✓ Not working, please fixI remember playing a while back and today I decided to download the game on my phone. For some reason when I open the game my screen is just purple, I can hear the game sound but it’s just purple and nothing happens. I tried on my ipad to see if it does the same thing, the answer is, it does. Could you fix it please ? I really enjoyed this game and I would really love to enjoy it again. ✓ Awesome but needs changesIt’s a good game and I really recommend it to anybody who loves the ocean. I’d like to change: 1. make the song of the moon affect come back please. It made it a lot easier to get event currency (not vitality) and I found it pretty sad when it was removed. 2. I am trying to do all the quests on 2nd anniversary and the 2nd quest all it says is “we need 300 for all the guests” or something like that and I’m like “300 WHAAAAATTTTT!!!?!!?” Please make it more specific. 3. I COMPLETED THE DAILY MISSION AND GOT MY 50 PEARLS AND GOT A SEAWEED FARM AND I COME BACK, no seaweed farm and my pearls back to 10 ):.Version: 1.7.1

✓ Game was great until update...I have been a long time player of Abyssrium and along with many others, I do think it was a great game. There are tons of cool fish to collect and many interesting ways to find them. HOWEVER, the update is horrible and has caused me to delete the app. It used to be feasible to collect enough “candy” during special events to collect the special fish, but now you can pretty much only get them if you are glued to your phone 24/7. They took away the multiplication of song of the moon on candy, and so now you must literally wait to press on candy 6,000 times for some fish. Would you want to wait around and stare at a screen that long? No! It’s frustrating, and it’s no longer fun. I’m very disappointed in Abyssrium because I used to recommend it, but now none of my friends play either because it’s just sad to see all the cute fish you “could” have gotten... If they bring back the song of the moon effect on candy, then I will change my stance, but for now, I would not recommend this game..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Was awesome, now suckyWas brilliant, great fun, but now increasingly frustrating. You can’t unlock one of the basic fish without a Facebook account. That’s utterly stupid. I’m not creating an account with a company that is completely evil just to unlock something that should already be available. There must be an alternative way to unlock it. This is so basic. The requirement to watch videos to complete the daily challenge would be fine, if you didn’t keep getting error messages about “no more videos available, try again in 24 hours”. More stupidity. Now they’ve added stupid “mini games” ads, which freeze and crash your device! Nightmare! Between that and the absolute mess that was the Valentine event - I hate tacky pink crap and the mechanics were awful - I’m not impressed with this. The new event is equally badly designed, with no basic instructions! What is even the point?! Certainly no longer recommending this to anyone, because it’s broken. ✓ Used to be good...now it’s an ad and pay to play frenzyI played this game for over a year. I enjoyed playing with the cute fish, to the nice music and see what I could unlock. It was fun to play 10-20 minutes everyday and just tend to my virtual aquarium. When they installed new worlds, and cool events for holiday seasons, I thought it was even more fun. After I took a break from gameplay though, and returned, it was exponentially harder. The daily tasks took too much time and had less output of diamonds and other rewards. Missions seemed like a hassle. Even when you play strategically, you’d have to spend endless time playing the game. The reality is they went straight to making everything ad crazy, to finish events you’d have to watch hundreds upon hundreds of ads, and or use your actual money to play. I’m not a fan of games like that. That disregard your time, compromise gameplay for revenue, and try to squeeze every penny out of their users. It’s taken me a long time to get to this point where I said I’m done with the game, I’m so reluctant to delete it bc I used to *love* it, but make no mistake, if you want fun and free gameplay...this is not the game for you..Version: 1.14.1
✓ The game is getting worseI started to play this game back when it was the first anniversary. It is sure a great game, there is nothing wrong with the game, is just the gameplay. During the events, the only thing you do now is just watching ads to get candies or whatever. You even need to watch 200 ads to unlock certain hidden fish in a event, instead like back then you only watch ads to refresh the ability cold down time. I’m not saying that that this game shouldn’t include ads, that’s how companies make money but 200ads is way to much and if you really want to complete a event you need to watch way more than just 200ads without paying money to the game. At this point you spend most of your times on ads, is such a disappointment to see this, hope the game company can change some part to make this game more than just watching ads..Version: 1.14.3
