It barely workedMany many times would not hook up with my hearing aids and did not work well at all.Version: 4.4.0

EQ neededI’m BASS DEAF in 1 ear and TREBLE DEAF in the other. Would be nice to be able to fine tune my hearing aids so I can actually listen to music and watch shows on Tubi, Paramount plus, Netflix and Disney plus..Version: 4.1.0

Nope !Used previous version of this app to control the volume of the tinnitus masking in my hearing aids - that was actually the only control that worked, but this version doesn’t even have a control for tinnitus masking volume - it’s been removed ! The app says it has synced with my hearing aids properly so it’s not a syncing problem - why on earth would such a fundamental control be removed ? This app now does absolutely nothing in my experience..Version: 4.4.0

This is the worst app I ownWhen I was fitted for hearing aids I stressed how important the Bluetooth functionality was to me. After wearing them for two weeks, the first day was the only time the app connected, it has failed consistently since then, even though I am able to stream, so there is a connection. On the subject of streaming, I can stream my audio book while hiking, unless I put my phone in my pants pocket, when it drops the connection. Hiking while holding your phone at chest height, to keep it connected, isn’t going to cut it. I plan on returning the HAs on my checkup visit. You should be doing better than this.Version: 4.1.0

User mode changes are badSwitch user modes was made worse in this release. You have to scroll through all the modes until you find the one you want. It would be better to present the user a simpler way to go directly to the desired mode..Version: 5.0.1

Horrible app. Trial period over! Of course!Hearing aids keep disconnecting. Volume does not stay put. Audible wave sounds in a quiet space. Volume fades in and out on its own. Can’t connect. Only one connects. Intermittently one or the other ear disconnects. Very disappointed!!!! Want to return them but trial period is over. I should have gone with the insignia hearing aids. Twice the cost but I guess you get what you pay for. I got the shaft. Again!!!.Version: 4.3.1

Doesn’t workThis app won’t work unless you have brand new hearing aids . Mine are 3 years old and no longer serviced . Must be they want you to buy new ones every few years.Version: 3.0.1

Incomplete functionality!I replaced my older hearing aids with new Unitron aids. The app that worked with the old resound aides gave me a much better experience. The new Unitron app only allows volume adjustment on my iPhone. They do not connect automatically to my iPhone and do not automatically stream phone calls. This app seriously needs a major update! I like the hearing aids themselves but the app stinks!!.Version: 2.1.1

Unitron Remote Plus a useless AppIt is making ringing in my hearing aid which I can’t switch off. When I accessed a voicemail message it was only played in my ear so I couldn’t hear it. THe app integrates with other aspects of your iPhone in an interfering, unclear way and is difficult to disengage. The app has almost no useful features..Version: 4.1.0

Pretty useless!This app is only good for adjusting volume. Big deal! Does not pair with iPhone properly and does not work during conversation on the phone. Also, it disconnects from the phone when leaving app and have to get in the app to reconnect. Glad I’m just using these hearing aids temporarily while waiting on my aids back from service..Version: 3.0.2

50% Good 50% BadThe app is nice to have when it works. Getting the app to reconnect is an adventure at best. Restart, Forget, Re-Pair, Delete app, re-install at almost every use. The aids work great. Stream works but won’t connect to 2 devices ie; iPad and iPhone. Switching between the 2 is not weeping..Version: 4.3.1

Latest version sacrifices utility for prettyI liked the previous version of this app. I could quickly move from one program to another. This new version is akin to pull down menus for states or years, requiring inefficient ( but pretty) scrolling rather letting you quickly identify what you are looking for, and quickly adjusting to new hearing environment. Terrible app. The reason to return hearing aidsI have never had an app perform so poorly. It doesn’t connect. I’ve tried two different versions of this app and I can’t even find that you’re in the H. I’ve been using Bluetooth hearing aids over 10 years Rexton, and other brands all of them instantly find Bluetooth connection. This is pathetic. You make wonderful hearing aids and you can get your app right? This is embarrassment. I will be returning his hearing aids during the trial. Is the reason I spent the money on them was so that I could give the information to an audiologist remotely. Which of course your broken disconnecting app doesn’t allow..Version: 4.0.1

