✓ Pay to playYet another game that’s pay to play with the top dogs. So sickening that all these game developers are so greedy and don’t care to help you or better the game. Another game that’s slowly turning into trash..Version: 1.10.0
✓ So..so game..but…hard to advance..community sucksThe general game at first is ok, cool to build up your ships and do research and stuff of that nature. Very hard to advance in the game at a certain point, you have to spend money. Hard learning curb, your typical community really doesn’t help you at all, or generally give advice, the game really workers towards the big players. Catching up to them is near impossible, been playing for a year and still struggling to get by….fun at sometimes, but generally difficult and driven to spend money to get any chance for some game play..Version: 2.2.11
✓ Great Game, but has one glaring issueI’ve had fun playing this game for a few years now, usually making steady progress. The PVP is well executed as you can generally choose if you want to participate in it or not. However, there is a single event that has been completely ruining the experience for me. The Pirate Intrusion event is completely stupid. Your alliance leader chooses the difficulty, and then EVERYONE in the alliance is forced to participate. If you happen to stop playing for a few days and this event pops up, consider your entire fleet (unless you are a top player) completely destroyed. The fact you can’t opt out (or better yet, opt in) is completely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to play this game daily just to not be reset. To make matters worse, the game doesn’t even autoclaim the rewards! I lost my entire fleet and gained NOTHING in return. It’s a good game, but only if you can dedicate daily time to it..Version: 2.4.2
✓ Deep pockets always winNumber 1 alliance is twice as powerful as the second rank and the rest of the alliance is just a fraction of the power compare to rank 1. They just pawned any alliance they want and people just ended up quiting because theres no way to catch up with the higher rank unless you spend a lot of money to speed up everything. You farm and farm and when they come youre dead. Don’t waste your time..Version: 1.5.8
✓ Terrible support!!! But a great gameI think the game is brilliant great online play and team work, one huge issue that lets it down is the support you receive with any problems you have. I have now been waiting 5 days to get into my account. I forgot my password so clicked forgot password icon, a link was then sent to my email, clicked the link and tried resetting my password. I then got an error message. I have emailed them 10-12 times now and only received two replies one on the forth day and one on the fifth day stating sorry for the delay we will resolve this on work day....... what does that even mean?!?! ✓ TrapThis game starts out fun. Confusing a bit, but interesting. You begin to develop. You begin to take pride in what you have built, so you keep playing. You build your fleet and have some success vs weak pirates. You collect space booty. All fun stuff. It takes longer now for each new step. But you keep playing. You get cocky and attack a pirate fleet too strong. You get whacked. You lost several days’ work. But you blame yourself. You rebuild the fleet. You finally figure out how to move around the galaxy. You head for home. Ok. Lots of allies here. You keep playing. All along you have avoided paying any real money, even though the temptation is all around you. It is getting very slow to build new things. You don’t have enough crystals to build enough destroyers. So you can’t get very far offline. Your fleet isn’t gonna be much unless you build 100 frigates and 100 gunships. Days and days and days. The game keeps interrupting you, asking “please rate me 5 stars!”. You say “later” each time. You start wondering if this game is gonna be worth the time. Then, one day, you attempt to play the game but cannot connect. No matter what. The company has become tired of you not paying for anything. So, since they have limited server capacity, they cannot continue to host non-payers. So they disconnect you. Bye bye. ✓ Great GameThis is a very well put together game and I find it hard to put down, as with many games these days the in-app purchases are the fastest way forward but avoid if you can. Would work out extremely expensive and developers need to learn its not all about making a fast buck. Many players are loyal to games for a long time and don’t mind a small drip feed and would rather not feel they have been ripped a new one. All in all very addictive, make sure you join a top alliance as this will help you develop without spending mega money. May the force be with you (corny I know but hayho, could have said live long and prosper !!!!!!!!) ENJOY but hang on to your hard earned..Version: 1.5.3
