✓ Generally good, few tweaks neededAs the title says, I generally think the game is good. From a consumers perspective though the points I’d like to make though are: After a couple of updates, I still find gameplay can be quite laggy. Sometimes I can press a button or try to kick the ball and it’ll take 10 seconds or more for anything to happen. In app purchases. I can see why the developers want them included. Sometimes though, I’m having to fork out quite a bit of real money to just ‘stay afloat’. I had to wait a week between playing so I could afford a purchase for when I got paid from work, something I don’t want to have to do. Even giving the option to watch an advert video for a contract/meeting/nrg card or, say, an extra 100k bux would be preferable (or even give me the option for one or the other). Personally, I’d also like more defensive opportunities. I’m able to attack, but concede goals which I can’t do a thing about, so I’d like more of an opportunity to influence these at least. Other than that, I think this is a very good game, especially given that it’s in its infancy stages. Sort the lag and requirement to spend a fortune of actual money to be successful and it’ll be a cracking offering..Version: 0.8.3
✓ Poor executionThis game would be incredible if there wasn’t so many issues. Players get tired very easily. They also get unhappy very easily if you don’t train them. The only way to train them is to get skill cards instead of drinks, so if you do train the player, they get even more tired and you’ve got no way of resting them, because you declined the energy drink. Then the player gets unhappy because you don’t play him because he’s tired. Poor. On occasion I’ve been given ONE chance to score a goal throughout a whole game. The effort meter was half filled and the players are relatively happy. Having such minimal chances every game makes for an unenjoyable experience. It’s not even realistic. The useless assistant coach tells you to up your work rate and it does absolutely nothing except make your players even more tired. The opposition get too many free kicks, and they always seem to go in. You’ve got no control over these fouls and you’ve got no way of defending them. Clean sheets are therefore scarce. The actual football gameplay in this game is really good, but everything else drags it down..Version: 1.0.1
✓ This was one of my favourite games...Yep you read the titile!?! 2 stars and it was my favourite? what happened. Upgrading my team and all that was Accessible with in game money exept for buildings which where more accessible after moving up a legue... And that is were the problem lies. in legue one, players value on on other teams was not so high making it competative as other teams were not so powerful were as season two it was unfair.. I have a team full of bronze player lvl 30-46 meanwhile im versing teams that have players that are all between 58-70 lvl and are costing hundreds of thousands making the game unplayable as it is impossible to get withount playing 4 seasons... Gameplay is fun untill their is a 100 percent chance you will lose... i will leave the game now and pleaseee fix that.Version: 0.8.3
✓ Pay to playIt’s almost impossible to be successful without paying. I’m fourth season after back to back to back promotions and I have a defence that leaks 4 goals every game because I can put away every chance that comes my way and literally do everything within my power, but you can’t compete with attacks superior to mine. Defended averaging 2/3 every game, making error after error. Finishing games 4-4 7-5 etc, it’s become ridiculous. Not enough on the manager side and the gameplay itself becomes tedious, also a lot of the time you can’t see because your own finger obstructs the view, or they simply don’t pass where you asked them to, or make the runs you want. This becomes intolerable later on when you can’t afford to miss a chance. Just really annoyed I invested so much time just to hit the pay wall. ✓ So much potential completely wasted.This game has so much potential to be amazing. However, many key factors genuinely ruin it, and have made sure I will not play it until they are fixed. Firstly, the game is rigged. This is blatantly obvious from the outset, as there as some games you simply cannot win, as the opponent will score more goals than you have chances, so you absolutely cannot win. I pity any fool that would spend real money on this game. Secondly, the players get annoyed far too easily. Virtually every player in the squad is upset if they miss one game. Furthermore, each player demands to leave the club if you don’t train them, which is legitimately impossible as the game does not give you enough training cards. Evidently, this is a sad little cash grab, to lure you in to buying them, but it is simply ridiculous how quickly the game screws you over. The game takes far too long. Obviously, trying to earn more money by people hoping it will speed up the process. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. If it fixes these blatantly obvious issues, the game would be fantastic. But you can almost guarantee it won’t be as the game looks like a half-asked job in the first place..Version: 0.8.2
✓ Little things prevent it from being betterA great game to play to pass the time however there are many things that make the game fustrating and a pain to play. Firstly we should be allowed to play from throwins if the ball remains in the oppositions half. Secondly the maximum team capacity needs to be larger than 30 as 30 is way too small!! Also we should be noted that are teams are full because the amount of times I have gained a youth player only to be told my team is full!! It’s fustrating especially considering that player is either in a needed position or a great rating. We should also be able to direct our scouts and youth coaches to what positions we need players in as well as what type of training we want e.g dribbling or reflexes.Version: 0.8.2
