✓ Paywall ruins a good appThere’s adding additional features in the Pro version... and then there’s marketing a paid app as if it’s free. Being unable to save a single reversed video clip at normal speed without paying £7.99 is ridiculous. No one will pay that unless they are going to use the feature every day, and at the prices charged that means a commercial user, not a consumer, for the function delivered. My review may change after I have used the app for intended purpose. This is the review now I have used the app. Don't waste your time. I wanted a quick way of reversing a video. I guess I will transfer to Mac reverse on final cut, transfer back to iPhone. ✓ Uninstalled after 1:30 minutesI’m trying to send a video to my classmates where I have to reverse a clip. Back in 2019 I used this app and all was good. Come back a year later, and I’ve never hit the uninstall button so quick. The thing that triggers me the most is that you can’t change the playback speed unless you pay for premium. AND THE DEFAULT SPEED IS 75!!! This honestly frustrates me, set the default to 100, can’t it be that hard? And when I played back the video regardless, the quality was utter trash. No notice of saying this would happen and whether this would change after a review. Reinstalled, doesnt work. If there’s one issue I have with this app and others like it, it’s the stupid idea that everyone wants to pay a subscription for extra things! Well how many times do you think I’m going to have to use replay mode, or slow it down to a minimum? First I don’t see the point of those at all; I haven’t tried the replay mode but from the sound of it it doesn’t sound interesting. ✓ Fake reviews.Almost ALL of the reviews with 5 stars are fake. They are all just from people who spammed the suggestions box because writing a long review unlocks stuff in the app. Here is an example of one of the fake reviews word for word. I do think this app is good, but it takes YEARS to load a video when you have just reversed it which is really annoying.
