✓ Love this gameI absolutely love this game however I do have a few issues. I can never seem to finish events. I play almost every day but I can’t seem to banish enough creatures to finish levels. This is so frustrating. I also am unable to finish one of my sets because I don’t seem to get any bracelets I need 4 to complete and haven’t even received 1 in the last 5 weeks. Last issue is I just updated and now I can’t play at all. The game keeps saying I need to check my internet connection but it is fine and working on all other apps. ✓ Great fun with a niggleI love this game and have been playing a few years now, it is very addictive, and I like the added competitive element with the guild. What I don’t like is the guild event is only 4 days I would prefer Monday to Friday. I don’t like the stupid 2am finish and start time. Midnight would have made more sense! And finally I don’t like the slow replenishment of energy! Why cant there be certain things that will speed up energy, or use of power up such as food or drink would be good, but limit the use to once in 24 hours or something. Without them I would be completely baffled and I am not stupid. I am totally addicted but it is so time consuming - thankful I no longer work! I do have quite a problem though with not receiving any rubies through watching the ads they have when you log in. I used to get them but for the last 3 months I have had nothing. I contacted Mytona but did not get a lot of help as they said that people got them randomly. My daughter gets them sometimes 3 times every day. So not really random are they? Anyone else have this problem as I have seen people complaining on Facebook about the same thing. Would have got 5 stars if I could have the ads back. ✓ Fun!I have been playing since last November 2017. There were few hiccups at the beginning but all in all this is a really well done entertainment ... not too simple and not too complicated. Fabulous mental chewing gum. If you have OCD - this is your treatment . It is little bit impatient to start as the progress is slow - but when you get to earn more power points with increasing levels and get to exchange gifts with your “friends”, banish monsters, trade with the residents, use your talismen wisely...it starts all coming together and you just wish you had more time to play .... or better eyesight 🙄 ....but i love it and and i am happily addicted to it as it requires little money to spend and the progress is faster and faster. ✓ Great Fun GameThere is so much to do in this game I just can’t put it down it’s so interesting I’ve been playing it for a number of years now & don’t even look at my other games that i had. There are however a few annoying little things like ads popping up all the time but you just have to grin & bear it as that’s what happens to everything online these days. If you join a guild you feel as though you become good friends with your guild members within the chat & also league challenges with other guilds. ✓ One problem fixed and super happyMy review was less than favorable before but like I said love the game helps with my MS, the customer support people who I worked with took a bit to get what was happening but they worked with me a few days till it was fixed and were really nice about it. I only wish I could get new update version it’s not on my game. I love this game I’ve been playing it for about a year and a half it helps me with my ms memory and coordination skills. I have however noticed the ever increasing number of ads and pop-ups in the game to the point where I like to challenge myself how many trophies I can collect from daily before I’m interrupted by an ad. My current record is 5, and I can type and click pretty fast. Please either offer a “pay to turn off ads” option and/or stop using so many in game pop-ups for tournaments etc because it does draw away from the magnificence of the game itself. ✓ Enjoying it .......... until it changed 🤦🏼‍♀️A typical hide & seek game with added variety to keep you interested. Yes there are adverts, but you do have to accept these if you are playing a free game 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve got no problem with that and compared to other games which I had to bin, there really isn’t that many. However, a recent update took away the magnifying glass and replaced it with a flaming arrow. Not only do the arrows cost more to earn, they, unlike the mag glass, don’t show you where you’ve been such a numpty and missed the obvious 🙄 This has somewhat turned me off the game tbf. ✓ Extremely Addicting!I downloaded Seekers Notes about a year ago for something new to play while being cooped up at home during the height of the pandemic. I immediately became addicted. Over time, features have changed as the developers I’m sure are finding new and interesting ways to keep the game fresh and new for those who have been playing for a long time. I never spend any money on the game and I will say that the constant advertisements that pop up about the deals being offered that day are annoying. I will log on to collect my prizes for the day and