✓ How do you suppose we make this even workIm making this simple and to the point for the devs to make it easier to play. not enough consumables to improve players - players become upset and perform worse - worse performance means less money. not enough money from games or player sales - buildings are extortionate compared to earnings - slow progression and little to none at that. player energy decreases faster than a cheeta runs - not enough nrg cans OR ways to increase energy - performance worsens and needs to sub more. (its hard to play with almost 30 people and have them all on yellow and orange bars >:( ISSUES) make amends to these please, either 2/3 cards in each pocket asides scouting and or make the scouting less freq if it was to be 2 cards. 4 cards for skill and fitness would suffice seeing as so many people beg to improve an you dont have enough resources.Version: 0.8.0

✓ Potential to be better...I have been a fan of new star soccer for the past few years now, the developers came up with a marvellous game that really was simple yet entertaining for many football fans who wanted to carve they name out as a football great. When they released this new and improved version of the game, there seemed to be so much potential for an amazing and fun game, however, once you start you soon realise that the developers must be related to EA because for this to be any bit as enjoyable as it should be they really need to give you an alternative to developing players, keeping your club afloat and what not without having to spend your own money on card packs and other club needs...a knock off version of FIFA however this is so much more interactive and could be so much more fun and enjoyable...had they not made everything about the money..Version: 0.3.0

✓ Too hard, too much real money neededLike many others I would happily pay £15-20 for this game, but I really don’t like the fact that cash is required, and as a rookie I don’t yet know how much, to progress. I have a team totally depleted of energy. I’m not getting any energy cards. I’m repeatedly told to buy them. Initially I was so impressed I paid £5 to remove adverts. Would another £15 guarantee good playing experience for me, who learns games like this slowly but with great pleasure? I don’t know. If there was an option to go for an up front purchase with no more cash demands, I’d do it. This app without serious cash investment is useless to me. I know some others claim you don’t have to pay to get on. They are better than me at learning this game quickly. I’m clever, but this beats me, and I’m out, with regret. ✓ This game is awesome but...This game is awesome and I love playing it. Have been a fan of New Star games for years but recently the stupid data management ad keeps popping up. No matter is I press agree or disagree it pops up after the next game and sometimes it freezes so I have to restart the app repeatedly. Not only that we don’t get enough cards to level up our staff. ✓ Such PotentialThe game hooks you in, it’s initially challenging but fun, but as you build your way into the higher leagues, at least in the English play through, it becomes more and more impossible. Adding a defence mode, eliminating the pay to win aspect (which I know this developer can do because of their work on retrobowl) this could truly be one of the all time great mobile games..Version: 1.7.2
✓ Solid game, but…There is massive frame rate drops when defending the opposing teams counter attack. Another thing is i’m on iPhone 12, there is a tab at the bottom to swipe up and it closes your app to bring you to home screen, when i try grabbing someone at the bottom of the screen quick and I grab the tab instead, it messes the play up, make the game fullscreen. Finally, the prices are kinda crazy, yes the game is free thank you, but $3.99 for a player that stays for 60 games then wants to leave because i can’t develop him?! kinda crazy..Version: 1.7.2
✓ Fun game but tutorial and seasons r 2 longThe game and its mechanics are fun. The “new” display is also cool. However the tutorial takes so long, it must have been close to 5 minutes that I was having to go through these tutorial steps. A “skip tutorial” button would be a good fix. I think the game should teach you how to play in the actual games, the simple things like upgrades and stuff then put the rest in the help tab. I would download and play this game again but I don’t want to waste time going thru the tutorial again. Also the seasons are way too long. They should be shorter. ✓ NRGGame is great, although it is becoming less enjoyable due to my team always lacking in NRG, it may be my fault, (misuse of subs and cards) but it feels like the team is always low. ✓ Fun but misleadingThe game is fun, and it's easy to get addicted. However that addiction was broken when I realised the better players seem to cost real money and it looked like long term play was locked out. In addition, the tutorial allows you to buy a player pack with in game coins. After the tutorial this is no longer available. The game obviously gets revenue from the ads I'm watching so why penalise players to the point where they don't want to play? Also there doesn't seem to be a way to change teams and manage someone other than the generic "New Star" team. ✓ Great gameplay but to reliant on micro transactionsI love these sorts of build your own club/road to glory football games but to find out that you have to pay money to change your team name, kit and badge is ridiculous, the packs are somewhat okay especially as this is not an online game but I was disappointed by the fact that there was no daily reward. I understand that the developers need some way to monetise this game as it is clear that a lot of resources went into this but making it slightly easier to get started would push the game very far in my opinion. Apart from this, however, the gameplay and menus were easy to grasp and were enjoyable, it’s just a shame that the full potential of fun you can have in this game is locked behind a paywall..