✓ No longer pay to win but pay to participateThis game used to be good. Now they let elite servers rot and make any event pay to participate, not even just pay to win. Elite players can’t move. They are stuck in their server and when members start burning the server dies. Requests for transfers fall on deaf ears. Their useless strategy is to send you brand new players that are tiny. Good call, 8m player reinforcements Vs captain spends a lot tantantan at over 1.5b? 50 galaxy scans with the only way to get scans by buying them. Making f2p sources for building supplies of cubes drop significantly less than they used to. Apple doesn’t care as long as they get their cut. Avoid nova at all costs. To them you’re just another cash cow. Edit: what tilting point replied with is a load of crap. I’m on one of the oldest elite servers and our biggest guys were former wallet warriors who refuse to spend now because they refuse to merge us or allow us to move to active servers. That’s why none of us are anywhere near the size of tantantan1, SpacePiranha or Kotori. You either spend money or you have zero chance of getting items to complete high end missions for the good rewards. Their race against time events are purely based on how much you can spend and the rewards only benefit the top 3, or once in a blue moon, top 20 across multiple servers..Version: 2.0.22
✓ Thanks for the reviews everyone!I downloaded but honestly never even played this game. The reason being after reading some of the reviews from other people. Who described the game as something I would probably enjoy enough to give it a more than one star. It was the negative comments from other players that mentioned how it’s unfair because developers are favoring Chinese players who also had been cheating and what not. Along with the racial profanity and unbalanced servers that made it unenjoyable even if u did spend money. They described this game as leaving you feeling like u just threw your money away because of the lack of reward or whatever. It was all of the negative comments that I absolutely could relate to from when playing some other games in the AppStore, made me feel like this isn’t really worth my time or money(I mean besides taking to write this review). Having done so, I hope the developers get the message that if they ignore even a few of their patrons, it can effect them in a way like this. ✓ Nice game BUT...INRESPONSE TO THE DEVELOERS RESPONSE... I don’t think you understand... you are attacked often by forces that are q00’s of times stronger than you, and (had this happen) 2 stations gang up...then after making sure you are a pile of smoking rubble, they ask you to join...YOU CAN NOT win unless you join an alliance...so technically, no choice.. as for getting free stuff from facebook.. I never used Facebook and never will... Make it more of a equal playing field, then sure... but this is not the case, plus, as I said... MANY players have multiple bases they use as “farms”.... The game itself, as many have said, does have nice graphics. Some say this is a “pay to win” game... not really unless you have no patience and want it all now. The biggest problem ( and the reason for the low rating) I have with this game is that there are MANY players that have multiple accounts which they use for multiple stations to build more fleets and resources making it IMPOSSIBLE for any HONEST player to expand... unless you “join” their alliance (translation- coherst).... myself, already lost many ships and resources because of huge fleets and teams ... But still a nice game to play, if you are not beaten on too often... Going by chats, many are in multiple galaxies (servers), which again, by my understanding, can only be done with multiple accounts, but would be nice if there was a way to go to other servers that you may have friends playing on ... especially because no one really reads the rules before and when you want to do something after playing for a while, it is too late :).. ✓ ToxicHonestly the game for the most part seems fair enough. But there is a lot they don’t tell or teach. The “major” guilds are very toxic and threaten players to submit to their alliance or be constantly attacked. The “safe zones” where you start out can be taken over making you an easily meal for these toxic guilds. Also even in safe zones if you fight the npc pirate fleets they will take advantage of this and use it as an opening to destroying anything you have worked to earn. Having built up enough power to defeat elite pirates to help get better upgrades means nothing when they can use that opportunity to destroy your your 10k fleet power with over 6 fleets over 300k power each. And the harassment from the toxic guilds does not go away unless you give in and join them. There is also no safe guards to prevent constant player harassment or abuse of your base. They can constantly attack until you have no more materials or ships left to do anything and must rely on either spending real money for protection from constant harassment. And once all you materials are gone you’ll need to wait for free supplies which are small and pitiful or spend more money..Version: 1.7.4

✓ Ups with downsGood game overall. Fun and enjoyable for people of all ages. Take a trip throughout the cosmos and galaxies on an epic quest throughout space. Scan planets, collect resources, fight pirates, even take control of an armada of spacecraft! However the downside is the updates and server maintenance. After downloading the game, I saw an announcement saying that there would be sever maintenance. I didn’t mind that much and went to bed. I slept for almost twelve hours and it was STILL being worked on! It said it would be done by 7 am. It gave me that message at 8 am! When the announcement appeared to inform me about the maintenance. They said it would take around three hours! I thought to myself what could they possibly be doing? Building a whole new game? Frankly I called BULLSH*T. ✓ Great game, plagued by