✓ Clearly not supportedI agree with the last reviewer. This used to be by in far the best family organiser app but it has slowly degraded over the last few months and now has reached a point where I spend more time trying to fix issues with it than I save by using it..Version: 1.6.8

✓ Update has messed up the appBefore the newest update I would’ve rated this app 5 stars. However since it’s updated all the dates have been placed on the wrong day. For instance 23rd April is shown as Thursday instead of Friday. I use the app to organise all my family members various activities so needless to say this is incredibly annoying. If this is not sorted soon I will have to find an alternative app.Version: 1.6.4
✓ LOVE but.... Might have to switchI do absolutely love this calendar! But I might have to find something else..... 1) MAJOR issue for us..... My schedule repeats after 6 weeks. My husbands repeats every 3 months..... I cannot put anything like that in this calendar. It's either daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or yearly. 2) I’d like to add an option to just add an event without having to attach it to someone. Like a family member birthday, or a festival or event. Maybe I’m missing something but so far I can’t do it. Instead I've made a "birthday profile" made the picture balloons and a fun event day profile..Version: 1.5.0
✓ Can't do anything without crashingI would give the app at least 4 stars if I could actually use it. The app crashes anytime i try to enter an event or even look at the calendar. It's basically useless at this point because I can't do anything with it. I have sent feedback twice to the app owners but I haven't heard back from them. I've tried just about everything on my end. hopefully they can fix this issue soon because we really enjoyed using this app for our family. it was a key part of our routine. Please fix this!! also- when importing your calendar from your iphone, it only shows your events to you, and not the rest of your family. ✓ Okay but can’t see more than one calendarI am currently using the family organiser app and It seems only one member of my families calendar has been synched with mine. There are three members of my family on the app so I should see all three of our calendars synched into one. But this is not the case, it only shows my calendar with my dates and my sisters dates and not my third sister. I want to know how can I rectify this? Are there steps I should check to ensure my sister can see my dates and schedules and so that I can see hers as right now, I can only see my sisters schedules and not the other..Version: 1.5.0
✓ Stuck in 2007 and customer supportWhen I downloaded this app, the date was set in 2006 (since it was 2016) and I sent various emails to seven logics to help but they never did anything! I deleted the app many times but it still did the same thing. Now, since it's 2017 it says 2007 and they still haven't fixed it! ✓ Needs work!I love the app, it’s awesome for our family to stay on the same page. But the app has been having so many issues. Sometimes it just shuts down. I meal planner would be great too. And maybe syncing the app a bit better. With other members of the family. Editing to add that for MONTHS now anytime I try to go change the wallpaper the app just crashes.I sent An email to the developer and they just said they were aware of the issue but had no current plans to address the issue. ✓ Good, couple of tweaks to be greatI love the way this is set out and is so easy to use. It's already proving useful. It definitely assumes that the wife will use it, and not the husband, the whole layout is geared towards stereotypical women. As a husband, I'd appreciate this changing. A couple of other things would make it great: 1) if the husband and wife could share some of the features (assuming they both have the app) e.g. Shopping list, recipes, calendar. 2) if recipes could be downloaded from the Internet and added in.Version: 1.1.0
✓ Really love this app!! But it keeps crashing...This is literally one of the most elegant organizer I have ever come across. I love the picture and the options that he gives to keep everything organized. I am able to communicate with my partner about things that have to be done without actually texting him. The app sends notifications and reminders when needed. It’s very simple to use and I love it. ✓ What happened to the To-Do??This app has been working perfectly for our family until today. We use the to-do feature to set a recurring, twice daily reminder for medication. Suddenly today it no longer recurs even though it is still set for a daily to-do for the rest of the year. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it still isn’t working. Having to put the reminder in day after day pretty much defeats the purpose of having it. We were just getting ready to purchase the upgraded version, but will be finding another family organizer if this isn’t resolved. No recurring to-dos is a deal breaker for us!.Version: 1.5.0
✓ Critical malfunctionI am writing this review in regards to a critical malfunction that I think others should be aware of. After making an event, it copied to my gmail calendar (which is fine and intended); however, when I made edits to the event, the app created another event on my gmail calendar, not removing or changing the previous one. For example, I made a reoccurring event for my daughter's dance class, then changed it from Tuesday's to Wednesday's. This app changed correctly, however my gmail calendar has events on both. Unfortunately for me, I made an edit to the Wednesday event as well, changing the time, so my gmail calendar has 3 entries for my daughter's dance class. I contacted customer support and they said all I could was individually delete them all--forever, since they are on there as a reoccurring event with no end date. And I cannot change them to have an end date because all changes must be made through the app and those events aren't in the app anymore because it was changed to the current/correct event. It is frustrating and annoying and I am really bummed out because otherwise this was a really great app. 👎🏼.Version: 1.2.0
✓ So disappointed, used to loveI’ve been using this app for a few years now. It’s had glitches here and there but the support team always responded to my emails and helped fix things. Not anymore :-/ another user posted in January the problems I’m having now. It started crashing on me a lot in April, emailed and no response. This week my husband and I realized our calendars weren’t actually syncing and showing us the same stuff, even though it said it was syncing. We tried re-syncing, didn’t fix. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now it won’t sign into our existing calendar, even though we choose that option, and it gets stuck trying to sync. It’s extremely frustrating as ALL of my family’s calendaring went into this app and now it appears my entire summer will have to be recalendared in a new app. I still haven’t heard back from my most recent email and I’m hoping this review will get me a response somewhere but seeing as this problem happened to someone else months ago, I’m not expecting much. Very sad as looking through other apps I haven’t found one that meets the same needs as this one, but even if this particular issue is fixed it seems that this app is no longer getting the same kind of attention and updates as it once did..Version: 1.6.8
