Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit for Negative User Reviews

It doesn't work!I bought this app thinking it would sync data from my iPhone health app to my Fitbit dashboard. It doesn't work! Don't waste your money.Version: 2.1

HopelessDoesn't Sync Step count to Fitbit App and then the disclosure that it doesn't is in tiny writing Fraudulent App and should be removed if it can't do as intended!!.Version: 2.4

MediocreI’ve had this app for a year and a half and I have to pretty much uninstall and reinstall once a month now. Super annoying. Works well, when it works..Version: 2.5

WasteUsed the app once, such a waste. Does not track actual steps but transfers them as an activity. Doesn’t really do what it is described as..Version: 2.5

Needs some work in my opinionI have had this app for about 5 or so months now. At the beginning it used to sync my data to Fitbit in the background. I found it was not working as it should and now have to sync the data manually each day. Also, the step count does not count towards challenges (which I was aware of upon purchase) but it also doesn't show up in my recent activity, or "friends" list on Fitbit. Therefore, it shows that I have no recent activity even though I have been achieving close to or above my daily step goal. I would be willing to provide more details in order to have this app perform as a better medium between Apple Watch (which records on "health") and Fitbit. Be aware before purchasing, please read the reviews and be aware of what this app will and will NOT do. I am giving two stars as it is user friendly, and has never crashed..Version: 2.2

Sort of works but doesn’t sync automatically. Step counts totally wrongDespite what the app claims, it does not sync to Fitbit automatically. You have to manually sync it. Update: the step counts transferred to Fitbit are wildly inaccurate. In a day where I have 5,000 steps worth of activity, only 1200 steps would sync to the Fitbit. This may be due to me having both an Apple Watch and motion tracking on the phone, but regardless of the limitations the app has to deal with, it doesn’t do the things it claims to well enough to justify using it. The fact of the matter is that with the way things are between Apple and Fitbit at the moment, you have to pick one or the other. This app is a bandaid at best and comes with sufficient compromises that it is not worth using, despite the admirable efforts by the developer.Version: 2.5

AwfulCompletely falls short. I’ve had to stop using it despite paying for it. It works for a short while and then crashes on hitting “sync now”. It works if you setup again after uninstalling until it needs to be uninstalled again etc. The periodic updates don’t work at all. Their support have advised me it’s tricky as health data isn’t available when the device is locked. So it’s pretty much close to useless..Version: 2.5

Not fit for purposeAlthough this does put your steps onto the Fitbit app you can not share them with friends or compete in any challenges so there is no point!!!!!.Version: 2.2

FrustratingEvery month it stops syncing and have to delete the app, reinstall and set it back up with Fitbit so that it registers again..Version: 2.5

Got the wrong app!Wanted to sync my Fitbit to health but got the one that syncs health to Fitbit.. the icons are same and confusing... doesn't serve my purpose now... disappointed... is there a way to switch apps?.Version: 2.4

Doesn't workWhat a waste of money. Whoever made this app, is scamming money out of people as the app doesn't even work correctly..Version: 2.4

Waste of moneyIt doesn't import any of the food category. Just water. Useless..Version: 2.1

Health to Fitbit Sync Doesn’t WorkI was excited to try this app out, and was happy for the short time that it did work, but this hasn’t been able to sync weight data from Health to Fitbit since about March. No response from the developer either. Spend your money elsewhere..Version: 2.5

RubbishDoes not sync heart rate or workouts. Rubbish app. Waste of money.Version: 2.1

Also disappointedI should have read the first review. This thing doesn't register the iwatch data either. Save your money!!!.Version: 2.2

Does the job as describedThis app just does the job as described. Just visit the support page to see how to setup stuff. Its not straightforward as you have to do advanced settings to make the stuff happen. But it will work. I am able to sync steps data to fitbit accurately. Be aware it syncs only once an hour. So you gotta be patient for it to work..Version: 2.4