issuesThere are issues, the time to upgrade items is extreme at the higher lvls. The near constant server outages are a major issue, as is the time to rectify them. 8-12 hours seems normal. The game regularly sticks making reloading part of the gameplay it seems. The packs are poor at best, other games offer far more for your hard earned. Given that the issues above, make it seem like none is spent on fixing the issues or repairing servers and someone is getting Rich for a minimal outlay. Sort the issues and it could be a good game. Update: My kids accounts have been blocked with no explanation as to why. Just gets worse and worse. Further Update: still no word from Devs re kids accounts. They don’t answer chats at all. Galaxy Wars are a joke, slow servers ruin the gameplay, battles don’t register and bear in mind if you draw its these corrupted stats that are used to decide the outcome. Very poor.Version: 1.7.6
✓ Disrespectful supportThe game concept is the best I’ve come across, unfortunately the owners are terrible. you can’t fight wars without the game crashing I’ve now lost everything 4 times on 4 different accounts because of game crashes and bugs one being I was attacked under shield which support tried to tell me I had scouted someone and I proved to them that was a lie, they then kept closing my tickets, on my 3 other accounts I had lost all my fleets to a game crash/ unplanned maintenance while the enemy galaxy was still able to access the game, support again did not care and messed me around repeating the same responses, I would advise no one to continue or start playing this, I played for over a year, there isn’t enough content in game to keep you interested and more than half of the players have quit due to these reasons, unless they improve the game will die before 2020.Version: 1.7.1
✓ Started greatThe game started out awesome! There were a lot of coiners but it didn’t unbalance the game unduly and a company needs to make a profit. Then the workshop upgrade came up, it appears they weren’t making enough money so they limit how much you can donate to your alliance and they “randomly” produce crap no one wants instead of letting alliance leaders purchase stuff members wanted with alliance credit. I understand they want to milk us for every cent they can but these greedy monkeys need to understand they are providing a service and if their users aren’t liking that service they will just leave and spend their money elsewhere. Then again they are probably just trying to make up for lost profits from players rage quitting after dealing with the substandard customer support. ✓ Great gameplay but pay to winThis is a great game, a lot of immersive game play and strategy is required to work through the alliances and to work your way through the events and eventually server wars. The one thing that is disappointing is the money grab of the developers. The cost of the in-game purchases is disgusting to say the least. Basic stuff that you can achieve on your own starts at $7AUD with resource packages with in game credit costing up to $159AUD. The game is full of pay to win players, making it hard to compete as a free player. On top of that, the lengthy upgrade times. Example, to upgrade to level 6 station takes 90 days! Because of this, when players lose a lot in battles or because of server error, alot of players will just quit the game. Don’t get me started on developer assistance....Version: 1.7.4

Hate to think what the upgrade times will be after a couple if weeks, if my patience holds out that long... Unfortunately this is a common thread in games, because some people do pay big bucks to play that encourages the developers to hike up the cash grabbing, unfortunately spoiling it for the majority who want to pay little or nothing. ✓ A fantastic idea that needs some workThis game is truly one of the best strategy games iv played in a while, I haven’t played it too long but the ability to orbit 3D models really gives you a sense of a quality game and a designer or observer. However, the fault lays in its bugs and errors that do occur, the game is filled with little errors from the camera to the physical missions and systems of the game just stopping for no reason for an hour, another one is that this is my second account, my first is lost to the wind, even though I signed in and did all the proper steps, it just game me error message after error message and never let me use my first account again, now my alliance is full I’m out and starting again. In that moment the thrill and joy of the new game and its exciting prospects faded as the feeling of irritation whenever i open the app of a fear that none of my data is safe, but i do keep playing it, it is a good game and perhaps THIS time it wont fall apart on me. ✓ Good in placesThe workshop is a new feature requiring a lot of work. Previous versions of the game allowed for items to be bought based upon need. Now we have a system which queues items randomly creating a system which is difficult as an alliance leader or officer to manage, and frustrating as a player to use. ✓ Toxic CommunityWhen I started playing this game I was extremely impressed by the graphics and simplicity of the game play. As time went on however I created my own alliance, recruited members and that’s when this game changed. Other lager and infinitely stronger clans began consistently attacking us and sending threatening messages to