Simple Habit Sleep, Meditation for Negative User Reviews

DisappointedWas loving this app before the recent update, and now my home page feed has meditations I need to pay for without the little crown symbol. So I scroll through and find one I like, click on it, ready to relax and boom, sorry, subscription only - frustrating! Btw - I would definitely subscribe if I could pay monthly instalments instead of the one off fee..Version: 4.24.1

Had to answer personal questions after already done when I bought the appThese questions were answered when I bought the app over a year ago. I wasted all my meditating time answering them again and the app would not let me out of answering them and go straight to my meditation. Stuck in their line of questions. Bad move on their part. Very frustrating. One wrong click and I was stuck. 😙.Version: 4.37.2

I’m not really sure…Sometimes it makes me feel relaxed, but after 5 days, I don’t know… I can’t remove the friggin daily reminders, and some of the voices just creep me out..Version: 5.9.2

Message To The OwnerI loved when you cried on Shark Tank, it was very entertaining for all of us. Looked like you peed yourself a little too 🤨💀 Im so sorry he caller you a gold digger, even tho you rejected a 15 percent valuation, 2 shar- never mind, you were totally their for publicity. Anyways, I tried the app, bro got me peeing my pants as well. This is not a false rating, my opinion always wins. I cried when i found this app just like when she cried in shark tank..Version: 6.0.3

Great meditation exercises but too geared to salesOn day three, you’re forced to buy/upgrade. There are other free meditations but you need to search for them and the seem to be a part of a series and then you can only access one or two from the series. In some cases, the last one which seems counterproductive to me..Version: 4.12.1

Good App, But......When the app was on shark tank, they exposed this person as a gold digger, who just wanted some extra cash, and already had over 2 million dollars. If the woman cared more about the users/customers, and not the $ this would be 4 stars!.Version: 4.02

NO TRIAL!Dont even get to hear a 30 second sample? The download is free and asks you questions to personalize your results then expects you to pay up $130 CAD. Haha. Back to youtube it is..Version: 4.28.1

Update IssuesMost recent updates have been very buggy. I have been unable to find previously listened to sessions using the same search terms etc, and removing sessions from my recommendations doesn't work meaning I have about 30 recommendations and can't actually find the sessions I want to continue listening to. Some of the categories are empty when you open them and you have to try a few times before sessions appear. It is a shame that so many of the series are only available when you pay to subscribe as I do not have the money to commit to this service..Version: 4.34.1

Can’t cancel subscriptionI have contacted the app developer numerous times and there is no way to cancel a subscription. I am paying $20 every month for an app I no longer use. Very frustrating.Version: 6.0.0

Cancelled my subscriptionI really liked the idea of Simple Habit so I signed up impulsively as I think it’s important to pay for things you value. But a few basic misses made me give up in frustration. 1. The self promo at the start of every meditation- I HATE it. I want to relax myself into a suggestive state for the purposes of meditation, and I can’t stand the notion that every single meditation opens with a short self promotional byline. I can forgive it In other apps or podcasts, but I cannot relax into a meditative state when I feel they are marketing to me. I tried to go with it for a while, but the response never dissipated. 2. I could not figure out how to queue up the various sessions. This got so annoying as the sessions are 5-10min each. I found it really disruptive to then have to go back to my screen and load up the next one. 3. The second point was compounded, because although there are many themed sets of meditations, the first one in each series is a pretty identical vanilla breathing exercise. Overall, I wanted to love this app, but it just made me angry and frustrated. :-(.Version: 4.24.2

Don't botherThey suck you into buying a premium subscription then the app stops working for a couple of weeks until they update it. Has happened to me 3 times now. Customer service never answers messages..Version: 2.41.3

Add repeat feature !There should be a repeat button/ feature that allows continuous replay instead of having to continuously manually restart your favourite meditations..Version: 5.8.0