Usability gone backwards in v5The new v5 has pretty colours but usability has gone backwards. Why is the Left aid volume slide control at the top and the Right at the bottom. The Volume now goes from left to right instead of up and down. Totally not intuitive anymore. Previous version was bland but very intuitive. Left slide was for the left aid, right for the right. Slide Up was louder, down was softer. Bring back the old view please.Version: 5.0.1

Great appGreat app but could be excellent. It drops out left ear while Bluetooth talking on phone, then comes back on? Bluetooth cracks and pops when dial tone is activating, then continues cracking during the conversation. I’ve rebooted the app several time, turned off the Bluetooth and reactivated it a gain and again.... just doesn’t get any better. I have the newest 11 iPhone and it works well with raycon earbud for phone calls and music/books. Something needs to be done to fix it! I rely on my hearing aids for my interactions and it’s not cutting it!.Version: 2.2.0

Is this app updated for iOS 17.1?My hearing aides are connected to my iPhone 15 in the Settings >Bluetooth, the app is not connecting with them. Is there an app update coming?.Version: 4.5.0

Only oneOnly my left hearing aid will connect when pairing. My Bluetooth says they’re both connected but the app cannot find anything but the left then it can be paired by itself as a separate pairing. The right cannot be found no matter how long I wait..Version: 4.3.0

Rarely pairs with iPhoneThis app is helpful when it pairs/works. Unfortunately, that happens only very rarely, even when my iPhone shows it is successfully paired. Phone reboots don't resolve it. Useless if it won't pair with hearing aids..Version: 1.1.0

Is this a joke?The app doesn’t keep your settings. I’ll set different left and right volume/gain levels . When I reopen the app, the volume/gain settings are equal. Most of the time, my hearing aids revert their settings when the app is closed or if the phone goes to sleep. I’m glad they offer a thirty day return..Version: 4.1.0

Latest updateNot happy with the latest update which now only gives you a nanosecond to see remaining battery life before disappearing from screen. Please fix or advise if there is another way to check. Thank you.Version: 4.0.1

App Doesn’t Connect ConsistentlyThiss app is not ready for prime time. Is not truly compatible with Apple iPhone. Constant problems. Will try another hearing aid! (Not a good way to get and keep Unitron customers, ya think?!?.Version: 4.4.0

Claims Not JustifiedThis app can connect but fails to reestablish it later. Fails to sustain a connection. Fails to find my hearing aids even if they are only a foot away. Is there a substitute? I paid extra for the aids supposedly because they were integrated with bluetooth. What a lousy piece of software!.Version: 4.4.0

IrritatingThe Unitron app tries to offer a lot of extras but it fails to do this because of irritating tendencies. The biggest drawback to this app is it’s built-in disconnect after about 2 minutes of no activity when a big box appears to tell you that you have been disconnected to save battery life. It makes sense but it is overkill. Perhaps every 5 minutes would be better or make it somewhat user defined. Also, due the way it connects the reconnection process is slow and sometimes it will fail to connect at least one aid so then you have to restart the app. Increments for the slider on the equalizer don’t seem to do much and are not tactile defined. Too much like the tendencies of the Phonak app. When undecided on whether to keep the aids for good this can be a deciding factor..Version: 4.3.1

Mute Button Problem. We Need A Fix ASAPWhen using the Unitron Moxi Blu hearing aids connected to an iPhone 12 Max - iOS16, the hearing aids do not mute when you press the Mute button on the App even though the line appears through the icon when the button is pressed. This problem occurs when in Automatic Mode or when using the TV Connector V2. When pressing the Mute button the colors on the iPhone screen react to the press, the line appears through the audio button but the audio sound does not mute which is most especially problematic when using the TV Connector (which otherwise works great.) If someone wants to talk to you but the TV audio is still coming through the hearing aids loud and clear, this makes conversation with those you’re sitting with impossible since pressing the Mute button does not mute the tv sound no matter how many times you press it. Please update the app and fix immediately or help now with a simple quick workaround while you are figuring out how to make the Mute button actually function properly the way it was intended. Sound automatically adjustsThe app is great but you cant manually adjust the sound and keep it there without it readjusting when you get a text or call... it needs a sound lock setting to lock your manual volume adjustments that fits your hearing ....PLEASE FIX.Version: 4.1.0
