✓ So many crashesSo here’s the thing...the Skillz customer team is amazing. They always refund my game and are quick to respond. However, this game crashes about every three matches for me. It will just freeze and then kick me out. You get a refund but you lose the chance of actually making money. They asked me to send them tech info to see what was going on but it’s still crashing and my opponents crash as well. Can you please fix this? So many other reviews are reporting this to so I’m guessing it’s the app developer’s issue?.Version: 1.30
✓ OkIt’s ok. But in bowling, when a pin has been moved off its spot it is considered down. I’ve mentioned this on other version but it seems it falls on deaf ears. I’ve hit pins to other side of frame and it hasn’t fallen but I’ve had to hit it again!!.Version: 1.12

However lately whenever I play cash matches through skillz, every single match aborts when the app crashes randomly mid-match. You forfeit a score and cash, and while skillz almost always sends an immediate refund, you have to spend time dealing with customer service, AFTER you get the app up and running again. Then, doesn’t matter how many times you shut it down and restart it, it happens the next time and every time you try to play more cash matches. TLDR: game would be so fun and great if it didn’t crash and shut down all the time..Version: 1.30

✓ This used to be my favorite gameUntil 7 or 8 months ago they updated it, and now it crashes 1 out of every 3 games. It works perfectly still in practice mode but when you play for money it crashed one out of 3 games and it’s very frustrating, skillz has been very good about refunding lost money, but it’s still lame I just don’t get why the developer doesn’t fix it. ✓ Game Crashes - Lost money to to game glitches.So you see, I’m just that occasional person who just plays for fun right? I like bowling, so I tried this out. Well, I soon realized that this was a joke, and got robbed $17, all because the game glitches and called them “aborted” matches. I’m convinced that this is how Skillz makes their money. ✓ DisappointedUnfortunately with the recent update the game crashes in the middle of a game. Causing you to be aborted all the time. Also if you receive a phone call or anything else on your phone in the middle of a game when the game ends it will not let you submit a score. ✓ Great game but...Great game but it crashes A LOT. The Skillz team will refund your entrance fee but there have been many games where I would’ve won but for the game crashing. So, in reality I lost money while my opponent climbs the leader board. I’ve done everything to prevent the crashes but nothing on my end works, nor will it because the issue is not on my end. I know the game crashes for many others as well. It’s been going on for quite some time and even though I love this game, I’m really close to uninstalling it for good. The frustration is starting to become greater than the fun and it’s gone on way too long. As an added insult to injury, the game only crashes on money games. It’s NEVER crashed on the practice games. ✓ Crashes Badly!This game crashes wayyy too much. Like the game crashed at the loading screen 3 times before writing this review this morning. The game crashed during each game I played and I had to send 3 separate messages to support. It crashed during the feedback portion when you’re in the app and it asks how your experience was so far. It crashed so bad once it started me over to tutorial mode and then I closed the app and opened it back up, it went back to asking me how my experience with the app was. They refund you when it crashes but if you crash too much they will tell you you’re experiencing higher than normal crashes and will eventually stop refunding you. ✓ PEACHYKAITXI’ve always loved the skillz platform and competing with people around the world. The only problem I have is — months ago I cashed out around $80 dollars but never received it. They sent me a message claiming that I was cheating when I never was. It’s impossible to cheat on bowling. They kept my money. All I can say is; I’m not playing for money again.
