DROPOUT By CollegeHumor for Positive User Reviews

Dropout is KingThis is the best subscription service of all time. 9/10 good job Sam Reich. This has genuinely made me laugh more than just about anything in the last few years. Keep up the amazing work. ❤️.Version: 8.500.1

Great shows, funny people, time wells spent! This is one of those streaming services where you’ll at least know that the shows they have won’t be moved to another streaming service. They might not have Shrek 2, but the shows they provide are hilarious and will have you laughing till you pee a little bit!.Version: 8.500.1

Cancel everything else…dropout brings me joy. And it’s affordable and they don’t mind if I share my account with another fellow broke artist friend or two. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism… but this comes pretty darn close 😉.Version: 8.500.1

Love the content just a couple tweaks to perfect app usageJust a couple things that annoy me like my “continue watching’ is linked to specific videos not seasons or shows so when I finish the ep of fantasy high I have to search up the series again since it won’t automatically play the next episode. I also wish I could add a series or at least season to my list rather than episode to make it easier to continue shows I’m in the middle of. I love the content tho you guys do a great job..Version: 7.205.1

DnD HappinessGreat content that really captures what it is like to play Dnd. Has captivating stories and even better players! Definitely worth the price..Version: 8.500.1

...Are you my freaking dad?Sometime early this year, I discovered college humor, and started watching their videos casually, and occasionally. Nothing dramatic. Then I discovered Fantasy High. Within a month I had watched all of season one, all the behind the scenes, every animatic I could get my hands on, and got started on season 2. Before realising... You had to pay to get it. And it was so worth it. So, so worth it. When I got dropout, I had watched one or two episodes of the game shows, a couple of hardly workings, and fantasy high. Now after 4 months of dropout, I've fallen in love with, and watched every episode of: Game Changer, Um Actually, Everything Fantasy high related (both seasons, one shots, etc), Crown of Candy, Misfits and Magic, Escape from the blood keep, Rank Room, everything related to Troopers, Breaking news, And every single episode of hardly working, from season 3. And that's just the stuff I've watched in entirely and fallen madly in love with. TL;DR Dropout is so so so worth the investment. These incredible artists and creators deserve all the support to continue making these incredible shows, and I don't think any person is capable of running out of things to watch on dropout. Yeah the interface is pretty good, little glitchy at times with not going to full screen, but that's the only flaw. Oh and you can listen to show's with the screen off which is awesome! Netflix doesn't do that! So uh..... Hoot Growl y'all!.Version: 8.402.1

A warm hug in an appWhile I originally got this app and a Dropout subscription solely to watch Dimension 20’s Fantasy High Sophomore Year, it immediately became the first app I go to on my phone when I need some comfort to escape the dystopian nature of our everyday life. Feeing blue from the domination of racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, capitalism, and all the other isms in society that make daily life seem a bit bleak? Check out Game Changer or Breaking News and TRY not to laugh, it’s pretty much impossible. Worried about a potential impending nuclear apocalypse? Dimension 20 has so many campaigns that are utterly delightful and effortless to lose yourself and your worries in. The people who make this app and this company special are kind, brilliant, inclusive, empathetic, hilarious folks that have cultivated a truly loving sense of community among themselves and with their audience. It’s the ultimate comfort app, like a virtual chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven. And these days, everyone could use that. So what are you waiting for?.Version: 7.205.3

Multiple reasons why Dropout is the bestI discovered Dropout a little more than a year ago because I wanted to watch Dimension 20. Since then I have been constantly impressed with the quality of the content they produce. Not only is their content unceasingly funny, creative, and joyous, but they prove time and time again that they are an accessible platform for so many different communities, and most remarkably not rotten to the core like the bulk of the entertainment industry. If you want to be a more relatively conscientious consumer of entertainment then I highly recommend Dropout. Unlike the big media and streaming companies they weren't ever struck by the unions who have been on labor strikes (to my knowledge). It is highly evident that they treat their employees with dignity and respect (paying exception to when the dignity of those same employees is stripped from them on their hilarious shows like Game Changer or Dirty Laundry). All the shows on this platform have yet to fail to be entertaining, the thought and effort they put into the work is clearly seen. I have loved nearly every moment of it..Version: 8.302.1

An absolute pleasureI’ll start with the bad, in that the user interface on the app is a bit clunky at times. Now onto the good. The shows are plentiful, various and hilarious. The Dropout crew are an absolute delight, and I never fail to laugh at their content. “The Official Cast Recording” episode of Gamechanger was the first time I’ve wept with laughter for too long, and that was only the beginning! It is an absolute pleasure supporting such wonderful people, and I hope they continue to grow as much as they deserve. The world should see them!.Version: 8.200.1

Amazing contentI honestly thought I was just going to use the free trial and then bounce, there is so many hours of quality content that I’m 3 months into paying for the subscription and I regret nothing. Dimension 20 is my new all time favourite d&d show and unlike a lot of other ones, doesn’t lose any of the magic when it jumps to a new season or different cast. Special shout-out to Brennan Lee Mulligan, you might look like a polite Mormon boy, but you’re sick and twisted and I love it..Version: 8.402.1

The best £6 you’ll ever spendNetflix could never. Seriously, you won’t regret this subscription. I love being able to watch videos offline/how the app automatically syncs with your other devices so you can pick up watching right where you left off. You can tell that everyone puts so much love into these shows ( the art team is next level)..Version: 8.405.1

Loads of content for a cup of coffeeThis streaming service by College Humor is a great inclusion to any streaming service suite for the price of a cup of coffee per month. The team do a great job at bringing us exclusive shows like Dimension 20, Um Actually, Breaking News, Game Changer and more, all of which will provide you countless hours of entertainment and cry-your-eyes-our laughter (no seriously, make-it-stop-my-sides-are-hurting kinda laughter). TL;DR: subscribe to drop out and support independent comedy and creators, you cowards..Version: 5.903.1

