✓ Starts ok but ......Goes rapidly downhill after round 105, you get stuck in a loop due to dreadful coding where you can’t move forward and you can’t even spend your way out, you just die in round 114. I have gone round about a dozen times now so i think it’s time to uninstall. such a shame as it started so well. ✓ Broken from the start??I downloaded the game this morning and when it was ready to play I opened the app and it closed instantly. Not thinking anything of it I opened it again it finished loading and brought me to the intro and crashed again. Opened a 3rd time I got to complete the intro after dropping the grenade and then it crashed again. So on the 4th try I didn’t press anything, it froze up and crashed. Haha so on the 5th attempt (because I genuinely wanted to see what this game had to offer) it said “Day 1” and then it showed the scout character and crashed. There isn’t a 6th attempt because I think 5 crashes in 3 minutes is a good sign it’s not meant to be played for me sadly. But please resolve whatever issue could be causing this so others can have the chance to enjoy the product you’ve released..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Enjoyable at firstI got to level 101 on my first try and then was totally screwed over in two ways. It crashed when I was opening loot boxes so ran out of food. Then the level 100 check point didn’t work and sent me back to level 90. I selected my four best survivors and barely make it through the 91st wave. I don’t see how I’m supposed to progress again now without dumping a load of cash. I have to get my four survivors back while repairing and gathering resources. I think I would have rather started back at Level 1! Also I find it pointless that I put gold into levelling up a survivor, then get the epic version and lose all that gold progress. ✓ HeyThis game is very unique and I have never seen such a great game in a long time and I really love how the you get to control the characters and how you want your base to be like but there's just one flaw in this game and that’s how very little food and ammo you get after every night especially when you have the max amount of survivors and the waves of zombies get harder to fend off and you get very little materials to thrive on which gets to the point where you can’t do much at all but grind for loot which takes soo much time and gets you nowhere. I just wish that it either gives you more food and ammunitions per night or make it so that you can replay the previous nights that you have played..Version: 1.4.2

It usually takes me 2-3 attempts to just get the game to open and connect, I don’t even attempt it without WiFi. Battery leech: I’ve never played any game or app which uses your battery up more. ✓ Good gameEven though it’s a good game but the game is very slow to do construction. If the person wants to finish the construction item they have to pay to finish the construction ASAP. Also if the needs resources to do the construction that is very slow too. When the game player gets a level up the person has to pay to upgrade it. Its not right. ✓ Dropped the ballThis is a pretty cool concept. Clash of clan graphics. Boom beach gameplay. Survival. Zombies. But, it fails to deliver. The game’s pacing is remarkably slow. Resources are scarce and time is limited. You can only perform a handful of moves before the next day. You are constantly waiting. Let me play! Everything is held up. Wait 2 hours to chop a tree. 3 more hours to build something. And then a day advances and it gets a little harder. This is something you experience day 1. Also, if a teammate dies. 5 day punishment wait time. I won’t be around to see him come back. It also amazes me how after you lose on a challenging level, you have to start over with half your team. This is everyone’s delete point. There is no multiplayer despite you “competing” to survive the longest with other players who played .5-1 hour and have already deleted the game. Messed up with this. I’m almost tempted to say this was just thrown out there. No testing. No player feedback. No metrics. It shows..Version: 1.4.3
✓ Its okSo if your wanting a game that you can sit and play and tinker with for several hours or even just one hour. You dont want this game. Its a great concept, at least its not pvp. No you dont have to use real money to play it as long as you have a lot of patience. Some actions take a few minutes, but most you have to wait 1 to 3 hours, to clear a section of trees it takes a just over a day to complete a task. If a survivor gets injured during game play it takes 5 days or 120 gems to get them back. If you have a lot of real money in your pocket to spend it would really be a great game. I’ll admit i put $25 in it to get some gems. But you really go through them fast. It cost anywhere from 60 gems to 120 gems to complete a single action! I will probable play out my $25 worth of gems then delete the game, i want something that i can actually play a few hours a day, and this isn’t it..Version: 1.6.3

✓ Crashes, Bugs and Now Lost Everything!The game itself is very good. A really good take on the base building theme. With resource management at its core. You can also pick up and play for a good while if you like rather than do one or two attacks and then have to wait for troops to trains for 30-45 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars! But, sadly the game crashes a lot. Hangs when loading often and has you constantly shutting the app down and reopening. Worst of all since the update chargeable content has just vanished from my account. I contacted the tech support and had nothing back but an automatic email. ✓ Great Game but has a lot of faultsThe Game has Great graphics and defending the city is Great fun and very challenging if you do it on manual mode, but the biggest problem and it’s a very big problem is the lack of resources to build buildings, and even resources to defend the city over night becomes a stretch once you have 8 survivors, many a time I’ve just had to give up and accept defeat before I’ve started because of this and this causes further problems because you lose 4 survivors so you have even less people to upgrade a building and do quests to get survivors back. Great concept of a game but until they make resources abundant to be able to upgrade and actually defend your city the enjoyment of the game is very short lived.....Version: 1.6.2