No meditations for abuse survivorsIf there are any meditations for emotional abuse survivors, I can’t find them by searching. It’s really upsetting for me that as an abuse survivor I can’t find an app with meditations that are not about managing petty anger or a stressful day at work, but serious damage from abuse. While the depression and anxiety meditations are partially helpful, some of the wording is just not at all geared towards people with PTSD and deep-seated anger that doesn’t have to do with poor anger management over small potatoes, but lingering wounds and consequences of the behavior of others that you couldn’t do anything about at the time. There really needs to be some meditations available in the free version for healing from emotional abuse, and dealing with PTSD— I was hoping to find that in SOS on the wheel, but nothing. I like this app otherwise, it’s pretty and well narrated, but I’m very disappointed that I can’t find an app that will help me with my specific problems, and do one or two meditations geared toward this for free as I have like no money 😢 I know that PTSD and abuse aren’t sexy and enticing words to plaster on a meditation title, and maybe the developers want to be more diplomatic with their language use, but some of us really need to feel included and like there are meditations specifically for our more serious problems..Version: 4.09.0

Thank you! Thanks for calming me down for a few minutes. It’s relaxing. It’s so simple..Version: 5.9.2

Ok but has glitchesSome of the badges don’t show - month and day streak. Not able to sign up for next month and now says I am not signed up for the current month. Supposedly 3.9 million people listen to this. No inclination to do this everyday now after 1278 sessions was top 34 listener. All you see now is pay pay pay, not working correctly even after last December update..Version: 5.1.1

TheivesThey stole money from my accout more than 100$ and I’ve requested for a refund I didn’t even have the app!!.Version: 5.9.0

Stressed from the startI followed the download of the app process then suddenly I was subscribed to a free trial which automatically put me onto a charge of 88 or pounds at the end of it! It’s late and I’m tired and now stressed that there is a possibility that I will be charged and I can’t seem to remove it from the subscription part of my iPhone settings. I do not have the money to pay this if it accidentally comes out and I am Now I’m a state of panic about it!! Wish I hadn’t gone near this!!! Haven’t tried the app as just wish I had never pressed the buttons 😢.Version: 4.20.0

Livid + deceptive charges!!I have been a dedicated user of this app in the past and have promoted it on my FB page, even to the point of being awarded several weeks of premium for free because I have 2.5k followers and they try the app’s free trial on my recommendation. I had a pop-up a couple of days ago asking if I wanted to try a couple of days of premium for free, after which I would be charged $95 for premium. I READ THE FINE PRINT! It said nothing about the fact that if you’ve had a free Trial in the past you can’t have one in the future. But guess what?!! THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ANYWAY AND APPLE WONT REFUND ME!!! I consider this to be deceptive business practice. It’s unfortunate because I work at a Fortune 500 Company and as a member of our health and wellness committee, I am beginning a meditation education series. As part of that series I was going to run a contest by having everyone use the app to track their meditation practice for two weeks, using this app. Integrity is important to me. This app has lost my trust and I don’t think that email is going to be an effective way to reach someone. I’m certainly not going to risk my personal reputation by promoting a company that TRICKS their customers so they can charge them for an annual membership. I’m a single Mother and this is way outside of my budget. Thanks a ton Simple Habit..Version: 4.31.2

Scam - better not charge me.I downloaded this app to use. Just as I was about to hit continue on the trial - I noticed I’m VERY small writing it’s $140 straight out of your account unless you turn it off in settings. I went into setting to turn it off and you actually CANT turn it off! I have now deleted the app on all my devices and hoping it will not charge me in a week! Disgusting from an app designed for people clearly needing help to relax and have anxiety! DO NOT GET THIS APP!.Version: 4.33.1

AmazingI have only had it for two days so far and it turns out that you have to get the subscription after you have done 3 free sessions. I find this really frustrating as I love it especially the personalised beginner meditation course. Without the subscription you can still do on the go but it isn’t really on the go as you can’t use it without WiFi unless you have the subscription. Could you try at least keep the personalised course free even if you don’t have the subscription?.Version: 5.6.2

Beware large unauthorised charges without warningBe warned: this app starts off nice, then after an unspecified period of time a surprise $140 charge is deducted from your iTunes account. No warning, no notice, no real clarity on this when you sign up. Check the fine print and you’ll find this practice is knowingly embedded for their profit. Update: if this has happened to you complain to anyone who will listen. There’s a class action lawsuit pending currently if you search for it so the makers are on notice; make sure you complain to them directly. While Apple refused me a refund, PayPal who I luckily set up to pay my iTunes agreed that the charges are snuck in by a practice that counts as unauthorised by the user and they refunded my payment in full. Don’t let this app fund luxury cars for the makers without holding them accountable; they’re marketing an app for people suffering from stress and other mental health issues and their practice should at the bare minimum be following basic consumer law..Version: 4.30.0