Streaming done rightThere’s a perception that this is a must for fans of D&D and actual play (which I agree with) but that ignores the other amazing shows that are released by dropout. At this price range, I have never felt like I didn’t get my moneys worth, and if anything I feel I’ve got more than my moneys worth. make some noise, game changer, VIP and of course D20 are some of the only shows I keep up to date with and it’s a testament to the quality of the content that that’s the case. 10/10.Version: 8.500.1

Simply incredibleUnreservedly recommend people subscribe, the content is incredible, and they deserve all the support and resources to the tap into the incredible talent and creativity of all the artists and writers and entertainers and crew! Some super simply updates I’d like to see are an option to mark episodes as played and remove them from your currently watching, or like clear the watch history of the episode so they are unplayed and do not appear on the currently watching panel..Version: 8.302.1

Best content on the internetI found CH/Dropout through Fantasy High, but upon subscribing learnt it’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this service’s fantastic content. There is honestly no other streaming service with this many shows I look forward to this much. The CollegHumor cast and crew are a consistent joy to watch, and I’m going to be along for the ride as long as possible. I cannot recommend this service enough..Version: 7.303.1

The Fully Evolved and Evolving Nerd ParadiseGrowing up nerdy, I started with books and movies and video games that I would sometimes share with friends, but often it was misunderstood. Then, the internet came along, and I was equally horrified by the pedantic, condescending quibbles and the “Rule 34” cesspool. It was enough that I avoided dungeons and dragons and fantasy for a while, and even left theater. 10 years later, when the pandemic asked us all to live like bedroom-bound teens once again, Dimension 20 came to light, and then Dropout. In the same style of a reparatory theater, the same amazing writers, producers, actors and other walks of nerd life join in celebrations of what’s good, what’s ridiculous, and what’s worth a try. In an entertainment world full of brutality, savior narratives and a feeling of disconnect, the entire Dropout TV offers a sanctuary. Sam Reich and his crew/friends/employees? provide an array of diverse, goofy, and endearing stories and shenanigans that feel like you, the audience, are included in an inside joke. Hoot Growl!.Version: 8.302.1

CollegeHumor has grown up, and so have we.It’s nice to see how as we’ve gotten well past our college years and sketch comedy has faded away to be replaced with TikTok and Reels that rather than trying to capitalize on the zeitgeist CH created Dropout. It’s a great platform full of fun shows, witty humor, and indulgences of our ‘video games and improv comedy’ nerdy upbringings. None of the content takes itself too seriously, I think the hint from Adam or Brennan joking about “the only people who are watching this show are on a samsung” and Trapp responding with something about a 3 month free membership from a gas station really shows that noone necessarily cares about whether their shows blow up. There is a true self appreciation for what each host is doing for their own shows and their niche-ish followers and it makes most of the content here quite candid. Highly recommend paying the $5 monthly and having a world of millenials ribbing eachother and genuinelt partaking in the things we all love..Version: 8.102.1

Good app, Effing incredible contentWorth every cent. Don’t put it off..Version: 8.500.1

Addictive contentGreat app which picks up videos wherever you left off on whatever device, screen-in-screen and audio-only, and some genuinely funny shows with character and people you want to follow. I signed up for D20 and then you check out another show and find it to be really fun - umm Actually, Game changer, dirty laundry and others are all things I hadn’t thought of watching but you quickly get hooked, lots of laughs and enough new content to feel that you are getting new things each week, but not so much that it becomes overwhelming. Great value and great people - well worth watching and supporting..Version: 8.101.1

A quality appCollegehumor’s streaming service Dropout is already a great addition to streaming content. The app is very well made, I have experienced no crashes, the content continues to play on mini-screen or as audio if I lock my phone, and unlike other companies’ apps (that rhyme with Schmoosterteeth) they aren’t shelling out a service that hardly works or that tries to re-direct you to their store with ads. If you are not a collegehumor fan, I probably don’t recommend getting this app since it is very specifically for their content. But if you do like any content CH produces, I completely recommend this app..Version: 6.020.1

Worth every pennyDropout is 100% worth the subscription, especially considering the rising costs of mainstream services. Only one thing missing to make this app perfect: a sleep timer so I can fall asleep to dimension 20! Please consider adding in a future update..Version: 8.500.1

These ppl raised meCheers to team/cast members new & old alike. I was just in the family computer room downloading CH sketches onto my purple iPod nano & now suddenly I’m 30.Version: 8.500.1

Can’t Stop SmilingAbsolutely worth the subscription for the amazing content, delightful cast/crew, and Discord access as well. Every single episode/show I’ve watched on here has made me smile ear to ear—not something that happens too often these days. I wasn’t previously a college humor or D&D fan but signed up after I somehow became obsessed with Dimension20. Got so many great shows and bonus content in addition! Crown of Candy, Ultramegatron Team Go, Total Forgiveness, Paranoia, Game Changer—these are just some of my faves but are all unique with stellar creativity and talent. This app allows downloads which has been incredibly useful and runs better than many other streaming apps. I also love being able to watch Picture in Picture on my phone. They are active about having and fixing subtitles as well and encourage corrections in order to ensure accessibility. They are a company deeply connected to their audience and I get giddy every time I hear about a new project..Version: 7.001.1

Loving itI got gifted this subscription for my birthday and so far I’m loving it. I’ve watched game changers, make some noise, a court of fey and flowers and dirty laundry, and I’ve enjoyed each and everyone of them so far. I originally thought the dimension 20 stuff would be too much for my short goldfish attention span, but it’s actually so interesting and paced really well. I will admit it is long though so I would tend to watch this while doing other menial stuff so the whole day doesn’t go by. Would recommend and resubscribe 5/5. ❤️.Version: 7.621.1

