✓ Game not workingI used to love this game so much! i would play everyday twice a day to complete daily missions and upgrade my cards. i did this for over a year and collected many r card and limited themes. one day i quit playing for about a week, the longest time i ever had before, and it wouldn’t let me get into the game. it would ask me to sign in again, which it had done before with no problem but now after i entered my dalcom id information, the screen would go black then shortly after my home screen would display. basically, the game would kick me out. this has happened multiple times. i’ve tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app but nothing seems to work. i’ve used my actual money and time on this app so i don’t want to have to make a new dalcom id and play. it’s been months since i last played because of this issue and i miss the game so much. i hope this issue gets fixed soon..Jazm1nnVersion: 3.5.3

✓ Used to be fun but then...I used to play this game daily, I loved it so much and I was always excited for new events, but the recent big update completely ruined it for me. The game layout used to be simple but now it seems all over the place and overwhelming, it looks like it downgraded honestly. And now playing it has become more difficult, I went from being good and always gettinf high scores and never missing on hard mode always missing and getting low score. The new in game visuals really got worse, and I don’t know what changes were made to the actual game but whatever it is i demand it’s changed back because now the game is something that frustrates me, and I’m even considering just deleting the game entirely. ✓ It’s... ehCompared to the other superstar games, this one has probably been my least favorite, it’s faulty and needs fixing. It crashes a LOT. I’ll be ready to play a song and it’ll waste one of my headphones, but then it crashes. I’ll go back to the app and hope that i have all the headphones I had before I selected the song, but sadly, it’ll be gone. Recently I can’t seem to keep the app open for long, it just crashes even when I am not doing anything for five seconds. I try to accomplish the daily missions and maybe I’ll accomplish two, but when i go to play a song it immediately crashes. I guess there’s not much to say but it crashes a lot, which results in me giving it two stars :/.Zabi09Version: 2.8.1

✓ Maybe some issues?I love the game. Been playing for about 3 years now and I even downloaded all the other ones too because I’m a multistan. I did take a break from it when I had to focus on school. When I want to play I always start with Superstar SMTOWN, but now whenever I start the app, it tells me my log in session expired? It never really used to do that before and now I always have to log in instead of staying logged on. Maybe I have bad memory or something but every time I have to log in, my password is always wrong and I have to reset it. Not sure if this is a bug that needs fixing but having to do that all the time is very tedious..AnnamevVersion: 3.3.0

✓ Anniversary event NCT groupsPlease remove the NCT event groups. Red Velvet and EXO event groups both merged into the regular Red Velvet and EXO groups when anniversary event was over. NCT Dream Event has the same font as NCT Dream BOOM and same for 127 event and superhuman group; they were clearly meant to be merged into those groups. I don’t understand why they weren’t. Dream Event has ONE LIMITED EDITION theme and ONE SONG to play. It doesn’t make any sense for Dream Event to be a separate group. Same for NCT 127 Event! Just because NCT has multiple groups, they should still be merged into their proper groups. New players won’t ever be able to rank on Stronger or FOOL. Superhuman and BOOM group have only one theme now, please just merge the event groups. This seems like it was a mistake or an oversight. Please fix it. ✓ I Miss BTS superstarI downloaded the superstar version BTS and it was amazing. I can say that it was a game that I like the most. Unfortunately, it was deleted by some reasons. And I haven’t found any game that catches my interest like BTS superstar since it was deleted. I tried SM town superstar but i have to be honest that the appearance, features, events is not as good as BTS superstar. I want BTS superstar back, off course it can’t :))) To sum up, I just want to say, dear creators of superstar, you created a wonderful version of BTS and SM town version is so bad that I can’t except it. If you can’t bring BTS version back, just at least upgrade SM town version. ( i have to say that i am not a hater nor a fan of any specific kpop group ).Park JiMunVersion: 2.12.0

✓ Fun game, glitches steal my cards :(I love this game. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the constant glitches. When I clear a mission, every time I click on the download arrow to get my reward (it’s been for an A or S card each time this has happened), the game glitches out, I hit retry each time until the application forces to restart. Once the game restarts, I go back to the event area and it will show that I’ve already received my reward. So then, I go through all of my card decks only to find no new cards anywhere. It’s very irritating because as much as I would love to spend the amount of money it takes to play this game fairly, I don’t have that luxury. I rely on rewards from events to get better cards, so when the game steals them from me, it is upsetting..RubysuhoVersion: 2.10.6

✓ Too many Glitches and problems in the gameThe app crashes 3 times at least everyday I go on it and it’s really annoying I’m considering quitting if this isn’t fixed soon it’s been going on for a couple months and I’m just sick and tired because everytime I would watch an ad to get my gems or to get more race point or even open my boxes and card pack it always crashes and I end up not getting anything I feel like I’m wasting countless time that I have and so much effort to not even get rewarded feels like I can never improve cause of all the obstacles the app is putting me through I hope u guys can fix this before I delete it and give up I started playing May 2018 and I was having fun but ever since august the app has become horrible and so many glitches it’s too the point other players stop playing.Nctzen <3Version: 2.5.1

✓ Expensive game if you want to get far.I love this game but I am really disappointed with the event missions. They are nearly impossible to complete without spending money. You have to collect the special cards to complete the missions, yet the cards cost about $10 to buy with diamonds and they’re given at random. In order to complete a mission for a 7 member group you’d have to spend about $70 and hope that they don’t give you doubles for the cards. I’d understand about $5-$10 to complete the missions but you will be spending hundreds if you want to complete them regularly. I want to keep playing but the people who are able to spend lots of money on this game have a ridiculously unfair advantage and you won’t get to the top charts without spending..SkybabydbVersion: 3.1.4