I have to wait until all the ads are done popping up. Additionally, you used to have the option to watch and ad to gain double rewards, to avoid using access passes, etc, however, now after completing certain levels, those ads are playing without your consent and you do not gain any rewards from watching other than time taken away from your game. With that being said, the customer service team for the game is amazing! As with all apps, the game can be glitchy. When I reach out because something isn’t working, I get a response and a resolution within a very reasonable period of time. To me, that makes all the difference. I also suggested something with regards to the way a certain feature worked after new updates of the game come out and whether it was just me or others complained also, my feedback was taken into account and the issue resolved with this latest update! Once you take the time to explore the new guilds it’s boosted playing power and flexibility for those who don’t use Facebook as you can now ‘friend’ other players for exchanges, power etc and the whole experience is greatly improved. I love this game and I was concerned id need to rely on spending daily or weekly (which I cannot do but I do top up every month) but you don’t. ✓ Impossible & Greedy Algorithm Plus Too Many AdsThe art is beautiful and the story lines are fun. The puzzles can be frustrating at times but satisfying when you solve them. What I don’t like is the impossible, greedy algorithms used to prevent you from getting the tickets needed to play ONE puzzle needed to get an item for a story line no matter how many times you play the other puzzles. The creators seem to forget, in their greed to get people to buy packs, which btw costs more than reported in the Apple store, that players need to get pleasure and satisfaction when playing in order for the players to keep playing. If the pleasure and satisfaction are few and far between then players will loose interest and move on to other games. And there are thousands and millions of game apps to choose from. So creators, take the advice and improve the algorithm or I will keep my money, delete this app and look at the thousands of other games I can choose. There are also way too many ads. It's bad enough that pack offers are constantly popping up, but there are equally as many, if not more, ads for other things that pop up. You have to wait 30 seconds before you can return to the game which is a long time when all you want to do is play the game. But some of the messages one gets after winning a level are immediately covered by an onslaught of advertisements for in-app purchases. The messages appear for 1 or 2 seconds and then disappear, but the ads have to be closed. Is that by design? At least make it so that the messages have to be closed too, so we have time to see our achievements. The ads just keep coming and coming. It’s actually very frustrating and disruptive. ✓ Best Hidden Object GameI almost never write reviews, but I play this game enough (almost obsessively) that I’d like to finish the “review quest” lol. I’ve basically tried all the other free HOG’s - and deleted all of them the same day. I really like the “classic” game play of Seekers Notes (don’t have to build a house, or search room by room to put one item together, etc). The graphics are nice (not too dark or too light), it’s engaging and challenging, has other mini games, each scene adds more items as you level up (so replaying a scene isn’t boring), and I don’t have to spend money to be able to actually enjoy playing. I have spent money a few times, but only when a special offer for something I really need comes up and the prices are reasonable. It’s fairly easy to level up, which opens up more scenes and mini games - with plenty still on the map. Energy seems to run out quicker as you level up, but I end up getting a lot of prizes that give me extra energy, plus rubies, game tools, collection fixers, and many other useful items. The story line is also a really nice touch, it keeps the game from becoming monotonous. The ONLY thing I don’t like is that some of the mini games get pretty difficult. There is a huge variety of challenges and always something to go to while waiting for energy to revamp. ✓ Merge mansion and some othersI do not like game sounds so I always mute the game but the ads are really annoying with sound. Merge Mansion doesnt leave the sound icon visible except for a split second and if you dont catch it then you are fumbling to mute the ipad or iphone. If the game is muted why would I want to listen to the ad game sounds?!!! There are others with a king and they are even more annoying as you mute the first part and then it moves into the second part and you have to find the sound icon AGAIN in the SAME ad!! Please fix. It is especially annoying when you wear bluetooth hearing aids and they blare right in your ear!! I guess reviews from game players dont matter to you. Merge Mansion ad is terrible! The sound icon flashes so fast and is so difficult if not impossible to get back to mute if you miss it when the ad first