✓ CrashesI love this game but it keeps crashing at 99% loading when I try to play, my mom is having the same problem on a different phone and account. We can’t get our login bonuses and finish events if we can’t access the game. Please fix this !.Version: 3.5.3
✓ No Wonho me no playJust because an artist leaves doesn’t mean remove them from a game. Think about the fans especially me as a Monbebe we need to see a complete group. Had you started the game with ot6 fine but you started the game with ot7 so what even. If you sooo desire make a new tab for MX with ot6 stuff. Honestly your going to lose players and lose profit when so many of us that downloaded the game was for MX. No Wonho = not much profit for you. Plus fandoms are hurting so you just adding to the pain. Not just here for Wonho but also JYP Skz fans with Woojin. Think about it if you really want to care for the players that play your games..Version: 1.9.6
✓ One of the more lackluster superstarsAs much as I love SuperStar Starship, it hardly compares to other entries like SuperStar BTS or SuperStar SM. The songs are diverse but the difficulties aren’t as consistent as in other games. The jump from easy to normal is small but the jump from normal to hard is either equal or significantly greater with little in between. I haven’t spent any money on this game but the rarity of each card is fair and the attendance prizes are generous enough to keep me from wanting to buy new packs. Since it came out, I’ve been satisfied with the frequent updates even if downloading extra content to help the game run properly takes up a lot of my battery. It’s a perfectly fine SuperStar but it doesn’t have anything to make it pop..Version: 1.11.8
✓ Notes are disappearing while I am playing.This game started out alright but what I have noticed fairly recently is when I am playing songs (especially on hard), notes start to disappear as im touching them. For example, I just played Monsta X's Find You and during the start of my slide, the note suddenly disappeared and the game told me I missed the entire note. This has happened on many occasions and I would like to have the issue fixed please..Version: 1.9.10
✓ Excluding Wonho😰I have played all of the superstar games and i’m pleased with them. They are very addicting i will admit. But it bothers me that a member was taken out of Monta x. I know Wonho recently left the group but that was recent you should still make cards for him since he was a big part of the group. I am a Monbebe myself and it just makes me sad to see Wonho being excluded him from the group. I would rate this a 5 star if he was put in it.Version: 1.9.10
✓ MadI just updated the app and all of my Wonho cards I worked to hard for— in honor of Wonho— are gone. I know y’all can’t do anything but if starship sees these, bring Wonho back, you all are losing profit because of it. In addition for an actual review— out of all of the superstar apps this one is by far the slowest. I always sit at the load up screen listening to the worst menu music on loop for minutes..Version: 1.9.9
✓ Progress gone, Support not respondingHad an account with my email but now it’s saying that that information is incorrect. My nickname is still in use, but I can’t change my password or sign in at all. Contacted support a few days ago and have gotten no response. I’m so over this and I don’t want to commit any more of my time building an account only to lose access because I haven’t logged in in a week or more. Edit: Yeah me trying to contact them went ignored. Had these issues with several of their games and I’m not going to waste any more time when my progress is just gonna get trashed if I got more than 3 days not playing. ✓ DEVASTATED 😡😡😡I’m really upset that you guys lost all my data. I put so much work and hours into the game and it looks like I may have to start all over again. I lost a lot like everything and all those events I worked hard to clear. It’s all gone. ✓ Was fun but now has no soundI was having a great time playing this game but it stopped having sound with the most recent update. Now I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still no sound. It’s not near as much fun when you can’t hear the songs. 😫.Version: 3.4.2
✓ This is a fake rhythm gameIt’s funny how the option to actually play the game is hidden behind 20 different menus. This game is just koreaboo bait. The charts for the songs are fine but everything else is complete garbage. The card system is way too in your face. The game lacks basic options like to change the note speed and to play vertically. Playing this game horizontally has to be one of the worst experiences, the perspective gets completely messed up, notes move WAY too slow, and the screen is way too cluttered. On the new iOS, you constantly are swiping over to other apps by mistake. Once a song is failed the menu options are available immediately, meaning the note you were about to press is now the “bring me ALL the way back to the main menu” button. It’s a shame that music like this is brought to the rhythm gaming scene in such a sloppy, unprofessional way..Version: 1.11.6
✓ Not counting tapsI’m still frustrated because I’m trying to do the events but no matter how many times I try, I make the right movements and it misses it and I get a miss when my fingers did the correct movement. ✓ Love hate relationshipI absolutely love the concept of this game plus all the good music but the levels are ridiculous how can you expect me to level up when easy is normal normal is hard and hard is pro assassin killer. ✓ Played on a 7 Plus, won’t play on an 11I used to love this game because all of my favorite groups came from SSE, but I had to delete it years ago for storage on my 7 Plus. I recently upgraded to an 11 and SS-SM uploaded and launched perfectly fine, but SS-SS won’t let me even get to the initial launch download and it crashes me out of it. I miss this game and would love to play it specifically for MX, but it won’t even launch..Version: 3.5.3

✓ Doesn’t loadI just downloaded the game today. I’m a fan of MX and the Superstar games. Everytime I go into the app, I get the loading screen and then once it’s done it’s thing for “loading” it freezes on the screen with the artists logos scrolling by with no sign of it actually going and setting up the game itself. Idk if this is a me thing or an issue with the app, but I am greatly disappointed as now I can’t play..Version: 1.9.9
✓ Time and money wasted.I have spent so much time and money on this game and I have gotten so so far. Until one day it logged me completely out of the game. (I logged in through facebook, always with no problem). I tried signing in using my facebook login information, the information I signed up with, but no luck. It would try to make me create a completely new account. It would keep doing this over and over. I contacted support over 5 times and they said the same each time, automated messages each time, no actual help. I never signed in with an email or dalcom ID and they said that I did, and didn’t help me get my account back. I spent hours and hours trying to log back in with no luck. I am so upset because I worked so so hard and was so happy with how far I got. I deleted the app and I’m not getting it again. Very very upset..Version: 2.12.0
✓ Latest Update Deleted EverythingThe latest update (December 14th 2023) logged me out and when I try to log back in, I have to recreate my user profile and all of my cards, scores, everything, is gone. Hopefully another update drops today and fixes this, especially after the number of years and amount of money I’ve put into this game..Version: 3.12.1