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Having a bit of an issueNew Star Manager is one of the best sports manager games out there. Every aspect of the app is good. The you you buy a player or staff member is good. The way you upgrade a player of staff member is good. The way you upgrade a building is not the best because it gets very expensive very quickly, but other than that I like it. The only thing I will criticize is the way you play the actual games. I don’t like how you only play short clips of the game, rather than the whole thing. And I guess I get how it’s supposed to be more of a managing game than a player game, but it’s just something to think about. My main issue is that starting yesterday, when I open the app within a few seconds a white screen comes up, and it doesn’t go away. I’m not sure if it has to do with the update that happened yesterday, or something else. Either way I can’t play the game, and it’s driving me crazy. This game is definitely my favorite game at the moment, and now I can’t play it at all. Please do something about this as soon as possible. ✓ Has PotentialHopefully, I will be able to update to a higher star review in the future. The base game is good, but needs some work. Unless you are winning the league, the board, fans, media, etc are all going to be upset. Not realistic, especially if you were just promoted. Once you are able to get silver + level players, they get upset because it’s difficult to get silver level trainers, so you cannot train them. There is also an issue with the keeper getting a red card. You have to play with a keeper and it doesn’t let you sub them out. You lose major points during interviews that test your knowledge on random facts about your play through. Interesting concept, but probably should only have positive effects, otherwise it makes the game annoying to play. ✓ Good potentialSimilar to NSS in the sense that it's way too energy relative to what you can do. Hard to enjoy the game when you've got this pesky dynamic where low energy causes injuries, no players, losses, bad relationships, no money etc. Also it's a shame you've gone the micro transaction route. To buy a decent silver rated player is easily 250,000 coins, considering your club doesn’t make that in an entire season, it feels like a cash grab. ✓ Really fun but needs workTL;DR: Good gameplay, players never have energy so you can’t train them, also you never make money and can’t buy things I love the gameplay, the way to pass and dribble and shoot is great. However, it’s so easy to win games. In my first full season I am currently 19-1-0, I should not be that good yet if ever. Plus, there are many out of match things that are lacking. Players should gain energy between games and at halftime. If you don’t rest team at least every other game you will have no one that can play. This also makes it impossible to train the players which always makes them upset they aren’t training. This also means my team is never getting better which is a problem. There just needs to be more energy automatically given. Plus, it is soooo hard to make money and I never buy anything because I’m always broke and stuff is expensive. It takes me a whole season to upgrade 1-2 facilities to level 2, buy maybe a player and that’s it. I love the gameplay and overall feel but a lot of managing aspects need rebalancing..Version: 0.8.1
✓ Should be 5 stars but..The energy and team improvement systems are lacking badly. This game has a ton of potential however. Players should generate energy in between games. One game should not completely make a player useless and extremely vulnerable to injury. The ability to acquire better players is also lacking. There should be a way to get packs without paying real money. Possibly another form of ingame currency that can be earned by winning matches or completing task, or leveling up your manager. The fact that there is no other way to get a pack is very unfortunate. Players should also progress or regress naturally whether that is at a halfway point in the season or after each year goes by. I want to grind to improve but I feel as if the developers of this game are heavily focused on forcing players to purchase packs. I hope there comes better ways to improve. ✓ Pay to win.Have been playing this game for a few days now. Good game so far until you get to a stage where you have no energy drinks or management cards or even skill and fitness cards to tailor to you players needs. The only way to really achieve them is to play matches and deplete you teams energy even further for two random energy cans. This got a bit out of hand because every match I would be choosing energy drinks forgetting to train them leading them to hate my management and training as I wasn’t tapping the skills or fitness icons after the games. ✓ Keeping players happy is a nightmare1. Concerned about management - Sometimes i cant play them because they have been banned or injured. And they still become unhappy that i didnt play them 2. Concerned about development - this ones the worst. They ask so frequently and i can only get two cards every 4-5 matches. And the occasional cards from dilemmas, press conferences and board targets. But otherwise their demands for development compared to the cards that we can get is absurd. Change this.. It is such a nightmare trying to