✓ No Apple Watch supportIt’s a great app, helps you remember and exercise in proper intervals. It use to work with Apple Watch series 1 but there was no updates for ages now and it doesn’t support newer Apple Watch’s. It’s a shame since it’s paid app and should be regularly updated and developed. If not that I would easy give it 5 stars.....PiotererekVersion: 1.5.4

✓ Great but some issues following updateIt used to be possible to continue listening to music or radio with the clicks being audible in the background. The app now pauses whatever was playing. Minor niggle but would nice to go back. The reminders no longer respect whether an exercise has been competed e.g if if do a morning session early I still get prompts. Which I’m sure didn’t used to be the case. Obviously I’m conscious that this is a free app and grateful for having it available!.RushmarkVersion: 4.0.0

✓ BuggyFor an app whose most important function is to provide timely reminders to do kegels, it fails utterly. I've gotten reminders at seemingly random times, even right after doing and saving a kegel session. Please fix..LZL310Version: 1.5.4

✓ PhilUsing grants, this app for men and a female version have been produced. The exercises are the same. However, the female version is better because they have put a bladder diary on the app. Do the developers and those NHS and politically correct funders not realise that men have bladders too? This male version costs the same price as the female version, but guys are being defrauded by being given what is in effect half an app. It appears that sexually equality is a one-way street. ✓ Reminders don't workUnfortunately the reminders don't work. You can set them but they don't provide any audible alarm reminder. Without this it's a waste of money. The 'medical' advice is limited to token information which is freely available on the Internet and better detailed. The only other thing the app offers is a timer which counts down for 30 seconds. You can do this on the iPhone timer for free. Don't be fooled by the NHS logo - there is nothing special about this app. Save your money!.DartngnVersion: 1.5.4

✓ Cool.. but why stop at max 10 reps?It would be nice to be able to build a custom plan that you can progress with.. 10 reps is good.. but I would also like to use this in a way where can develop.
