So I just re downloaded the game and it was good until I got to the part with the suitcase. When you click the suitcase it takes you to a glitchy green screen and you can’t get out of it... ✓ Punched outDon't bother downloading, it's one of them games that wants you to invest from the get go. It's one step forward and two backwards. Balance between which skill to choose is pretty poor as you don't seem to have too much choice at the start. You are constantly doing crap jobs to earn money to pay for food, which is just the basics to keep your energy levels high, don't ever seem to have enough money which is needed for gym equipment. Fight sequence is also crap, putting you up against opponents which are not even your skill level. If you want a game that seems to require either money or your limitless time. ✓ One of the beat games i’ve played, but...This is really one of the greatest games i’ve played on ios, it doesnt require you to spend real money to progress, so you cant just finish it in half an hour and thats it. Really addictive, a lot of detail put into it, really creative, amazing overall. But one huge issue. The game bugs out at one of the most interesting points in the storyline. ✓ Strong start, gets knocked out in later roundsThe game starts out fine if you're into grindfests. You develop 3 stats that make your Fighter stronger in different ways. You'll earn skills as you progress also, so there's a bit of punchy & kicky variety here. You have to balance your play between training your fighting stats and managing your fighter's life (earning money at jobs, buying good, etc). It adds a bit to the game, but mostly it just gets annoying 'cause your fight stats degenerate every day so time spent delivering pizzas is time that your fighter is becoming weaker..Version: 1.30

✓ Not greatA great idea but lacks refinement and common sense. For example I've reached a point where it has become impossible for me to make any progress, I'm stuck on one fight that I cannot win and have been trying for days. I can't earn enough money to train effectively, I can't train effectively enough to win fights and when I do fight my fighter seems to be happy just to stand there and get punched. He doesn't ever seem to want to fight back and loses most of his health and stamina before even committing to a punch (which usually misses). Although I enjoyed this at first I've reached an impassable wall which is just lazy and unpolished. Not worth £0.79 let alone £4..Version: 1.05

Recently thought about Punch Club again and this time decided to purchase the full experience, except the full experience is just $4.99 of a "full-game" teaser. ✓ Was an amazing game, now is pretty much droppedI love this game. Like a ton. But each time I try jumping back into it. I’m almost always met with glitches or just my save file just completely erased. This isn’t uncommon for tinybuild games now a days. Especially with LazyBear Studios stating they are dropping DLC support for Graveyard Keeper on the Nintendo Switch. So please don’t waste your money on this. If you are wanting to play this game. I suggest maybe playing it on a modded 3DS or get it really cheap or from someone who sings Sea shanties on PC. I hope this publisher tries to make games like this again (looking at the sequel coming out) but I don’t see myself supporting a publisher that is just falling flat in terms of support. And don’t even get me started on their Hello Neighbor games. Like please actually hire developers that can make quality games other than jumping at each cool idea you think is neat. ✓ Needs improvingHonestly, the concept of this game is good, I love the art design and the story line, but overall I think this game is way too difficult to make progress in. You lose hunger, energy and happiness way too fast whilst not fighting and trying to get all of those 3 up, and working, and constantly losing stats because of no exercise, it takes me way too long to make any progress in my stats. I find myself doing the same thing over and over, with little no know difference in my stats. I work, buy meat, eat, workout, sleep, watch tv for days to get my happiness up (causing me to lose my stats). And basically rinse and repeat. I know you maybe thinking that this is the idea of the game, but it seriously is boring because of how long it takes to get anywhere. And the only reason it's not even harder for me, is that whenever I get a robber, I close the app. Even when I use a glitch, it is still crazily boring to do anything. But I swear it is this uphill climb where I have to constantly trade off training for work for sleep and still be able to afford food and somehow fit a boxing career in there. ✓ Not quite as good as PCOverall Punch Club is a good game and very addictive. Time management/RPG/Fighting is a pretty interest concept and it keeps you involved doing an extra days training or reaching that next fight. Having bought the PC version on steam though I'm left a little disappointed. There are a lot of balance issues in the game. Agility, although nerfed is still very overpowered and fighting an agility fighter is often very random. I had an entire fight against someone with 19 agility when I had 14 and literally missed every shot. A lot of the skills/perks are greatly under or overpowered from my experience, and there seems to be very clear, distinct paths to beat the game. Another problem I don't quite understand is, in the end game on mobile, the game is a lot more drawn out. A massive grind and you lose total interest compared to it being fairly fast on PC. Enjoyable, addictive but flawed and work to do - especially for a premium mobile price of £3.99.Version: 1.0

✓ Promising Game, with game-ruining mechanics.The art style is beautiful; really takes you back. I am a fan of this genre as well and hearing so many people compare this to Game Dev Story but with fighting I had to get it. However, there is a massive game-ruining mechanic in the game: skill degradation. It is impossible to stay good at the game. Even when training every day, your skills will go down by a massive amount for no reason. I decided to try this version again, since in the change log it says that there were balance fixes. Well it is still same old; there seems to be no logic with training or fighting. I train from 4 strength to 5 in a day just to have it go back to 4 when the day finishes. I go to fight a person with skills 2/4/5 to lose with my skills being 5/4/5. It is frustrating to the point of switching the game of to not go back to it until a new "update" comes out. It is a grind right now; not fun, but just time wasting. The game looks great. But please make it fun rather than a painful grind to nowhere..Version: 1.05

✓ Major BugI recently replayed some on punch club, but I came across a large bug. When you open the suitcase for the free dlc, the second time it glitches, screen freezes and doesn’t let you skip it, you can’t exit out and join back. You literally can not progress through the game. I see other reviews saying the same. So please fix this soon. But it’s a great game. Ly guys.Version: 1.35

✓ BrokenThe game is great, I just returned to replay it anticipating the release of the second game sometime this year. I started a new character and didn't make it far in the story until I got to a part that literally forces you to click the stupid glowing suitcase. Can't skip, go back to the map, nothing. When I click it it takes me to black screen, can still see the top stat bar and hear music but nothing else. Soooo the game is broken with this dlc release.
