, etc. No percentage breakdown. For more information, the app tells you to go to the website. There is no reason to download this app..Version: 1.0.2

DisappointedNot too user friendly, the free online spreadsheet is better and tells you specific dates so you know the gap to take between sessions. Also this app has you lifting differently from the spreadsheet in the intense mesocycle.Version: 1.1.5

Could use improvementI like how it calculates the weight for you. Takes the time of me figuring it out myself. However, there are some issues with it. After week 3 of the base cycle it suggests to add and additional 20 lbs from week 3 and +30 for the following week. It does not calculate that for you in the app. Also, whenever you put your new max in after the mid cycle test day it changes all the previous numbers. There should be another section to put your new max in for the intense cycle so it doesn't change your base and intro numbers. It would be nice to edit the weight to put the extra +20/30 lbs after week 3 if everything goes well. Makes me feel like i wasted money on this app a bit. Edit: sorry you can edit the weight but still changing to the new max changes the previous lift numbers.Version: 1.1.1

Wrong CalculationsThe app does a good job calculating based off percentages of your inputted 1RM. However, it does not add the 20 and 30 pound increases during the intermediate phase of the program (weeks 4 and 5). It only goes up by the increment you set app (5-10lbs)..Version: 2.0.2

One trick ponyI wish it had boxes to check after each set like the StongLifts app..Version: 1.1.1

It was Great. What happened??App was great. It got my 1 rep max up by 70 Lbs in a month. But then it got “updated” and now the calculations are off and it leaves all the sets i have to do at the same weight! Really frustrating. Other friends with this app had the same issue.Version: 2.0.1

HandyGreat overall, but all the resources I viewed mentioned a 20 pound and then 30 pound increase during the base cycle, but the app only calculates a 5 pound incremental increase..Version: 2.0.2

Update erased my completed and current cyclesI had one completed cycles and two current cycles. After the update, they're all gone. Additionally, I made a new cycle and checked off the days I completed already, clicked done and it's showing under "completed" instead of current even though I only checked off the days on week 1..Version: 1.1.2

MehhThe app looks good, but that's about it. A generic app for Smolov does a better job than this one, and it isn't even that spectacular. Weeks 2 and 3 don't even list, nor take into account the additional weight to be added to each days % amount. Fix it. Overall, a pretty week attempt..Version: 1.0.2

Well..I like the app. But I don't like an update that deleted the 6 cycles that I have completed and the 13 week cycle that I was 1/2 way trough.. Geez guys!.Version: 1.1.2

Increment feature doesn't workGot this app to help with Smolov and wanted to round my weights to the nearest 5 lb increment, but it doesn't work. Also wish there was more functionality with each lift/set (like a place to take notes and the ability to change the weight if I have to modify). The only thing you can do is check off the set, saying that you did it. It would also be nice to know what the percentages are supposed to be and not just the weight based on your 1 rep max. Overall disappointed with this app. I didn't end up using it..Version: 1.0.2

Update messed it upWas a good app until this last update when they separated everything into the actual sets instead of sessions. Now I have to mark off a ton of boxes and also the app won't save any of the boxes I've checked off. Was better before the update..Version: 1.1.6