"Nothing to sync"It says the "last data point" was several days ago, despite its source (Apple Watch) still recording nearly up-to-the-second information. I shouldn't have to delete and reinstall every time it stops being able to read Health data. And yes, deleting and re-installing does seem to fix the issue. The app should have some way of clearing its internal data/cache/settings. After a reinstall the app will re-request Health access and Fitbit account access, and syncing will suddenly work again. Why can't I manually trigger that from within the app?.Version: 2.5

Should get No Stars!! 1 star is 1 star too many for this pointless app!!Read about this app online and ignored the poor rating, cause I thought it would allow me to reconnect with friends on Fitbit for challenges. NOPE! NADA! NOTHING! I missed the FAQ that it wouldn't sync to allow me to do challenges. Should have read the reviews, but I was excited for this solution. App was a waste of $ and time. Don't buy it!! Should have said in the comments and description that it doesn't allow for challenges!!.Version: 2.4

No heart rate to fitbitI read the reviews and thought I would use this to get my heart rate into fitbit. I was ok with not using getting the steps in the challenges. But after looking at the instructions there was clearly a place to allow heart rate!!! After I purchase and go through troubleshooting steps I find out I’m accepting the heart rate in ANTICIPATION of this app being allowed to work with Fitbit that way. I want my money back. At this point I feel like the developer owes us money. There’s no need. This does the same thing my fitnesspal does. Save your money. Trust the reviews..Version: 2.4

Doesn't workSo annoyed I've wasted my money, app doesn't work and nothing is syncing over. Shame as it could have been brilliant..Version: 2.1

Don’t waste your time and moneyIt kind of worked for few days and that’s about it. Doesn’t sync anymore and does not sync heart rate info either..Version: 2.5

DisappointedThe steps aren’t accurately transferring from Health app to FitBit app (even by end of day) and then they don’t update the challenge with friends either. Disappointed because I thought I read on a web board that this is how someone still stayed in touch with FitBit friends, participated in challenges. Hopefully this will be resolved soon..Version: 2.4

FitbitThis app clearly explains the limitations of the Fitbit API... in the support after you buy it. Make sure you read the support docs on their site because it's very limited in what it can do. It's not the developers fault, but Fitbits. They should likely lower the price of this app or more clearly indicate what it can do in the description..Version: 2.4

Fitbit's fault - but app now pointlessI've been roped into a steps challenge thing for work, so downloaded this after reading blogs saying it would get my steps into Fitbit. Now it turns out Fitbit has changed its API so steps no longer transfer. So why on earth are they still charging people for this app? I recognise it is not the app-maker's fault - but now they are just ripping people off by continuing to sell it until the issue is resolved..Version: 2.2

Waste of moneySteps don't even appear in the dashboard Not accepted in challenges So what is the point of this app? Really waste of money.Version: 2.4

Used to work. May need some updatesAs some of the other reviewers noted it used to sync throughout the day but no longer does. It also doesn’t sync steps accurately. For $4.99 and one of the only paid apps it should work much better. I’ve had this app for a long time and it doesn’t feel like the developers have tried to keep I current and fix the bugs..Version: 2.9

Don't buyWorked for one day now won't sync anything to Fitbit 😬😬😬😬.Version: 2.3

Sometimes worksIt doesn't always sync my data when I manually sync it. It also never syncs throughout the day like it says at the bottom of the app. Lately it just crashes and syncs less than 10% of the time. Don’t waist your money. This app’s quality just keeps going down hill..Version: 2.4

Absolute TrashHave to use the app due to employer health plan requirements and I can honestly say I have not had a worse experience with an application on any platform. Lose steps and data all the time. Constantly have to delete the app and reinstall to try to get any data to sync. Still rarely works properly. This would be a sorry excuse for a free application and developers should be embarrassed at this performance. Updated 2020, app is still garbage! Most recent update the dates to sync back to are blacked out. Still complete trash of an app. No developer response or support. Do not pay money for an app made by these scam artists..Version: 2.7

Does what it said it would doI attended a an event all day and forgot my Fitbit at home but had my phone with me, so this was a great option to sync those steps. I wish I could specify the time period I wanted synched. To sync today, I had to lose yesterday as well. That wasn't so good. But I got all my 12k steps today. Yay!.Version: 2.4

