✓ Written ArticlesWhere have the written articles gone? The Celeb Watch app was one of my favorite apps to use. I enjoyed being able to sit at my desk or in a doctor's office and reading articles on my favorite celebrities and not worrying about bothering other people. I very rarely watched videos on that website, so this new app is completely useless to me. Sorry People you've lost my online/app support!.Version: 1.0.2
✓ Bring back people celebwatchIf there was a way I could give zero stars for this app I would. This app contains nothing but videos. I didn't even watch the videos on celebwatch very often, much prefer to read the articles. This app has been deleted from my phone..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Zero Stars if PossibleI have downloaded this app numerous times and every single time the video plays with no audio. I have tried it on my cousin's phone and it does the same thing. ✓ Missing the Text StoriesI can't always watch videos, so I miss the text story app. It let me read stories while rocking my kids to sleep, or in bed without waking my husband. The video app is cool too, but I'm going to miss the quiet, text version. I'll probably have to use a different source for my entertainment news now..Version: 1.0.1

✓ The E! News app is way betterRetiring the celeb news app was a terrible decision. The new app should have both videos and articles for people to use. Side note: The E! News app is awesome, better even! It doesn't shut the app off randomly, from what I noticed so far, their journalists actually have had someone edit their articles before posting them, and you can actually see every photo they have in an album..Version: 1.0.2
✓ No sound, no pointUnlike most of the low reviews, I don’t mind the videos. I listen to podcasts, and sometimes I prefer to listen in the car or at work in the background when I can’t read, but without the sound playing this is pretty useless. I can't find anything when I use the search function, there's no way to get back to the homepage, no way to register to make a comment without getting a blank page. ✓ Nothing to read!I just downloaded this new app, and as far as I can see it is nothing but videos. I don't want to watch videos, I want to READ entertainment stories. ✓ Seriously??Can someone at People actually test this app from a user perspective on multiple devices. I understand the sound complaints and on IPAD the only way to return to the main menu from watching a video is to close and reopen the program. Really? Someone PLEASE pay attention to the app issues/ customer feedback here! The App has your brand on it and that represents People just like the magazine. Poor quality is disappointing and unacceptable. ✓ All Videos?? BRING BACK WRITTEN ARTICLES!!It's all videos. That's it. So incredibly disappointed in this app. I miss having the written articles because I'm rarely able to watch videos, and never really liked watching them on the old app. I'd check the old app MULTIPLE times a day for the most current news. With this, I have to either wear headphones, or be in a private space to not bother others around me. What an inconvenience. The old app was great: up-to-date entertainment and world news that I could trust. Now? Who knows where I'll find trustworthy articles about events... ✓ What about those who like to read and not just watch videos?I check(ed) People CelebWatch daily and its predecessor before CelebWatch. Now I'm forced to wait until the weekly magazine comes out. I like to "read" news and the daily feed made this easy to do with topical news stories abort celebrities as well as other top news items. I DON'T want to listen to videos as that limits to a location where that is possible. This is definitely a disappointing move by People Magazine. Audiences should be offered different modalities allowing individual preferences. CelebWatch did that, PEN definitely does not..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Don't want videos!!Apparently, this is the new replacement for People CelebWatch and I'm not at all happy with the replacement. I don't want to watch videos! ✓ Please bring back written contentI always avoided the videos in the original People app - the commercials and discussion of content unrelated to the article I was reading really bothered me. Now, I can no longer enjoy the few minutes here and there at work where I could jump into the celebrity world through bite-sized articles - which I enjoyed in spite of the constant editing misses (inaccuracies, spelling and grammar issues, etc.). Hardly anyone has the time to watch 20 minute videos or can watch with sound while out and about. I will no longer be using a People associated app - E! Network app, it is. Your loss..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Big thumbs down!I absolutely hate that this took the place of my old People Celeb Watch. I loved that I could look through all the articles, getting not just celebrity but news from around the country. Having to watch my news isn't very discreet and I'd rather read my news at my own pace versus a video. What a disappointment. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it. Despite horrible spelling and grammar and those horrific advertisements WITH SOUND that can get folks in trouble at work, it still had good content.