The best streaming platformDropout is truly the best platform in terms of content and just general practices. It’s inexpensive for the wealth of high quality productions the platform holds and you actually know your money is going to support all the wonderful people who work at Dropout rather than platforms such as Netflix which rarely pay all their workers their dues. Dropout is consistently getting better and better, the uptick in the quality of production over the past few years is actually insane. I know there may be those who don’t see themselves as enjoying any one particular show on the platform but please give it a try, you are bound to find something you love. As for the app itself both the web browser and the app have a very good and well thought out lay-out. I feel that streaming services can sometimes bombard and overwhelm you with long option pages and then confusing search bars and categories, but Dropout is extremely thorough. Particularly, I like that you can search for specific episodes rather than only having the option to search by series. Overall, Dropout is 100% worth it and I truly think it is the best streaming platform there is..Version: 8.500.1

Love them!Funny cast, large variety of shows for different styles and humour, at least one beautiful smart and hilarious person who’s been on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. I love you Brennan..Version: 8.500.1

Extremely funnyOne of the best places out there to experience loads of hilarious content, and I’ve never had a single technical issue with the app at all..Version: 8.010.1

Almost perfectNyah! A great app, with an ok layout and amazing content! My only issues are that entering and exiting fullscreen doesn’t always work as intended, as with rotating between landscape and portrait, and this one guy called “Brennan”. People have been mistaking me for this guy far too often, asking me about improv comedy and the hideously mundane TTRPG “Dungeons and Dragons”. I suggest you fire him immediately, and replace him with ME! I’ve even got an idea for my own series where I demonstrate the undeniable joy of investing in morally defunct multinational corporations! Fun for everyone!.Version: 8.302.1

Love the showsWell worth the money. The shows are great. I recommend Paranoia (underrated and should be brought back), Um actually and Game Changer..Version: 8.200.1

Best content to price ratio for any streaming service.I’ve subscribed to near every major to mid-level streaming service there is. Dropout by far has the best quality content to subscription price ratio and it’s only growing. Quite the opposite of Netflix’s model of create new series and cancel it before it can resolve, Dropout is continually producing new seasons of their shows and creating new spinoff shows based on popular episodes from other shows (such as Dirty Laundry coming from the Never Have I Ever episode of Game Changer). My only gripe with the app is that it’s oddly difficult to discover new shows unless it happens to be highlighted on your landing page. I just happened to stumble into Total Forgiveness. I’d like to see a catalog tab with all the content available to scroll through. I didn’t dock a star because it is a newer service and a newer app, so there is time to improve. Plus the content far outweighs my complaint..Version: 7.303.1

I really enjoy drop outI love the cast of returning characters. I love dnd but I actually don’t watch a lot of the dnd things because it’s just abit to long for me . But I love game changer , make some noise , vip. All great shows and I’m excited to see where they go from here..Version: 8.500.1

Hilarity, Sincerity, & ClarityPros: Dimension 20 was the reason I got this subscription. That series alone is worth the price to me, but I’m also pleasantly surprised at the rest of their catalogue! Adventuring Academy is a veritable D&D How-To Masterclass, and it’s wild how much good info is included. And I had seen clips from their various game shows floating around the internet (Game Changer, Um Actually, Dirty Laundry, Make Some Noise, etc.) but nothing could have prepared me for the utter mischief and mayhem that happens in some of those episodes. The cast is delightful, daring, and dramatic. Their creative chemistry is super fun to witness. I adore the shout-outs and attention given to behind-the scenes crew members, with frequent episodes and shorts talking to them about how the programming gets made. The mobile app works great for me so far. Cons: The captions/subtitles for their older shows and episodes sometimes contain errors. Often it’s a small typo here and there, but occasionally, entire episodes will have persistent incorrect word transcriptions (usually for D&D-specific names or terminology). Also, the desktop website can mildly glitch at times, but those hitches have all been fixable by refreshing the page or going to the home page and re-clicking the episode I want to watch..Version: 8.101.1

Bored of TVDropout has provided over a year of entertainment, all higher in quality than the last season or show you watch before. Game Changer and Make Some Noise never miss, Dimension 20 has an extensive back catalogue, and there are always new things to watch. I’m so bored of the major streaming services releasing basically the same shows over and over again, so watching Dropout’s improv content keeps my brain occupied. Nice job team.Version: 8.402.1

Dropout is the bestGot it for dimension 20, but quickly fell in love with all of their other content. If you’re a fan of comedy at all you’ll find something to enjoy on dropout. ‘Game changer’ is a wildly hilarious improve game show that changes every game. I am blown away and laughing so hard at every episode of ‘Play it by ear’. ‘Um Actually’ is a fun and interesting nerdy trivia game that I could binge watch for hours. And then of course there is Dimension 20. Not to compare apples and oranges but it is the far superior DnD actual play. We all know what I’m comparing it to. The actors are amazing improve comedians that never struggle to RP. Every character they create in ever season is so well played. Every moment Brennan is at the table DMing I am blown away. If you don’t already know about dimension 20 and you’re interested in dropout for a different reason, awesome, but dimension 20 is the greatest show to have ever graced this earth and as long as it exists I will be a dropout subscriber..Version: 8.302.1

Love the dimension 20 crewSo far, over the span of 2 months I’ve watched “Escape from the Bloodkeep” , “A crown of Candy”, “Mice and Murder”, season one of “Adventurering Academy” and “ The Unsleeping City” I am currently on season two of The Unsleeping City and I can’t tell you how much all of your productions has helped me through my rough times. You’ve given me laughter when I’ve been down and heartfelt emotions when I’ve felt just numb inside. To Brennan and all the people at Dropout, my sincerest Thank you!.Version: 7.303.1

A must have subscriptionDropout is simply one of my most favourite streaming services. I have been a fan of collegehumor for years and I was devastated to hear that the majority of the cast and crew was let go recently. It is important that we support talented and funny story tellers, comedians and actors as the world is in desperate need of a good laugh. I will continue to support dropout as i am truly hoping that Sam Reich will be able to consolidate and save college humour. Each show is crafted in such a way with such enthusiasm and love that you can really tell that it was less like actors and performances and producers and directors but more like a family. Sam, Brennan, Andrew and those still remaining, know that you will always have my support till the end of days. Warmest wishes, Terry from Sydney.Version: 5.302