Feeling ripped offI paid for this thinking I could add the steps off my health app on my phone onto my Fitbit. No dice. A total waste of money. Read what the CANT do before buying.Version: 2.2

Doesn't workTotally useless. I read all the reviews ahead of time and still thought it would work for me. It doesn't. It does nothing, even after you play with all the settings, permissions, etc. What a waste of money. It's alluring because it claims to do exactly what you want, which is put all your Apple Watch data into the Fitbit app, since that app is way better than the apple health app. Surprise! Doesn't work at all. DO NOT BUY!!.Version: 2.4

Continually loses connectionAs the title says - and does not tell you it’s happening. So while it works when it works, it will just stop working for no discernible reason. And this has happened over several months (almost a year) now, so it’s not being fixed in updates. What happens: 1. Connect Sync Solver to Shapa & Fitbit 2. Sync - for a month or so, works beautifully. 3. Check weight in Apple Health - yep, that also works. 4. Wait. 5. One day, use Sync Solver, get “nothing to sync” 6. Check Apple Health - yep, that still connects fine to Shapa. 7. Check Fitbit - nope, nothing getting synced. 8. Delete Sync Solver. 9. Re-add Sync Solver. 10. Re-connect Sync Solver. 11. Repeat steps 1-10 ad Infinitum, ad nauseam..Version: 2.8

Total deceit - once downloaded (and paid) on line support says steps do NOT syncApple Store description of this app says it downloads / syncs steps (just not to the challenges ...which was ok with me...as I just wanted to be able to see the weekly totals and compare with friends). Once downloaded and paid for, it didn't work and their on line in app support says that it no longer syncs steps. Just totally wrong and deceitful descriptions to get people to buy. They should refund people's money until this is fixed. I would give this app "zero" stars if I could. Just so wrong!!!.Version: 2.4

Worked for a few weeks and now won’t syncWon’t sync, there’s clearly a bug when you go advanced to sync back. The screen is black and you can’t see the numbers to change the date to sync to that date. But regardless of that issue, it’s just not working at all. I’ve deleted it and re downloaded it, revoked Fitbit access and re synced and it still will not sync. I sent a message through Facebook which seems to be the only way to message anyone (or Twitter), but there has been no response since January 2020. This app gets one star only because it did work initially and I cannot give it 0 stars..Version: 2.7

Steps don't appear it Fitbit dashboardIt was clear that steps synced with this app wouldn't be used in challenges, etc., but they don't even appear on the Fitbit dashboard. What the heck is the point in having steps synced if they are logged as separate 1-hour activities that you have to add up on your own? Waste of money!.Version: 2.4

No point to this AppAs this doesn't log steps on the 7 day steps against friends or any challenges I don't see the point. Very disappointing & not worth spending any money on..Version: 2.4

Does not sync anythingRecommend getting a refund by clicking "report problem" on your email receipt. Does not do anything extra compared to Mobile Track already on Fitbit. No Apple Watch steps synced. Waste of space.Version: 2.4

DissapointmentHighly do not recommend- the app doesn't do anything that's listed above. Waste of money..Version: 2.4

Works Just OKIt does sync the watch and or iPhone health to Fitbit. Unfortunately it can be finicky such as needing to be forced to sync a few times before it actually does and once it does download items such as steps they it never all gets updated to Fitbit. I have read the reasons why it does t always work and it seems to be related to the Fitbit 3rd party interface but the inaccuracies and should be stated much more clearly for an app that charges..Version: 2.4

Great app no heart rate syncBe great to sync heart rate as well..Version: 2.3

DO NOT BUY... APP DOES NOT WORKHow this app got onto the App Store is beyond me... I've been trying to sync historical data for a week and it simply does not work. How can I get a refund for this absolute pile of crap?.Version: 2.4

It's okThe only way to have steps show up in your Fitbit app, while syncing from this app is if you had/have a Fitbit linked to your Fitbit app already. Or else steps don't show up it seems. Also, the steps and calories that show up in health aren't the same as what shows up in Fitbit even if synced after the day is over. Frustrating.Version: 2.4