keep everyone happy. ✓ Good game spoiled by impatient developerFrom initial play, the game seems quite enjoyable. But eventually you’ll realise that the developer is just way too impatient to wrangle some real money out from you. Crazy game design decisions such as how quickly the players become unhappy, how long it takes the generate the cards and how expensive everything are in the game result in an unbalanced game. Which is such a great pity because this game has potential. However, once you experience buying a new player in the game and he immediately has maximum concern on your management, that frustration you get is not worth it. Skip this game. ✓ Decent game overallI like the concept of the game with the managing and all but there are some things that could be improved. For example, you start out in the bottom league. My team finished first but my players ratings were well below some other teams ratings so I lost a good amount of games. I was fine with that cause I thought I’d move up one league and still be able to compete. Nope. I moved up 4 leagues and now my team is nowhere near the level of other teams. I didn’t realize that this was gonna happen so now my team gets hammered every game and I have serious player issues. I think each league you win you move up one league not a ridiculous amount. There was no warning or anything about this so it’s kind of screwed up my entire progress. There are also game control problems. For instance, you can’t lob the ball for a cross or play it over defenders. Also, when you give a pass, you can’t determine power. So lots of times I’ll give a through ball that goes all the way to the keeper even though I put it a little ahead of a player. I know I wrote a lot of things but this game is fun and addicting but could be a lot better..Version: 0.8.2

✓ Way too pay to winI’ve been waiting for this game for ages but it’s just completely wrong. There’s still no real online aspect and it’s way too pay to win. Unless you win every game and get the balance between what card you pick right every game your club will fall to pieces regardless of how good a player you are. Keeping all your players happy is a nightmare and nigh on impossible. How do you fix it? You spend money of course. Played this to season 3 and then had to start again because the whole squad was falling apart, despite winning the most of my games. If you are going to play this game, be ready to either only develop energy and skill coaches, or pay a lot of money to maintain your club. ✓ Shameless money grabI never understand why games make a game that you need to pay to progress. Anyone that is saying that you don’t need to is lying or is saying it on behalf on the developers. Just develop a game charge £3 - £5 and make the game playable. The players can only progress using training cards and if you don’t have any then theirs and team morale goes down. The training coaches will also not renew their contracts if you don’t use the cards. The only issue is that the game won’t give you anywhere near enough cards and when they do they’re at a lower level to the players and can’t be used. I very nearly fell for the con and forked out my money so I uninstalled instead. Real shame as the game itself is great and so addictive but I’m not prepared to fork out £3 every time a player moans. The developers need to make money I get it but adverts and a small fee to buy the game surely should suffice without the need to con its customers..Version: 0.8.0

✓ Didn’t expect this from new star devsI’ll sum up this review firstly in this line, if you aren’t prepared to pay in app purchases then don’t get this game, as you don’t stand a chance without them. I’ve been playing new star games since they were out half a decade ago (soccer one), so when the devs released this I thought it would be awesome, they would simulate a manager game without compromise and quality. But boy I was wrong. Everything in this game is geared to get you to spend money, on a mobile game which is ridiculous. Note, that I do sometimes pay in app like 1.99 or 2.99 here and there, but the starting price for some “bux” which are the in game currency here, are 9.99! For me and those that understand the value of money, it’s CLEAR that this game is a scam, and the only way to enjoy and prosper is to invest your real life earnings for a mobile game you’re probably going to forget about in a couple of weeks. And the funny thing is, even if you pay 9.99, you’re probably going to have to top that up again further down the line as some of the other reviews stated, initiating a vicious cycle of needing to pay to actually play the game. The reason I didn’t give it 1 star even though developer greed does entitle it for a 1 star review, is that the core game isn’t that bad, still some issues with passing and energy but the upgrade standpoint isn’t a bad system, it’s just the way your forced to buy in app purchases to upgrade them is ridiculous..