comes on and then you do the first part of the ad and it switches to the next part and there is NOT any sound icon to mute. Those without hearing issues can mute sound on ipad but if I do that I hear nothing in my world. ✓ Great gameA wonderful game that evolves in difficulty as you progress. Though sometimes the hiding places, and recolouring of items to make them blend into the background better makes them very close to impossible to find. Many times I yell cheater at the game when I finally find something after many, many tries. If you love a challenge you’ll love that! Graphics are beautiful and the storyline is interesting, I do wish there was a little more variety in the Avatars though. I have tried many times to win a special avatar with a POC character but those challenges demand a lot of money to complete so now I just dabble in them and stay with the main storyline. My big gripe is the number of screens I have to tap through at the end of hunts or to get away from ‘special offers’, which honestly aren’t that great. It interrupts the games and is irritating when I need to redo a challenge. Is there a way of combining screens? Asking me 3-5 times if I’m sure I want to give up is not cute. Otherwise an awesome game and well worth the time and small payments I make. This is primarily a hidden object game but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that some stages contain other types of puzzles, such as match 3 & memory. In addition to that, each kind of puzzle comes in a variety of flavors! That is... uhm... the game offers a wide variety of variations on each kind of puzzle, changing the nature of the challenge - it's pretty creative and very cool, IMHO. The only thing I can think of to complain about is the price of rubies and the cost of items in the store. I think they should either give more rubies for your money (and increase the amount given in-game) or lower the price of the items in the store. The balance seems WAAAYYYY off to me. They should also consider allowing you to purchase items from the store with the coins the game keeps giving you (that are used for very few things). ✓ Challenging and entertainingFinding the hidden objects becomes more challenging the further you go. Plenty of variety in the games and challenges to keep you occupied for a while. I am finding it quite addictive. My only grumble is that a lot of the rooms cost a lot of energy to explore. I love the graphics and admire the efforts put in by the developers to make this such an attractive and entertaining game for those who enjoy missing object games. Now on to the criticisms. Too many ads for packages of seemingly useless objects (which turn out to be “reagents” required for trading items), but which are never the ones you really need to make progress. If you had endless supplies of cash to buy packs of rubies then I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem, but very little is supplied free and what you do get, is handed out in parsimonious amounts. Next is how in heaven you get help or advice from other players. This isn’t clear how you do this. I tried requesting advice from my “guild” but to date, have heard diddly squat in response. The scenes are stunning and even more impressive is that the devs update the game seasonally - Christmas, Halloween, Cherry Blossom are a few examples when the entire setting updates and it's gorgeous. It does walk you through how to play with in game characters that you begin to know well. So you feel like you’re in this rich world full of people. I’m at Detective level with the Haunted Lights puzzle and can’t solve it anymore, or even come close. Some locations with access requirements take a VERY long time to acquire enough access tokens because the tokens are not awarded very often. I also really like the guild element - chatting to other players kept me sane during the worst of the pandemic. ✓ Amazing for an ad free gameThis is probably the best “find the objects” game out there as of right now. So far after 2-3 months of playing I haven’t encountered a single ad. The only time there are ads is if you want too play one too get free games or skip having too gather resources to play a level, which is all completely optional. If there was a downside, it would be energy and the amount of offers it shows when you play. Ill start with energy; it’s not really an issue when you’ve just started because the levels cost less and you get a fair amount of energy restock items that help you fill an empty energy bar, but when it you play for a while and you start too level up more the levels start too increase in energy cost and become increasingly more difficult, too the point where failing a level takes a toll on your limited energy bar, and you don’t get as many energy restock items as you go on. Now onto my final “downside” which is the pop up offers. It’s not really anything too serious and is honestly not that bad, but when you get the same gem bundle offer every 1-2 levels completions/failures it can get a little annoying. But everything else about this game completely outweighs it’s “downsides” (which by the way don’t really affect gameplay all that much) so in my opinion this game is THE best find the object style game on the market right now. I always find time to play the game at least once a day but can be online several times a day. I do enjoy playing a lot which is why I have given some stars. ✓ Fun but pop ups are a nuisanceI really love the game play. It’s colorful, creative, engaging, challenging, and you get a lot of bonus items to help you. I don’t mind pop ups in games, in fact I regularly make in-app purchases in many games, but I never make in app purchases in this game because the sheer volume of pop ups I get is beyond obnoxious. You will, quite literally, have to tap through at least 8 pop ups when you open the app, followed by 1-2 pop ups about every 2-3 rounds you play. And the way these pop ups are presented are deceptive so that you think you’re tapping “no” but actually tap yes. Or they are presented as gifts rather than something for sale. It’s a low and sleazy way to make money. I spend at least $10 (and as much as $60 one time) a month in Gardenscapes and the only pop ups for purchasable items I get are maybe once or twice a week when there’s a new promotion or event. Same goes for Choices, Homescapes, Design Home and Covet. All games I spend money in... and none inundate me with constant ploys to make a purchase. I have found collection items at the Night Street probably fifty times, and the Mosaic five times. I am now extremely bored of the Night Street, and still I am exploring it non-stop. The collections should be finished quicker. Some locations take far more energy than others to explore, and often I am asked to explore these. This is not an issue, but recently I wasted all my energy on the Mine (one of my least favourite locations, again) and still had to use energy boosters to finally get one collection item. It is especially annoying when the main part of the story has a collection item at a premium location, because if one runs out of access it can take weeks to get it back. The events finish too quickly. I do not have much of a chance to play the event location (because of access, which is okay but still) and the event stories are one of my favourite parts of the game. ✓ I rarely leave reviewsThat being said I have been playing this game twice a day for about 16 months now so that should tell that I like it. I play for free. As long as you have patience and can accept that you are unlikely to Win the avatar prizes and rarely win the desk decoration prizes you can play for free. I can’t say I would never spend a little money in a game, I just can’t afford to do it often or on repetitive there and gone type things. Which is pretty much what they sell. I do have a few frustration in the game however, and they are increasing. The rising energy usage as each location levels up means I’m less and less likely to win event prizes. ✓ AddictingI started playing this game a few months ago. I don't go a day without playing. The graphics are stunning, the music is enchanting and I love that it's not the same tune for everything. I love that there's a mix of games within the game itself; Haunted Lights, Mosaic and then there are times when black pearls are hidden or you have to tap stars as they rain down to collect them. There are a couple of things that could use some explanation. The morph mode is a bit perplexing. ✓ Addictive, frustrating and oh addictiveI have really enjoyed playing this game so far. I get easily bored with games and move on quickly but I have found myself a little hooked. Pros for the game are the little bonuses you receive for logging in everyday. The chance to boost energy, coins, experience point etc refresh every 12 hours so I’ve found myself carefully timing when I play to make the most out of the extra energy. Cons are that some areas really take a huge hit on energy levels and some items require a certain mode to be played which can mean playing an area two or three times before you can search successfully for the item and it’s not always guaranteed that you’ll find it. I’ve not played this type of game before but so far am enjoying the variety in terms of how you play. Some items are search, others are a match three (I’ve played plenty of these types so,I could do them in my sleep) but with a twist and mosaic mode. The Easter egg hunt has been quite fun also. It’s nice to get little extras every now and again without having to spend real hard cash. Currently I am on level 27 and have only been playing for two weeks. Finding it difficult to play as much as I’d like due to energy issues, some areas can use over 100 units of energy, so no matter how much I like them, I have to choose between new areas or areas I now know quite well, but use only 20 units of energy. I get the boosters giving me 30% less energy used, but that still only gives me 3 tries at new levels. A happy hour of free energy is a good idea but why not make it a flexible time so players can sit down for their hour when THEY have time to play. Secondly, every month (sometimes more often) when there