✓ This used to be my favorite game...And then the 2018 Valentine’s event happened. One of the great things about this game was the fact that the first time I played, I jumped in during the middle of the 2017 anniversary event. It seemed semi-impossible, but Song of the Moon helped me to get a decent amount of candies and acquire a decent amount of fish. I even bought the little $10 corgi from the ad that got me to play the game in the first place. It gave me hope for the next events and I was able to complete the fall event which was awesome. There was so much excitement finding the hidden fish and building up my collection. With the Valentine’s event made it more difficult to acquire the event currency, removed the bonus from Song of the Moon, there are no hidden fish... I feel like I am just watching ads and not doing anything else in the game. What’s worse is they’ve gone from allowing you to build up your collection by acquiring event currency, to spending event currency for a loot drop so you can’t even get all of the items. It’s super boring now. This was my favorite game and now it’s not fun to play..Version: 1.5.8

✓ Doesn't workThe two stars is because it worked great on my aunts iPad, and I loved it - then my aunt went back to China and I tried to get it on my iPod. I was all excited about starting it, it went to the title screen; then blacked out and returned to the home screen. It did this several times, until I got really annoyed and uninstalled it. ✓ Used to be my favourite gameThe design and play style of this game are really calming and until recently I would say this was my favourite game. However updates to event styles have made the game so stressful and player hostile that I don’t even want to open the app sometimes, I think the incentive of money from ads and iaps has ruined the best things about this game and listening to the players would definitely benefit it, as it feels as though this game is constantly trying to get money out of me.Version: 1.11.3

✓ Not so ZenThis game gets advertised by the developers as peaceful and "Zen" but is not. The menus are complex and not Intuitive at all so you can never remember where to find the thing you need. You go to the world map to try to play an event but despite showing it to you, it won't allow you to pay it there and tells you to go somewhere to access the event but doesn't tell you where that thing is, it's also on a timer so you waste all your time looking for it. Creates more anxiety asks stress than zen. Peaceful means simple and this is not..Version: 1.9.1
✓ Encourages kids to use social mediaMy son is 7 and loves this app he is autistic with a PDA profile, he loved this game collecting fish and I have bought him lots, but what I am not happy about is to go further in the game they have to share Twitter and Facebook, in order to be rewarded more fish, I am not happy about this especially with the age rating being 4+ my son is now asking for Facebook, not only that but it’s so hard to speak to them, my son accidentally deleted an in purchase item and we can’t get it back, no support at all, just cashing in of vulnerable children..Version: 1.55.0
✓ The game is good but it has its issuesTo be honest the game is really really good. Its a nice spin on your typical idle/clicker game. That being said there are some issues. Mainly the fact that the game is very taxing on my device, I myself have an Iphone 6S Plus so it is by no means a new phone but the ammount of times the game has crashed seems to be bad wven for my non new device. A setting to change the games quality would solve all of this and would hopefully even shorten load times once its enabled. This same lag and crashing issue applies to ads aswell. I dont know if its the add itself or if the add is judt adding to the games lag but it almost always crashes because of it making opening chests or resetting skill cool downs impossible and when an event wuest requires you to open chests it becomes an issue. I dont know if the ad crashing can even be fixed but hopefully it can. Aside from these lag and crash issues the game is honestly really good like I said in the first paragraph. ✓ Something is very wrong...When I had this game a couple years ago I absolutely loved it. I worked so hard to get the whole set of the Anniversary fish and I loved the cake fish!! I deleted it sometime because I got bored, but I have just remembered how fun it was. I went and downloaded it and when the game started it said “Load game data”, I was excited that the game had saved my old data so I could play with my cake fish! When it uploaded my old data I couldn’t do anything at all...then a few seconds later the game stops and the same notification comes up, “load game data”. I keep hitting the continue button and the game reloads, but the notification keeps coming up. I’ve deleted the game over and over to see if it would make a difference, but it hasn’t. I’ve restarted my phone and cleared my windows, but nothing is working!! I tried going to the help page, but the whole page is in a foreign language and I can’t even find the game on that page. ✓ Charming but super buggyI wish I could give it more stars. It’s a very relaxing charming game that doesn’t penalize you for being off it for a certain amount of time but it’s got a few issues. Gameplay wise I’ve found things will go smoothly for a while until it slows to a point where it feels like you’re waiting for a snail to reach the point so you can finally afford that next goal. The