Rhythm Cat 2 for Positive User Reviews

Each one better then the previousIt looks like a course, because each app released from LMuse becomes better and more difficult but absolutely feasible. Universal because it does not need a single word. Beautifully ludic. Beautiful songs. I’m learning music with so much fun. ❤️ Congratulations to the Developers! 👏👏👏 Thank you so much. *Waiting for the Rhythm Cat 3... 😃.Version: 1.3

Excellent toolI’m a musician and an educator. I think this is an excellent tool. My children are now learning instruments, and I just got it for them. They really enjoy it so far. There is some room for improvement. The first level has quarter notes and eighth notes. By the third or fourth level there are sixteenth notes. For someone who has been a musician for a while, it’s fine, but for beginners, that’s a very quick progression. From what I’ve seen, this would be perfect for a student who has been learning for a while already or can get some basic guidance from a musician. It doesn't really teach the rhythms, but you do get instant feedback. I’d like to see an easier progression in the beginning and some assistance with learning. Rhythm instruction is closely related to language instruction. I wonder if a few small adjustments would make this a valid tool to improve reading readiness and reading skills, especially for those with dyslexia....I was just working on a literature review on this topic. You’ll have to get in touch if you want additional consultation..Version: 1.3

很好玩的应用锻炼节奏感和读谱,很不错,希望继续更新,增加难度!.Version: 1.1

Great app for feeling rhythm of musicI just finished all 6 levels. Good challenge. Great piano playing. Able to see the note values and read the music. The taps on the screen have no real correlation to playing piano but it gave a a sense of the note value as it pertains to the rhythm of playing. I am an older adult - ok a senior- learning to play at a grade 4 level. This app is useful for my feel for rhythm. Thanks. Disclaimer. I downloaded the app on a free day. I will consider further purchases. Criticism. The interface needs work. An expanded help menu. Now I'm going back to practice.Version: 1.1

Scoring Needs WorkI love the concept, but couldn’t get the dotted eighth with a sixteenth note rhythm to work. As a result, scoring was off. I can still use it with my students, but can’t recommend they purchase it for home use. Also, where’s the outline that shows which note values are in each level? That’s really helpful in RC1. Update: I was using speaker. There was just enough lag time to mess it up. Using iPad speaker, we’re back in business! Still want the table of contents, though!.Version: 1.4

ExcellentI use these in teaching piano. It is challenging and fun! I’m so please with all the Rhythm Cat apps. The note apps are excellent too! Thank you for helping teachers keep it interesting for students! 💕.Version: 1.3

Amazing for learning how to read rhythmsI am a music teacher and this gets my students to read music very quickly as I help count-sing. I even play it for fun!!.Version: 1.4

So impressedIf you’re wanting to learn to read rhythm then I can’t recommend this enough. So good. Well designed. Makes it rewarding and motivating to keep progressing to the next level. Big thanks to the developers of this app. No reading notation so much easier both for piano and drum kit. I have my fingers crossed that you’ll release a Rhythm Cat 3!.Version: 1.4

11-year-old musicianI’m 11 years old and I really enjoyed Rhythm cat 1 & 2. I prefer Rhythm cat 2 but 1 is great for beginners! I also recommend other games made by them: Treble cat Bass cat Ear cat I think they’re great for any young musicians. I used my dad’s account so his name will be on this review..Version: 1.5