Does not workThis app does not work as promised. The screen grabs shown on the first screen simply aren't possible, therefore this app should be removed from the store as it is promising to do something that it simply cannot..Version: 2.4

Will not Sync. Period.Shame on me for paying $5 only to discover it doesn’t work. Do not waste you time and money. I had used the Sync Solver for Fitbit to Health and had a good experience so I decided to try the Sync from Health to Fitbit so I could use my Apple Watch to track but the Fitbit app instead of Health on my phone...mistake! It keeps saying there is nothing to synchronize even though there clearly is..Version: 2.8

Save your moneyThis app doesn't work. I'm currently trying to get my money back.Version: 2.4

Didnt workDidnt sync the steps properly at all, did 8000 steps on average a day, fit but kept saying id done about 2k 🤷🏼‍♀️ complete waste of money, really regretting my purchase.Version: 2.5

Dosnt workDon't waste your money.Version: 2.4

Worked for a dayNow doesn't work. No I haven't trouble shooted but I shouldn't have too..Version: 2.4

Does not sync the stepsIt does not sync the steps with the Fitbit app.Version: 2.5

Crap want my money backThis app is useless does not sync completely useless, REFUND ME.Version: 2.4

Not Synching To Fitbit AppI have been unable to sync any of the health information from my Apple Watch to the Fitbit app and emails/messages to the developer get no response, a total waste of money !.Version: 2.5

Sadly this App doesn't workThe App doesn't work, evidently because Fitbit won't allow access to all of it's code. Shame..Version: 2.1

Waste of time and moneyDoes absolutely nothing - won’t sync from any source it gives me including 4 Apple watches (when I only have one!) says no data to syn when I’m sat looking at my watch and it’s saying otherwise! Garbage!! Don’t waste your money!.Version: 2.8

Works but not perfect. Was working ok to sync from tanita app for smart scales. But ofte upgrade, needed to reinstall sync solver..Version: 2.8

Mobile track will connect your iPhone to Fitbit, making this app unnecessaryI am an Apple Watch user who wanted the Fitbit app to compete in pointless competition with my internet friends. A google search told me that I needed this app in order for my iPhone to talk to Fitbit. This is not true. When you set up the Fitbit app, choose “I don’t yet have a device” and the select the “mobile track” option. This enables a connection between the app and the health data collected by your phone—and only your phone. So far as I can tell, nothing, including this app, will result in the step recorded on your Apple Watch syncing with FitBit. Spend your $3 on a latte or put it in a 401k..Version: 2.4

Dont buy itFuk knows why i bought this it is redundant. Just use mobiletrack in the fitbit app. Wot a waste of $$$.Version: 2.1

HorribleI downloaded this 5 minutes ago and have already deleted the app. It did not sync to my phone/Fitbit at all. Don’t waste your money :(.Version: 2.4

UselessDoesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.Version: 2.8

Doesn’t workDon’t waste your money... will improve rating once it’s fixed but at the moment it’s completely useless.Version: 2.8

Should be freeThis sync app should be free because it is so limited. Sure, this is an outcome of the fit bit policy but unless you read all these reviews carefully you are likely to be disappointed with the app at large. Your steps will not be counted as steps in fit bit. Rather, they will be counted as activity. Stair flights are not synchronized. Sleep details are limited. And worst of all because of limitations in the number of uploads allowed by fit bit per hour you are going to be hugely disappointed if you thought you were going to synchronize more than a few days of data. The app offers to synchronize back years but doesn’t bother to tell you that you will likely destroy your screen with screen burn waiting the 70 hours it may take to complete. It isn’t until you get into the support details that you discover all of these limitations imposed by the fit bit website. By contrast the other rap that synchronizes fit bit data to the Apple health app is phenomenal and highly recommended..Version: 2.4

Periodic app reinstallSo far I’ve had to delete/reinstall this app 3 times (over past couple of years) when it stops syncing activity and steps from Health into Fitbit. That seems to be only option that works. Also can’t delete previous devices (Apple Watch, iphone) from selection in app..Version: 2.5

