✓ Not workingI play this game daily, but for some reason today of all days it isn’t working. Every time I log in it’s told me to restart the game because there is an update, but when I restart it it just keeps telling me to restart it and never loads into the game. I even un-installed it and re-installed, signed in again and so forth, now it just isn’t working and I’ve tried too many times to restart it and have it not work. This just makes me upset because it’s one of the few rhythm games I actually like and play on a daily basis..Version: 3.7.6
✓ I want to love this game but i can’tFirst of all, i played superstar sm since the day it was release and i love it. But ever since i started playing this one, i have mixed feeling about it. During the game play, i tap all the notes but it keep telling me that is miss everything and that i fail mid game. I delete the app, re-download it, even re start my phone but it still have that bug. So my phone is not the problem here. Also the events are very bs. Unless you spend your money to buy diamond, which is so expensive like wth?, then you can “buy” the card pack and score the song with high score. Other than that you can never win the events. Stray Kids songs in hard mode is freaking hard for some reasons while other songs are like super normal @@ I am extremely upset and pls stop giving us Twice card all the time. I always get Twice S card but not Stray Kids, i get that Twice is famous but pls, too much card from them..Version: 2.11.11

✓ Dalcom Support Team is not working properly6th anniversary event just pass, there are so many good things about this event, but just one bad thing cause this event to be completely bad, and it’s from the Dalcom Support Team. This event has exposed so many cheaters using tools to take the advantage of it, but there are also so many players willing to spend their time to grind this game, to PR the game to other social medias. And we all guessed what happened, good players got banned, bad players still continue to play because these cheaters willing to all send report to DC Email Support so they can ban these hard-working grinder. Talking about DC Email Support, when we ask for evident, literally no replies for weeks. Even there is no team to managing anything related to cheaters, players have to report to DC. And after it got reported, what did they do? Nothing. They just lift the ban hammer and call it a day. This is seriously the big issue can cause players to leave this game permanently. So please for the sake of this game, look at what you guys doing in your company, look at what you have done so far to these players, reflecting it on yourself if you want the game to have 7th anniversary. There are so many issues got reported to you, and the replies are none, or just bot replies. This is very concerning from the company have create the series running for almost 8 years. ✓ Account Does Not SaveI have been playing Superstar JYP for a few months now, and recently, maybe about a few weeks ago, i’ve been experiencing this issue where every time Superstar JYP restarts, I am logged out. I signed in originally with my google account, but, whenever I press sign in with google, it just redirects me to the loading page then the “TOUCH TO START” screen appears again. Now, every time I am logged out, I have to go the long way and press guest, make a guest account, then log in the long way. I hope this situation will be fixed later on. I started up again in September and just today my new account has been lost again, honestly cannot be bothered to re-download and work my way up again. ✓ I GOT KICKED OUT MY ACCOUNT??I love the game with all my heart, but after not playing it for a couple days, I got logged out. There is no possible way to log in to my old account and I can only make a new one. I tried Dalcom ID but it lets me in and then tells me to write a new nickname, and when I write my old one it says it’s already in use. When I had my account earlier i logged in with google. But now when I log in using the same email it says welcome! And tells me to make a new nickname. Is there seriously no possible way to get my account back? I worked so hard ☹️.Version: 3.7.14
✓ Saying I “missed” when i didn’tI was playing Superstar JYP and some of the notes that I am hitting is not being recognized by the game and is being considered “missed”. At first, I thought that I just somehow played worse than I usually do, but the songs that I’m playing are as difficult as the songs from Superstar Gfriend. This way, I knew that this isn’t my fault because if I could get 3 stars on a different game and difficulty yet on the exact same objective, I should be getting the same result. Somehow, I am not. After playing some more to confirm and repeatedly getting frustrated, I closed the game and came here. This game has a problem recognizing screen taps and is giving many players problems. ✓ DiamondsIt seems like you have to spend money on this game in order to get limited cards. I spent 30 dollars on diamonds and plus more diamonds that I gathered on the new limited cards. I had over 1 thousand diamonds and I got the same members over and over again. I’m not going to buy anything if it’s being wasted. Not