Quality HumourI’ve known the works of college humour since the days when they had the “huh” at the ends of the videos, and after leaving them for a good while to return to see Dimension 20 as a smash hit DnD liveplay (one of the greatest things I’ve ever had the luxury to enjoy), I’ve seen great growth and change, and it has been great. Their backlog of gameshows, podcasts, sketches and mockumentaries cover a spectrum of high brow and low brow humour that is insightful to the state of our world today. I hope to keep watching and seeing their continual growth as comedic artists..Version: 5.801.1

So much unique contentDropout has a unique type of content that can’t be found anywhere else, the perfect balance between youtube charm and big budget production!.Version: 8.500.1

Worth every penny! You guys. Netflix, Crave, AppleTV, all are more than this little monthly subscription and I constantly find myself returning to Dropout more often. I came for Dimension 20 and stayed for Game Changer, Total Forgiveness, Um Actually, and Dirty Laundry. Plus there’s a very sweet online community on Discord that lets me contribute to correcting captions. It’s worth it! You won’t regret it..Version: 8.500.1

Not enough credit that they deserveThis company is the model example of amazing content. Sam Reich is the CEO and an amazing personality who took a great idea and shared it with the world with the help of the amazing talents of so many people. I am personally a favourite of Brennan Lee Mulligan and his intrepid heroes who have breathed life into a modern medium of storytelling. They have profesionalised the ultimate contemporary medium of improv comedy and done what media conglomerates have failed to do, that is, to create content that is meaningful and engaging..Version: 8.500.1

Really well fleshed-out, 10/10 recommendI adore this app. It’s easy to use and the fact you can download episodes and play them audio-only has saved my sanity when I’m on long bus rides or unable to use my 3G..Version: 7.201.1

Money I feel good about spending in the capitalist hellscapeHonestly the best subscription I have at this point. Everyone other service is consolidating monopolies and upping prices and inserting commercials - all while taking off content so they don’t have to pay anyone. Just squeezing every bit of money they can out of people. Meanwhile, Dropout is just chillin’. They have a release schedule/program guide on Tumblr. They are fine with password sharing. They have have hundreds of hours of back content just waiting for you to dig into it (And that’s not even getting into the archived CollegeHumor stuff that it also available). I honestly thought I would check it out and unsubscribe after the first month. But now here I am slowly making my way through the D20 seasons and eagerly awaiting the next Gamechanger Episode (and also using what little self control I have not to buy a Boggy the Froggy plush). Good content. More than fair price. Feels less like paying for a CEO’s fourth house and more like crowdfunding the local comedy/theatre guild. 10/10.Version: 8.405.1

The best purchase of the year.I don’t tend to keep my subscriptions post the free trial section after I finish the three series that bought me to the site in the first place but Dropout won me over. It’s just Stupidly large amounts of really cool people doing cool things. I have fallen in love with probably at least half the cast and crew members- you can tell this is just the thing they love doing. I have become that person who recommends Dropout to everyone of my acquaintances who could possibly be interested in a subscription and many who aren’t. More pity them- they’re missing out..Version: 8.500.1

The best of College HumorSam is an absolute madman. I’ve been on the fence for a while but finally but the bullet and paid up. Game Changer is a blast, and Brennan and the rest of the Dimension 20 crew are amazing story weavers, and that’s just two series of the dozens available..Version: 8.500.1

Amazing!Honestly I got the app well after the subscription. I joined because my sister was always showing me the D20 stuff. I love dirty laundry, play it by ear, make some noise, game changer, um actually, breaking news. I love them all and the app is great. Obviously you need a subscription to DROPOUT to use the app but it’s just such a great place to put the more. I find it much easier looking for my things on the app that I do on my laptop. I dropped my Netflix subscription for this. I was using this way more and it’s so much cheaper..Version: 8.200.1

Content galore with a good app platformI’ve only been using for the past 3-4 weeks but I have progressively become more and more intrenched in the shows from CH and D20. It’s actually so funny and enjoyable, the writers and improv they do are top tier! It’s a lot of that content you think back and go “huh remember when snl was really funny” or “remember when the tonight show was just side splitting good” this is that! CH are on a roll :) also shout out to the chaos monkeys on the show, you know who you are and thank you for the incredible moments you make! the app platform is solid, it does mini-boxed windows for screen in screen, audio for lock, remembering durations, doesn’t crash, and the ui and search ability is great. It is taking over my use of any other streaming platforms at the moment. Also compared to twitch and others again it’s SUPER robust, they crash or have glitches constantly, this guy… so far so good!.Version: 8.302.1

The cosmic goats ring trueA fortnight ago at exactly 2:39 AM i was awoken by the deep ethereal ring of bells in my mind! My wife, lover and elder neighbour Ted couldn’t hear a thing and every night since I was awoken by there haunting chymes. Mad thoughts filled my mind and I was a breathe away from hard narcotics when I stumbled upon an ancient bilblical text written by the mad prophet that told of a great expanding of the mind and of its heralds the all knowing cosmic goats..Version: 8.010.1

I love Dropout!!I truly love Dropout so much, as a queer non-binary anarchist silly nerd it’s just everything I want and so delightful!! I subscribed a couple months ago for Dimension 20 but have since discovered the joys of Game Changer, Make Some Noise, Dirty Laundry, Paranoia, Um, Actually, Breaking News, and more :) Thank you so much for everything y’all do, I’ve never written an app review before but for you I’ll do it! I barely use other streaming services anymore, Dropout is the place to ge 😎 Thank you again! Sending aroha from Aotearoa xx.Version: 8.200.1

If only…If only the website version synced with the app (for keeping track of what’s been watched and how far thru a video is).Version: 7.502.1

