If there was a downside it would have to be your signage! Many times people ignore signs park and go in store! ✓ Compliments!Hello! I like shopping at your Ridglea area location. There is normally a police officer and carts are being cleaned. The store is clean. I like Triston in the produce department! The deserts are decorated in a classy way. I go to your store for my favorite peach and strawberry flavored signature drinks with the pop cycle on the label. .99 cents each! Of course I end up buying a cart full of items! Please keep those drinks stocked! I've told so many people about these drinks they are often out of stock! ✓ Great optionI tend to work 10-12 hour days, and the last thing I want to do is grocery shop in the small amount of free time I have. I can select items to put in my cart in one sitting or as I notice they need replacing. The staff at my store are really wonderful, friendly and efficient. Last time they had sold out of one of my items before they could pick it up for me, so they actually called me to ask about suitable substitutes. ✓ Little Pet PeeveEverything is great, but I hate how it makes everything you ordered a favorite. It would be easier to mark something as a favorite as you go along. Then, trying to remove the items from your favorites is a pain since you have to remove it one by one and it always glitches and puts everything back on. Either than that, it’s fine..Version: 10.8.1

✓ Excellent service and a real time saver!I’ve been doing pick up for a few months from my neighborhood Albertsons and it has been wonderful. I almost always am able to get a same day pick up. I’ve had only a couple of items picked that were molded or spoiled, but with a call they corrected the issue. Since I live close it takes just a few minutes to return for the correct item and they are usually waiting for me when I get there. Originally I still had to go in for harder to find items, but I’ve learned to scan that are harder to search for, now I don’t have to go in at all. On the rare occasion I go in because I only need an item or 2 immediately. The service has been wonderful and a true time saver..Version: 9.18.0

✓ Awesome first time ordering onlineI just picked up my first online order and must say it is do much easier and convenient than I thought it would be. I had a few questions and spoke with Supervisor, Miriam, before placing my order. Miriam was so helpful, answered all my questions, and made the experience so easy that I know I will be ordering online again. When I got to the store, the order was ready...no waiting...and David was so polite and considerate to my granddaughter and me when loading the groceries in my car. ✓ Wonderful modern store with an old time vibeI have shopped at Albertsons for well over 45 years and have always felt at home while in the store. The people managing the store and all other employees have since the first day I stepped in been friendly and kind, yet professional toward us. My kids, their kids, and now great grandkids have all savored those delicious “free cookies” from the vanilla-smelling baker at the vanilla-smelling bakery. And of course, I myself never passed one up. What delicious memories! Sure, I shop at other delightful stores. ✓ Constant disfunctionI keep hoping for a fix. Every time I attempt to place a pick up order it errors out and says address on my account is linked to Safeway. Albertsons that has pick up and delivery service is 1.7 mi from my house. Closest Safeway is 20+ miles away. There is no way to override the apps thinking. I can’t use from home and can’t use when traveling..Version: 7.9.7
✓ Albertsons Delivery and curbside pickupI absolutely love Albertsons and for the past 24 years have shopped here in Great Falls. Being a gourmet cook snd a foodie, I prefer to shop myself, daily if possible. I can stand and look at dozens of pieces of produce before selecting just the right piece of fruit, mushroom, or cucumber. A series of health issues and broken bones and now CoVid concerns have made it difficult for me to get to the store and shop safely, consequently I have had my groceries delivered for nearly two years. The personal shoppers are the best. If there are questions about something I have ordered, my shopper will call, the online order system is easy to use, and rarely is anything wrong with my order. I make one big order a month and It is delivered right to my door. Actually, when I need it, the delivery person will bring it right into the kitchen! ✓ Lifechanging!Such an AMAZING convenience!! I was even able to order DELI items and meat counter selections AND have the benefits of coupon savings and use of REWARDS!! I cant see the need to risk my health by having to physically enter the store again! Extremely grateful this WONDERFUL service exists here at our Boulder City ALBERTSONS! Not sure if it was a busy time but I then discovered after many times that the space for the number on the back of the card to complete the process...didn’t show up on my IPad. ✓ Love the serviceWe absolutely love the fact that we can order her groceries online and the staff at Albertson’s shops the items for us bag son and we pay for it and we just drive up park in a certain spot and call them to let them know we are and they deliver it to our car. We just wish that we could purchase all the items we are trying to purchase online; however, for some reason there’s certain things that we are forced to have to go into the store ourselves to purchase and it’s not pharmacy items these are regular every day items. ✓ SOOOOO CONVENIENT!I am using Albertsons delivery services.I order groceries online,Albertsons shops for me and delivers via Doordash for a small fee. I was concerned about someone else selecting fresh fruits and veggies for me since is picky but have had no problems. I am given a 2 hour delivery window which I select and receive a text message when they are on the way. It just simply could not be easier! ✓ DifficultI’m only giving this app site one star. It won’t let me sign in, says my PW is wrong, I know it’s not, and tried several times. The only way I’ve been able to get into the Albertson’s place to order is to go to goggle and look it up. As most know. Albertson’s recently "updated" their shopping site. What a hassle! Whoever did that had it really really mixed up. It was so different and so hard, it kept knocking me off, deleted items I had on there, etc. I was so frustrated! I emailed them several times, never heard back. Finally, after several mos, it’s now working better, thankfully! Please do NOT change your site again. If you do, it’d be to your best Interest to have an expert do it. Thank you. I bet you lost business over that ordeal, how could you not? I very much appreciate having delivery, I hope it continues. I like being able to put my order in while I’m relaxing at home, then have my groceries delivered the next morning. ✓ Not good enoughLives are on the line, and Albertsons and other grocery stores have a huge influence on keeping the general public safe. Most of the items available are not available to these apps. Either the selection is limited for options on the app, or stores are not updating their inventories to this service. I’ve traveled too 5 different local Albertsons and the items available are very similar for all of them via this app (very much not an accurate description of what that stores offer). Not having the actual inventory of the store uploaded into this app makes it more likely that people will go inside the building, which is unsafe for both the gen. Public and Albertson’s employees. For a great example to online ordering/pickup, check out target’s online system. Every item in the store is available via the app, and updated quickly. Albertsons, please change this!! Give people more options to get your items and keep them safe. At least all people to order over the phone or have any other options aside from going in doors. For goodness sake, please also mandate that your staff must wear gloves and masks when on duty as well..Version: 8.5.1

✓ Great way to get groceriesI was apprehensive to start, thought it would be a lot of work to order groceries online. No so!! Most the time I use the scan feature on something I just ran out of or am low on, makes it simple to get exactly what you like. If I have something I don’t want substituted, I mark it, otherwise I leave items unmarked and have never been disappointed in a substitute. Have never waited more than 5 minutes for my groceries. I was already dreading grocery shopping with a newborn at home but the pandemic compounded that! The app is easy to navigate and the people have been nice and helpful!