to mention the update ends fast so its not enough time to gather diamonds. If I’m going to spend and buy diamonds I want a new member card or else you do it purposefully so people will spend a ton of money on your game. ✓ Im not missing these notes, but it says i am?I love this game a lot. I play everyday! But one thing ive noticed is that it loves to say i missed a note when i didnt. i thought i was just being defensive but my gut feeling TOLD me i was hitting those notes so i started recording my screen every time i played. on notes that i CLEARLY hit (as in the sparks that shows up when u hit a note were definitely there), it says missed. obviously it had to have registered my finger if it sparked up? so why am i missing the note when it shows that i tapped it? and today especially its been horrible. ive tried to fixing the autosync and everything. im getting 20 misses on songs that i can easily three star..Version: 2.5.0

✓ I Lost all of my progressLook I love this game I really do. I mean I’ve been playing it for over 2 years now, but I’ve never been more angry in my life. I had really good cards for most of the artists and had all R cards for GOT7, TWICE, DAY6 and Stray Kids. Today when I was playing one of GOT7’s songs the app just closed all of the sudden, at the time I thought it was fine since sometimes the app does that. But the when I tried to get back into the app it started giving me the screens that show up when you first download the app, which is weird since I’ve had this app for over 2 years. When I tried signing in with my google account again the game started acting like I’ve never signed in with that account, but the things is that I have. ✓ Erased my stuffI Had this game for years, played it every day. I was so addicted to this game, but at some point, I had to delete it so I can have storage. I deleted it confidently, knowing that I had a whole google account, so I deleted it. Then a week later I was bored, so I decided to install it again. I signed up with my google account, and it logged me into another account that I had forgotten I made a long time ago. I decided to do it with my ID, and it said that my account did not exist. I don’t know why but I made sure I had made an account with google because I didn’t want my cards to be erased. Now I have to start all over again. ✓ Unrecognized taps and missing songsI’ve had the game for a bit over a week along with the other superstar games. But as I was playing, I kept hitting the buttons and holding the lines but the app is not recognizing it and giving me misses. I though I was getting worse since I hadn’t play the game in a couple days but I knew for sure that I was hitting them. I keep getting frustrated and I was thinking about deleting the app. And other problem I saw is that, the artist Yerin Baek, some of her songs weren’t on the app like her square album. ✓ Fun game overall, recent updates ruined some features.Within the last month or so I've noticed that when trying to claim (free) star pass mission rewards, it comes up with a pop up that says something along the lines of "Please restart the application." I would understand if this was a one time thing, server error or whatnot, but restarting the app doesn't do anything for it. Waiting to the time for the app to start up and then going back to check if it would work again is exhausting, like I just want my rewards. ✓ I love the game but theres a problemEvery time I download ANY superstar game I am met with just big red question marks and when I start to play it just kicks me out the game and the process repeats over and over again. ✓ Performance IssuesThis game has excessive load times, and also has limited ui options that make you navigate multiple load screens beyond what you would expect to manage your cards. I had originally reviewed the game and thought that was the worst of it. However, I have found that the game will hitch in the middle of a song. This is, frankly, unacceptable. how can a game have such long load times, yet still hitch in the middle of a song? Shouldn't that all be loaded into memory by the time I start the song? ✓ It needs some fixing still.It gets boring playing the same songs for some time. It’s also very difficult to get solo artist cards. Not to mention the notes continuously saying I missed a note when a hit it on key. Also the strange shaped notes. My god. Play Double Knot by Stray Kids on hard and you’ll see what I mean. Also why are almost all the Stray Kids hard mode beyond difficult on hard mode. All other hard modes are 100% hard but those go beyond. Oh and the versus mode. That needs to be fixed to cause you either get paired against someone with really advanced cards or someone with barely any. It’s annoying as it isn’t seem fair either way you look at it. ✓ Money hungryThe amount of diamonds that need to be spent just to get 20 storage spots is insane. The amount of money being spent by many users just to finish these weekly LE themed sets is insane. Really want to enjoy the game, but I can’t when every week there are new LE themes yet no diamond events (which would help out people who can’t spend money currently). I understand that no one is forced to spend money to play, but the whole point of the game is to collect these themed cards, yet it’s seemingly impossible to finish LE sets without spending (way too much) money. ✓ Not WorkingI have been playing SuperStar JYP for almost three years and I love the game, but I recently downloaded it on my new phone, as the one I had it on stopped working after nearly four years of having it. I read about an event on SSJ, so I decided to download it, only to find it not working. The app opens like usual, but the loading screen (with the blue background) is missing the logos and background music. It stays on that background, not changing. I have tried clearing out my history and restarting my phone, but nothing works..Version: 3.3.1