are updates, you get free energy for 1 hour for the update & when the new monthly event opens you get another hour for opening the Bloom Festival. Both should not be forced upon you to use straight away - they should go into your inventory to use when you have time. Otherwise it’s not really a nice free gift is it? If you can’t always use it! I have noticed a lot of players stay off the game at update time so they can play their 2 hours free energy when they have time so Mytona trying to get us to play for longer is counterproductive. The graphics are beautiful and I appreciate the attention to detail and work that is continuously going into it. It’s a good game to keep your attention, plenty of different challenges and puzzles. There is a sufficient range of locations and levels of challenge to make things interesting, and there are tools and gifts available to assist you when you get stuck. After level 10, leveling up takes time and if you want to play longer than what your level offers in energy it’s going to cost you. All and all I like the concept. Not enough time is given for the card matching and while I believe that I am doing well, I always have to extend my time. I have to match almost 20 (that’s 40 cards). I don’t think it need to be that challenging, I do like the game, but I would prefer not needing to buy stuff at such a low level just to keep playing because my energy ran out. It’s a fun game, hidden pictures, jewel matching, picture puzzles, it’s got a good variety, and the story line is fun, I just have a few items of frustration to talk about. Firstly, the energy usage is ridiculous, you can only do about 3 searches and then wait for more energy, or see if you have objects to banish monsters with and earn a little bit more that way. Second, when trying to use the magnifying glass assist, the slow, sparkly magic takes up precious time. Thirdly, sometimes you can tap on one object and then immediately tap on another, but other times it won’t acknowledge your second tap until several precious seconds later. Fourth, it won’t let you get the thing you’re trying to earn, such as a policeman’s whistle, or a firework, or a locket, on the first successful search unless it is with an anomaly that goes away once you successfully find everything. Nor on the second search, nor on the third, it uses up the energy you have on getting basic items that don’t move the story along, then eventually gives you the item and the story moves forward. The seek and finds are an obvious favorite but in addition to that are seek and find challenges which slightly change from normal play for a new level of competition as well and levels within a location which changes items and difficulty of seeking. Also adding to variety are the monthly location challenges, hundreds of new locations to unlock, memory card game location, candy-crush like Treasure Box location, and others with constant quests which keeps the game from getting stagnant. I’ve been playing for quite a few months and really enjoy this game. Additionally, as with most computer games there are bugs and glitches. ✓ Fantastic game!Thanks for making such a wonderful game! This has been my favorite game for almost a year. I love the recent changes to the diary. The only suggestion I have is regarding the dialogue connected to collection items. Lately I have been so obsessed with completing the daily quests that I sometimes get a collection item I’ve been searching for, but I’ve forgotten the context. And sometimes when I’m looking through my collections, I see one that I have collected before but I don’t recall the related storyline. It would be great if you could page back and see what the character said when they were asking for it, and keep paging back through the dialogue windows for the previous items related to the current one. And from the collection window, maybe you could press an icon next to a completed collection, and then page through the dialogue windows for the items in that collection. It would be great to be able to reread the story that way. You could make it so that it is only available for quests you’ve already completed so no one is tempted to read ahead in the story..Aunt Agatha 17Version: 1.41.1

✓ My favourite gameI love this game it is really awesome. I wrote a review last year with a suggestion of being able to give more gifts to friends. I have kept my friends list under a hundred, I have a few friends who gift regular and I would like to be able to give them all a gift back. ✓ Great game!I love the pictures and the look of the game, it’s so well done! I have been playing for over a year on and off and am at level 92. I haven’t had to spend any money on the game yet and you don’t really need to. Accumulating gems and coins is relatively easy. You also get boosters which improve your chances of finding items required, regenerate energy quicker and find collection items to create entire sets. There’s instant energy boosters also and ways of banishing monsters for items and boosters. It’s a really well thought out game and when there are issues technically, MyTona are really good at apologies and gifts of thanks for understanding. ✓ Enjoyable but....I find the puzzles, especially as your level rises, to be incredibly frustrating. The time allowed makes them incredibly tough. This leads to the puzzle having to played over & over again, which leads to enough frustration to give the game away. Also, it would only be fair if the player is rewarded based on how quickly a task is completed. Something like a ruby for every 30 seconds left on the clock. Collecting coins is easy enough but rubies are hard to come by. Finally, the rewards received for achievements reached seems too small. At least double them..AahressVersion: 1.23.0