me and my members. There is no system in place that prevents harassment from other players. Just when my station gets rebuilt after an attack and I regain some strength to begin playing the game, someone else comes in and resets me. These mega groups will attack you for no reason regardless if your just trying to peacefully explore or gather resources, destroy pirates etc. They control massive areas and restrict passage through there systems. It’s almost impossible to actually play this game as it’s intended, unless you spend vast sums of money or join one of these mega clans if they let you. If your looking for a frustrating and toxic experience then play this game. It’s very disappointing because this game has so much potential. If the developers read this, please implement a check and balance system that allow small alliances to grow and develop without being constantly bullied. I am all for competition but there needs to be something that keeps the community in check especially when it comes to communication that is filled with profanity and hostile threats. This game relies heavily on making players pay to speed up processes like building troops (ships) researching tech, upgrading facilities, because if you don’t pay, the reality is that the game will engage you for a few minutes, which involves tapping upgrade and build buttons, maybe attacking pirates or another player (the action and graphics of which are shockingly bad, before logging off for a few hours/days whilst you wait. Combined with a complicated UI, maps that just don’t make sense, and little to no guidance or directions on what to do this game just wasn’t for me. Many alliances either have nothing because it builds too slow or they can’t even build because the workshop ships will just drain all resources once collected . For a time we got new events to keep the game interesting but lately events are extremely unbalanced . Weaker galaxies can’t compete and developers refuse to merge , passing over old inactive galaxies that could be revitalized with a merge . To make it worse game mechanic changes occur without warning and poof , 6 fleets that took years to build because ships are difficult to get rights to vanish in seconds . Support is no help , many players quit over it so galaxy becomes even more inactive . Cycle continues . It’s really not rocket science how to keep the game going . But, it is essentially pay to play.Nova empire is one of my favourite games, but it takes over a YEAR to fully upgrade your station, basically forcing you to pay money to upgrade or wait it out… for a year… If you would like you can get the lvl 6 station in a matter of minutes, as long as you have $500,000 like what most of the player base has. That is the reason I stopped play this game, because when you lose in a fight you keep on losing because if you deal the slightest bit of damage to another player they just pay $10 of speed boosts and materials to fix up their stations and fleets in a couple minutes. This is a game of GREAT potential but with poor execution. Maybe to fix the issue you could make it less pay to win and instead make money off of ads, how would you incorporate this? I don’t know, but it would be a heck lot better then this amazing game going to waste. Also, if you don’t play the game 12/7 you will never progress. This game is highly addictive due to the huge threat of other players exiling you from an alliance, targeting, etc. btw maybe you guys could make two versions of the game, this current pay to win one and a duplicate one with ads and it is not pay to win. ✓ Great....at the startStarting the game, I am greeted by fellow alliance members with bold ambitions to expand and rally our numbers. This is a great start to the game finding an alliance to set some roots down in. But in most cases this isn’t possible. Each server consists of a bully alliance that aggressively wars with other beginner alliances with no direct goal. The game doesn’t offer a legitimate way to use diplomacy between alliances therefore the alliance with the most development and numbers within the first week will be permanently in top position for the rest of the game due to harassing smaller alliances. Many servers I have been on are dead by the second week due to all their fleets and hard work going down the drain. The only way to get in the vicinity of “winning” the game is to pay ridiculous amounts of money and be apart of the biggest alliance from the start. In my opinion, do not expect mercy let alone succeeding in a galaxy for long unless you’re willing to pay..Version: 1.10.0

Don’t be fooled, this is only free to download the app. The game mechanics make it undesirable to play without paying for various in app purchases to repair ships or speed up research. ie 180+ days to research or upgrade buildings. 