✓ AuthenticationI've just started using Zoho and the main problem is the login authentication required. If I'm trying to access Zoho on my Mac the code can't be accessed so I just sit there unable to access the account. As a result I've given up and gone back to Gmail.Version: 2.3

✓ Absolute pantsTried to install on iPad Pro. It insisted that I setup in portrait, which I dislike and when I got as far as entering my mobile number the keyboard displayed was sized for landscape mode and half off the screen ( and still prevented me from turning to landscape) so I was unable to proceed. Went back to the app, expecting to be able to update the account details with my phone number, but no - there is no means of doing this. I only downloaded this app to enable me to use Face ID on your notebook app.why the need for a separate authenticate app? Other apps manage to offer face/fingerprint authentication without having to install a second app..Version: 1.2.6

I LOATHE Zoho and this app for this single reason, and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. ✓ They are so secure you can’t use your iPad or iPhoneZoho upgraded their software. Now my Zoho apps on my phone and iPad are not useable. The computer works still. I have spent two weeks trying to get it to work but I got this person named Barath on the other end and they give instructions that do not work. They explain things poorly. They use their in-house vernacular on me. If you are a high functioning programmer, maybe you will find them useful. For an ordinary person trying to run a business, they are a poor poor choice in terms of the product itself. All my devices (2 iPads, iPhone, and pc) asking for passwords not accepting them and getting in a stressful forever loop. Now I’m back to square one and I’ve just beefed up my password a bit.
