✓ RuthieIt worked great until I updated iphone. Now I have to turn blue tooth off and back on again to get it to connect. App support link takes you to website very difficult to navigate. Still haven't been able to find app support on that site. I love my thermometer but it is frustrating since update..WyerVersion: 1.0.2

✓ Great concept but thermometer wasn't accurateI was excited when I received this thermometer. I got it for free to review. I loved the app and cordless functionality of the thermometer, as I have another thermometer that's iPhone compatible, but requires a cord. Unfortunately, I found this thermometer wasn't accurate. I tried it on my toddler when sick, and myself to determine it's validity. Compared to the other thermometers in the house, it was a few degrees less every time. I'm hopeful that the thermometer I received was malfunctioning, and that it's not a representation of the majority of these thermometers. I've had other Vicks thermometers in the past and have always been pleased. This one just didn't cut it..KnightUCFVersion: 1.0.2

✓ Not AccurateI like how much quicker it reads the temp than other thermometers, and I also like how it keeps track of your whole family's temps on one app, but I found that the readings were not accurate. ✓ Great concept however.....I love the concept of this app. I really loved the individual profiles so you can keep track of multiple temperatures. It seemed like every time I tried to take my daughters temperature it would start and stop before I was ready so I think all of the readings were inaccurate. ✓ Waste your time and moneyAt the beginning you might think this is a nice idea to track everything in your phone, but it turned out to be a terrible idea. How ridiculous is that a thermometer has to connect to a Bluetooth in your cellphone then will be able to use??? And I followed all the instructions and turned my phone and Bluetooth everything on and off for half an hour, this stupid thermometer still didn’t work!! ✓ Inaccurate !! terrible !! total crap !!1st: having to give a star for this crap is one star too many for this useless thermometer! took temperature 5 times in a row and got completely different results each time ranging from 95.9 to 98.7 and all that within 15 minutes. I then used a classic mercury thermometer twice in a row and both times I got 98.9. If a fever thermometer cannot give you accurate readings well then it's just useless, plain and simple, no matter how nice the app is; the thermometer does not work. after reading all the wonderful reviews on here I thought that maybe my thermometer had been broken so I returned it and purchased a new one. The same happened. I just took my temperature orally 5 times in a row again. Every reading was completely different. I got temperatures from 97. 5 too 100.8. (!!) I honestly do not understand these good reviews of the product. It is totally inaccurate and 100% useless. Sure, the app is nice and shiny and looks good but what good is that if you're trying to find out whether you've got a fever or not and instead of an accurate reading you get some random readings that have nothing to do with your actual body temperature. Very, very frustrating. Advice: DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP FOR IT IS A WASTE OF $ and time with a dash of extra annoying. FEEL BETTER Y'ALL !.SkystormerVersion: 1.0.2

✓ It doesn’t workI bought this thermometer because it seemed like a good idea to be able to track your fever when you or your child have fever. I really disappointed because it wouldn’t work for me. I download the app, then tried to add the device. It won’t connect with the Bluetooth on the app. It won’t register on your phone under Bluetooth Devices, so the only way to connect is through the app. After trying for at least 15 minutes I gave up and I’m going to return it later today. ✓ Love the concept, but...This is GREAT concept, I love the profiles and the temp tracking, but it has major flaws when it comes to kids. It is inaccurate! Maybe it was just my son but we had to attempt for the thermometer to work several times and I finally just gave up and used the temporal thermometer we own..Naygd03Version: 1.0.2

✓ Handy, but needs workI love that this app can store past temps for different family members. We have only used it orally and under arm, but it took too long to get an accurate reading on my busy 2 and 4 year olds. ✓ Good, except for one thing...I would love this if it reliably connected to Bluetooth... it took me a long time to realize that in order for the thermometer to connect, I have to TURN OFF Bluetooth in my iPhone settings first—and then turn it back on—BEFORE turning on the thermometer. If you don’t do that, the thermometer never connects. Other than that glitch, it’s perfect..YourLibrarianVersion: 1.0.2