lack of stars though is mostly because of how unbelievably buggy it is on OS. Ads will cause it to crash. Even after following steps in settings and making sure everything is up to date it still gets worse to a point that I can’t even open it up without it crashing past the title screen. I have to basically save on the cloud every time I get a chance to get on in fear I’ll lose it or be forced to reinstall. These issues have persisted for a long time and doesn’t seem to be resolved in any manner. It’ll sometimes work again out of the blue for a bit and then get right back to the crashing habit. ✓ Where are the problems?This zen game is great for students with school and ( one myself ) quite enjoy my fishes swimming around. You also feel achievement when you complete a set. I just completed the 1 anniversary set of the little presents and I feel like I’ve achieved something that I will cherish forever! The art is stunning and with no bugs that get in my way and just have a beautiful experience with this game. ✓ Some flaws with the gameEven when i love this game it still has some major flaws, like for one the events are more (in best terms i can say) pay to gain, as in if you don’t spend money some things are almost impossible if not impossible to get. Thats not to say the game is entirely like that its just something i find annoying in events. And lets not forget how grindy it is to get the event items, if you want to get some of the bigger fish you’ll have to grind for a few days to even get one and at the slow rate of getting such items its kind of discouraging. That said i do try and 100% games a lot. Now for the good, the game looks stunning for a mobile game, the music is calming and the fish are creative looking, there is a lot to do and get, the dumbo octopus is one of the cutest things ever and the events tho grindy there fun. ✓ Just when I thought things were getting better......the developers threw this Halloween update at us. The new tank, while cool aesthetically, does come with a few glaring things that I take issue with. First off- it completely values saved event currency! Playing in the new tank, you quickly advance up into the F, G, etc levels of Vitality- versus previous events where the highest amount you needed was 20A or so. Players’ saved currency from previous events, which they worked hard to accumulate, is now worthless. And secondly- what about the event fish players already had? You start off with no fish in the Halloween tank, regardless of how many you had from previous Halloween events or the fall event. What’s more, the new event fish and the old event fish are lumped together- say, if you had a complete set of last year’s Halloween fish, you’ll have to earn them all over again along the way to getting all the new fish. Again- player’s previous progress is essentially erased, and there’s now no way for us to complete previous event sets in our main tank save for the lucky shell. Not cool. It’s time you start listening up to your players, Abyssrium. Stop tweaking the systems they’re already happy with- especially not into this disappointing model. ✓ NEW EVENT SYSTEM![I’m not here to tell you my life story, just my opinion on the new system] The way the event is now organized is in a completely separate “tank” or “corallite.” Similar to the newish freshwater tank, you cannot bring over freshie fish to saltwater and vice versa. This means you can’t mix any of the new event fish with any of your other regular ones(including old event fish). Having all your fish in one area is not only more convenient(in my opinion), but it gives you the choice to mix and match your fish which I think is one of the fun aspects of this game. This includes mixing and picking out your “dyes” and “themes,” to whichever you want. But now you don’t get that choice. It only makes it more awkward if you just have the old event fish with your regular fish, while the newer ones are in a separate tank alone. I’m not going to touch on how difficult it has become to unlock everything, that’s an entire other review. Perhaps you can allow people to transfer their event fish back over to their regular tank if desired? I hope you guys really listen to the reviews this time. Listening and acting on feedback is beneficial for both sides :).Version: 1.8.0
✓ Cute game, but kinda disappointingWhile the game is pretty, and the fish designs are fun and cute, the progress eventually slows where it feels impossible to get new fish anymore. Plus, the events in this game are ridiculous in how long they take and how annoying the objectives are, and have an insane amount of in game currency required to get all the different event fish and complete the quests. How am I supposed to ever complete any of these events within a month when its just something fun to play in my downtime? Why are these events so stressful and basically require me to check it nonstop and watch dozens of ads in order for me to ever get even close to how much currency is required overall? I thought the events would be a fun way to get back into playing the game, but while it’s initially calming, it gets quickly exhausting, and every event Ive played has been progressively worse than the last. ✓ Scam! DONT INVEST IN THIS GAME!!So I really enjoyed this game up until today. I played a lot in my spare