✓ Do not get. The worst app I have ever downloadedI tried this app and didn’t like it so deleted it. However the events I put on repeat can now only be deleted one at a time. This is because you can only edit them using the app. This would be great if the app recognised either of my email addresses. Unfortunately it doesn’t so I cannot login to edit them. I was told to wait for an update but if I cannot login and support do not think I have a registered account I will never be able to edit the events. This is the worst app I have ever downloaded as it is still coursing me problem 6 months after deleting it. I would have put 0 stars but that is not an option.Version: 1.3.0
✓ Bugs?A couple of bugs: 1. When editing an event, and changing the date: when I select to apply the change to all future occurrences, only that single occurrence is updated. I've noticed this a few times. 2. Synced item from iOS calendar: the entry says that it needs to be updated through the family app (strange!) and the item isn't recognised as recurring (although it is). Therefore I can't delete all future entries unless I do it one by one (No end date to the recurrence, so that is going to get rather tedious). I've seen this once..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Great Idea, Too Many IssuesI use a couple of other shared calendar apps, and in comparison I really love the interface design of this one. It also has features that I need (to-do options, checklists) However it’s very glitchy. I can’t add anyone to the group the majority of the time, and when it does let me do it, the other person can’t log in on their device. I also can’t log into my own account on the app–every time I put in my credentials it times out immediately. The app completely closes out and everything. I’ve reached out for help but there is no response from the customer service team, an issue that other reviews also state..Version: 1.6.8
✓ It tells me my subscription is expired after I paidI have had a subscription to this app for over a year. I love the thought behind it that’s why I pay $24 a year. But lately I am seeing ads and it’s telling me my subscription is expired. Even when I press subscribe the App Store says I am already subscribed. It also takes a lot of storage on my devices to run this app, almost a gb. Your subscription should cover the cost of it being saved in a cloud somewhere, not on our device. ✓ Don’t use the music option!!Lovely app with lots of useful things but when I selected to have music playing it completely stuffed up the app and my phone. The app wouldn’t open but the music would start and I couldn’t turn it off!! The only way to turn the music off was to shut down my phone. I had to delete the app and reload it but I have lost heaps of stuff that I have put in over the last few weeks. Serious glitch in the system there!!! ✓ Ads just popped up today?Okay I’m not going to take away from the developers right to have ads on a free app. But the way they’ve done it is absolutely terrible. Most app ads have a way to click x. Why does the ad have to be in the middle of my daily schedule? With no way to close? ✓ Newest version has distracting ads, seriously?!I’ve had this app for awhile since I think it’s the most visually pleasing and well organized calendar app that I’ve found. I loved that you could see at a glance events (and who it’s for), to do lists and notes all in one place. I was excited for the newest update that finally added location. The wallet and the other new features seem nice too, but I was extremely disappointed when ads started showing up on the main view almost every other calendar day. It’s very distracting as it’s listed along side your calendar events, notes and to-List. I understand the need to make money but there doesn’t seem to be even an option to pay to remove the ads. ✓ FrustratingI wish we had a option to complete / mark as paid for expenses !!! My account hasn’t been able to sync for a couple weeks now and I have paid for the premium version . Yes it’s only $2 but it’s mine and it has gone to waste . They have not offered to refund me ( because it’s iTunes problem) but it’s their app this is not functioning correctly. ✓ Almost exactly what I wantedThe content is exactly what I'm looking for, but I can't seem to load the same "family" on multiple devices, like my husband's phone and iPad, so we can access our planner and edit it. It asks if I want to log in to an existing family with my email and yet when I set up the app on my phone, it don't remember being asked for my email address to begin with. And there's no where in settings to change family info, add another kid, change a password. I actually don't know why I was asked how many people in my family and there birthdays. ✓ Wanted to love thisFirst I have to say I love the layout of the calendar. The Daily view is great and I especially love the month view. Two major problems for me with this app is that the Task items don't roll over onto the next day until completed. It stays on the assigned day. The only way to see it again is to go to the Task list. I know that isn't a big deal for some, but I rely on them being visible on my calendar. It would also be nice to assign a Task to a specific family member. The other problem I had was exporting anything. It would freeze and not let me export anything. I would like to have exported a sticky note or a Task list to a family member. Exporting only allowed email, Adding the choice of email or message if to export would be great..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Not even a parent!I've been through at least 7 different scheduling apps. I'm a full-time college student, part-time employee, and I do a LOT with my church. My mind gets stretched in many directions, so I need a to-do list on me. This is the first app to do it for me. Most school-planners on the app store are terrible. My one and only complaint, it's tough to get to-do tasks to repeat properly. I'll set it to repeat on certain days of the week, but it's a gamble of whether or not it'll work. ✓ Unable to create new accountI liked this app when I would use it just for me, but now I want to add access to the calendar for my family and I can’t send them any type of link to share the calendar. I even had my husband create a new “account” on his phone thinking maybe he would be able to put his email in and I could get the link from there to share the calendar on multiple devices, it didn’t even add an email. App needs to have option to share calendar with family. Now I am on the hunt for a calendar app that allows this.
