✓ Won’t Let Me Log InConstantly give me a message saying that mobile access is not enabled..Version: 23.10.0
✓ Worst time tracking app I’ve ever usedHorrible. Nothing but issues with this app. I can from a company that used t-sheets and that app blows this out of the water..Version: 21.9.0
✓ Horribly SlowInstead of redesigning the menu system it needs major debugging. It Is absolutely unacceptable for the app to repeatedly take five minutes (not an exaggeration sometimes it takes even longer) to load a screen especially when you need to clock in as soon as you open the app. It has done this to me both when my signal is good and bad. The old fashioned punch card/ pen and paper is easier and less frustrating than this app!.Version: 21.6.0
✓ Functional but slowThe app is slow and inconvenient, would be less so if it supported TouchID but instead you have to enter your password every time. At some point they also broke the layouts or they are only testing them on Plus sized phones because attempting to view your total hours truncates each column making it useless..Version: 3.12
✓ Not working.I’ve tried to log in, over and over again, changed my password to see if maybe it would let me log in then and still no luck. ✓ Terrible AppMaybe the web based version actually works. Constant errors, extremely slow response, can’t punch in 85% of the time when I try, gps tracking doesn’t reliably work either. Overall pretty bad app and I strongly recommend to avoid this company..Version: 20.12.0

✓ Not openingI need this app for my phone. My work recently has changed over to using this system. Well this app doesn’t like to open on my iPhone X for some reason. ✓ Version 3.34 broke sign-in and dash accessMost recent update (3.34) broke app functionality on iPhone 11 Pro - can not access drop down menu or “view dashboard” links. ✓ Slower...NovaTime has traditionally been slow, but the latest update appears to be running on a dialup infrastructure (no matter if I’m on WiFi or cellular). I know it’s just a time recording app, but it has to be faster if it wants to compete..Version: 3.30
✓ Kills the battery.I use this app for work. Works great for tracking hours and locations. But, I discovered the app continues to run in the background. I used it to clock in, then locked my phone to work. 4 hours later, my phone was dead. After scrambling for a charger, I looked at the battery metrics. It showed I only used 2 minutes of screen time, followed by 3h 45m of screen off with Nova running in the background. Nothing else running..Version: 3.16.1

✓ Update Ruined This AppThe new update has made this app almost unusable. When I open the app, the “loading wheel” just spins and spins and spins. Sometimes, I’m able to actually click on the menu tab to view my timesheet. Most of the time, though, I have to kill the app and reopen it several times before it will allow me to actually view my timesheet. When it works, it takes minutes to load everything. I’ve started just using my computer because the update is so bad..Version: 3.30
✓ UnreliableEvery time there’s an update it seems there’s an issue. Last update I can’t clock in I have to have a supervisor manually clock me in. GPS locator stuck in a loop. I was told to update and that’s what caused the problem!.Version: 21.5.0

My most needed feature is am In/Out status board... Who is clocked in and at what time did they clock in. ✓ Time clockI have been using this app for about 2 weeks for my job since they use this app for time clock. I am a night shift worker and i clock in around 9pm and leave around 6am. Every time i punch in, it kicks me off by quittin time (6am). Not sure if this is an issue with the app or if its localised just to us or a possible setting that needs to be changed.Version: 22.12.0

✓ Form and function both need workThe app allows a user the barebones functionality of punching in and out and checking a time sheet, but it does it slowly and without style. Each time punch is at least 4 clicks and takes a good 20-30 seconds to load, and the UI looks is akin to the program design in Windows 95. I am giving it two stars because it does what it’s supposed to do (most of the time), but there is huge opportunity in both function and form..Version: 3.9.3
✓ StrugglingEditing punches and adding punches that were missed is a complete pain. Using my iPhone is not convenient which boggles my mind. I cannot access functions that my coworkers can on their androids. So sad we switched..Version: 3.13