✓ Decent game until you play it...So I never do reviews but I’m actually going out of my way for this one. Good game and is fun at the start, except the connection issues are horrible. I have great internet and for some reason it would give me the whole bad signal or internet connection. I had been playing for about a week and lost my first battle against the zombies and now my base and/or profile is frozen. It has not reset or restarted. I’ve attempted to contact support and even email them and I have heard no response back. Also the ratio of what you win after battles does not match up to what you use or consume in the game. I’ll win alittle bit of something such as food, coins, etc...and year it takes more to operate your base. So to me the ratio of winnings are off. At the same token the timeframe from survival nights to survival days doesn’t work out that great. You have to end up watching ads in order to fast forward all the time. ✓ Used to be good, now is an advertisement filled jokeThe actual game is good, or at least it was before they oddly decided to shove ads down your throat at every point just to squeeze £15 out of its poor player base. Monetisation like this shows how little care and respect the devs have for the players time and enjoyment as you can’t go 1 minute without an ad showing as well as a reminder you can get rid of them permanently for a price. Micro transactions are one thing and by themselves are bad enough but along with the ads, ad removal and other purchases it’s going a bit far no? I understand the game is free but really… On top of this, I also had an old account completely wiped and unable to retrieve because the Facebook link doesn’t work and according to the error the devs are aware that there is an issue and have done nothing about it. So I’ve lost all my previous progress because the devs are lazy and incompetent. ✓ Potential too be really goodHave so much fun playing this game building/Upgrading/levelling of survivors plus grinding resources, especially when the Snow comes. The snow adds more of a challenge with food and survival. That being said the fun is soon and frequently ruined by the game crashing and infinite loading screens. I contacted customer service because I couldn’t get 8 slots open to add the 8 survivors I had unlocked, it was stuck on 7 survivors, a problem that occurred some months ago too. I received rude and unprofessional correspondence from someone who clearly didn’t understand how things worked. They couldn’t cope with my frustration that this problem had returned again so proceeded to try to patronise me. What a sad representation of the company. Use this gold to level up your survivors.” You can’t spend this gold on leveling them up unless you have the cards to do so. Pros: -You can play without spending a penny -Interesting characters and take on zombie with building of defense. Survivors would attack large slow characters with the most HP while letting weak characters like zombies and rabid dogs through. ✓ Fix your latest update!I’m giving this a 1 star only because the newest update has total messed up the game! (At least for me). It doesn’t properly load and I’ll get into the game and see my city but no icons (survivors, missions, food etc). I’ll also pass a night and while trying to start the next day it just sits there loading and not starting. And the disappearing survivor still hasn’t been fixed either. When forced to boot out a survivor to make room for another, please let us see a side by side comparison so we can make an educated decision. Oh, and she took my gun with her when she left! Grrr WTH am I supposed to do with the world map? Why can’t I move my main base? There’s a game out, don’t remember the name, but you can sort of explore new areas by unlocking sections of your map. Right now, we can clear away trees and find flowers and wood, but what about cooler stuff? Oh, and where’s the option to completely clear structure off the map so we can redo our fort layout easier? Can play f2p but it’s real slow if u do, but chances to mine gold or missions for it so not money grab. The first time this happened I tried to log on for a few weeks then with no success quit trying. A few months later I tried and it worked again. Last week it stopped again. ✓ Connection IssuesThe game itself is a on the whole has great game play and graphics, very addictive. The only fly in the ointment is bad connection to the server, can spend up to 30 mins before you can find a slot that will allow you to connect. Thus the 3 star rating..Version: 1.5.1
✓ Crashes worse since updateLike this game, but was always very buggy with frequent crashes. Since the update this has got worse - I’m stuck in a night which can’t be completed because it always crashes in the final wave. Stability needs to be addressed as it’s now unplayable..Version: 1.5.2
✓ Lost all progress.Played for about an hour, levelled up quite a few things and was thinking this had potential to be a good game, but once I had run out of speed ups etc I closed the app to play again once all missions/building had been completed, but on re opening a couple of hours later, found that I had to start at the beginning, playing the forced walk through again. ✓ Do Not Buy GemsI love this game, but if you buy gems or gold to upgrade - be very careful. If you loose a level you go back to your last check point. ALL OF YOUR UPGRADES YOU HAVE PIAD FOR VANISH. All of your money is then wasted. Do not pay for anything not even the subscription. No where in the info does it say they do this to your account. I was level 279 and lost a level which put me back to level 240. They then reset your village and everything is reverted back but your gems and gold has gone.Version: 1.6.2

✓ I do like this game but..I’ve read reviews about player on the 90th level and then dying, sounds like you have to pretty much start from scratch (which isn’t a problem in itself) but you stay at level 90 with lvl 1 base. I’m nearly at lvl 40 and enjoying it with no death so far. Sounds like at some point the only way I can progress will be to spend real money. I will keep playing but if the above is true then I will be deleting the game..Version: 1.6

✓ Could be a better gameThe need to adjust the amount of resources you get but I guess that would take away from getting people to spend money which I refuse to do, I get to day 126 to 130 and then I lose and go back to 120, getting to hard to play without spending money and I won’t do, gets very hard to upgrade everything without spending money, every night just gets harder and harder but not enough resources to upgrade, I really want to like this game but I don’t because the way it’s set up to get you to spend money.Version: 1.5.4
✓ Great gameGreat game fun to play and build new skills new zombies to fight all the time... however a huge draw back is at least once a day the servers fail to load so your stuck on the loading screen for 5 min... and then when it’s running the game will randomly lose connection to the internet while I’m on my home WiFi... if they fix those problems however it would be well worth the 5 stars!.Version: 1.5.3

✓ Returning playerDecided to re download the game after seeing an ad for it, game has become a bit glitchy. Please give an option to turn off the tutorial it’s extremely repetitive and annoying. ✓ Great game, still lots of bugsThe game is fun enough and has a lot of great elements. The three stars is because it’s so buggy! 1/3 ads freeze the game, sometimes the screen goes black fo no reason, and more. If it wasn’t so buggy, I’d gladly pay for stuff. Maybe it’ll get fixed in a future version, but for now, the glitches are the only reason I’m packing ir up and will check back later….Version: 2.3.0
