✓ Very bad and glitchyWhen I sign up for a new account they say my email is already in use and my account already exists when I have never used this app before so I then try to reset my password and they don’t send me an email. After this I thought it was a glitch so I tried with another email and it didn’t work either, and now I can’t login at all because my “Login Limit” exceeded so I have to contact support. (It does the same for the Swagbucks app too) Overall I rate this and that Swagbucks app 1 star..Version: 2.7

✓ Not badThe app is okay, not great. It's good in conjunction with the swagbucks website, but alone it could be better. I am an avid survey taker so I usually qualify for a survey per day, but there are days in which I try 20 times and don't qualify for anything. It is extremely frustrating to get to the end of a survey and be told that you complete it only to be disqualified and receive no points. I always open a support ticket when this happens and I am usually credited with the points after the fact. My main issue with the app itself is that it is very easy to accidentally exit a survey. There is no prompt asking if you are sure you’d like to exit. You could get tot the end of a survey and accidentally exit it. This happened to me once when my 1 year walked up and taped my phone..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Total garbageThey don’t listen to anything they always kick me out of surveys I should have over 100000 Swagbucks. ✓ JSwag bucks is great in that you can make some extra bucks but these surveys are not what they seem to be in that they let you do the whole survey and for some reason disqualify you and not give you the points a lot of it may be because I am do something wrong but they do not tell you why and you can get to the end of the survey and then they tell you that you only get one point after spending 30 minutes on it so the surveys are not always the greatest but the rest of it is really good I like the music videos and as well I can find out what new movies are coming out and get paid to Watch the trailers.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Okay if you have a lot of timeThe app is okay. Once you start building up rewards the number of surveys dwindles to almost nothing, making it extremely difficult to actually earn rewards. Most of the time with the larger surveys, there is always an error or “you don’t qualify” message when you are almost completely done and have wasted 20-30 minutes, and you don’t get your points. You also need to plan on an extra 50% of the time it stats the survey is. If you shop a lot online, you can earn rewards A LOT quicker, but you really need to pay attention to what qualifies at each store..Version: 2.2.1
✓ 30 minutes , 30 centsIf you want just spend 30 minutes and get paid 30 cents then be my guest. They want you to go slow and take your time but then at the end they tell you that the survey has been filled up. You go to fast and they tell you that you’ve been disqualified. But the main problem here is still the fact that they wanna pay you one cent for every minute you spend taking a survey. I think people’s time is worth more than that. So, they’re never going to get legit answers. Rewards vary wildly, sometimes you get 60 cents for doing a 10 minute survey. But It can take you hours of taking surveys to get that good survey reward, and during those hours there is a lot of getting screwed..Version: 2.6
✓ Good App but needs improvementOverall I like the App as I can do surveys whilst on the go. The main issue I do have is that the App cannot handle surveys that open in another tab such as YS surveys. If this issue was to be looked into and resolved then the App would be perfect..Version: 2.5.3

✓ Scam companyThis company is a scam, they screen you out of every survey after taking 3-5 minuets of information off you. I tried to complete a full survey for 25 minutes only to be screened out every time and when you do complete a survey you only receive half reward. You are doing surveys on their behalf and they keep a commission. Waist of time and life. Same goes for their paid movie trailer app. Its just ad payment to them. The more views they get the more they get paid and you are a looser again. Stay away Aussies..Version: 1.5
✓ Needs work, screen freezes and you lose all the time you put inI used this app two years ago and it really frustrated me because I would answer questions for a long time and it would drop me without giving any points. I have been using this again for the past few days and it doesn’t seem to do that anymore. I enjoy the surveys. Edit: someone said this robbed you of your time, they are right. This weekend I worked on a lot of surveys and they would freeze and I didn’t get credit for them. ✓ Terrible: wants masses of private data for zero returnI have a few survey apps and I’m always honest and careful with surveys. This one demands lots more personal info, and insists you accept loads of intrusive cookies. But I’ve started loads of the surveys, answered hundreds of questions, and every single one I’ve been booted out before completion. Feels like a scam. ✓ DebatableI heard about this app and was like cool I can get some free cash by just answering questions whenever I’m just sitting places on my phone not really doing anything. Well it’s not as easy as that but yet it is. It definitely takes some time to rack up points to get gift cards but again if I’m just pointlessly on my phone makes sense for me to work towards some money. So overall I think it’s great but it’s not fast. I gave it 3 stars because sometimes you start a survey and then you don’t qualify to finish the survey and you never receive points, also they don’t have very many quick surveys so you spend a lot of time doing some and you don’t receive points. ✓ Hate the recent changesI realize this might be out of SB’s control, but I hate that the rewards for the surveys have changed so drastically. It used to be that surveys that didn’t qualify for the 1SB DQ award were worth 60SB....now they’re only 35?! I swear, it’s some conspiracy to get more data out of all of us... I’ve also had issues other people seem to have, where I’ll seemingly get to the end of the survey after 15-20 minutes, only to be told I don’t qualify. I’ve also had problems where I’ll accidentally swipe the wrong way and exit completely, or sometimes the screen will get stuck, but there’s no option to refresh it. This is a nice app to have in conjunction with the desktop site, but they have GOT to update it to be more mobile-friendly. Maybe screen what surveys come through the app better, and of course better rewards would be nice. It’s so discouraging and insulting to spend sooo much time trying to qualify for 35 cents!.Version: 2.3
✓ GlitchesSome surveys when you click on it from the survey to do list as soon as you click it disqualifies (without even opening the survey or answering a question) Other surveys have buttons that get stuck and you can’t continue to the next page or won’t load correctly. Some surveys are hard to view on the phone even if you put it in horizontal mode. The banner at the end for answering surveys about yourself is very distracting. And surveys that say to continue for a larger amount never get seen in your email..Version: 2.8.3
✓ It’s terribleYou can’t refresh pages on the app. Open a survey and you can get passed around from survey company to survey company and back again. Back to back surveys where you complete a survey only to find out that wasn’t the real survey and then you get screened out of the real one. Surveys where you might get the equivalent of 10 cents for 20 minutes of answers -I hope nobody bothers with those. Still they should be embarrassed to offer them. If anything during a time of high inflation, rewards seem to be going down rather than up..Version: 2.8.4