Seems that the higher my level the more crashes I get, and glitches like times frozen, energy not restoring right , and in the past they responded to my requests and questions promptly but now you can’t even contact the customer service . I’ve also noticed that the puzzles all became impossible all of a sudden. My phone is Xs with the latest iOS update. It shouldn’t crash like that” I used to avoid the Old Square because there was an item called “cross” where they used a marked out sign, an X letter, as if to wipe out the Christian faith (I’m sure it was on purpose from the game developers considering the number of Crescent everywhere and all over the game). ✓ Great but new locations too easyI’ve been playing this game for a year and really like it. My participation in guild events has improved my game playing no end, so I love the guild aspect. I’ve even started spending money in game. However I don’t like the last two event locations- Music Hall and Orchard as the scene design appears different to all the others and they are not challenging at all. Instead of the viewer looking at an open, intricate, interesting and complex scene, there is a large object in the immediate foreground (piano, chair) and very little detail in the scene. ✓ Exciting...takes a bit to learnI originally down loaded it because I’ve always loved hidden pictures. This is that and so much more! The more I learn and understand the more I enjoy it. It is becoming an all time favorite. I love games you can play to earn the things you need. This appears to be one of those games if your willing to wait. It is too pricey for me to indulge in buying things to speed it up. However, At times I might be willing to if it were cheaper. A dollar here or there adds up quickly and they would probably make more in the long run...from those like myself who can’t afford to pay their prices. I would have to quit if I were to get stuck... being unable to play shorter runs daily and acquire all I need to play. It would be nice to have had an introduction explaining a bit more about the game at the start. I almost stopped because I found it to be a bit confusing and I could tell there is a lot to it. I love that they add hidden objects, which are actually there for quite some time before they ever put them into play, as you reach higher levels. ✓ Love this gameI spend hours in this game. I love completing the main Event, all the mini games and the Guild competition. I have made friends from all over the world in my Guild and enjoy chatting to them. I wish it was a fairer playing field. To win the big prizes you need to part with money for rubies which can be exchanged for boosters or spent on energy to score high in the Guild competition. Having said that it is perfectly possible to play without spending any money at all. There are daily quests to complete, weekly mini games, bi monthly main Events which take time to complete and the Magisters Path which you play in with a team, ie your Guild. ✓ Best Game on Phone!! Highly recommendI downloaded Seekers Notes to pass the time during lockdown but it seemed too complex at first so I stopped playing. Skip to a couple of weeks ago, I decided to try it again and now I’ve got to grips with the gameplay it’s so much fun! While the main part of the game are the puzzle mini games, there’s a complex plot which moves forward each time you complete a task. Unlike many games on mobile, each scene costs different energy/items and you can usually trade things to find what you need or get extra energy rather than waiting for hours until your energy builds up again (or forking out money). There’s also events on all the time where levels don’t always cost energy, so there’s always something to do. The music is fantastic and the graphics are great, I really feel immersed in the story when I’m playing. Updates take a while but it’s a small price to pay for what you get..Maz 120Version: 2.16.0

✓ Awesome game but modes don’t often change!I love this game! I have honestly been waiting a long time for a game that is like this but when it comes to the different modes like night mode, morph anomaly and dark entities anomaly etc they don’t change quick enough or the ones I need to be changed to a specific place don’t change for a long time. I atm have 4/5 objects that I need to find but can’t cause the modes just don’t change quick enough and aren’t available. It’s been that way for a few weeks now.