Take your money without approvalThis app has decided to upgrade to premium without my permission or knowing. I got charged $150 for something I haven’t even used! What’s worse is when you email their customer service team to try and resolve this, no one responds. Really disappointed and quite furious they’ve just taken liberties this way..Version: 4.24.1

Be prepare do to spend money before getting helpI would not recommend this app since it's overpriced, 19$/months. Unless you meditate daily and/or can afford it. Personally, I used Simple habits for more than a year. I recommended it to family and friends, and I often used it . However, not enough to pay the premium of 19$/months, which is absurdly expensive for meditating once every two weeks. Moreover, over the recent months, I realized that there was fewer and fewer free content, which is really disappointing especially since you classified your app as free. Plus, it kind of defies the purpose of mental health when your app is so expensive that people with anxiety and/or on the verge of a mental breakdown can’t have access to a quick free video to help them on your app. Your app that they choose on the basis that the app was free..Version: 5.7.0

This app USED to be perfectI subscribed to this app during the worst depressive episode of my life, winter 2018. It was perfect. If I needed to meditate, I could search by issue and length. If I was up at 4am from not being able to sleep all night, I could spend hours under sleep meditations and see who it was led by (I had my favorites). The layout now is so horrible now. It’s too stressful to find what I’m looking for, when I’m familiar with the actual content. In an effort to compete and stay modern, Simple Habit lost what made it great, the “simple.” My favorite feature used to be the second tab where it had a circle and I could immediately click what issues I needed a guided meditation on. Now you have to scroll to find that. While I miss the content, I unsubscribed because it adds more frustration and anxiety when I am in search of relief. I’ve subscribed to other mediation apps. If a simpler layout gets released, I will gladly be back. Also Cory Muscara has THE best meditations and I very badly want more content from him..Version: 5.9.0

Charged even though I cancelledIn the process of trying to find a medication app and trialed this one. Canceled before the week was up and they still charged me. Then when I tried to get a reimbursement, they took a processing fee..Version: 5.8.0

The shark tank deal didn’t last as long as it said it wouldI immediately downloaded this app after watching shark tank because I hated the way she was treated and I think meditation and mindfulness is so important. I wanted to buy the membership because there’s hardly any options on the app without being a member and I really loved what limited options were available. I decided to give it a few days before I purchased a membership and figured I had time for the special shark tank deal (because it told me I had 4 days). Last night the app told me I had 2 days left for their special shark tank deal ($5 something a month) but now today it’s saying its back to its regular price :( it didn’t give me the 2 days it said it would. Really bummed about that as I was planning on purchasing the app right now but I can’t really justify spending 90 something bucks on this right now. The 60 dollar range fit my budget more. So I’m disappointed about that but the app is very nice and I can see why it will help people..Version: 4.03

2 starsAt first, I loved this app!! I liked the voices and meditations. When I first got the app, it let me pick what type of meditations I needed, like beginner, stress and anxiety, better sleep, etc. which was really nice. Felt like I could have a good personalized app. At first all the meditations were free and I was like FINALLY SOMETHING THAT IS FREE!! And then it said that I had to go premium to access the meditations because I used up my three free ones. 😡😠☹️I don’t like to pay for apps or anything like that, I think it is a complete waste of money unless it is something extremely important that I actually need. I was so flippin mad! I scrolled through the meditations so I could see if there were any free ones, but it seemed like there weren’t except for like two free ones in the daily meditation. ALL THE MEDITATIONS ARE LOCKED! Please change this, I know there are people like me who don’t like to pay for apps but would still like a meditation app. It is pointless if they let people do only three free ones and then just lock the entire mediations and make ppl pay! So mad! Just deleted the app. Please at least make like 1/2 of the meditations free. I would definitely get the app again if you changed this. 😕.Version: 5.6.2

Will steal your money and Do NOT offer refunds!Terrible customer service! I downloaded this program because it sias it was a free app. Turns out to use anything worthwhile you need a membership that costs $100 a year! I thought that’s ridiculous, but it offered me a free month trial. I was planning to try it out and then cancel the trial if I decided the $100 was not worth it. Alternatively I might sign up for the monthly payments if I really wanted the program. I clicked the bottom that clearly stated “Free Trial” and then as usual with any other app in order to activate the trial you must enter your password. I did so and it immediately charged $100. I contacted Apple who told me I have to talk to the company , I contacted Simple Habit and they said I have to contact Apple and they don’t deal with refunds. I contacted Apple again and they said they can’t offer a refund and this company has to tell me why their trial didn’t work. So there you have it. Is this program worth $100? I actually don’t know because even after charging me $100 and refusing to refund it despite their app being in error it still says that I have to upgrade to use the meditations. So how about them apples? Terrible company and not worth it..Version: 4.22.4