✓ Good but just a minor bugI’ve been playing the superstar games for a while and I really love them. Recently the game has been lagging a bit. What I mean is it counts notes either late (resulting in “good”) or not at all resulting in a miss even though i hit the note on time. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem but it’s starting to become an issue. Also the rave gauge tends to drop levels during the song, I don’t know why it does that but if it could stop that’d be great cause it affects the overall score Edit: so the game has still been lagging, not only in the weekly challenges but in the superstar as well. I uninstalled then reinstalled the game to try and fix this and I lost my place in the game, losing my standing and all my cards including multiple R cards even after signing in with my gmail account. Please someone fix this. My rank was Silver 2, rank 10 and had Rs for all artists except Suho. Complete R cards for Boa, Girls Generation, OhGG, Taeyeon, Shinee, and Jonghyun, and Red Velvet. ✓ Save your money if the app crashesI bought something with my own money, and then the app decides to crash, which isn’t the first time. So the app crashes after I purchase the item, and didn’t receive what I got. I emailed the company and they said I received my items, but I didn’t. The app has crashed many times, and I’ve lost headphones, no big deal. But I bought one of the packets with my own money and didn’t receive everything I bought. Which I unfair, because why wouldn’t I want to buy something and basically not get anything. ✓ Card CategoriesThis game would be so much more fun and enjoyable if they didn't have so many unnecessary card categories. there's absolutely no reason for nct to have 12 different categories plus however many suju, exo, etc. have. it makes me not want to play because i know it'll take me at least 2 years or longer to get all the cards i would need to get decent scores. it's really frustrating because unless you're constantly diamonds or rhythm points to get card packs you'll never be able to get the cards you need in a reasonable amount of time. at the moment i can only play boa and jonghyun because those are the only ones i actually have decent cards for and even then i don't have all the cards i need. it's ridiculous and reminds me of why i deleted it the first time..KngsnVersion: 2.10.6

✓ Won’t even do the initial downloadBeen playing superstar ATEEZ a good few months now and apart from the ads crashing the game often had no issues and love it! Been wanting to play SM for ages and finally been able to downloading it in the uk!! Unfortunately can’t even play it. Tried on phone and also on my iPod (which the ATEEZ one is on” and won’t work on either. Crashes while doing the initial download every time. Won’t even get past 15% and crashes then! ✓ Good Overall, However Some IssuesI would give the game a higher rating, but there’s several issues that prevent me from doing so. First is the load time when launching the game. Why does it take ~5 minutes on the newest Pro iPhone? Once in, navigating each screen takes another ~5-10 seconds for each one to load. I feel I spend more time staring at the loading circle rather than playing the game. The next issue is that, while playing the game, an alarm or phone call will disable the in-game sound. You have to relaunch the app to get the sound back. Alternatively, you can finish the song your playing and try starting a new one. If an alarm or phone call recently took place, the game will crash when selecting a song. See complaint above as to why this is an even bigger issue. If these issues were fixed, the game would be a more enjoyable experience. However, even with these issues, I still find myself playing daily to at least complete the daily missions. ✓ Great game but the ios bug is legit killing meIdk i just got back into the superstar game series but with this specific game, everytime it finishes loading, it crashes and so i can’t play. this has been happening for months (reddit says since october of 2021, possibly earlier) but dalcomsoft seriously needs to fix this bc it is a huge issue preventing people from playing or even accessing the game. otherwise, it’s pretty fun and your standard superstar, i just like sm artists’ music the best out of kpop so i’m drawn to this one in particular. there’s a lot of money that you could spend if you wanted to the limited editions cards and stuff but for an f2p, just an R set with all the groups is just as good. i like how this version has vouchers for cards and also two types of leagues!.Dou meiVersion: 3.5.2

✓ ILY SUPERSTAR, BUT THIS UPDATE IS BUGGYI’ve been playing this game for while, and I have yet to encounter a notable bug in the game, until now. This new update has some great new features, but it’s also messed up (arguably one of the best) features. THE ADS NO LONGER PLAY PROPERLY! I use these ads to obtain more diamonds (which are quite difficult to obtain without putting in effort) and more RP. When the ad I’m watching finishes completely and I tap the “x” in the corner, I am shown the background of the clapping audience in full (instead of a reward prompt) and am forced to exit out of the app WITHOUT RECEIVING A REWARD. ✓ Lost Everything 🤬🤬🤬So I had signed in with my Facebook account way before the dalcom id thing came into existence and I had so many amazing cards a lot were R cards like the miracles in December for exo I almost had them all but one and the R cards for I think Love shot by exo but one and I also had the special editions ones that you can't get now I had a lot of very great cards for the group's and they were for the theme I wanted and they are all gone same with the R and S cards I had and the special edition ones all cause of them taking Facebook away as a login and I lost everything and I spent a lot of money on this game too I swear if this has happened to superstar jyp I will be even more upset and angry they need to bring it back for login for Facebook I want all my cards back and everything I had ad well like all of the headphones I had I literally had a lot of them and the diamonds as well this is literally so unfair and not right I am so angry at the moment because of this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.BaileyO00Version: 3.1.4

✓ Downloading data bug after updateSo I’ve had this game for a while and I thoroughly enjoy it but it hasn’t been working these past few weeks. After I had gotten the latest update, I would try starting the game but it required data to be downloaded due to the update. Every time it had gotten to 30%, it told me to retry and restart the download. I’ve had this issue for a few weeks now and even after I updated my IOS, and deleted and redownloaded the game a few times, it’s always stops around 37.2%.
