✓ Its a good game...But it could be MUCH better if the game had some way to focus an enemy. The player could touch the enemy he would like to focus, then the character would never turn his back against the enemy, to run from its attacks. The player’s character would always move ‘looking’ to the focused enemy. Like in Zelda games. In my opinion, if something like this could be implemented in a future update, would make the game combat much more fun..NintVersion: 1.04

✓ Game is broken and terribleI am amazed a band that has featured in a AAA title like CoD could make such an awful game. Forget the lame story, the mechanics are just terrible and unrefined. Movement is clunky, combat is not fun and flawed. The soundtrack is average and I like their music but this is generic video game BGM. Worst of all the graphics are hideous. This would've looked bad in 2010, it's amazing that this band holds themselves to such a low standard when they've supposedly been making this for 2 years. ✓ Need mapsDecent concept for a game to pass the time. It's annoying to run in circles over and over due to no mapping system. Also to have to continually farm gold for potions of which you can only carry 5 at a time, so when you leave a level to visit the witch, the levels reset so you end up using the potions all over again before the level is complete..KurshuVersion: 1.04

✓ Don't be fooled by fake reviews and ratings.The reviews gushing over this game are not real. I have been a diehard fan of a7x since the beginning, and I am so confused as to how they couldn't hire better devs. The sound effects are cheesy (the respawn noise is so out of place), extremely basic combat with no skill trees or tactic, juvenile dialogue, overly expensive items, clunky controls... Just listening to the witch cackle at the beginning made me wonder why they hired someone who probably downloaded searched "witch cackle" in Google and downloaded a free soundbyte. The list goes on. Anyone who actually plays games like this should be appalled. After how much hype it's been given, I was thrilled and shelled out cash for a mobile game, which is extremely rare for me. ✓ Sorry m shadows but this game needs workI never buy any apps but I figured if m shadows made it then it must be great, but I was pretty let down. Every time you're attacked your guy freezes up, the little red gremlins are harder to fight than any of the bosses I've ran into so far, it's too easy to die and if you die five times you have to restart the level, clunky controls, just overall not that enjoyable. ✓ Don't quit your day jobs.. Which doesn't seem like a bad gig.I love A7X, I love Gaming, but this is the most frustrating p.o.s. I have ever played. This might even be a notch or two below "A Boy and His Blob" from NES on the frustration scale. Sorry boys, but please stick to music. It was a nice attempt.. better than I could've afforded to make. ✓ Ehhh..As much as I love Avenged Sevenfold, I hate to give anything related to them a below average rating. Many things can and should be fixed within the game. It's extremely hard. I'm only on the third level and it's nearly impossible, and to think it just gets tougher. Other than that, it is a fun concept and storyline. ✓ Not Sure How I FeelI just bought this game and I'm not really sure what to think. There needs to be some kind of update to compensate for the lack of health in the game. It's rather obnoxious. ✓ Fun game, but difficult controlsI'm a huge A7X fan and couldn't wait for this game to come out. I got it for my iPhone and I've got to say - I think it'll work better on the iPad because of the bigger screen. The music is great and the graphics are awesome for a game on a small console, but the control of the character is obnoxious at times - you'll try to move him but he'll just stand there and be killed by little imps. And that's another thing: the baddies kill you WAY to easily (and I think it's due to difficult controls).
