✓ App will not openAt last I thought I found a tracker that will help me to try and improve my health. I have MS and medications and time spent unable to walk or being in bed to weak to move have left me overweight and unfit. I have battled on and can walk again for now but money is tight and so expensive trackers are out of the question so I have excitedly looked forward to today when this tracker was on sale and felt so lucky as it was the only one in store even though I arrived just after it opened. I came home and put the tracker on to charge and then downloaded this App and registered. Then my joy went as the App when I click log in just displays dots going round for a second then disappears and I am back on phone home screen. The info says it works for iphones from 4s and that is what I have as the best second hand Apple phone I can afford. Does it really work for it or is it really only for the newer models? I really did want a tracker to help me reach my daily goals and be able to keep track of them so when I am flaring and unable to leave my bed I can encourage myself to keep fighting as its not easy. I have tried phone only Apps but they are not good enough its the band tracker I need and because (going by other reviews) of a incorrectly written App for a Band within my price range. So will give it a few days in the faint hope the developers will fix the App then if still not working will return it to Aldi for a refund..Version: 1.3.2

✓ Very slow but does what it has to doUsing this on iPad Pro with the Crane activity tracker. For about three days I could not access the web site to register - pages not available. I shut down the app and tried logging in the the registration creds and I don't exist in the system. ✓ Where's the sync?Not happy at all. First off the scale stopped syncing with the app. Customer service...a waste. They couldn't help so apparently they give up and stop trouble shooting. I thought that since it's been awhile since Apple Health had been out that they would add the ability to sync to it. That's a big fat NOPE! One would think that if a company is going to create fitness products that they would want all the details and info they could get out of those products. Such a shame. UPDATE: Just released the new update. Does it have Apple Health sync? No! Have I heard back from support in regard to the scale issue? No! Will I ever purchase another Crane product? No! I did purchase the activity tracker. Funny how it was saying I was walking AND running when I had it laying on our counter top to charge. I too have the scales which are very good, I tested there accuracy which I found to be very good and put our old set to shame(over reading by 4 pounds) I would also note that if you turn on "stones" in settings it works well but fails to remember the setting so every time you use the app you need to turn it on again.Version: 1.0.5

Have a good week and lose too much weight then the scales see this as an error and adding weight is frozen out. You then have to fight to get it working again. ✓ Great device with potential but needs Apple Healthkit supportI just got the activity and sleep tracker today and whilst I'm impressed with the device so far the app has room for improvements. One thing I would like to see is support for Apple Healthkit sync as currently Apple Health and this app are tracking my steps and sometimes I may take longer strides if I'm in a rush so some kind of better tracking for steps would be good too. Restarting the app seemed to fix and all set up nicely. ✓ It's 'ok' (just)Used this with an analogue smart watch 2.0. Once you figure out the buttons it's fine, as for the app, more frustrating really. On iOS when you register and get the link returned in an email (to confirm it's your email account), the page errors on their website, even tried using the same link from a Windows of, that too errored. Had to use Windows pic on the website to do all the account creation, very frustrating as you couldn't proceed to set up the watch app without having an account created. I emailed their support line with the details Once app installed, it says do firmware update to receive more notifications, on iOS 10, this crashes every time so you're stuck here as well. And after all this, the step counter and fitness stuff is laughable. When i wake up and take the watch off the shelf see I've done 800 steps already!! ✓ Start up is a painSo I got this thing at aldis turned it on and it stated no pairing with blue tooth. So ok I download the app. The app states you have to register first. I type in all my info and find that it will not register. Ugh well taking it back is not an option so I found out that you have to register online on their website and not by the app. Ok that was the first problem. Now I went back to the app and logged in. (WOW that took an hour to figure out) Next problem is that the device does not pair on the blue tooth. So yeah I figured out how to hold down the button to get it to pair. But you have to tell it to pair on the watch and the Crainconnect app pair now button at the same time otherwise it does not pair. So I’m writing this so other people don’t have to go through this. What a poor design in the APP. Should just say you must register online. I think the problem may be you’re not a robot feature of the website and it somehow ties into that. Cheers..Version: 1.6.4

✓ UnusableI bought the heart rate monitor on July 9th just to see how well it would work if I were to buy it for my mother. Their website is currently under maintenance which renders the app unusable. I returned the device in less than an hour.
