✓ Not suited for adultsI use sky marvel hearing aids because none of the other models offer the bright colors which is all I wanted. You can’t save custom settings, it goes right back if you close the menu. You can’t edit any of the presets or add your own, and my audiologist can’t make it work for me either. This app made me stop wanting to use my hearing aids at all and just give up. Every time I report the missing features nothing happens. Either make this app better or add sky marvel to the adult version of the app. Thanks..Elliot Yoder 👀Version: 1.0.1

✓ VERY very basic App!Everything the App can do apart from change the Bluetooth bandwidth, can be done on the buttons of the HAs themselves. Altho Bluetooth bandwidth can be changed by the audiologist so maybe the App is useless?! Very very basic compared to the adult myPhonak App. Really there is no need for this App as it doesn’t allow you to do anything ‘extra’! No issues with the App not connecting tho and it doesn’t drop of have any other issues but I really don’t need to use the App tho because my HA buttons do it all..Deaf RuthVersion: 1.0.1

✓ Clunky!Such an unstable app! Volume reverts to half when not invited to. Sometimes greys out, leaving hearing aids stuck on low volume even if I delete the app. Manual control then dead. Have re-dowloaded app from store three times so far. I sense a software weakness at Sonovo/Phonak: the clinical fitting interface looks vintage 1970. Face to face, my wonderful audiologist copes, painstakingly feeding in EQ data points from a chart of numbers! In my sound studio I use a quick and accurate graphic interface for compression, noise reduction if needed, and detailed EQ. My day job would become impossible if I had to use your antique stuff! Anyway... my M70s work pretty well and even help me hear music lows to below 40, for the first time. So for that, thank you..AnotherHowardVersion: 1.0.1
