GarbageWhat a real piece of crap. Not user friendly. Don’t waste your time, it doesn’t work..Version: 19.0.1

Not happyThis app is very difficult to use. I can’t see bills from the end of last year so I can pay. I have to call every time to talk to someone. I downloaded app so I can make payments easier. This is not the app for that. Why can’t you click on a claim and there just be a payment button. Would be a lot easier..Version: 7.0.1

Lost my account info!Was able to access account info until PNC made a change. Now, it is gone! Also the site is not easy to maneuver. The only way to contact is to by phone, on hold for a long time. And what the heck does “opportunities” mean?.Version: 15.0.2

Meh......Not a bad app just to view your balance. The “unread” message alerts at the start up are annoying because even if you read them, the next time you open the app, the same ones open. This is something that needs to be fixed to get a better rating. The app is not user friendly. I only use it to view my balance quickly, but I don’t recommend it if you want to do more with it. NightmareSubmitted a claim through the app and it’s almost been a month and I still haven’t received my deposit. Now the app says I need to update it but there is no update option. It just says open app and then it tells me I need to update it. It’s a viscous cycle. Very unhappy with the app..Version: 7.0.1

GlitchesDownloaded the app and I can’t even register because the keyboard won’t come up for me to enter registration information. Registering is a Convoluted ProcessThe process of just registering once the app was downloaded was very convoluted. Even if you have already activated the associated debit card you are still required to enter additional information such as the Employer and Employee IDs (or RegistrationID) . The app suggests some numbers to use for this information but it is very vague and confusing and not helpful. I called the support number provided for login issues and of course they were closed, but they did offer the option of setting up an “appointment”. Finally, I found the required information on the back of one of the many mailings, in the same font as all the other information. (Honestly, in this day of information overload, who reads lengthy documents word for word?). When I finally got to the registration part for creating a username and password, it timed out and I had to start the process all over. I am an IT professional and have worked for many years supporting applications for employee benefits and it took 6 attempts to successfully register an account. If I found the process just to REGISTER for the app to be very cumbersome, I can only imagine the frustration of others. This should be a MUCH simpler process - there are MANY opportunities for improvement here..Version: 22.11.02

HorribleThis app does not function properly. I have to log back in multiple times to complete one task. When I take a photo the app shuts down. Please fix..Version: 11.0

TerribleThis app is an epic failure. In order to sign up they ask questions that are not easy to answer, like what is your employer identification number. What does that even mean? If you try to call you will be put on hold for eternity and then they will hang up on you. Ridiculous. All I want to know is the balance on my wellness card. Should be easier to use!This app is cumbersome, at best. This app would be much better to tap on an eligible claim and pay it in one step and close the transaction by making the payment from the HSA. The need to create another step to pay a provider creates a chance for typing error and does not link to an eligible claim posted in the eligible claim list..Version: 11.0

Impossible to loginThe way this app expects you to verify yourself is more difficult than it needs to be. I have no idea what my employer ID is, and it is next to impossible to locate my own employee ID number that my company gave me..Version: 23.04.01

Sooooo BadThis is one of the worst apps I have come across. I could not register using my online info, so I needed to contact customer support repeatedly for help. And then it crashes on my iPhone. Do not waste your time with this version..Version: 11.0

Slow and extremely hard to NavigateThis app is extremely slow and not user friendly at all. Trying to pay a claim is cumbersome and difficult to find and does not provide very much information. Claims in this app do not match my MyChart app at all which seems odd since both are Highmark driven..Version: 19.0.1

Impossible to useWish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst apps I have ever used. Impossible to make payments. If I can select a payment there is always an “error” and the provider isn’t paid. Or, I submit a receipt but it’s never identified by the company and the transaction is denied...every time I contact customer service they say I never did anything on my end despite having proof as I took screen shots. Too bad I. D.o.n.t have another option.Version: 11.0

No directionsOne hurdle after another trying to get this app working. Very frustrating. I try to use it and no directions, filled with buzz terms that mean something to the programmers, but nothing to laymen. Mark something as Paid out of pocket. Do you get reimbursed? Doesn’t say. Tried to pay a bill. Worked over the cell with a HM rep with medical bill in hand. Claim was denied. I can’t access my FSA monies so I guess next year I’ll drop it..Version: 22.11.02

Complicated MessThis is a terrible app. First, in order to sign up, I had to create a different password than the one that is used for the original Highmark app to view claims. I also had to call to figure out that for some reason, you have to add “1” at the end of your password in order to sign up. I have no idea why Highmark and the app developers thought it would be better, easier, or more convenient to have 2 separate apps when there used to be only one. Updates should make things more efficient instead of more difficult. I also got a bill from December but I cannot access the previous year through this app. It is more difficult and confusing to pay claims as well. Furthermore, to make matters worse, the computer website is equally confusing, inefficient and complicated..Version: 7.0.1

Worst app I’ve ever usedOMG! I have never struggled so much using an app in my life. Too many problems to list here. The latest is a claim I manually entered was denied. No explanation why. Tried to call customer service number listed on the HM app but office is only open during biz hours. I can’t schedule his next appointment until this bill is paid so he cannot get the care he needs. Even though my HSA money is supposed to be mine it obviously isn’t. As usual here’s another insurance company getting in the way of people who are trying to take care of themselves and their families. Highmark - roll back your website to last year’s version and scrap your mobile app and this HSA app. Then fire app developers and the leaders who decided it would be an improvement for customers! Shame on you!!!.Version: 7.0.1