Was good now all free content goneUsed this app for years sometimes as a premium member and sometimes as a free subscription. I found it useful but I didn’t always want full access as I think it’s very expensive if you’re only dipping in and out Very sad that all free content has now been removed. Especially as I had recommended the sleep meditation to so many. I won’t be blackmailed into paying for full content so I’ve deleted it and am using other apps instead.Version: 5.4.0

EIGHT EMAILS IN SIX HOURS. WHY?!I downloaded and signed up to this app and just before I went to sleep. In the six hours I was asleep, I literally woke up to eight seperate emails from Simple Habit... if it was two or three, fine, but EIGHT? WHY? They weren’t anything important, just pushing me to pay and upgrade to premium... What a surprise. Your marketing team sure know how to drive their consumers away. App already deleted. But hey, if you want to feel extra special and have your inbox bombarded with dozens of useless emails every single day, then I 100% recommend..Version: 4.08.0

It’s okayI love this app and genuinely cultivate this in my daily life. While the content is good, I think the software has some glitches and issues sometimes. I find that “syncing” it with other devices, even with the same account, resets everything and that can be frustrating. I have saved playlists and streaks I had before syncing onto another phone, with the exact account details and none of them showed. It’s a bit disappointing and I guess discouraging too. Also, a lot of the free ones from months ago are all premium now. I understand some new ones and older premiums, but when they introduced the app, some playlists were just free for use. I do understand the teachers have to get paid and I have nothing against that. It’s just that it is getting more expensive with little good additions. Still helpful with the limited free ones, I guess..Version: 4.37.0

Used to be great...I used Simple Habit for about a year until I had to get a new phone. Now, keep in mind, I had been using it for FREE that entire year. Simple Habit is a great app. It has helped me through many long nights, good and bad. I highly recommend it to those of you who don’t mind paying after three free sessions. When I got my new phone, I decided to re-download Simple Habit, because why not? It helped me so much. When I downloaded it, I went through the usual; Make an account, tell us how you’re feeling, etc..etc...I usually like to listen to the Bedtime Stories, because they just make me happy. But after I had finished listening to one, about to move onto the next, I was asked to buy Premium. I have never had to purchase anything before, so I am confused as to why I have to now. It told me that since I had listened to three sessions free, In order to continue to listen to and enjoy Simple Habit, I had to pay for it. Once again, I had the app for over a year and never ran into this issue. I’m assuming it’s some sort of update, but I’m not very fond of it. I do love the app, and will continue to love it. From a distance. Once again, highly recommend the app, but I don’t if you do not like paying for things. Stay safe, stay positive, and stay home..Version: 5.5.2

Free trial onlyThe app lets you get deep into the registration and setup process before giving you any idea that it’s a (very expensive) paid service with just one week’s free trial, which you can’t even access without linking your payment account (clearly they rely on people forgetting to opt out of the $100 annual subscription). Not good practice..Version: 4.23.2

Sound keeps dropping outI just purchased this app and tried a few different yoga videos. The sound kept dropping out. I’d pause the video toggle the mute on and off. I would get it to work again but always it would fail with the audio again and again. It had a very stress inducing affect. My phone is less than 6 months old..Version: 5.9.2

TypicalTypical, they wait till you put in all your info and THEN tell you the cost. Why not be honest and tell you upfront?.Version: 4.21.0

Trying to ask a questionRight, so there is no way to get contact information for this developer and every time I got to the website I just get thrown into the app with no contact info. I just did your ‘commute’ guided meditation and the first thing it said was how it was a good time to think about the day ahead or the day so far. Isn’t the point of mindfulness that you focus on the moment and not the past or future? Very confusing..Version: 4.09.0

ScammedRidicules. Wanted to just try the seven days and I thought it was pretty cool. But all of a sudden I get charged for the FULL year without warning. Non refundable. Need to cancel sub 24 hours before it renews. Thanks for putting that in the fine print of the email. I WONT be recommending this app..Version: 5.6.2