time and I had established a pretty solid collection of fish within the game. I really enjoyed it and put a fair amount of hours into it. Today I thought I would treat myself to an in game purchase equivalent of like $20. I don’t always buy in game purchases but I figured since I enjoyed the game it might be worth it. So I payed for it and got the delivered goods, however, after I closed the app an hour or so later, I opened it back up to find that all of the progress I had done with my purchase was completely undone! I had record of my purchase and there were still some things in game that were evidence of my purchase, but almost all of my progress was gone! My purchase game with a dog in scuba gear, some crafting materials, some diamonds, and some pearls. I had bought it specifically to make some progress in the current event, and I did just that. I got some new fish for the event, I upgraded some things and used my diamonds and pearls. After I logged out I lost all of that, but I still have the dog which I couldn’t have gotten without purchasing that specific package. I think that if I’m going to spend $20 I shouldn’t lose what I had paid for once I closed the app! I enjoyed the app but now I’m just upset and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did. ✓ Was goodAt first it felt like a good indie game that was fun and that made you wanna pay/watch ads to support now it’s another pay to play mobile game that requires money. They ruined events by adding these fusion fish, I remember feeling like a genius using song of the moon and the ad multiplier to get more currency for an event. They changed that, the first even with the awful hermit crab was fine, cool down was short it cost low tickets and so did the fish. But unlocking the fish was worse you have to watch ads or share photos to unlock the fish, and besides that to complete quests you need to waste so much Coral and other things which is impossible to get without the auto collected and using ads to reset hermits skill. The fish’s themselves got less original most are just normal fish with a slight change and then there is one or two good looking fish that are fusion fish from OTHER EVENTS. This went from passion to pay in a couple of months and I know they don’t read reviews but I’m deleting this app so they can read my review in the ratings.Version: 1.13.0
✓ No longer what it used to be 💔This game started out simple, fun and relaxing. I used to play it to help me fall asleep or when I just wanted to play something idly and collect some cute fishies. Now it’s all about how much money you can spit out on extra packages just to get somewhere with events and how much Ads you can watch. The new developers seem to be trying hard in most aspects to improve the game and have done good and haven’t tossed us any failed curveballs with events. However this is where I need to be less happy with the game. For starters the events feel lacking, as a long time player many of these events haven’t interested me, boring designs and lackluster themes fail to keep my interest, the events are very cutesy themed although many men play this game to. Would be nice to see more realistic fish added without having to do that stupid resource sink that is the “hiding fish” clamshell lotto. Also the recent event, the retro theme is the lamest and most lazy event to date.... you have an underwater world you can be more creative. Last but not least, this is a game primarily about fish and ocean life.... ✓ Going downhill big timeI’ve used this game to de-stress for a very long time. It’s beautiful, calming, and serene... but the developers of this app have really let down their players with the last few updates. While I understand that as this is a free app to download, they need to make their money from sponsors using advertisements, they have removed several features of the app that made playing really enjoyable. The updates have made it very difficult to advance in the game, and despite their community’s respectful requests to reinstate some of these features, they have become increasingly silent. Customer service used to be a priority to these developers and at this point, they don’t even bother to respond to questions or concerns about the updates. Several of the functions (some of which I have actually paid for) have been removed from the app, and I would assume that many players as well as myself thought these were bugs initially, but there seems to be no plans for fixing them. I am very sad that they seem to have abandoned their customers, as this used to be a wonderful game, which in the past I gave a five-star rating. After months of waiting for fixes and not getting any response on feedback, I will be deleting this app today as it’s no longer worth the space..Version: 1.6.3

✓ Popularity has ruined the AppI installed and played/SPENT MONEY on this app a few years ago when it was in its infancy. The game was pretty and engaging. I love the ocean and all it’s treasures, this game gives you as much as it can, any aquarist would be satisfied on a superficial level when playing this game. However, in the short time I’ve been away the game has expanded and morphed into a plethora of little ploys to squeeze money from people addicted to short-term dopamine rushes. Too many special events, mini-games and sea-creature collections no-one could possibly hope to collect unless they spend real money. It’s all too overwhelming and obviously overpriced. I genuinely offer congratulations to this little gem of a game for gaining notoriety, but the game requires too much money now to really sink your teeth into it..Version: 1.43.0

