✓ An utterly terrible appI’ve been using Etrade and other investing apps since the ‘90s, and recently took over my mom’s accounts at U.S. Bank. You can’t find anything. You can’t DO anything! My god, this investment app is the most horrible outdated functionless piece of garbage I’ve ever seen. I’ve been trying for hours on this app, their website, and the banking app just to find mutual funds they offer, and I’ve completely failed. I’ll be moving all of her money to Schwab as quickly as I can..Version: 4.7.8
✓ Very slow websiteThe US Bank website and app are very slow, sometimes it doesn’t even load. It needs some major upgrades..Version: 4.6.4

✓ Wish there was a Face ID option.Logging in is a hassle on this app. Every other investment app offers that option. I have reached out to everyone I could and no one seems to care. Looking at all the past reviews, the people in charge of this app are lazy and don’t care. People have been asking for a better login option for a while now. ✓ UnusableThe login and interface is so unusable, I thought I had downloaded the wrong app. US Bank’s main iPhone app is AMAZING, so I expected this app to be at least as good. (I actually expected it to be better because it’s for people who opted to invest money and, therefore, have some level of disposable income. But I would have settled for “just as good.”) What’s especially annoying is seeing in my US Bank app that I’ve lost on my investment but can’t open the Wealth Management app to see what’s happening. • Can’t log in with fingerprint or Face ID • App never remembers me • Gets stuck loading • Poor design renders this app kiiiind of useless Please get whoever built the main US Bank app to build a better wealth management app. Y’all really skimped on this one..Version: 4.7.8

✓ Terrible USer InterfaceYou would think if lesser companies could make a brokerage app with a good UI then a bank as big as this one could. The User Interface is terrible and lags behind other brokerage apps. ✓ Login issuesLogin opens as a pop up and sometimes refuses to load. Then it does load and you login the spinner is hard to see and sometimes disappears and then nothing happens. ✓ They charge a heavy commission fee.You end up paying them more commission than what you make. ✓ SubstandardLogin has gotten better over the last several years. But recently, every order I try to enter returns and error message. Most commonly, it tells me that I don’t have any shares of a selected ticker in my account, even when the screen shows me exactly how many shares I do have. ✓ DisappointingFor a financial software in this era I should be able to login with fingerprint ID consistently and not need to re-authenticate nearly every login. Since I have access to trade on my own I should have access to real-time prices for all my stocks without the 15 minute delay. I should have real-time updating between both of my USBank banking and investing apps that I can rely on. I don’t. I appreciate the accounts, just not the apps functionality. ✓ Some DifficultiesCan’t log in with Face ID without it asking you to enter your login credentials every single time. And now it takes forever to load the investment app just to sign in so you have to go through the banking app to be taken to the investment app to get through logging in..Version: 4.9.5
✓ DisappointingThe new design looks worse than the previous one. No new features and looks like a few features were taken away. Everything was just moved around and "disorganized" to make it less consumer friendly. If I were CEO of US Bank, I would've fired the whole development team a long time ago. ✓ Needs WorkThe app needs a ton of work. Also, the automatic investment broker didn’t make me any money in the past two years. I have lost two years in a row with no gains. My personal investment account doesn’t let me withdraw funds it and only gives 100 free trades. Lastly, the app needs a makeover. ✓ App is far behindThis app is a very archaic app. It hasn’t been meaningfully updated in what looks like a decade at least. Poor functionality, poor visibility into investment data and reports. ✓ Not worth itOne the App is not very friendly, 2nd the Algorithm for investing entrusted to the Rob Advisor, does a very shoddy job. For eg My money a considerable amount was practically invested in a money losing scrip. My portfolio value kept on decreasing no matter whether the markets are positive or negative. No beta correlation. I don’t know, had a pretty bitter exp with this. So not worth the time and purely waste of money !!!.Version: 4.9.5

✓ Things to work on!!! Better than last version.They’ve definitely made it easier to view but they need to do a few things. 1. I also want to see YTD and longer term performance 3,5,10 year so I can compare how I’ve done to other portfolios. 2. They should have an option that shows monthly/yearly projected income (dividends) like schwab does. 3. I’m in all MF’s, but hopefully they have it where your stock/etf portfolio is shown trading in real time. There’s no reason a company like this can’t do that.