Love then just another stressFor an app about mindfulness, it doesn’t seem to practice what it preaches... I loved the app and meditations until the constant feedback requests got annoying (goodness forbid you gave 4 stars, it didn’t let you continue without justifying...talk about biased information). Then came the glitches. Now, I contacted them several times, how the app kept crashing -in the middle of meditation- and/or when it decided not to record what you did. I use the day count as a way to monitor my progress as it establishes a good habit...only to get no response when I contact about one day which isn’t showing up, and they charge you for premium-if you haven’t yet, don’t worry, only when they want you to pay for premium will you get an email back asking for feedback... If I could go back in time I would use another app whose policy is more aligned with meditation than making money such as insight timer (it is free...). Of course the meditations you like will be on premium, you would think they could have a 10 favorites they let you choose to keep if you want to use it without premium... Sorry « simple » habit, but it seems insight timer is gaining a new follower (although for you it’s losing a client).Version: 4.15.2

Good but not greatThis app was a really useful tool for getting myself into a routine and I will continue to use it for now. Personally I find the statistics and badges really motivating, however the app doesn’t count the unguided meditation sessions towards your overall sessions and minutes. I hope this is just a bug that will be fixed soon. I also wish there was more variety and longer guided meditations (30min +) for non-premium users..Version: 4.04.1

What on earth..?When I first purchased this app my first impressions were good. Nice layout and that. But then by my shock & I still don’t know how. It said I had purchased the subscription which was £90 per year because my Face ID automatically did it. I look in the FAQ on how to cancel my subscription and did the following. After this still didn’t work I decided to email the company asking what to do... no reply. I sent another two emails and was still waiting for a reply. When I finally received one, they said I had to get in contact with iTunes and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This email was quite poorly written as some of the words were misspelt which I thought was a little unprofessional. However the app seems very good for what’s it actually for but the help service is lacking in professionalism..Version: 4.32.1

Good but not greatI downloaded Simple Habit and couldn’t justify the price to unlock certain features/meditations. I eventually broke down and paid for the subscription to access longer meditations for sleep. I mostly use the app to fall asleep but will sometimes use the other mediations or physical activity features. While the subscription does provide a great deal of variety and topical meditations for specific and often common life situations, they sometimes feature a voice that detracts from the relaxation, especially for sleep meditations. Some voices are too loud, nasaly, or ironically bouncy for a sleep meditation. And with one narrator, I found that he took very odd pauses. Despite his voice being soothing, his uneven and disjointed tempo made him sound robotic and disrupted the flow of sound. The ambient sounds are also lacking. But there is a great variety of nature sounds and again, I do like the option of having physical activity videos accessible. Because of these reasons, I don’t feel the subscription is worth it, but I’m happy to keep the app as a free member..Version: 5.9.0

Beware the payment optionsI signed up for a free trial which I thought would be followed by the advertised monthly price I had been shown. At no point was I clearly shown that an annual subscription was imminent. At the end of the free trial I was immediately charged for a full year subscription. I have since complained and received a refund as the billing of this app is quite deceptive and a lot of other people have clearly had the same issue. I won’t be recommending this app until it is updated with your membership type and options actually shown in the app itself, and with imminent billing warned or shown more clearly. It just feels that their strategy is to try ‘sneak’ in payments and not make them transparent, which is a shame because the content is quite good..Version: 4.32.3

Wish I’d never paid for this !I’ve tried many meditation apps & this is undoubtedly the worst on a number of levels. First, it’s the most expensive. Too expensive. Secondly, half the meditations aren’t like meditations at all but more a ‘lesson’. Thirdly I find its internet connectivity the least reliable of any I’ve tried - it often just takes too long to load, and unlike many others it’s not possible to make a collection of reliably downloaded favourite meditations. In addition, why must we listen to the little ‘Simple Habit’ jingle at the beginning of every single ‘meditation’???? We already KNOW what we’re listening-to! It’s like inbuilt advertising which is entirely unnecessary and hardly conducive to a peaceful frame of mind! On the upside, some of the meditations for aiding sleep are great .... IF one can find them in the jumble of ‘We Added New Meditations!!’ and everything else that pops-up a la a social media feed when you just want to fall back asleep quickly and easily at 3am!.Version: 4.35.0