✓ Something weirdI was doing surveys the way I was supposed to, to my knowledge following all rules and TOS until they randomly banned my account. When I reached out to support because I was just as surprised, they told me that I violated TOS but wouldn’t tell me what the violation was exactly. To this day I haven’t gotten a reply as all I asked for was what the violation was, feels like a scam to me but I get how others have been able to use this app for years. Unless you desire extreme disappointment, long hours, and wasted time. This app isn’t for you. ✓ Needs much improvementThis app needs a good IT team. Many surveys get stuck and the next page won’t advance or I can complete the survey, am thanked for completing the survey, and then get zero points. More times than not I open a survey to attempt to qualify and it states that the survey can’t be completed on a mobile device. Why on Earth is it on the app if it can’t be completed? It says to copy the link and reopen on a computer. That’s not a solution. Once the survey is opened, it’s gone if you go back or refresh. ✓ Highly Recommend!A few years ago I read in a Seventeen magazine an article about making free cash, so I’m thinking okay this website must be legit so I’ll give it a try. I’m honestly so glad I did! If your an online shopper, or a shop online-pick up in store kind of person, this is the app for you! I shop online A LOT, and I get points for the money I spend. I shop especially around the holidays and amazing sales you can’t pass up. Just don’t forget to log into swagbucks and shop through there portal, otherwise you won’t get those points. I’ve just redeemed $35 in gift cards. Over time the points add up, I’m not saying I’m rewarded $100/week, I’m about $5/week! but like I said it all adds up. I’m not money hungry so I don’t mind waiting around until my next purchase, it’s just free money I can’t pass up. Why not get that extra money in my pocket? Customer service isn’t great so don’t expect an answer. Just make sure you log into the portal so your shopping points show up on your “activity”. ✓ Awesome app- if there were costumer serviceI have enough swag points to redeem and continue to take surveys. This would be such an easy way for me to make a little extra money to make ends meet. However, there is some glitch in the app that prevents me from being able to redeem my swag points, which is pretty frustrating. The worst part is there is no one to contact about this. If they could have costumer service where you can quickly talk (even if only just to chat on the app) and were able to have their gift cards redeemed (hopefully someone will be able to help me with this problem soon), this would be a 5 star app..Version: 2.2

✓ Do not do it until you read...This app robs you of your time. Survey after survey, repeatedly takes you through a long qualifying process, only to say you do not qualify time after time. Many times they are not honest: they don’t count the qualifying time in survey time, they’ll list a survey to be 8 mins, you invest that time answering their repetitive qualify questions, then they reveal the actual survey time is longer than what was indicated when you selected it. Add to that how often you get deep into a survey, many times all the way to the end, only to be DQ’d. Every time you attempt a new survey they re ask the exact same exact same qualifying questions again, god forbid you make an error, hit a wrong key (Who has never typo’d for christ sake) and ban you, daring to call you dishonest!!! Funny thing is these solutions are very simple to fix: 1) have every user create a user profile that contains every possible qualifying question, occasionally ask them if they have any changes orbupdates to report. This will eliminate robbing them of their time, re-asking the same qualifying questions over and over again for every single survey, while also reducing the risk of errors. 2) if there does need to be a few additional qualifying questions at the beginning of a survey, the time answering those should always be included in the survey estimate time. Until they fix these very basic problems, stay away from this app..Version: 2.1.1

✓ Worst business practices ever! Stay awayI’ve been a member of Swagbucks for years. I’ve never seen such horrible business practices in my life. This company does nothing but rob you of your time and then throws it in your face that your now banned from taking surveys on both the app and the website and claims the reason is because your answers are inconsistent. Yet would you like to explain to me how not every survey is the same yet I’m getting banned for taking surveys due to inconsistency in my answers. Well duh because each survey is completely different. Not my problem you can’t get your company together. I’ve already reached out to the compliance team and boy was that a joke too! Get an automatic response that they will look into it within the next 30 days and along the lines it wasn’t their problem since the surveys come from a 3rd party company to begin with. That’s fine. If the matter isn’t resolved soon I will be deleting every app including this one that Swagbucks offers and use another service who cares about their customers and gives better customer service..Version: 2.2.1
