Because the switch happens so fast, it is harder to be sure this is true. If I found this was true I would definitely find something else to play. I use this game to cleans my brain palate between tasks. It is very effective at causing you to focus at efficently using the blocks which distracts your brain from staying stuck in whatever program, project, or problem in the workplace is giving you cause for concern. Don’t play it at night before bed for two reasons. First long periods of backlit devices can interfere with the melatonin that leads to normal sleep. Secondly, playing this game when you should be sleeping becomes very easy because there is no clock to alert you to the passing of time.