Nothing at all unless you pay? And $532.77 the first option. Not for me! I thought you would at least get to sample a sound bite - make a couple of things free so I can see what it’s like. I like that even though they won’t give you one 5 minute meditation to try, and the first option is to buy a $399 (US assuming even though we are in Canada, so it would be $532.27 right now) BEFORE you get one thing! Huh! That is such a nice new agey approach. Go elsewhere. There are great aps out there for less..Version: 4.36.1

DisappointingShocked to find out I had a years subscription. I can’t usually subscribe to a non free app without putting my passcode in. But somehow halfway into the year realised I had paid a large amount for something which I thought was a weeks trial..Version: 5.9.2

Criminal subscription feeNobody tells you or warns you that if you download this app you will pay a HUGE amount of money $134 to subscribe. I wanted to just trial this app and it charged me and there is no refund. It is insane a meditation app for anxiety has caused me so much more anxiety. I am disgusted with the lack of refund..Version: 5.6.2

DisappointedI’ve used this app for a very long time because I found meditations I enjoyed and they always helped me sleep. Suddenly today I am unable to listen to those meditations anymore because it says I’ve used my three free meditations! I’ve never ever had that. Previous to today you got certain meditations for free and others had to be paid for. I’m so disappointed that this was taken away. Once again, more disappointment. A thought they fixed the above issue, now for whatever reason, meditations that you could listen to for 5/10/20 minutes are now only 5 minutes long without the option to hear a longer version. 5 minutes isn’t helpful because you barely start to relax and then it ends. Bring back the longer meditation times! Stop making changes that don’t benefit your customers..Version: 5.9.2

Intros to Meditation SessionsOverall, this app is pretty good. It’s great for being able to fit a little bit of meditation into each day, even with a busy schedule. My one big criticism, and this is true for a lot of different meditation apps, though I had hoped that this one might be different, is of the lengthy intros at the beginning of sessions and series of sessions. I understand the need for an intro sometimes, but I wish they were recorded separately from the actual meditations themselves. If I’m starting a series, such as the one on Gratitude, for example, I am committed to it, and have already done my research. I just want to get to the meditation. I really don’t want to listen to a 4-minute into talking about the benefits of gratitude mindfulness and meditation. Some may want this, and if it was recorded separately, people could have the option of listening to it, but please don’t force me to listen to it. It is honestly just annoying and counterproductive. Overall good app, but could use some fine-tuning in this regard..Version: 4.15.2

Very upsetI was very excited to try this app as I looked at the images and ads. I have a manipulating and cruel family member, and deal with issues such as depression and anxiety, even suicide, quite often. I loved it on my first day, and couldn't help but gush and the fact I had finally found something I didn’t have to pay for to learn the basics. On my second day, after my meditation, the app told me I had used up my three days, and that I had to pay. In disbelief I went through all of the meditations and sections, even searching up “free” in the search bar to see if I could get ANYTHING because I was starting to really enjoy the app. Two. Two, no not meditations. No of course not how would that be in the least bit CARING or EMPATHETIC, no it was two SOUNDS. That was IT. I am very upset about this. It lies. Theres barely ANY free content. I get needing to make money, but the fact you TRICK people into downloading the app like that makes me feel as if nobody cares. So thank you. So much for that. I feel so cared for, truly..Version: 5.7.0

Good meditations...The only down side of this app is that it has so many choices, except to do a meditation you’ve done previously (without having to go through all the options first). Other than that, it’s been good so far..Version: 4.37.5

Consumer be awareThe subscription is none refundable even if you make a mistake in purchasing or if you are not happy with your purchase within 24 hrs. Plus they don’t disclose that they charge in US dollar even though you purchase from Canada.Version: 4.03

Every upgrade gets worseI have been a Simple Habit user for 2 years and I love their teachers and meditations. The problem is the app. Every time there is an update, the interface gets more cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Luckily I saved the teachers I like so I can search for them but it used to be easier to find teachers and previous meditations. And in the middle of the night when you are looking for your favorite sleep meditation, navigating through their clunky interface is frustrating. And often it doesn’t work, even if you’ve downloaded your favs. So you set up to begin, only to have to keep checking if it’s working. I know, breathe, relax. And lastly, when you renew all your search history and saved lessons are lost so you have to start all over again. My suggestion, great teachers, when you find the ones you like, save them outside of the app so you can find them again. And to Simple Habit, why are you making this so difficult for your users?.Version: 5.4.0
