✓ App and website: something went wrong message every timeAfter reading the poor reviews, I wrongly assumed that the app would be fixed. Today is February 7, 2024, and I cannot log into the app and I cannot log into the allmyhealth.com website. It says oops something went wrong. Something has indeed gone wrong..Version: 1.4.0
✓ Doesn’t WorkDidn’t work prior to the recent bug fix and doesn’t work after. Off to a bad start and I’m not comfortable having my health information stored here if the basic app issues can’t get resolved..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Multi-factor authenticationI also can’t get past the multi-factor screen. You app is useless if nobody can log into it..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Literally Cannot Log InThe app is absolutely terrible. It forces two factor authentication, but 100% of the times I try to set it up I get an error message telling me the service is unavailable at this time. Every technology interaction I’ve had with Highmark has been terrible and this is completely on brand..Version: 1.2.1