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Great game.... butI’m an old school gamer of 30+ years and when this game is good it is truly great. For me it has all the fun of more recognised titles but less of the technical clutter so it’s more like an arcade version than a true sim. The biggest drawback for me is that it has been built to generate revenue. It’s been done welI in that you cakewalk season one and get right into the game but ever so slowly you realise that without spending money regularly the game will start to punish you, which in turn, removes all the enjoyment and leads to a delete and a reticence to download any future titles. ✓ Packs cost moneyI love the developers of the game and the new star franchise. New Star Soccer Manager is a great game, but the players lose energy way too fast and they don’t give them a lot of recovery time either. The free NRG they give you isn’t enough and you can’t get more unless you either pay for it or play another game which reduces the players energy more. If the packs could cost another earn-able currency then it could help out with the people who don’t do in app purchases. I hope you guys can balance the rate at which the players lose energy. ✓ Bewildering and depressingPlenty of options to spend real money to improve on things, but try finding a way to improving your actual playing skills, such as a practice game, then you're out of luck. You spend your time making mistake after mistake when trying to figure out basic stuff like how to manoeuvre, gauge power and distance when kicking etc. The real cost is that your team has lost yet another game while you fumble around coming to grips with basic player controls, again and again. I thought games apps were supposed to be fun! After 20 games of this, I've yet to experience "fun". How about a basic "practice game" mode??? ✓ I loved this game until...This is a great game if you can accept it for what it is—its a manager game. The players don’t matter, they are merely insignificant atoms that can be rearranged at any point. There is no story, just a timeline you move throughout. One you change leagues, it doesn’t matter if you went undefeated for 3 or 4 seasons, it doesn’t matter if you have an entire squad of black-quality players, it doesn’t matter if you have a manager rating in the 100’s, it doesn’t matter if you have a stockpile of coaching cards, it doesn’t matter if you max out every facility, every stadium component, every players skills. Once you move leagues you start over. Manager level one. An Assistant who doesn’t know about your historic successes in a different country. If you want to build from the bottom, start a new save slot. Don’t get rid of a team you’re not ready to lose. Last thing, the most recent update was 9 months ago. ✓ Good game but nearly unplayableIt’s nearly impossible to get energy and that makes your players injured so you can’t improve your squad. Everything is too expensive. The skill gap between divisions is too large. This is basically why the game isn’t as good as it can be in a nutshell. The game is free but you really need to spend some money if you want the game to not be crazily hard. I get that it’s freemium but you should still be able to play without having to pay. ✓ Was greatI was having the time of my life playing this game up until it started asking for information. That by itself is fine except when I say no it freezes up and just goes white. So I tried saying yes, then it asks for an opt out email (which if you’re not paying attention you will skip through,) when I gave it then the game was in a phase where it was stuck sending it. When I didn’t give it then it worked up until I started the game again where I had to repeat the entire process from the begging again. Train a player. Crash. Infuriating. Some good things here, but the pay to play ethos overhangs everything. Want to renegotiate a contract; loads of money. Buy a new player, upgrade anything? Reach for that cash. Two things annoy me the most; 1) getting an achievement increases your level but seems to do nothing else - surely we could get a reward in coins for this too? Levels seem to have no effect on anything; no bonuses for increasing levels. 2) why on earth would you train a player when you can't use them for the next game when it reduces their energy to next to nowt. ✓ Fix the gameOverall the game is quality although it does have some major downsides such as your players always being tired and unhappy. I think there needs to be less in game purchases as that is the only real way you can improve your team. You should be able to open packs for free and you should probably get them as a reward after each game. Players tend to be unhappy with there development so you need to have manger meetings but you don’t get the cards without buying the which is RIDICULOUS!!!!! All in all the game has good attention to detail as you are able to build up your team and upgrade you facilities. ✓ Solid betaSolid variation to the classic NSS. Crashes and bugs within the game. After a while the screen goes white and is unresponsive. When there’s a free kick near the side or byline, the wall can overlap the line so part of the wall is outside of the field of play. Some features are hard to find. Not sure how to have a player meeting, which is one of the board challenges. All in all, a great game with huge potential. Changes I’d like to see down the track: - I’d like the option to move clubs at the end of the season - stadium sponsorship? ✓ Starts well, becomes tiresome.I’m annoyed that I’m rating this game at 3 stars, because it’s actually a really good game. I really enjoy the match day, it’s a simple and effective match engine. There’s also basic management and development areas of the game which are good. In your first season, it’s an enjoyable game as you successfully battle against relegation and begin to build your club. The first half of the second season continues in the same sense - but then, out of nowhere, all of your team becomes unhappy and you simply cannot keep up the results. Players stop trying for the team, get sent off unnecessarily, or fall out with teammates! This happens because they get frustrated at not being developed. There simply are not enough development cards to use on your whole squad (which use up energy), to keep everyone happy and to have a team with enough energy to compete. All your better players leave for free (you can’t auction them off outside of the transfer window) and then you begin the cycle again... I enjoyed this game up to the ridiculous change mid-way through season 2. I’ve finished the second season just outside the playoffs (despite being top for the first half of the season). I won’t be playing a third season until aspects of the game are rebalanced..Version: 0.8.3

