✓ Very impressedI am someone who is very critical of mobile games. I have played many and even designed them in the past. This is the most fun I have ever had playing a mobile game. I genuinely enjoy playing it during my off time and look forward to developing my little shop day to day. ✓ A Great Game!It’s a great game & I would consider giving 5 stars if you could earn exp through doing other tasks such as upgrading a storage ben or for crafting items. I’ve been lvl 20 for 2 weeks now solely because I haven’t had the time to sell items to NPCs. But my daily spin is at 223 & All my storage bens are at lvl 10 on my way to 11. ✓ Black Outs during RaidsI love this game, crazy love! But why does it seem that every few weeks when it’s time for raids the shop heroes platform isn’t working! Black Screen at The Inn and any other screen away from home if you can’t get it to load! Have to force close it. My phone is iPhone 7 and ample enough storage! Says it up to date but not seeing my men to be able to send them out on quest. Or see my products in my inventory let alone what I’m selling is not worth playing. ✓ Love itI’ve been playing this game on and off for what feels like a couple years now. I’ve seen reviews where people complain about having to spend money but to get the game’s special currency(gems), you don’t need to spend a dime like some games. In this one you can easily trade your craftable items with players around the world and with a little patience you can get any upgrade whether it’s a short term or permanent boost to gameplay. In conclusion, I don’t feel like the game pressures me to spend money but I will admit that I love the game so much that I’ve spent a little on it and since it’s not a super “competitive” game it’s really not necessary..Version: 1.1.34

✓ Amazing game but connection issueThis game creates a both relaxing but engaging experience. It gives you a sense of operation. I like the idea that you are a shopper and you are assisting the heroes, crafting and selling valuables, but at the same time, be able to send heroes on quests. It feels like how a fantasy game supposed to be. Issues: I have experienced several disconnections and at first I thought it was my internet's problem. But have tested it several times else where with great internet, the game still experience lag and disconnect over time. Says server is not keeping up and out of sync. ✓ Some improvements to make and bugs to fixI absolutely love this game but one thing is bothering me, that one things is the fact that it is really hard to get a key for the chests. I have about ten chests and I have only gotten one key throughout the time I have been playing excluding the tutorial. Please make it easier to get keys. ✓ Great game butThe game is great and it helps if you join a larger city so you can get going with heroes. However I don't know if any one else has this problem based on the reviews. Playing it constantly, it keeps causing my phone to over heat. I've searched high and far and even asked in world chat no one else seems to have an issue. The game itself is great however the power difference between the heroes is so massive it doesn't make sense. Though joining larger cities is great and they can help you as soon as you level it's much harder to keep your heroes in gear. I have played others and returned to them for stints, but then become bored again and only play them when they have events or new updates. This game however, has kept me interested where I have played nearly daily since I have downloaded it. It’s a simple idea but has deep mechanics. You don’t need to spend money to advance if you are patient. But if you, you can spend it on permanent upgrades that will enhance your game, rather than for short-term boosts..Version: 1.1.33

✓ Love but suggestions.I am loving this game and the structure that it has in every aspect. Just a few key things that I may suggest and can be implemented with a sub or something of the sort, with repairing items if we could have an option with coins instead of gems but that's minor in my eyes because of the ability to craft replacements and typing this out made me realize why it's like that so disregard. But the biggest thing I could see is that it would be great if there were other ways to obtain account XP instead of just selling items to the NPCs that come into the shop. Maybe from crafting in general or doing dungeons? ✓ Problem with downloadThis is an excellent example of a good Idle game.... i’m not consistently being slammed out by pay walls or ridiculous wait times straight out of the gate... if you wait for something genuinely feels as though you waited for something that was worth it rather than waiting for some stupid item that you’re never going to use.... it’s fun competitive enough to keep it enjoyable .... I play this game almost exclusively on Steam but wanted an alternate account so that I might be able to produce additional funds for my town.... however for whatever reason no matter how many times I install and uninstall this game I continue to have 4100 issues with connection to the server. I know for a fact that my Internet is not the problem with a download and upload speed exceptionally fast I wish I knew a way to fix this so that I may play on my phone as well as the PC if any Devs or moderators read this I would graciously appreciate any input that may or may not be able to help me fix the problem that I’m having with my download thank you if you’ve read this much it’s a great game.Version: 1.1.34

Plenty of time management and team based cooperative options plus a large menu of crafting items, adventures and shop configurations to enjoy. One of my trading slots was unavailable but I had another one. I wanted to use the other one but it kept on saying I was using the unavailable one. I tried it fix it by nothing happened. ✓ Good fun, but needs to be more honest.To clarify that title, I’m referring to item durability. When you equip a piece of gear, it will show you a percentage underneath, which refers to the likelyhood of the item breaking whilst on a mission. The percentage is usually under 10%, with most of my gear sitting between less than 1 percent and 5 percent. But these numbers, I feel, don’t represent the actual chance of an item break. I am forever replacing flawless gear, with less than a 1 percent break chance, sometimes in the same few hours. Mathematically, I should be able to run dozens or hundreds of missions without anything breaking. Yet, on average, for every three missions I send my guys on, at least one thing will break. It’s a pain, and my only gripe with an otherwise fun game. At least if the items said 50% chance to break, it would be honest..Version: 1.2.22

If you need gems, keep on leveling up and sell your items for gems if you need money then sell some of your gem bought items for money. It’s one of the rare true F2P game in the business, of course there is stuff that require real money to get, but you can wait till you are high lvl to purchase if you ever get the desire too, but again 100% optional! ✓ Great game - no purchase necessaryI’ve been playing this game for well over a year now. I have to take issue with the reviewer who complained that it was expensive. That’s just not the case. If it were, I’d have stopped playing by now. One of the reasons I continue to play is that the game is super engaging and can be played whether you’re willing to spend money on it or not. My husband is frugal to a fault. He won’t spend a penny on games. This is the only mobile game we both play. (And he’s ahead of me even though I started playing first.) The premium currency (gems) the other reviewer mentioned is available through a variety of means in the game (both through skill and chance). And spending gems is always optional. If you break equipment, yes, you can spend a ton of gems to fix the item, or you can craft a replacement yourself, or you can spend far fewer gems to purchase a replacement through the tradehouse. If you need more haggling power, you can spend a ton of gems on decor or you can spend gold to level up your counter. Gems are a shortcut that can help you advance more quickly, but they are by no means a requirement..Version: 1.1.34

✓ Great game BUT a glitch to the dailiesThe daily that compounds is great but one is NOT acceptable the sell —- of ——- I can sell them in trade but this item requires you to sell to an npc and they have to want it even using the hearts to force it to someone can be difficult as again they have to want it in their range of gear. So my descent request I will fail because I only have 1 npc who remotely wants it and I have to keep cycling thru and hopes he comes into the store.