Doesn’t workApp doesn’t work, when you try to sync it says it’s successfully completed sync immediately but then afterwards it also says that nothing has been synced in the past..Version: 2.10

Not syncing at all??I downloaded the other sync solver for FB ➡️ health and was really happy with it and the only thing that I was frustrated with was that I’d have to enter my water intake into my phone app and then Fitbit as well. So I downloaded this app. I went to set it up and... nothing. I deleted the app and tried again. I messed with all the settings I could think of and still nada. I had no trouble with the other app so I just don’t know what to do. Anyway, I wish I hadn’t paid for this..Version: 2.5

Confusing name, does not workFitbit will not accept results from this app in their challenges..Version: 2.4

Good idea, poor executionSounded like the perfect solution, but came up quite short. Wish I could get a refund after two weeks of frustrating usage. Information is inconsistent and unusable. Would have loved to stay in the Fitbit ecosystem, but it really just isn’t worth it if the data isn’t there. Will be looking for new alternative..Version: 2.8

Doesn’t sync properlyLiked Fitbit from old and still have friends on there so wanted to keep up the leaderboard.. Tried connecting to Apple Heath then Apple Watch - it just misses out on steps For example had 15,000 steps the other day on Apple Watch - only 3,000 came over Just random steps per day. Just been on the treadmill for an hour and it’s saying 27 steps😞 Avoid.Version: 2.8

No Steps / SleepIt doesn’t really matter to me whether it’s Fitbit’s fault or SyncSolver’s developer; the only fact that matters is that the app DOES NOT do what it is advertised to do. If you’re like me, you were wondering why the original SyncSolver stopped working and just crashes, so you came here and found this. I didn’t read the notes. I should have. I bought a bundle of apps based on what they used to do, but cannot any longer. Do not purchase this app if you want your steps and sleep info imported into Fitbit; it’ll never happen and Fitbit is insistent that it will never happen. Fitbit is so adamant about keeping their ecosystem closed that it makes me uninterested in ever buying another of their devices..Version: 2.8

Does not workDo not buy. Will not add steps to Fitbit. You can not compete with Fitbit friends. From what I can tell, Fitbit have blocked this since December 2015 but that is not clear in app discription. Waste of money.Version: 2.2

DOESN'T WORK!!!!Just downloaded this to try to get my steps to sync and it's not working at all. Sure wish I could get a refund! Also, there is nowhere on the website to directly contact the app developer!!! What kind of person doesn't put contact info on their site? The kind that knows their app isn't working and doesn't want to be contacted, that's who..Version: 2.4

Didn't work! :-(Bought it. Tried it. Didn't sync the data. :-(.Version: 1.1

UselessFirst review I've ever made, as all the app's I use to date work...this however does not... Total rubbish and a waste of money, clearly the Fitbit API doesn't allow access to transfer the data as is wanted! Should be pulled until sorted!.Version: 2.1

I had three different step counts for 1 day...I purchased this app to be able to use my Apple Watch with the Fitbit app so that I could do the daily and weekly challenges with my family who use fit bits. Not only did the app not sync all my steps but I had 3 different step counts for the day Apple Watch Activity app showed 12,502 steps Fitbit app Dashboard showed 10,698 steps Fitbit app challenge page showed 9,757 steps... I lost the challenge even though I walked over 2,000 steps more then anyone else in the challenge.. needless to say I am not pleased and wish I could return the app for a refund. What a waste..Version: 2.4

Doesn’t work don’t waste your moneyWasted 4.99 and this doesn’t sync anything. Avoid.Version: 2.5

Doesn’t do what it’s meant to do. Not worth the priceDoes not pass over all the data across to Fitbit. Doesn’t do all it’s meant do and am unhappy..Version: 2.8