7+ days to repair ships in the middle of a war etc Purchases start at $7 for not very much and go up to $159 for a fair amount...that you could easily burn through in a single hour. The game definitely benefits paid members above casual/free players. Support response is usually terrible when reporting issues/bugs ie days to reply and often says rubbish like “game is designed to work that way” or “the logs indicate nothing is wrong”...or scripted irrelevant responses. They attack and farm you, even when they don’t need the resources. The rich get richer and the poor gets poorer. Once you are attacked you lose your entire fleet and most of your resources. ✓ Another pay-to-win deletedI agree with some of the other negative reviews. Good graphics and the ability to customize ship designs was nice. HOWEVER, there is no checks and balance in place. It is almost impossible to build up power (unless you pay a lot of money I assume). The large alliances with massively strong players like to randomly gang up on new players and new alliances. I was playing 2 days and had about 30,000 combat power when a player with 2 million combat power destroyed my base and fleets with no effort. No chance to defend. No chance to retaliate. There was absolutely nothing I could do except activate a shield at which point they waited until later to randomly destroy me again. My entire alliance couldn’t compete with just 1 of the enemy fleets. Combine that with harassment by other players and I deleted this game. ✓ Game stalls and farm accountsWell new update and new bugs latest for me is on start up it hangs on my tablet. Just sits either on looking for server or the screen showing the station before it loads data. Thing is its every day . Going onto galaxy wars well it freezes in battles as always . Then there are the fam accounts players have these are extra accounts that generate loads of resources meaning they can field endless ships. I thought it was not allowed but devs turn a blind eye. ✓ Great game but dangerousLove this game, but it is fundamentally flawed in that you can be wiped out, literally back to square 1, by bigger players. I’ve actually started again on a new server after this happened to me in an elite galaxy - just did not have the heart or inclination to rebuild. I started, but gave up as I knew how long it was going to take to get back to where I was, and I figured if I had to do that it may as well be in a normal galaxy, with all the fun of making quick progress in the beginning. Either way, you’re always open to being farmed again and again. I’d advise avoiding in-game purchases - any resources you buy with your real cash can be (and probably will be) stolen if you’re raided by bigger players. The alliance thing is great and poisonous at the same time - fantastic to be in a good one, not so great if you’re on the wrong side of the fence from a load of war-mongers. ✓ Mixed opinionsIt seems to be pretty much a crap shoot as to whether the galaxy you get placed in is a friendly environment. Luckily mine is relatively tame and there’s a lot of teamwork between alliances. Some of the balance aspects I have issue with. Why is it that an alliance can lose all their territory and buildings solely by another alliance destroying their HQ in a 2 minute blitz? Also, the level scaling is insane. My max HQ upgrade has 128 days left and I feel like I started it weeks ago. Frame rate tanks during massive battles unsurprisingly. Biggest battle I ever saw happened during Galaxy War when our galaxy got invaded by another. Millions of strength points lost in like a minute. ✓ Ugly messWith graphics coming straight out of the mid 90s and complete lack of anything remotely resembling gameplay, this is hardly worth the time you need to put into the tutorial. ✓ Player griefing out of controlThe UI seems like 10 different people worked on each menu and then they glued it all together in a very clunky manner. After a week of play, I got the hang of the messy menus and general game play. I started to feel like I was progressing, got my fleet strength up, bought resources, used power-ups, joined an alliance, etc. The player base wasn’t impressive at all. Alliance members followed me around as I destroyed fleets to take my resources far too often. This game encourages griefing and the chat channels are full of hostility. Then, after a week of building my fleet, upgrading modules, etc., I was attacked by another player and lost almost the entire weeks worth of resources and fleet. My fleet power = 80k. The player who attacked, 1.5million. No chance. The fun is replaced by greed, logical progression replaced by pay-to-win players. I can see it may have been fun if I started right as this game was released but as it is now, it’s a mess and just frustrating when someone can take several days worth of micro-managed resources and hours upon hours of fleet building, setting you back so far that it’s discouraging. ✓ Don’t waste your time and moneyThis game has potential as it has a lot of interesting aspects including the usual station/ship upgrading, resource hunting, alliance dynamics, customisation, wars, bonus events and so on. The huge thing that lets the game down badly is that once you get to a reasonable level and have invested a lot of time (and money?) in the game (currently level 5, 3.5m development, 4 fleets) a much higher ranked player (20m development) wiped out my fleets and trashed my station taking all my resources in 3 attacks. I hadn’t even finished recovering from that hit when another high ranked player again trashed my (and others’) stations. Many players are now quitting and after playing its game for 6 months and really starting to enjoy it I have now decided to move on to another game. Do NOT waste your money on this game. ✓ Deep pocketsThis game, bugs and server issues aside. Suffers from the same problem that is inherent in free to play mmo, greed. You need to spend a lot to get anywhere, if you can’t those that can will wipe the floor with you. The top commanders are