✓ Embarrassingly poor qualityThis ap is awful by any standard, but especially awful considering us bank is such a large institution with such substantial resources. It’s such a bad ap that it is unusable..Version: 4.3.1
✓ Not user friendlyThis app needs an update. You should be able to sign in easier with Face ID without doing several steps. Hard to locate personal information.Version: 4.6.4
✓ Barely functional, poor security, uglyThis app is just a web front end for a very old feeling mobile website. The app doesn’t support Touch ID or Face ID. The login procedure is a hassle. The app clearly doesn’t support native UI elements or modern screen resolutions. It gets 1 star for being able to show numbers (balance) and non-interactive, static charts. It’s barely scraping by. It provides very little, if any value to customers. The product owner of this team needs to address this product or retire it..Version: 3.4.1