Does not work with Apple WatchThis is a great app if you want to sync your steps from your iPhone to your Fitbit account, but any steps recorded via your Apple Watch will not sync. I couldn't understand why the step count did not match up, until I discovered that in the health app there are certain steps recorded on the phone and other steps recorded on the watch. Only the phone steps sync. Also, steps that are recorded using an external app are added to your count on Fitbit but are NOT included in the leaderboard or any of the challenges..Version: 2.4

Worthless and don’t expect any supportThis app is worthless if your trying to get your step history imported over to Fitbit. It misses most of the steps. It will skip days completely and if it works at all it will miss huge chunks of steps for most days. Complete waste of money. Reached out to support a couple times and received zero response. Don’t waste your money..Version: 2.5

Simply doesn’t work! Not to say it doesn’t sync steps and calories, but only write them as activities, it simply doesn’t work saying ‘Nothing to synchronise’ and there is no access to support. What a waste of money!.Version: 2.4

Waste of moneyI totally regret paying $4 for this app. I can’t sync any steps from my Apple Watch/Strava App? What did I just pay for?.Version: 2.4

Doesn’t WorkWorked the first time, but hasn’t worked since. Deleted the app and tried again a few times, still no avail. Very disappointed in having to pay $10 for this. Zero stars needs to be an option or have the app removed completely..Version: 2.7

Doesn’t syncI can’t see it sync data from Apple Health or iWatch....Version: 2.5

Doesn’t work with iwatchDoesn’t sync with iwatch steps.Version: 2.4

Wish it workedWish it worked.Version: 2.0

No goodInstalled, didn't work. Waste of money. It's really that simple..Version: 2.2

Half syncsDoesn't bring all steps through. I might do 16,000 a day and it brings through 800....Version: 2.4

Only syncs one way!I bought this app assuming it would sync the Health and FitBit apps, but it only syncs one way. To do both you have to buy two apps .. what a scam .. I deleted this app rather than give the developer any more money..Version: 2.0

Doesn't workAfter reading the app would only prevent challenge tracking but would track everything else I decided to give it a try as I loved using my Fitbit app for years and had many friends on my list. I currently have a new Apple Watch and didn't want to give up tracking my weekly and daily steps with friends on Fitbit. I paid and downloaded sync solver and it seemed to work but when I opened Fitbit my steps etc did not show up on my daily or weekly totals. When you try to get app support it only gives you common questions but no one to contact. I'm contacting Apple in hopes to get my money back as this app is useless. Don't waste your time or money. I would have given a zero star if I was able to Buyer beware.Version: 2.4

Not very easy to useIt kept giving me 3 apple watches options in order to get the data sync so had to choose each one and try to get the right source and only for steps.Version: 2.5

DisappointedI purchased the app for $4.50 (with taxes) and was not overly impressed. Sure it transfer data into the Fitbit app, but it erased all the previous data I had. And after I sync my watch to the app, it displays the steps, but it does not register them for challenges (which is the only reason I bought this). Did not find it was worth the $3.99.Version: 2.2

Waste of money!!Doesn't sync with apple Health! Only picks up steps if I carry my phone round with me..Version: 2.4

Apple Watch Users:If you want to import your Apple Watch Data to the Fitbit App, this app writes data, but very inaccurately. This is mostly the Fitbit App’s fault though. Most importantly the Fitbit app will not let you use the data collected from your Apple Watch for competitions and other various activities- which is probably why you want to import into the Fitbit app in the first place. I don’t recommend this app but not at it’s developers fault..Version: 2.5

Does not import from Apple WatchThis app does not import from Apple Watch to Fitbit and therefore has no functionality effectively....Version: 2.4

No longer worksThis used to be great but hasn't worked for months..Version: 2.1

It did work .. Now it doesn'tIt says the web address is incorrect. So it won't sync anymore. Waste of 2 quid now for something that lasted a week..Version: 2.1

Keep having to reinstallAfter the 30 day Fitbit permission expires I can never deauthorize it. It continues to not allow me to sync weight data even though here is data to sync. The methods described in the faq yo log out don’t work. It just logs me out of Fitbit, and i end up having to reinstall it over and over. If I hadn’t paid for it I would be switching to a different app..Version: 2.5