called adjutants. In a recent event the only way to get one was to spend a lot of real money. This goes the same for the top ships and so on. They’ve also opened up events to the entire players base rather than your galaxy. So again deep pockets needed. You can play free to play, but you will be lagging behind the money players. It Kills it for me. Of course this type of game is now common and Apple love them as they get commission on transactions. ✓ Pay to win players ruined itI started playing and joined an alliance. The graphics and play style were really fun. My alliance was full of active players who worked together and had a positive experience building our alliance and making friends. Then a whale started another alliance, and convinced toxic players to join. These players spent big cash to out develop everyone else on the server, and their play style involved constantly smashing other alliances and mercilessly farming any players that were not in their alliance. We could do nothing to avoid or stop them. So we decided to jump to another server for a new start. We abandoned our old accounts and started over, building a new alliance, even spending some cash to get back to where we had been. And then an alliance with the same MO came after us, only this time they liked to harass us with words in addition to their actions. That was the final straw. Most of our alliance members quit playing, myself included. It’s sad, the game is really fun aside from the OP toxic players who completely ruin it. ✓ Game is enjoyable, but has major flaws.This game is honestly quite enjoyable, very straightforward, and easy to get on with. The mechanics aren’t overly complex, premium ads aren’t shoved in your face constantly, and the game looks and feels fun. These are the reasons why I’ll give it two stars instead of one despite the single, massive flaw in the game: you literally can’t move from a system if you start out, and your alliance that you’ve recently will never get big. You can jump to another alliance’s territory , meaning that if you’re surrounded by alliance-controlled space, you’ve been shafted. ✓ Great graphics but unfair playThis game has excellent graphics. However, opportunities for advancement is extremely limited. Chances of creating your own alliance is almost non-existent since 1) either all the star systems are occupied or 2) in the off chance that you do find an unoccupied star and build an alliance, there is no chance your alliance will survive and not be attacked by far stronger ones who’s been playing a while. Other games limit attacks to players roughly at the same level so there’s a fighting chance. In Nova, an mega alliance 10 times the strength of your alliance and players 100times stronger freely attack newbies. Where is the fun, challenge or fairness in that? That gives the strong players and the strong alliances incredible arrogance to send threatening hate mail because they know they can send 1 cruiser and basically kill your whole fleet. This makes the game extremely limited in scope. It encourages a bullying culture. There’s no opportunity to grow. It takes months and months to build up your fleet in preparation for the major events that form the basis of the game, and then you lose everything in seconds thanks to server crashes, bugs, glitches and completely bizarre stuff. ✓ Developers are awfulNova used to be an amazing game when I first started playing. It was moderately in depth, not too much for a phone app game. Then as they started to get more players, they began introducing things to the game that made it more and more in depth, and required significantly more active time in order to be decently relevant. The action of “pay to play” fully exists in this game. After a month you might be at 2.5 million development if you don’t pay. However, there are players that can destroy you from the start. They have hundreds of millions of development. Developers/help center either never respond or give you some generic answer. And they’re contacted by many players often. They now have significant lag issues, rewards not appearing when they’re supposed to and even events not allowing your battle total to show up. There was a battle where it went on for 90 minutes, almost 250 million strength worth of fleets were gone, the game didn’t even say it all happened and the players weren’t rewarded according to the event that was ongoing. Then the developers had the nerve to say their systems didn’t register it, which means it couldn’t happen. They have “gold” admirals that are almost impossible to get (I have 5 of them, so I’m not complaining for myself). I have guys that have paid for their “recruitment packs” and used them plus the in game money and they still haven’t received a single gold admiral. The aspect of building ships with many different resources and dominating your opponents through these aspects is something touched upon in a unique way by Gamebear. The graphics are good, and the unique pvp events add a level of fun to the game that’s worth experiencing. Cons: In gameplay, there’s quite a lot of glitches and bugs that can cost you many ships and much effort. The lag commonly caused by galaxy wars sometimes has players lose entire fleets from not being able to retreat. On top of that, many essential items to getting better ships and admirals are locked behind a large paywall. Over time, this game has gotten way too pay to win. If you