✓ Cute, but frustratingThis is a very cute game with beautiful art, but it heavily encourages players to watch ads to earn more Vitality. I wouldn’t usually have a problem with this, but about 60% of the time the ads are unwatchable—either they’re don’t load properly and are extremely choppy, or they don’t load at all and I’m left with a black screen, resulting in force closing the game altogether. ✓ This is amazingHonestly this game is the most calming thing I have ever played and the graphics are amazing. The sounds are good for bed time music so it’s like saying “Alexa play calming bedtime music.” One thing that would make the game even better is that the players would be able to choose a color scheme. That way whatever color you choose will effect what color the fish are. Or what color the coral is. And like if you choose winter all the fish would be like shiny or white. Overall I am very pleased with this game. As I was overcoming the stomach bug recently I discovered this game and it helped me to take my mind off the sickness. ✓ This update ruined the event currency system.I got this game about two years ago and have kept it ever since. I loved the beauty and the serenity this game had while being a simple tap to riches game. However I did eventually get bored of how long it took to unlock things, which I expected as you progress, and I don’t have a problem with this part. I took a significant break and was considering deleting until the seasonal events showed up. They brought a whole new set of content that I could enjoy while progressing normally which got me back into the game. I loved what this company was doing with these events and have been playing as much as I could collecting these new event fish and decorations. This is no longer the case. The old system of the event currency you collected from the fish was perfect. It allowed you to gain a significant amount of currency in short bursts from the song of the moon if you committed yourself to 5 mins. I had spent nearly every gem I collected to get it to a %1100 bonus from %500 meaning every fish tap was worth 11 event currency instead of 5) just for this. Now you can only get one point each tap. All the gems I committed to this are essentially pointless and all the work I put into this system is gone. I don’t know what the developers are trying to fix but this is not better. I am extremely disappointed. I sincerely hope this is not leading deeper into a pay to play system and is just one event or mistake..Version: 1.5.8

✓ Good game, bad updateTap tap fish is a wonderful game. I love the aesthetics and music and the overall serenity to the game. I first downloaded tap tap fish a year ago. I loved how it was also pretty simple to get more fish, just collect vitality by tapping away and eventually by using skills like “song of the moon”, etc. I want to be a wildlife/ marine biologist and I’ve always wanted a game on my phone where I could make my own little aquarium/ zoo and this one was the best to me out of the ones I tried. And all those good reviews are either from new players or bots trying to make your game look better than it is cause most of the long time players ARE NOT HAPPY with this new change. As time progressed for each event a special creature was introduced to buy with real money, purpose to help gain event currency to buy event fish. Fine. But it wasn’t necessary. With the change in ownership and event updates, which events now happen EVERY MONTH, not a few times a year which was fun, it’s nothing but a money pit and a frustrating one. you have to spend money to complete the event. And they raised the prices. All the while completely ignoring the glitches, crashes, necessary ads with not loading *Request Failed* or playing but then blacking out at the end. Having to reset your device every 2 days to get one game to work, mostly, is just not worth it anymore. There’s no time to just relax, work on your tank, have the fish out that you want, and make the game yours. And gashapon, rife in this game. I had a few friends playing with me and I made charts and lists to help me find all of the hidden fish. This game was one of my favourite things. ✓ Bring back the old system for events!!I’ve had this game for over a year now, on and off playing. The graphics are awesome, and fish are adorable, I love the lucky spin shells to get past fish. But this Valentine’s day event has thrown this all out the window. I liked the old system, of how the fish generate event currency and if you use Song of the Moon and/or Spirit of Life, you could get 5 event currency per tap, or even 10. Otherwise, the event would be impossible to get any currency at all. After all, your only get 1 event currency per tap every minute or so, and trying to get 900 event currencies without Song of the Moon and/or Spirit of Life was impossible. It actually made the event somewhat possible. But that’s exactly what they got rid of. Events were hard enough already, but now they’re downright impossible. I’m