Great AppSo in terms of content quality, the stuff is pretty funny at least from my perspective and there’s a good variety of comedy I’d say. In terms of content quantity, there’s definitely a lot of choices and it’s content spanning many years and many talented contributors. Finally in terms at least, in terms of app interface and what not, it’s a great app, at least from mobile where I use it, I love the auto play system of just playing even if the screen is turned off, although I would like it to keep playing the next episodes even when the screen is off, but it’s a non issue and it’s all preference, could be a setting implemented, and the majority of the navigated interface to me at least seems like a simpler version of Netflix, which is fine by me. Anyways final notes, College Humor is a great content provider in terms of comedy and quality content, and this app and service is really awesome and a great move on them, it does seem a bit unnecessary to have things listed as shows, then have the episodes listed under season 1, but there’s only 4 episodes like 2 mins each (Josh’s mindhouse) lol not really an issue just kinda funny, also weren’t there other episodes from that show posted on CH? They seem to be missing or maybe I’m just missing something, either way great stuff and I’m looking forward to the future of dropout..Version: 5.801.1

My favorite DnD group everSure, i 100% enjoy the rest of the comment ever. They have a great jeopardy styled show for nerds. One of favorites is one of their recent ones about coming up with musical songs on the spot with only knowing a small premise. The show that is a game show that changes how it works every session is super cool, but can sometimes have a slight miss when a premise is not as interesting, but the real reason this a 5 star review is the DnD sessions. Brennan Lee Mulligan is my favorite DM ever and is also super fun when playing a character. I have never been a big fan of Critical Role, because they are interesting, but move through their story way too slowly. If you are looking for an adventure with equal amounts combat and Roleplay. Players who expertly blend the two together and players who know how to make you laugh, cry, and cheer all on their acting, this is the adventure for you. It moves much quicker than Critical role and it is a great enjoyment to have in the background of as something to watch as your full entertainment. Without DnD on the site my ranking would be a 4 star at best, but the DnD is easily the best I have ever watched..Version: 8.010.1

Great service, great contentThe new redesign of the app makes the UI so much more user friendly and there is such a huge backlog of content, I am still finding great new shows.Version: 6.300.1

It somehow got even betterI’ve been a CH fan since the Hardly Working/Honest [blank] video days (some of which admittedly haven’t aged well but it was a different time). The content just continues to get better and better - the newer long format D&D content is exceptional, shows the real fun/creativity and humour of the genre without setting impossibly high standards for home games - I recommend them to my new players over Critical Role and other live play shows. The sketches remain brilliant, the newer game shows are a delight (Game Changer - Original Cast Recording, Make Some Noise, and any Breaking News with Amy Vorphal are some of my top picks. I also appreciate the cast and regular guests creativity, the consistent excellent humour, and their willingness to acknowledge their privilege and social issues, walk the walk on values and inclusivity, and learn over time. The website and app both work very smoothly and intuitively. I rarely review things but I genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say about this service/app. Absolutely subscribe..Version: 7.502.1

Love itWorks great! Can watch and use other apps.Version: 8.500.1

Genuinely the BestDropout has been hands down the number one best purchase I’ve made for entertainment in recent memory. The shows are always funny and entertaining, but also often heartwarming and thought-provoking. Their offerings range from daring, experimental concepts to familiar styles of show that nevertheless delight the viewer with a unique twist. They have an incredibly diverse cast and crew of funny, brave, and creative people. As a lot of people have said before, the value of what you get in quality far exceeds what they’re charging for a subscription cost. A lot of subscribers would pay more as it stands, but especially if that meant better pay/conditions for folks or the ability to bring more ideas to life (looking at you, Sam 😘). The app is great at what it does. Works well, no glitches, enabled for offline viewing, and syncs your content and viewing progress across devices (you can watch on your smart tv or computer too)..Version: 8.500.1

Brennen Lee MulliganBrennen alone is with the monthly price of dropout. such a creative and funny person. I’m a huge fan, whether it’s dming or improvisation game shows. he’s great. If you like dungeons are dragons I highly recommend Dimension 20, I truly believe it to be on the same level as Critical Role (it’s funnier imo and that’s what i like in a game, but they still can go to a deep emotional place when it’s time to be serious) Other shows like Game Changer, Dirty Laundry and Um Actually keeps me coming back at least weekly to binge watch any new content (and daily for certain shows hoping the new ones out already looking at you A Court of Fey & Flowers).Version: 7.621.1

I’m here for history in the making - and so should youOpen your gosh dang eyes peoples. This here is an app that in Lpe (Laughs per ep), doesn’t just rival other streaming services, annihilates them. Seen any of those other ones? Pfft! Jokers man. They wouldn’t know comedy if it poured protein powder directly into their faces twice. Stand up comedy specials? More like stand up and have me question why I started watching you for 20 minutes. Classic TV sitcoms? Boring, give me something new! New action movies? I got a stack of hard drives with the same premise on it, nothing is new about you Jason Statham. But with Dropout. Wow. What a world I have stumbled into. I almost considered suing them for having me enjoying myself too much! I just wasn’t used to it! Oh the laughs I had gave me stitches. The pain was just bearable enough to keep watching. Then another episode of Game Changer flicked on and boom, I’m crying. Thanks Jess for being the sweetest thing on the internet. Another show in, now I’m enthralled in this epic new world I have never even thought possible filled with action, political drama and sweet sweet revenge. ‘Sweet’ is a bit on the nose given that I was watching “A Crown Of Candy” but such action and conquest all the same. I could go on and on about changing shows and having yet another massive emotional burst (generally laughter) (oh the Noise Boys really do it for me) but you’ll have to experience it for yourself. Have fun intrepid heroes..Version: 8.500.1

The most bang for your buckDropput is singlehandedly the most worth it subscription to a streaming service. Everything is of such high quality and with such dedication to its individual show themes. I recommend getting Dropout to everyone I know, as you will most likely find SOMETHING from their extensive catalogue that you will love..Version: 8.010.1

