✓ Subscription does not workI bought an annual subscription but I get an error message every time I try activating it.Version: 5.0.2
✓ Looks great but has issues with accuracy and tracking.Functionality looks great, purchased after a brief trial where all appeared to work. Discovered through longer term use that app has many issues. The key features of reliably tracking distance or reporting splits/times Do not work reliably. Concerning for so-called mature 3.x version. It's unfortunate the issues really can't really be understood until one has used the product beyond the trial period. Developer tried to support me, but ultimately pointed finger at Apple's changes to key APIs. Wonder how other developers seem to use the APIs OK. Every few days Apple Watch gets stuck waiting for GPS for 1-2 min Audio updates sometimes sent to Bluetooth headphones and sometimes sent to iPhone speaker, even during same ride. Audio doesn't report elevation via Apple Watch although the iOS app does Activity tracking updates set for every 10 min but happen at random intervals like 10 min, 24 min, 37 min... Distance tracking is so horribly broken, usually off by 10-15%, although I've had workout near 25% less distance added. Splits don't work reliably Sometime activity tracking just stops on my Apple Watch Series 1..Version: 3.3.2
✓ Getting worseThe pausing is working worse and worse over time. I assume there are IOS subtleties the developers are not keeping up with. Almost impossible for my wife or I to get accurate data anymore now the auto pause doesn’t work effectively and the data changes when you save it at the end of a ride..Version: 5.0.2

✓ No supportThis suite of apps has a lot of features, unfortunately some of the key features are unreliable and support is non-existent. I have been trying to use the FITIV Ride app with my iPhone and Apple Watch. I want to stream the heart rate info from the watch to the phone. It works except that it I receive a “Waiting for data” message on the phone over half the time. When I ride, my watch is 10 inches from my phone. I submitted a support ticket, no response. I went ahead and subscribed for a month in hopes there would be a solution. The app doesn’t recognize my subscription, and the restore purchases link generates an error every time. If I don’t hear back soon, I will be contacting Apple for a refund on my non-working subscription..Version: 5.0.2

✓ My second review,It's great to see how many of the old bugs have been fixed. But I've noticed a few bugs that are unique to this app in comparison to others (Ex. Strava). I can have a great signal but the app pauses itself and doesn't track for a good 3 miles, I check to see if other apps can track me and they work fine. On very long rides the app starts to lag. For example I stop moving but the app is lagging behind by 15 seconds recording my previous movements. This makes the speedometer useless. Note: this started happening at 70+ miles Once completing a very long ride, the app freezes up probably because it's trying to compute about 80+ miles of data..Version: 3.4.0

✓ FITV rideIf it would work it would be great. But it crashed frequently on ios 11 and does some odd things with the gps during tracking. Seems very slow after a long ride to do anything and saved the same data to health 4 times. Shame. Its very pretty but buggy. Now deleted..Version: 4.0.1

✓ Still don't botherIf you're looking for a fitness app for your Apple Watch, avoid this app like it is the plague. The watch app is painfully slow to start a workout and after it has, there is no synchronisation with the phone app. In fact the phone app has no idea of the workout. For me, my hopes was that I could start the workout on my watch to get the heart rate and the. Have my phone display the gps information during my ride. Nope. There are completely free apps that do as much as this..Version: 2.3.0

✓ Not pleasedI paid for a years subscription. I have had nothing but problems. I use this on my iPhone as well as my Apple Watch. When I finish riding most times the workout will not save. It closes the app back to the watch face. Only way to try to record another workout is to delete the old one that refuses to save. Second issue while riding the app closes well into my workout with no notification or anything. So another workout lost. I have uninstalled reinstalled restarted you name it and I continually have issues. I sent messages for tech support and never heard back from them. I’m going back to the Under Armour app. At least it saves all of my workout data. My advice don’t waste your time or money in this one.Version: 4.3.2
✓ Motofit RideI used the trial version for a couple of rides and it worked great. No problems with starting or stopping from the Apple Watch, data updated to the watch fine. The app even closed out the activity as it should when my ride was done. Awesome! So I decided to purchase the pro upgrade. That installed fine but before my next ride I also installed the Watch OS 2.2 update. For whatever reason the app is now useless on the watch. I've tried it for two rides now and the watch app has crashed repeatedly without saving any data. I've had to revert to the Apple fitness app for my rides. I'm going to remove the app and reinstall it to see if that helps at all. If not I'm looking for another app and asking for a refund..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Misbegotten and uselessI don't like having to register on a database to use it. I don't like not knowing how much the full version will cost after the three trial runs are completed. I don't like the absence of a manual. And most of all: I don't like the need for an external sensor to pick up heart rate. Since it is fully integrated with the Apple Watch, why on earth not use the heart rate data generated there? Yes, the need for an external sensor is, now that I've found it, hidden in the small print below. But the whole point of an app like this is to use the Watch heart rate signal. I've several apps that are Watch-compatible and use a chest strap, and I don't need another. DELETED..Version: 1.0
✓ App is MarginalI use it on my apple watch and it is slow to start and hangs up frequently between when I select my exercise and the Start function. It has also on occasion gone into a pause mode without warning. If you are looking for a reliable exercise, this is not it!.Version: 4.3.2

✓ Don't botherThis is easily the worst of these gps apps I've tried so far. It's wildly inaccurate. MapMyRide said I rode 66.3km which agrees almost exactly with my wireless computer. This piece of junk app was 13km under. Yes 13km! Wow what a joke..Version: 2.0.0
✓ “Try it for free” does not give you anythingThe entire app is completely disabled unless you subscribe to a payment plan. You can’t even record ONE ride just to see if you like the app! It first bugs you with the usual give me access to this and that during the setup (which I did). But then no matter what you try to do it goes to the “pick a subscription plan” page with a 20 second timer. So what good is it if I can’t even tell if it works, or has the features I’m looking for? All it lets you do is stare at the main screen. If you tap on anything it just says here join this and join that. But it doesn’t actually let you see what is beyond that. So this “trial” was completely useless..Version: 5.0.2
