✓ So buggy now and has ads despite buying gamePlayed through the game when it was new and had decided to retry it after many months. Disappointed now that there are ads even though I purchased the game. Also cannot get the bird to come through the window despite looking up walk through to confirm I did all that was supposed to be necessary. Settings gear won’t load anything but a black screen and spinner that never stops spinning. Wasn’t originally this buggy and bad. So disappointing..NeetsrednavaneresVersion: 2.2

✓ Major bug, can't get pastPlayed The Cave, so I decided to go play them all in order. Bam! First one, has a flaw Anyone else unable to kill the parrot to get the last puzzle piece in the 3rd season (fall of '71 I think)? I have 3 pieces and had tried killing the parrot several times before turning to the walkthrough. It shows killing the parrot first to get the first piece. Maybe that's the bug. (Also the walkthrough must be on PC cuz there's a 3D effect not on the iPad iOS version.) Anyway, not sure if anyone else has hit this on playing the iPad one.Sicamore6Version: 1.1

They pop up so, so often that it’s hard to really stay engaged with the game and the only way I can tell to get them to go away is to close and restart the app (I tried waiting the ads out, but after a few minutes it seemed that wasn’t the trick). Sometimes the ad pops up again almost immediately upon restarting forcing me to close and restart the app multiple times in a row to progress. ✓ Interesting but very weird and frustratingThis was first game I've played of the Cube Escape series. It was interesting but for the most part the puzzles make no sense whatsoever so it was pretty frustrating to play. I like puzzle games but these puzzles were so weird and nonsensical I don't know how anyone could figure out what they're supposed to do next. Needless to say, I relied heavily on walkthroughs. I played Paradox next and it was much better, imo. Also, the extremely stripped down controls made for a more frustrating experience. So play Seasons if you want another piece of the rusty lake story, but prepare to be frustrated (and still not have much of a clue as to what the hell it's all about afterwards)..DDDiazVersion: 2.2

✓ Not quite as good as desktop versionWhile the core gameplay and puzzles are still intact, the mobile version is missing the 3D effects of the desktop version which really gave this game a unique personality. Lowering my rating though because the ads are way too frequent. Can’t even go to the game menu to turn off music without sitting through an ad, just to fix the setting and have to sit through another ad to get back in game. ✓ Beautiful game/ ugly bugsI cannot explain in words how great this game is. Amazing plot and very intriguing. However... there are a LOT of bugs/glitches. It truly is disappointing to go through reviews from 2016 until now and seeing people repetitively mention the bugs that make certain levels impossible to pass, yet nobody seems to be doing anything about it? SPOILER: (for instance) Several people have said that they were not able to stab Harvey with the knife to receive the picture piece. Though I never had that problem, I did come across something else. I’ve placed all the liquids in the fuel tanks in the correct order, turned them on but was not able to pull the lever. Also, i tried to delete the app and re download but for some reason was not able to. Anyways, the game and story itself is breathtaking. I’d urge anyone to look into the Cube Escape series. I just wish the creators, or whoever, would simply fix the issues..Emilee😜Version: 2.2

✓ I wanted to like it even moreBut I really don't like having to torture animals. I would like these games so much more if it didn't have the animal cruelty. Yes, I know they're pixels, but it makes the game much less enjoyable for me. I get it's supposed to be disturbing, but it is still plenty disturbing with just the human bloodshed aspect.