Came for D20, stayed for everything else!I adore Dimension 20 and it was the reason I got Dropout in the first place- but I’m so glad I decided to browse around for more content. If you’re unsure about getting a Dropout subscription because you just want D20, here is some more content I’d like to shout out: Total Forgiveness- For when you want a reality show to take you on an emotional rollercoaster. It’s full of laughs as well as moments that will make you cry and cringe. It’s very real and very raw and so worth the watch. Tales from the closet- listening to such a diverse group of queer people is incredibly refreshing. It’s incredibly validating to hear about different LGBG experiences that don’t get shown in most media. Troopers- a super fun Star Wars spoof! A good easy watch, much akin to short shows that pop up on Netflix. Game Changer- a hilarious game show that switches up every episode. It’s incredibly entertaining and every cast member / contestant brings something to the table..Version: 5.801.1

Fantastic service, hours of entertainment (and I keep coming back for more)I’ve been an avid fan of Dimension 20 for about a year, and started branching out to other Dropout shows since, happy to have them all in one place and perfectly curated (personally I appreciate whomever was responsible for the catalogue of “Grant Shaming” and “Best of Brennan Lee Mulligan”, *chef kiss*), the variety of shows is vast and varied, the humor and drama on point, and I’m happy to have an ad-free viewing experience with little to no buffering that I can binge endlessly on my phone or desktop. In a wasteland of subscription services offering only a measly 10-20% of what I *actually* want to watch, Dropout is a breath of fresh air, collections of things I *actually* enjoy, from amazing talent and creativity to downright hilarious antics and chaotic play. I’m happy to say that this service is perfectly fit for me, a very satisfied and happy nerd who binges all the tasty campaigns late at night and busts a gut laughing with my partner at the comedy shows provided. Cheers all, great work 👏.Version: 7.502.1

I love dropoutI have a parasocial relationship with the whole cast and drop out in the only streaming service I’ve never even thought about cancelling.Version: 8.302.1

DropoutGood stuff, little weird that in the bonus episodes Sam just says slurs over and over for 30 minutes, but otherwise a very good time 8 penises out of 10.Version: 8.500.1

If you don’t have drop out do you even stream?By far the best streaming service! A family of entertaining beautiful people, dealing out high quality content that feels ethical to support. If I had to delete all the streaming services I have, dropout would be the one you would need to pry from my cold dead fingers. If you don’t have dropout tv, you are not being properly entertained..Version: 8.500.1

Best platformHands down the best streaming platform. Everything I watch is filled with creativity and fun, the cast are all phenomenal, Im so glad I'm here for the ride!.Version: 8.101.1

Incredible contentI recommend it all the time!.Version: 8.402.1

Love getting my nerd on with this content!I happy pay $5 a month to get my dnd and nerd fix! I love the comedy and genuinely hope Dropout continues its quality content :) Especially dnd!! Brennan’s fantastic energy and creativity inspired me to try my hand at DMing!! Thanks drop out team for keeping me entertained during lockdown!.Version: 5.610.1

Best streaming service I have!!Such genuinely creative and interesting shows on here with an easy interface to watch on my phone or cast on the tv.Version: 8.500.1

5 stars just for content aloneThe app can be a little finicky, and it's inconvenient that you can't remove videos from 'continue watching' even if you have seen them, it also doesn't insert the next episode of a series in continue, but it shows a line on the ones you've watched so you're never lost. The content is great, it works fine on iphone, ipad and browser. Thank you for keeping me company on my long hours at work!.Version: 8.200.1

Absolutely worth your whileThe app is well thought out with very few bugs. The content and the creators are worth your support..Version: 8.500.1

Love these weirdosDropout tv and the college humour cast of characters are Dino-mite!.Version: 8.500.1

My favourite streaming service!I joined dropout for the dimension 20 content, and stayed for all of the other dropout originals. Gamechanger is my partner and my favourite show to watch. We consume new episodes of that and Make Some Noise the moment they are released. Keep doing amazing work :).Version: 8.200.1

Home of Creative TTRPGI’ll be honest I only really use dropout to watch Dimension 20. I enjoy College Humour content but it’s not a channel I eagerly await for the next sketch. Dimension 20 immediately hooked me with its alternative tales to a game where it’s very easy to go the typical ‘we all meet up in a tavern and fight goblins’ tale. I’ve been part of many such games. Dimension 20 showed me that all the goofy and out there concepts I have for my own games that there is a player-base and audience for it. I could do another save the world from the dark lord story but now I feel comfortable doing a retro inspired sci fi tale in the style of Flash Gordon or 80’s Saturday morning cartoons like He Man complete with all the camp and wackiness that come with them and the laughs the players will have as they both immerse themselves and poke fun at it. Brennan has become my TTRPG guru..Version: 7.001.1

Great content, slick appVery much enjoy the Dimension 20 shows, but had struggled to find time to listen as podcasts in the background on my phone while travelling is the only time I get. This app form of the channel is just great, seamlessly switches from full screen video to a wee one in the corner then to audio only when I’m on the move, in a way that other apps make super glitchy. All round pleasure to use, and has allowed me to enjoy the full range of Dropout shows, even ones I’d not normally seek out..Version: 8.500.1

Great stuffD20, make some noise, game changer and total forgiveness are some great shows haven’t tried the rest though so got no clue about them.Version: 8.402.1

Awesome Downloads and Quality ContentStarted this subscription for Dimension 20 babyyy!! Love the download feature (I haven’t encountered an episode limit like Netflix and Stan have) and that the audio will still play when my phone is locked. Both of these features have been really awesome for commuting and having on in the background while I’m studying either at uni or home. The only thing that maybe isn’t 100% is the “continue watching” section isn’t always accurate and I’ll usually just have to remember what episode I’m up to, but other than that it’s been a really easy app to use and excellent quality content, I would highly recommend..Version: 5.701.1

Good streaming service almost everything is a bangerDownloading Dimension 20 from here to listen to has been fun..Version: 8.102.1

Amazing. Worth every penny.(Read the title, don’t make me repeat myself, just do it).Version: 8.500.1

