✓ Worst app everSo confusing and difficult to navigate. Just delete the app and start over or delete it for good and have people go into the location because the app over complicated something that should be fairly simple. If I registered on the website it should be recognized on the app as well. ✓ Matt assistant manager in Aurora in 6 and PeoriaFirst of all, his manners and his behavior is so disrespectful and mad he is always in a annoyed mood he yelled at my kids today to not go into the room for the leg compression and sauna and massage room they have the guest pass and we’re only gonna wait for me it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful of his part. ✓ Circular app does not get you to where you want to go.I signed up a new account for their Loveland CO location in Nov 2021 before their location was open. I set up an account on line. I then downloaded the app and tried to enter my account number after the location opened. It can not be done. The app doesn’t recognize my name or password to enter the account number. Totally frustrating it goes around in circles to the point that I will not use this useless app. I will use the card given to me at the location to sign in..Conveyor guyVersion: 5.8

✓ Content keeps me engaged but design could be better.Pros: The interactivity of the app with goal setting, challenges, rewards, and class sign-up notifications definitely keep me engaged in the app. I check at least daily for classes for the day, which rewards I qualify for, and how much progress I’m making towards the challenges/goals I’m working on. Cons: During initial set-up, it was frustrating to need to set up different login information for every single access point (app itself, class sign-up, rewards, iChuze, and Team Training all required new login setup). It’d be a much better user experience if all units could use the same login info rather than making separate credentials for each access point. Other than that the only improvement I’d like to see would be a link to the cinema schedule in the app. Currently the only place to view that is through the website..EmilyTalley92Version: 5.5

✓ Want to be able to add any class to my calendarThis app work well and has a good, simple user experience. Three stars because of three areas 1) to be able to receive text message alerts when classes open for sign up and 2)to be able to add classes to my personal calendar (regardless of whether I’m signed up yet) so I have time allotted for the week, and 3) change the yellow font in the class listings because it’s hard to read. ✓ Not Great for Recording ProgressI primarily lift weights at the gym, but recording weights for this are mostly useless since tracking distance / time / calories do not make sense when you’re recording weights. Why can’t I easily input weight name, weight amount and reps? I do cardio as well, but if you’re going to create an app as a companion for a better work out experience, you need to cater to all of your customers. ✓ Wasted PotentialOnce you add your barcode to your wallet, this app is ultimately useless. It's incredible how much wasted potential go into these huge gym chains. An incredibly simple suggestion: Actually integrate your facilities with the app. If the Steamroom or Sauna is down for maintenance, I should be able to pull out my phone and see that it's under repair. Literally all it would take is one single worker hitting a button on tablet at the location. There are countless freelance software engineers that could add this to your app with ease. It would be fantastic to not have to drive all the way to the gym just to not be able to use the service I'm going there to use..Mychal97Version: 5.8

✓ The classes never loadIt is convenient to scan with the barcode and to log workouts in the app to get points, however the classes almost never load. Almost every time I go into the app I get the following message when I try to look up the classes for the day/upcoming week “Oops, we had trouble loading the schedules. ✓ Pretty decentFor what it is, it’s pretty good, but coming from another gym app that has live crowd meter tracking and gives you information about your home gym directly on the app, this feels pretty weak in comparison. ✓ Doesn’t even link to HRM supplied by ChuzeI find it frustrating that the Chuze app does not communicate or register work outs from the Accurofit app. The Accurofit app is the app that controls the heart rate monitors sold my Chuze for their team training class. So when I set a workout goal on the app, it never registers that I have worked out. I can only manually enter it, and that seems redundant. So this makes a lot of the Chuze app useless.