pretty sure this is their way of getting you to waste your life on the game and pay. After all, you'd have to spend all your time awake without the old features to actually get something out of the events. I don’t really like all the extra menus and gachas and plethora of daily deals and package offers that clutter the game interface now, but I can ignore those and just focus on getting more fish and coral, and it’s honestly nice sometimes to just watch your collected fish swim around with the game’s calming soundtrack. However, the Halloween event is giving me no end of grief. I activated Trick or Treat once yesterday morning, and the game is still treating it as though it’s active even though the 60s timer ran out literally a day ago. I’ve tried submitting bug reports twice through the game’s reporting option, but both times received an auto reply that my email failed to deliver. I unfortunately do not know how to read or write the language this app’s support website is written in, or I would try there. The events were great fun - collecting lots of special fish, having an event theme, and lots of hidden fish to find. This year they’ve changed that. It’s money-grabbing and tedious. The last event consisted of sending out a fish for three hours to collect materials, or spending £9.99 to buy a fish that does it in one hour. They really have removed all the fun from the game. Also, contact with the developers is awful. They flat out lied to everybody on their Facebook page, telling us we could keep the event currency at the end of the event, only to go back on their word and delete the post in which they made the promise. It has helped me with a lot of my anxiety and stuff like that watching the fish swim around the sea as everything gets bigger as I level up and add more creatures. However there is a thing going on with the events. I’ve played this game forever on past devices and the events were fun all the way until this past Valentine’s Day event. It was a pay to win situation where you had a choice to struggle on getting the event fish or you could pay $9 to have a fun, easier time getting the fish and new corals. This wasn’t like the fun events we’re use to where everyone has a chance to get all the fish with some savings from the “candy” pile or whatever currency it was that season. It was fun, easy, and not too much of a pain to deal with since you could take previously saved currency and pay for new fish. ✓ This glitch makes game almost unplayable please readThere’s this glitch where when you open a new screen like press the trophy button or the manage fish button and any buttons at the top of screen the game crashes and I looked up how to fix this but there was nothing. On your Facebook posts comments some people are complaining that there’s a facebook glitch and the crash glitch that I mentioned before. The events that come out make you get 5 types of event fish to get a new fish and some of the better fish make you get 20 to 60 event fish. This is fine except that I don’t want 60 of the same fish swimming around and I try to get in the manage fish option but then the game crashes. Another thing is that you need to open the trophy button to get pearls but since that also crashes the game I can’t get pearls unless I buy them and I don’t feel like doing that. It seems like you’ve had problems like this happen in the past because you post stuff about iOS tap tap fish players game crashing on Facebook. ✓ Love this game but needs major improvementsI have loved this game since 2017 and I love the events and the fish! my only bother right now is the farm system. It seems that this game has been made so that it is nearly impossible to complete the monthly events (the best part of the game arguably) without spending a lot of money on farm materials. I have bought the assistant sea otter for 10 dollars (which is an absolutely insane amount of money to pay) and I have been extremely let down by what I received. The description is very misleading because it makes it sound like the sea otter will collect supplies for you while you are not in the game. You need so many farm supplies for each event fish so the game gets really hard to play with the current amount of farm materials we receive. I have loved this game for years but have become very dissatisfied with its current state. I hope your team can make some much needed adjustments..Version: 1.58.1

✓ It’s okThree years ago when I got this game, I loved it. It was simple and cute and I loved making it pretty with all the very cute fish they had. But as updates happened, it got too complicated. There’s too many options, every time I’ve looked at this app after a while more and more thing were being added. It’s fun, but there’s just too much for a mobile game. ✓ False advertisingI played this game hoping for a peaceful calm ocean, but I was unpleasantly surprised by the whole thing, out of context it seemed like it was super relaxing and not too in your face but when I downloaded it all I got was stressed because everything was happening at once, I got the event, the daily tasks, the shop, it wasn’t relaxing but more stressful, and SO many in app purchases. The only thing I liked was the design and animation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to people with anxiety issues..Version: 1.35.0