✓ Good game but pay to winThe gameplay itself is good, the concept is good and the details are good. But it’s pretty much impossible to succeed without paying. Your players drain energy at such an absurd rate that when your 10 games in your entire team is out of energy and due to only getting a few energy cards a game(and that’s by sacrificing progress in other departments) you end up with your entire team pretty much dead every game and you watch as your team continues to concede with no ability from you to stop it. If your one of those guys who will happily pour money into a game go ahead and download but if your not and don’t want to pour hundreds of hours to build a semi decent team do yourself a favour and download football manager instead. It should allow to buy at least one pack of cards using bux (game currency) and also as you level up as a manager you should get a managerial card as well. At past, the relationships status should change the same way both up and down. It is very difficult to keep all of your players energized and more often than not you will have to play your worse players. ✓ Excellent Potential overshadowed by energy issueThe game is extremely addictive and well made... for the first season and a half, until it becomes entirely Pay to Win, as you only get one card selection after a match, and people almost always have to choose the NRG card, or they will find themselves always playing players either with no energy or out of position, meaning they will get worse results as well as that they will not be able to improve their club. Alternatively they can choose other cards, and then have to suffer from even less energy in their squad. This problem currently has two solutions: 1. Buy card packs from the store to get NRG and Treatment cards, defeating the free-to-play aspect of the game. 2. Buy Bux in the store to purchase better players and staff and upgrade facilities, defeating the free-to-play aspect of the game. I understand that a game needs to bring in money for the developers, so offering OPTIONAL in app purchases is not an issue at all, but when it is made almost impossible to win games without purchasing items from the store, it becomes a problem. ✓ Good game but too focused on IAP.I’ve been playing new star games since first release when I met the developers at EuroGamer several years ago. New star soccer was a great game as was cricket. However, as good a game this is, I feel it is impossible to keep all players happy, keep the contracts up and keep the fitness up, whilst trying to improve your stadium. I won the first season in the final match which was great. I was hardly able to train any players because if you do that then they stay unfit. If you focus on keeping them fit they get unhappy because they’re not being trained. You can’t win. I’m in season 2 now and for some reason I’m conceding 3 goals in the first 30 minutes, despite having fully fit players and a decent-ish keeper at that level. ✓ Slightly disappointedHaving played and loving NSS and NSC for a number of years and really looking forward to this game as soon as I saw it advertised, having downloaded the game I am slightly disappointed on the game play, some of the things that may need a review could be, 1. Squad players to gain some energy between matches, 2. When giving team talks there is quite a lot of information to remember in a very short amount of time, 3. A lot less in app purchases can be avoided, if I wanted to spend that much I would just buy Football Manager and get a lot more enjoyment from it. 4. On a couple of occasions the game has crashed. ✓ Great game....too many ads for player energyI have no problem with the ads in the free version, but in the $5 and $10 unlocks, the need for ads for energy for the players, is too much. I gladly payed $5 to get rid of the ads, but they still are pretty much required to keep your team on the field. I would gladly pay $5 more to be completely rid of the ads, and a modified player energy system. ✓ Amazing gameI’m absolutely loving this game but just a few things that bugged me taking this down to a 3 instead of a 5. 1. I moved leagues to Spain and my manager level has been re set to 1. I was in the high 50’s and can’t understand why that has been reset since It doesn’t affect anything. 2. The ai can slide you from behind and no foul given or no card given but every time I’m even slightly behind and try tackling it’s automatically a foul. ✓ Needs some tweaksThis game has such a solid foundation but there are some things that can make it very frustrating. First of all the sort of downward spiral you can get stuck in is nearly comical. Let's say you lose 2 or 3 games in a row, now your players are concerned about team form which makes them unhappy, which causes them to make mistakes which makes you lose more, causing then to get more upset. You end up getting stuck as they keep making mistakes and it becomes very difficult to string a couple wins together, as only 1 win has a minimal effect. Maybe to combat this there could be some type of boost to happiness for breaking a losing streak? As the players would be happy for finally getting a win. Another thing that ties into this is player happiness. Maybe some players should be less effected and some be more (and not just from traits) Again tying with the happiness, I'd like to see a system where you can designate a players role. There's only 11 positions, not everyone can be a starter. But if you could search/sign people who are ok with being rotational players or subs it would also help with the happiness problem..Version: 1.0.1