do not spend a lot, and I mean A LOT of money, there’s simply no way to compete with large spenders. Just one year ago, it was that spending was an option to get cool stuff quicker. And (time) is one thing that this games takes a lot of time to accomplish. I heard that just to build a level 6 station takes 6 actual months to build unless your part of an alliance. I am glad that _balefire_ spoke up and reviewed, I was going to update but then I remembered why I stopped playing for a month after dedicating gameplay every day for at least 2hrs! For example, on one of the attacks they attacked me for 4days straight and as soon as I was able to rebuild the same clan attacked again, and sent other mega clans to attack me. So I thought since I’m not strong enough and don’t have enough money to upgrade I will move to another more peaceful galaxy. The games system doesn’t allow that. Only once in the games life time. So I kept moving systems and they kept following me. ✓ Good Game But Pay to WinBit of a gank fest where brand new players get mauled and have their station in a constant state of ruin. You end up in a bad bit of space the time it takes to get over it without serious coinage makes it pointless. I used to play Eve online a lot, they at least grasped the safe space concept, this (as far as I can tell) does not allow for that difficulty curve to help new players start and then tempt them out into scary space with greater risk greater reward decisions. I don’t mind brutal results for stupidity or a lack of strategy but this does neither. Maybe one day, but I’ve deleted it after a few weeks of play time..Version: 1.6.8

✓ Slick game with flawed PVP designYou can get a few weeks of fun play with this game and revel in the slick design and graphics. Seeing the iPad used for “grown up” graphics instead of blocky old-school stuff is nice. But you soon hit a wall where there’s no way to progress without entering the PVP world, at which point, the game is over. Other alliances have been around a long time and will crush any new force emerging on the scene. It’s a classic bad game design decision, in which early mover advantage (and number) are so utterly decisive that your gameplay is irredeemably doomed unless you choose to join one of the alliances. Since they’re all made of crude children, this is very limiting. This first-mover-advantage design flaw is in so many PVP games, you’d think the game designers would have seen it coming. You can’t even pay-to-win your way out of it; there’s a lot you can buy, but nowhere near enough to compete. Play the game, don’t pay a penny, and expect to be out after a month or so..Version: 1.6.3
✓ Great potential but devs don’t careThe game has a lot of potential and it’s working it’s a really fun game. That said….. fundamentally the devs don’t care if the game works just want you to spend. There are numerous exploits in the game and the devs refuse to acknowledge them even when they go directly against how the game is stated to work in their own description. The game is over monetised and as long as they are getting enough money from you they don’t care about anything else. Overall great potential but a terrible game.Version: 2.16.0

✓ Pay to winYou can play most of this game for free and it can be fun for a month or so. However, the game play is heavily slanted towards paying. If you have a thousand dollars to drop on this you can go far quickly. If not it becomes a real slog: there are very limited things to do and after around a month all the upgrades take days, weeks, and eventually months to complete. Unless, of course, you pay to speed things up. It also doesn’t help that in most games you will run up against ultranationalist Chinese alliances or the Russian mafia alliances. They insult and attack everyone. The game becomes stressful and not fun at all. If the paying players were separated from the free players into different playing spaces (“galaxies”), it would go a long way towards fixing the major problems of this game..Version: 1.8.3
✓ Great game! Shocking support!😡The only thing wrong with this game and the reason for my one star review is the total lack of support the dev team actually give! You don’t even get an original response when you make a complaint 😡and then they ignore any future responses you send 😡😡 Now I can live with the fact that the dev team have the right to change statistics and rebalancing the game, I truly do! It’s probably in the small print somewhere? But when you buy the remaining fragments for the long awaited Constantine ships you have heard all your friends talk about for months, and before you have the chance to build a fleet even! The dev team decide to change the terms of the contract of purchase! This made me feel as if I bought a balloon with a hole it in 😭But the most disappointing part of this experience is not even “I’m sorry this has happened to you” from the so called support team 😡 I have read through some of the reviews left on here and I agree with most. This game is both fantastic and engaging. The people I have experienced on this game are friendly and helpful. Yes some use foul language but if your offended by that there’s an easy fix, Don’t Play! ✓ Favouriting P2W playersI’ve been playing this game for 4 years now and I love it. However, the developers have recently been messing up BIG time! They favour the P2W players. So much so, that a big (well known) P2W player had been burned for his actions in game. But the games developers decided to give him his lost ships back. This player deserved what happened to him and was a fair play made by the rest of the server. I don’t play the same server. But I know guys there and this decision by Gamebear has ruined their server. Avoid this game unless you want to empty your bank..Version: 2.5.0
