✓ Love the app & site but the trivia games need an updateI love playing Swagbucks live every week but the trivia side of it could use an update as there has been way to much winners lately so u guys need to increase the jackpot up a little bit cause u guys haven’t done a jackpot increase since starting the app as the jackpots have been $500 or $1000 since u guys launched swagbucks live. I would love to see an increase up to at least $5000 each show like HQ trivia does every night. Overall love playing with my family. We win almost every show & get closer to cashing out but it takes way to long. Games are quick but price values need to be increased or make the games a little harder so there can be more winners & prices better. Show schedule is as follows currently as of 5/9/20 Monday’s - Thursday’s at 8 Pm jackpot each day $1000 Friday’s Flash game at 3 Pm jackpot $500 In conclusion I love swagbucks Live & don’t want to see it ever end but it needs some improvements as the game is popular but price value doesn’t seem like it shows it. ✓ Timing issues!!This game is unlike any other live trivia game out there. It gives you way more chances to earn money than other trivia games currently on the app store. However I have been experiencing some issues with how much time I have to answer each question and what it says on the actual timer. So as I am playing the game, sometimes, even on wifi that works for basically everything else, the game lags a bit and falls behind 2 to 4 seconds. The person hosting the game does not fall behind and the timer for the question does not adjust, so basically I have no idea how much time I have left. This has caused me to lose because the question ends when the timer still has 3 sec left. I know this is not an issue that is just happening to me because I have seen people in the live game chat say the question ended early or it wouldnt let them answer. Please fix this and I'll leave a better rating and share this with more friends!.Version: 1.2.7

✓ Can’t give rating if I can’t open app…Was trying to give “zero” stars but the Apple store wouldn’t let me go that low. I’ve tried several times now to install and reinstall your app so I can play the “highly” rated trivia games, but I can’t get it to open. All I get is “unable to authenticate” message, even though I can easily log on to the website after having been “authenticated”. So what’s up? I see a lot of other posts and reviews with the same issue, but no one seems to want to do anything about it. Oh well, your loss. ✓ Hal the announcer never shuts upI had to stop playing this game because he never shut up, and to top it off he would ask the questions while 10 sec timer was already going, so by the time he finished saying the 3 choices, buzzer was going off, a lot of times he was still reciting last of three choices after buzzer sounded. He needs to ask questions before starting timer, then start timer while reading 3 choices...it’s not rocket science HAL 🙄 I believe he thinks he’s being cute by asking his wife to say hi...but it’s not...just another way for him to annoy us with his grating voice!!! ✓ It is so much fun!I love playing the game !! It is so easy and fun to see how much I actually remember after all this time !! I only gave it three stars though because, with everything else going on already out there I wanted to find something that stayed away from politics and every other comment was literally about it some way some how . It was exhausting even in the short period of time to witness , and that was not even including the pushing of the surveys that you obviously can tell are Democratic right related . ✓ Love the trivia technology and sound go in and outYou could only hear some of the words the host speaks or the clock or the times up buzzer. The trivia is cool however not being able to play the game consistently with sound and/or the pocture makes it difficult Same review as before . In 2022 the technology should be better . Read and show question at same time . And beep finish button after . For people with hearing issues they are eliminated fast as the question is only on the screen for a couple seconds. Not long enough to read it . Love the game but get frustrated often . If it stops being fun i will have tap out . Please check the technology component 2023 … same issue . ✓ Too American!Why are all of the bonus SB only geared to American players? There are a lot more people who play that aren’t from the US!! You could at least let your northern neighbours in on the bonuses!! There’s very little that I’ve seen on the bonuses that isn’t available in Canada. Try making things a bit more equitable!! And let’s include the Europeans and whomever else is playing too!! A good number of the questions are definitely geared to Americans - again, not fair! Why would we know or care about the state motto for Texas? Or who the 27th POTUS was?? If you’re going to let international players play, let’s make the questions equitable for everyone!! ✓ More for U.S. citizensI put 3 stars as they decreased the amount you can make from free on line games from 10 to 6. If you are a U.S. citizen, this site is great. Your Swagbucks can add up quickly. Wish they would consider other ways for Non U.S. Citizens. There are a lot of American questions in the trivia game. There is not an easy way to contact them if you have a question, or concern. I have tried twice and each time I felt they didn’t understand what I was asking. It would be nice if you could chat to explain. Overall, as I stated, this is a good site for U.S. citizens. ✓ Not worth it.Tens of thousands of people play, tens of thousands of people win and the prizes are always split up between those tens of thousands of winners meaning those hundreds to thousands of "grand prize dollars" are pointless and equal cents at best, I hate how you can't rejoin if you get the last question wrong- I can get literally 9/10 questions right the first time meaning WITHOUT having to use rejoins but if I get the last one wrong that's it and I can't rejoin and I can't win even though they give everyone else endless opportunities to rejoin on every other question hounding them to rejoin and I hate that we get very little time to answer (only 6 seconds and half the time the host doesn't even finish reading the question before the time is up, no humanly way possible to read the question, have time to think, process and pick an answer within 6 seconds so a lot of the time you end up picking an answer randomly just so you have something in before time goes out) 🤷🏻♀️It has the possibility to be great but as it stands now it's a joke, a waste of time and more effort then it's worth IMO..Version: 1.6.8