Not Useful if You Are Tracking Steps with FriendsAs many reviews note below me, this app is useless if you are looking to track 7 day step totals and compete with friends and family. They do not list contact information for refunds either which is quite annoying. I will be contacting apple for a refund..Version: 2.4

Not a FanI have to delete the app and reinstall it every couple months because it says there is nothing to sync. I have an Apple Watch and my work uses Fitbit for their wellness. It is the only reason I use it. It would be great if they could fix the bug that won’t sync data..Version: 2.8

Don’t waste your moneyOccasionally I leave my Fitbit on the charger when I leave home. I got this, hoping I could do what it says it does and move my data from Apple Health to Fitbit. This app is both overly simplistic and tedious. You start on the main screen with a giant Sync Now button. If you do this without taking any additional steps it can erase a lot of data from Fitbit; you have to go to Advanced Settings first and tell it how far back you want it to go. But, oops, actually, now it’s not working at all! “Nothing to Sync!” it says. “Already Synced” it promises. You check Fitbit and nothing has changed, but Apple Health says 8,000 steps. It’s terrible. Save yourself five bucks. Don’t bother..Version: 2.9

“Nothing to sync”After my app randomly stopped syncing and is saying “nothing to sync” I’ve read the FAQ’s, tried those solutions, still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted “support” repeatedly and never hear back from them. Pretty annoying considering I’m in a program that I get compensated for my steps and it hasn’t synced since January 30th..Version: 2.5

Doesn’t actually workAs other reviews say- it’s not necessarily these apps’ faults- Fitbit just won’t allow 3rd party info into their app. The only way to get your Fitbit steps “counted” (as in, competing with friends, etc) is to have a Fitbit device. Save your money trying to find a sync app that works- none of them do..Version: 2.4

PoorVery poor, doesn’t sync properly just doesn’t really work..Version: 2.10

Be Aware of Limitations!I was thrilled with this prospect - using my new Apple watch and still keeping my FitBit app updated and sharing with my FitBit friends. This app does not work well for that. It will only sync a little bit of data at a time, so of my 10,000 steps yesterday, only 2,000 were synced. It does not let these steps count for weekly totals nor for the challenges. It only shows in your dashboard..Version: 2.4

AvoidDoesn’t work anymore..Version: 2.5

Absolute rubbishDoes not sync steps from health to Fitbit wasted purchase.Version: 2.4

Doesn't workDoesn't work at all. Don't waste your money or time. While the app does state Fitbit won't count your Health data in challenges, the app doesn't import anything into Fitbit anyway. It's has never once worked for me. Stick to Mobile Track within the Fitbit app. Still not ideal but it's far more reliant and it's free..Version: 2.4

I Should Have Read The Reviews!PLEASE DON'T BUY!!! My Fitbit Charge HR recently broke, so for Valentines Day, my sweet husband surprised me with an Apple Watch! I was beyond excited! However, I was also sad about deserting all of my Fitbit friends. I went online looking for a solution in order to sync my Health Kit data to my Fitbit account and this app was suggested over and over again. I was thrilled when it seemed as though everything was being synced, but when I opened the Fitbit app, there was hardly anything there. I thought I must be doing something wrong. Finally, I visited the developer site and went through the FAQ sheet. Apparently, Fitbit has barred Sync Solver from accessing almost any data from Apple Health Kit. When I saw that I had just wasted $3, I tried to file a report with iTunes, but that just sent me straight to the FAQ sheet I had already read, with no option to request my money back. If you made it this far through my review, I repeat, "PLEASE DON'T BUY!!!".Version: 2.4

Couldn’t the app to workReached out to support and never heard back from them.Version: 2.7

Doesn't workJust doesn't do anything..Version: 2.4

Total RubbishWhat a rip off. You push this in front if current app users showing a picture of hear rate syncing... such a rip-off, it's only when you read the text that you find a lot of users can't sync the heart rate due to some pathetic account date!.Version: 1.0