✓ Used to be awesome....This game used to be awesome and really well balanced for those who payed and free to play players. There has been a steady but definite move towards pay to win and the only way to be competitive now is too hand over lots of money. With three monthly pass at ~£20 each and regular ‘events’ which will require you to spend hundreds of pounds to enter. At the moment this game is not worth logging in or playing. ✓ Great PotentialWhile definitely a promising game, frequent connection drops can make for a frustrating experience. The mechanics are fun and cater to multiple play styles. The Galaxy you can explore is huge, and I feel as though I’ve barely scratched the surface. Resources can take a while to collect however you stock at least one resource type by mining planets and destroying NPC fleets (or using credits that can be earned in limited supply or purchased). It is clear that a lot of effort was put into this by the developers. Hopefully the connection issues are fixed (tested this on multiple devices and connections just in case it was me). It would be nice to be able to ‘mine’ multiple resource types as well. But in all fairness, the latter may be possible and I just haven’t travelled that far into their vast world. This game may be going places and I look forward to revisiting this and revising to 5 stars..Version: 0.0.75
✓ Good game butAs an MMO, this game starts out quite interesting. Building your fleet and working your way up the tiers and and learning about the nuances of the game but unfortunately, it gets a little tedious as there are very few ‘missions’ to engage you or enable you to level up quickly. ✓ Disrespectful SupportI have been playing this game for over three years now. A solid paying every month customer. It takes a long time to grow and recover after being destroyed. This is fine and understandable. However, I have discovered a bug with the shields (your only defense when you can’t play) where the shield somehow is shut down. I reported this issue and support claimed that I attacked another player within hours after buying a 3 day shield. 1) I was away and my account is secure. 2) I don’t attack other players. So I ask them to review and provide additional info because what they reported was not in my logs. Obviously a bug. But they totally have ghosted me and will not respond. As a customer spending $60US per month, being disrespected like this only tells me this is a dishonorable company with no morals. I will seek refund and file complaint with Apple..Version: 2.8.1

✓ I’m confusedI absolutely love the game. I love everything about it but recently in a galaxy war. I jumped into the enemy galaxy and used a 8hour shield I come back to the game about an hour later and my station has been burned. I lost over 1.7 mill combat strength, 50mill minerals, 12mill crystals and 2 mill alloy. I now have 100k fleet left and not enough to sources to even begin to rebuild. And that is nearly a years hard work all gone because of some stupid bug with the shields..Version: 1.8.7

Only problems that I have come across is the developers are not existent no help or support from them at all. ✓ Spend $$$$ & time or don’t botherGreat graphics, engaging gameplay, and potentially massive of fun. All of which is completely let down by nothing to separate new players from advanced ones who will gang up against you and trash everything you have spent time setting up, sending you back tot he start. Unless you throw a fortune at it early and spend HOURS then you will be decimated by stronger and more established players very quickly. No time to recover between assaults. Fair enough the gamer company has gotta make $$$ but put some thought into it! Just a game for the rich advanced players. ✓ Needs a FixI downloaded this game a while ago and have played through multiple servers. I enjoyed it at first but a fatal flaw has arose that needs to be looked at, several if you think about it. If you join a new system to late already there’s some alliances that have been established and have come up with the idea of “galaxy domination” these alliances demolish other players consistently and ruin the game. They force players to play by their rules and not how the game was intended. I would not complain without a solution however. If you want to fix this I suggest removing the alliance controlled space function and randomly scattering everybody. They should still be able to move together if they wish however they will not be able to actively control systems and dictate just who gets to really play the game. Also something else that needs to be looked at are the people who actively post that they are trying to hack another’s account. This a more recent thing that I have seen and also needs to be addressed..Version: 1.6.2
✓ Don’t buyGame environment is divided into servers. Mine is dominated by PTW wallet warriors from China who will farm you when and where they feel like it. Theoretically it is possible to grind but you will be farmed constantly. Will be deleting the game..Version: 1.5.7
