✓ UselessThis app was at one point probably the best around. Working perfectly on Apple Watch and iPhone. But I’m the past year it has gone to crap! Support only replies to say they are on it. But they never fix the issues. On Apple Watch the voice feed back stays on loop. It won’t stop repeating the same thing continuously. And even when I stop to reset the app it will still do it. When the app is malfunctioning it drains Apple Watch in less than 1 hr. For something that I’m paying for this is very ridiculous. I wish they had left the app alone. ✓ Anything but seamlessI was truly hoping for a seamless, easy-to-use app which would automatically import all run and hiking data from my Apple Watch (Series 3) and sync imported data between its apps on my Phone app and iPad. No such luck with this app. If you want this to work properly, be prepared to spend lots time troubleshooting and reading FAQs on the sellers website. Every couple months the app stops getting data automatically and one must begin the troubleshooting process once again. I regret having upgraded to the premium version shortly after downloading. ✓ Not ready for prime timeI was hooked by this apps promise to allow me to train via heart rate on my Apple Watch. The iPhone app looks great as does the apple Watch companion app however after several weeks of use I've deleted it off my watch. The iPhone app is useful to visualize your running workout after the fact but forget about trying to get real time data as you run from your Apple Watch. The app quits after five ten minutes ( I've tried numerous combinations, with iPhone and without as well as suggestions on the developers support page) I have gone back to using apples integrated fitness app. Maybe the next update?.Fritzy43Version: 2.0.0

✓ Great potential but not there yetI wanted to love this app but unfortunately it has too many problems. On the good side, I really like the visualisation of heart rate zones, something missing from other running apps. I also like that you can easily customise what's shown on the screen and best of all the fully customisable voice feedback direct from the watch. Also there is a very good personal support desk. On the bad size is the 'waiting for Gps' issue which has be known about for 9 months, but still not fixed. You have to force close the app which takes at least 15 seconds - not great if you're starting a Parkrun or event, you can hardly just stand and wait. Seems to happen the majority of times I use the app. The companion app, allows for treadmill running, but this does not show any distance, only your heart rate and calories burnt - this must possible as other apps such as Nike+ do this. I therefore personally can't justify paying for the app at the end of trial period, but will keep an eye out and see if updates improve things.Dave_Bush_MonsterVersion: 3.4.0