Good Service, Phenomenal AppSo there’s two elements to this review, one for the Dropout service as a whole and another for the application. To handle the app first, it’s phenomenal. Load times are quick, content is organized well, and little QOL things like the mini player opening when I respond to a message or allowing the podcasts to play as audio only when I close my phone are absolutely wonderful. This was clearly designed by people who use it outside of the vacuum of a testing environment and I very much enjoy it. On a bigger note, Dropout is one of only two “micro” streaming services I subscribe to. I’ve been dismayed to watch big networks develop their own streaming services and take away what made streaming so useful in the first place, but Dropout feels different. I feel like I know who my (very reasonable, very small) subscription fee is going to: the creators I love and the people who help them make things. It’s stressful sometimes to feel like I can’t support every content creator I love, but contributing some small part to keep such an amazing team broadcasting is something of a salve to that. Cheers to the whole CH team, and here’s to many more stories to come..Version: 7.205.3

The Best Thing Out There (Not Kidding)I do not have time to write a long review and I’m not really sure what you’re meant to put in them, but these are the things I’ll say: - this streaming service and company is STUPIDLY good. They do not charge much, and they operate with kindness and decency always. I’m not one who usually trusts brands of any kind, but my guy, this one? Yes. - the quality of Literally Everything On Here? Are you freaking kidding me?? I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve been utterly spoilt for every other piece of media. Not kidding. Normal tv bores me now. When media is made by a diverse and passionate group of people, you can REALLY tell, and I’m ruined for everything else, and I’m very glad of it. - I’ve made multiple Real Life Friends through these shows, including one of the people I’m closest to in the world, and who I fully expect to still be nerding out with when we’re old and grey. - do you ever look at a job as an adult and go “oh I know what I want to be when I grow up” - I will never willingly unsubscribe from this. If I do, assume I’m dead or have gone off the grid - if you’re thinking about signing up for this lil guy, I wholeheartedly recommend you do, and I promise you will not regret it. (App vs website has little difference, I got the app so I can go on it on my tv. There are occasionally small bugs, but they’re fixed quickly or have simple solutions, I have zero complaints).Version: 8.500.1

100% Worth It!The Dropout app has so many good shows that are definitely worth the price of admission and the content has such a broad scope that even if you aren’t interested in D&D and Dimension 20 there’s definitely still things for you to enjoy. My brother and I watch Game Changer together (a game show where the game changes each ep) on the reg and we love it! I’d def also recommended Total Forgiveness and Um, Actually as well. There’s a ton of other great stuff on the app too including a lot of sketches that rlly made me laugh! If you’re thinking about getting dropout but haven’t decided yet, my advice is go for it!.Version: 6.300.1

Loving it!Number one platform my husband and I enjoy watching together. Texting Make Some Noise quotes is now a form of affectionate communication 😆😍.Version: 8.500.1

Dropout ReviewGreat value for money - tons of content already available and a stream of new content coming in every week. Found myself with a subscription primarily because of Dimension 20 but have found quite a few other shows that I thoroughly enjoy as well. Lots of talented people being given an opportunity to shine - seems like a wonderful community to work for..Version: 8.500.1

The last streaming service I pay forNetflix cancelled all of the shows I watched. I got massively burned out by Disney+. Living in the UK a whole bunch of streaming services just don’t get here. Dropout is the last streaming service that offers consistently high quality. Only shows like dimension 20 can get me to watch an entire season in 3 days. Love all that you guys gals and non-binary pals do. Keep being awesome!.Version: 8.405.1

OutstandingSubscribed for Dimension 20 and stayed for a community of humour, joy and camaraderie of what I can only describe as the DropOut community. The variety of shows with their all-star casts of comedians, actors and improv artists cater to all forms of silliness, intelligence and humour. Dimension 20 has had me giggling on my way to work before shedding a tear moments later with the hilarious and thoughtful cooperative storytelling of the cast and crew. Couldn’t recommend Dropout more..Version: 8.302.1

BestBest creators and company.Version: 8.500.1

So funnyWorth the cost.Version: 8.500.1

Dropout is the bestDropout is truly so incredibly fantastic in every aspect in every way. No censorship, no ads and quality production. You can tell that the content is genuinely cared for and the writers really love and tend to there ideas as if they were there on child. It is so refreshing to see that a platform truly cares for the shows, writers, production, actors, staff, artist and everyone else involved in the making of the content. I got dropout mainly for the Dimension 20 especially since some of my favorite actors and writers from old college humor videos were involved. But I started to watch some of the other videos and very easily got sucked into binging everything dropout had to offer. I am leaving this review for anyone who may have doubts about getting into this platform so I can say “it’s definitely worth it” but I am also leaving this review to let everyone who works for this amazing company to know they are doing amazing and I am so happy I can come home from a long day to relax, bust out laughing, and every now and then happy cry to the content that is crafted on this platform. Looooove yall ❤️❤️❤️.Version: 8.402.1

ObsessedThere’s not a single show on here I dislike. Game Changer is an all time favorite and a comfort show for me. My friends and I have watch parties for Play It By Ear. Honestly i’ve never really liked rewatching things over and over but with this website, I literally can’t stop. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with every cast and crew member and I show every new person I meet Total Forgiveness and Make Some Noise. Also I love the app. There’s an autoplay feature, I can download it on my Xbox, and no matter what you click on to watch it’ll be spectacular. I remember a lot of the actors (specifically Brennan) from back when I was in junior high and it’s so nice to know he and many other still make this wonderful, PC and inclusive yet still raunchy, content that has made me laugh through many years and even a pandemic. I wish them great luck in the writing strikes if they are a part of them and hope they come back with fair pay and the same great content!.Version: 8.302.1