✓ Swagbucks trivia-A certain host cant manage the clock countdown sound with the questions being read!Theres a certain host that work the controls incorrectly. He cancels the sound when starting the clock so you dont hear the question being read and on this game he cancelled the sound and the question showing up on the screen but the clock was still counting down. All of these mistakes have caused me to miss answers that I knew the answer to!!!! He needs proper training or to be fired! He makes the game look like a scam just to draw people into swagbucks..Version: 1.6.7
✓ WAY too many problems, glitches & yakking by hosts!The answer timer rings us out even BEFORE the host finishes the question! Stop that…give us a chance! Stop the hosts from their incessant chatter…some of us work and cannot stay on so long! The hosts talk WAY too freaking long before and all during the game between all the questions. Glitches so much that we miss seeing or hearing whole questions or whole games. Also, PLEASE give us more time to AT LEAST read the question! Especially when the announcer cuts out! ✓ Really really really needs an option to report questionsI’ve been playing this game for quite some time now and I would say at the very least at least once a week the answers to questions are EXTREMELY questionable. For example a question today asked which species is classified as endangered, the answer was Chimpanzee but one of the other answers was Gorilla. Technically speaking, gorilla is not incorrect as their are species of gorilla such as the Mountain Gorilla that are classified as endangered. Specification in answer choices is a necessity. Another example today the question asked which of these three foods are vegan and the answer was Bac’n bits, this would in technicality be a proper noun and could be considered as pieces of bacon otherwise. The first letter of the first word was capitalized, but I’m pretty sure that’s the format for all the questions. The first letter of the second word was not capitalized which could very well be small pieces of bacon. Other than that the games pretty fun but don’t expect to get much more than $10 if you get to the end..Version: 1.6
✓ The game is riggedIn the live game, I timed it and it takes 10 minutes. The rewards are just mere Pennies. The questions start off with easy common sense questions to lure you in to watch the annoying unskippable ad that takes up the majority of your time. Then, at the end, they ask questions that are very specific that only a person with a master’s degree will know the answer to. One time, I got all the questions right and only won $2. They make fake accounts to divide up the money so you wouldn’t be able to win a lot of money. This scummy business practice is disgusting. I hope this company goes bankrupt..Version: 2.5
✓ Winnings are TERRIBLE!!!!You know, I rated this app before, and gave it like 3 stars. But that was before I won the Grand Prize. Now, I am giving it 1 star. People are really vocal about their political choices, attack on groups who are different, racist comments and being culturally insensitive. ✓ Should be able to change answerSwagbucks Live is multiple choice game and you have a choice between three answers. I have fat fingers and occasionally, I want to change my selection within the 10 seconds, but I’m unable to. Once you select an answer, you are unable to change it before the time is up. Also, Swagbucks has a video app called Swagit, but the hints for the toughest games on Thursdays used to reside on Swagit, but they are now on Tik Tok which is owned by the Chinese government. I refuse to get an account on that platform. Hints for hard questions should be on Swagit as well..Version: 2.3
✓ Poor executionI love the concept of the app and find it to be really cool but it could be executed so much better, I understand Swagbucks is an American app, but this is catered far too much compared to the American audience. ✓ The Good and BadI enjoy the game enough to keep playing it. I like making a little money (very little) doing something I probably would do, anyway (I am a trivia junkie). So I appreciate that your game is there. On the down side, the questions aren’t good. They are either too easy or too hard. Whoever writes your questions is clearly not someone who cares anything about trivia games, himself or herself. The goal is to have most questions of moderate difficulty, with perhaps a few very easy ones and a few zingers. You get an F in this regard. Also, it is obvious that many of the people who play your game cheat. I’m not sure how they do this, but I have no doubt that they are. As far as I can tell, you don’t have any way of combatting this. If you did make the questions as obscure as possible, these cheats would still get them right because of the apps they have available to them, which probably do a quick search on the internet to retrieve the necessary information and automatically select the most probable answer for any question. In short, your game has two fundamental flaws but I will keep playing because I loves me some trivia games. Thank you. P.S. I have a newer iPhone and high speed internet but the past THREE TIMES I played… the game froze mid-question and did not unfreeze until after the answer was already given, thus eliminating me from the game. Every player has one free rejoin and do you know that I can’t even use that when this freezing glitch happens? The error message says, “looks like you left and missed some of the game. Come back next time,” or something similar. Very frustrating, as I never left the app. This used to be fun but I think I’m uninstalling. ✓ Stacked against the rest of the world, surveys a tad exploitiveLow key trivia game with 2 problem areas. 1) very U.S centric, which is a major issue if you are competing against others for money for a perfect score. You might be doing really well and along comes a question about a snack food or a sporting trophy that is only known to an American. There are extra lives but they don’t seem always to help. 2) the survey process (which how you earn points)is a bit deceptive. I have started multiple surveys only to be told after they had garnered a fair bit of information, “this survey is not for you, here is one that is a better fit” The new survey is always longer and you will key in all of that info again, to be told half way thru, you guessed it, another survey is a better fit. Sometimes it won’t open at all. I have contacted them about some of the issues and received no response. This app needs MAJOR improvements. It's been a bit better recently but still not great. I do appreciate that the points per question are higher now so even if you don't win it's not such a bad waste of time.