I don't like this oneDon't download this app.Version: 2.3

No Steps/Sleep in FitbitThis is straight from a lengthy chat with Fitbit Support. They were nice enough, but were very clear that you will NOT see Steps data unless you buy one of their device or use your iPhone as your only tracker writing data directly into Health (inadvisable if you’re swimming or don’t want to live/sleep with your phone on your body). Even though Fitbit’s Exercise tile shows it’s getting duration and distance data from Health, and using that to calculate calories burned — and although you give Fitbit your walking/running stride measurements during setup — they say it will still NEVER use that data to calculate Steps. The same seems to go for Sleep, even if you approve all the correct read/write Privacy Settings for these types of data — without a Fitbit device, you CANNOT include those stats in your tiles/Dashboard. Fitbit will function merely as a weight loss, food, water, calories consumed/burned tracker ... not fitness/activity nor sleep, which is what I care about. I see this more a defect in their app and not Sync Solver, which appears to be doing what it should, but still I wasted $3 on this app. For me, it’s back to Jawbone’s purple-icon UP app ... tedious and limited after years of use, but the only one I’ve found that reads/charts my Steps/Sleep (as well as Weight) data to/from Health accurately most days without undue fuss, setup or other apps (like this one)..Version: 2.4

Awful!!Doesn't do anything it promises! Won't sync. Complete waste of money..Version: 2.4

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!It doesn’t sync anything but blank data. No steps are showing up at all. I have changed where it syncs from (health or Apple Watch) and still no difference. I can’t believe I paid money for this!!!.Version: 2.4

Historic sync is brokenMy main purpose for getting this app is to sync about 3 years of history but it doesn’t support this. Well, it might, but the relevant screen has a black date selector on a black background..Version: 2.8

Doesn’t workI paid for this app with the hopes it would sync my Apple Watch steps to Fitbit. Because I use Fitbit to sync to several other apps. It sporadically worked for awhile, and it would catch up but now it won’t sync at all. I’ve followed all of the FAQs to trouble shoot but nothing works and there is no way to contact anyone to see what else I need to do. Thumbs down on this app!.Version: 2.5

Worst appBought this app and honestly wasted my money. No data from any Apple app was transferred to the Fitbit app..Version: 2.2

Useless!!!I should read the previous reviews before purchase it. Does NOT work. It's a ripoff..Version: 2.2

Waste of space...!Just upgraded to an iwatch after several years of being a Fitbit owner, thought this was going to be great way of keeping up with my Fitbit friends. Cannot get any of my ihealth steps to sync with my Fitbit account. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere for a solution that works..!.Version: 2.4

Doesn't workWasted $3.50 on it - this app doesn't work. Nothing has been synced anywhere, even after reading support..Version: 2.1

Does not workI downloaded the app as a way to sync to Fitbit, to keep up with my friends who don't have an Apple watch. After several attempts to sync it, and the app reporting success, I saw none of my data from the Apple watch synced with Fitbit. You're better off enabling Fitbit's mobile sync; it's not as accurate as the Apple watch, access needs to be on you the whole time, but better than nothing if you want to use the Fitbit platform for tracking.Version: 2.4

Doesn't really workThis may be more of a Fitbit issue but it doesn't sync reliably and data doesn't show up on Fitbit - Just use Mobile Tracker and connect phone to Fitbit app.Version: 2.4

No response from syncsolver supportApp was working fine for about 2 months then it suddenly stopped syncing my Apple Watch data to the Fitbit app. Emailed support two times and still no response. Not impressed with the lack of customer service. Too bad as the app was the best one I have tried..Version: 2.5

Does not sync to challengesVery disappointed to find out after I paid for app that it doesn’t sync to Fitbit challenges. The whole reason I wanted to sync was to keep my Fitbit friends after making the switch to Apple Watch..Version: 2.8

Does not workA disappointing product, that costs lots and doesn’t work. Seems to suggest I have 5 apple watches, which is ridiculous and doesn’t sync steps to Fitbit from any of the options given. Waste of money..Version: 2.5

Stopped workingThis app worked for the first few times I had it then it has completely stopped working. I will be requesting a refund as it is useless..Version: 2.8