✓ Can relate to people who lost all their progressI used to play this game a lot and it was a while since I last played it and I had a lot of good R rated cards for groups like Stray kids and DAY6. Yesterday I tried logging back in since it took me back to the sign in screen so I didn’t think much of it, but when I tried to login with my gmail I’ve always used, it just registered me as a whole new player and all my data was lost. I tried using other login methods but no matter how much I tried, it just logged me into my new account instead of my original one where I had all my data. I’m very disappointed since I put a lot of time into the game and before I knew it all my hard work for cards were gone. I’m going to delete this app since I’m not interested in playing it anymore and I’m going to continue to play other rhythm games such as rhythm hive. My experience has been pretty decent with rhythm hive and it took way faster to earn R and XR rated cards in the game compare to JYP. ✓ I’m disappointed :((I love this game so much and I played it almost everyday to try to get my cards up and to just have fun. I was having a lot of fun at first until whenever I tried to do the mission or just play any Got7 song I would just get send to my phones’ home screen and I’d lose a headphone without even playing it, but I was just happy to be able to play Stray Kids’ songs, since they’re my ult group. I finally was over it and just deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if it would help fix it, but now every time I even log on I’m just sent to my home screen so I can’t even play it. ✓ It’s fun butThis game is really fun but one thing i noticed is the best maps of this game are absolute garbage. sometimes it’s barely even possible to play because the game forces you to miss something, and i know it’s not just be being bad at the game it’s a huge issue i’ve seen people talking about. please just try and make your game a little more playable… another thing is how ridiculously expensive it is to level up cards. on other games it takes about 1k R to level up just a B card but on this game it’s like 3k 😭 it’s really frustrating because you run out of R so fast and already have all the songs and missions completed and don’t know what else to do but wait until the next day for attendance. maybe just make them like super star jyp to be l’est expensive. other than that the game is very cute and fun and i enjoy it. i love thé concert card options it has its handy and cute!.Version: 3.7.16

✓ Literally lost everythingOkay, let it be known that the only reason that this is getting this rating is because I have fun playing this game. So I’ve been grinding this game for the past few months because my friend recommended it to me, and I had almost completed a group theme with all R grade Cards. I stopped playing for about a week or maybe more, and I come back to the game to see that I had to create a whole new account and all of my progress and limited cards were gone! ✓ “Missing” taps during levelsThe game overall is pretty good but the thing that really gets me is that a lot of times I will play a level and I will “miss” something. The reason I say “miss” is because I’m not actually missing anything, but the game doesn’t register me as tapping the screen. For example, I haven’t been able to clear a couple songs three stars on hard mode because it doesn’t actually register my taps and it always misses one or two, especially during parts where there is less tapping and it is just long yellow note things (like the beginning of Levanter or the short ones in the beginning of Back Door) and I can’t complete missions and get the credit and rewards I’m supposed..Version: 2.11.11
✓ CrashingI really love the songs, and it’s only been one day that I’ve had it. The game keeps crashing once I press ready for a song. It makes me frustrated because it’s already been my third time waiting for the headphone things to replenish. ✓ Disappointed about DAY6 UpdateI’ve dedicated a lot of hours to this game as a hardcore myday. I spend tons of rp and diamonds to specifically level up my collection for DAY6. I understand why they removed Jae but I’m extremely disappointed that we were not given any update gifts for the loss of all the time and effort I put into his cards. I would like some kind of compensation and find it horrible that I’m already having to deal with his cards being removed but also having to lose all the time and resources I spent collecting cards in this game..Version: 3.5.7