AMAZINGI bought the subscription because I wanted to watch misfits and magic but I soon found all sorts of wonderful gems. I don’t necessarily like all of the episodes of game changers but the beauty of the show is how different each episode is from the last, they truly have something for everyone. So far noise boys is my favorite episode but the official cast recording is a very close second! Can’t express enough how funny this is! I also LOVE the fact that you can download episodes of the dnd campaigns because I work in a low data zone and so all day at work I can listen to an episode and not have to worry about buffering or quality. This subscription is worth so much more than I suspected and I love that. The only thing I would ask for would be for the video progress would track from device to device, as I like to watch on my computer and phone, when I switch I have to figure out where I left off and it can be tedious..Version: 8.200.1

Amazing content, app needs improvementThe content on dropout is unique and amazing. The regulars are talented in new and interesting ways. The app could be better. Some common features on other streaming apps would be welcome, double tap to rewind or fast forward..Version: 8.500.1

Best subscription I own!As the title states, it’s one of the cheapest and best subscriptions I own. There is constant media creation that never fails to make me laugh, it’s easy to use and navigate and the company looks after their staff and costumers. On top of that they genuinely care about the things they create, not just throwing out anything to make money. I joined Dropout to watch season 2 of Fantasy High (and maybe some other D20 shows if I felt up to it), but I stayed for everything else, from Game changer, to Dirty laundry, to Um Actually. Everything they produce is top notch, and the dropout and college humour cast are genuine and hilarious. The only criticism I have of the platform (and why I’m hesitant to give it 5 stars) is that there isn’t a large community on the app itself. If you join the dropout twitter page or discord you can hear from other fans of the show, but on the app itself you can’t share opinions, leave comments or talk to other people. However, they do market their other social medias to remedy that, but I would love to see comment sections on Dropout. Overall, I love this app and I’m fearsly loyal to Sam Reich and the rest of the dropout team..Version: 8.302.1

Great content, and the app has improved an already working baseFirst and foremost, I just like the content. Came for Dimension 20, stayed for the ridiculous game shows, Surprising News, and also Dimension 20 still. Like College Humor? Give it a shot, it’s literally that. The app has always been more reliable than most of the smaller streaming services I’ve tried. It utilizes the great video functions Apple has implemented, like Picture in Picture mode and playing the audio while the phone has been locked (Dimension 20 is fun to watch, but it’s not even close to being necessary when it’s time to walk the dog during episodes). That said, it has had minor issues I’ve run into. The players playlist has worked off and on, I have yet to get closed captions to work with Airplay (though casting to a chrome stick has working captions), and locking the screen meant pressing play AFTER it’s been locked to get it going. That said, I no longer have to manually play the videos on the screen lock! They’re making progress on an already (relatively) superior app, and staying on my list of “stop last” should subscriptions ever be an issue for my budget. Now if we can just get more Breaking News about Grant Anthony O’Brien, I’ll be satisfied..Version: 7.205.3

I am fond of this appOh boy, you're in for a real treat with this Dropout app review. Let me just start by saying that subscribing to Dropout was a life-changing decision for me. And by life-changing, I mean it made me laugh so hard I forgot about the crushing existential dread that looms over my every waking moment. The original series on the app are so hilarious, they almost make me forget that I'm a grown adult who still can't afford to buy avocado toast. Almost. But seriously, the "Um, Actually" series is the perfect show for people who enjoy correcting insignificant details about fictional universes. You know who you are. The best part about Dropout, in my humble opinion, is that there are no ads to interrupt my laughter. That's right, I can laugh until I'm gasping for air without any pesky commercials ruining my fun. In conclusion, if you're looking for an app that will distract you from the soul-crushing monotony of everyday life, then Dropout is the app for you. And if you don't like it, well, that's just too bad. But don't worry, I'm sure there's a humourless app out there that's more your speed..Version: 8.200.1

Love this so muchEvery show on here is so entertaining and new stuff is coming so often! I love college humour and dropout tv is truly my favourite place to watch shows. GO WATCH DIMENSION 20.Version: 8.500.1

Excellent app with great contentI’ve loved dropout content for years and only just bought the streaming service. I am enjoying it thouroughly. 😎👍.Version: 8.500.1

Independent fun close to heartI was hesitant in getting this service, as there are so many for entertainment already, but my friends speak very highly of it, and I didn’t want to keep waiting for Dimension 20 content. What si found outside of Dimension 20 is a lot of content made with heart, every show you have that sense that people like what they are creating and are invested in it. The price is very accessible and you know is going to a good cause, the dropout team is very transparent on their situations which just assures you of the purchase you made..Version: 8.402.1

It’s absolute fireGreat shows with great people. “Game changer”, “dimension 20” and “Um, actually” are amazing fantastic. It’s all made me laugh and cry, and I haven’t had too many crashes with the app. It plays when you lock your phone, and can continue playing when you exit the app which both a great. Why 5 stars? Why did you give your Uber driver who may have taken the longer way home 5 stars? Because it’s what we doin today’s society. I couldn’t think of a reason why it shouldn’t get 5 stars. These people are putting out great content and I’m glad they have adapted and continued..Version: 7.202.1

Number 1If I had to cancel all my subscription and only keep one it would be this one, no doubt. Very rarely does a platform make me want to watch all of its content and not just some. I have been here since dropout first came to be and I will stay until they stop putting out amazing content or I die whichever happens first 🤷🏼‍♀️ I watch while I study, clean or when I just need something fun to do and honestly dimension 20 has gotten me through some really challenging executive disfunction because it made the monotony of cleaning fun. I enjoy having make some noise and dirty laundry on when I’m organising my study notes because its engaging but I don’t need to actually watch and I can just enjoy the hilariously talented cast do their thing. If you are on a tight budget but are craving something entertaining this is the app for you!.Version: 8.500.1

Good contentMuch prefer this model of subscribing for entertainment; know where my money is going and I like supporting independent art..Version: 8.500.1

Wonderful! We just love dropout! It has many of our favorite shows..Version: 8.500.1

Perhaps the easiest subscription to justify of any subscriptionIts good, its cheap. no more words.Version: 8.500.1

I don’t usually leave reviews but Dropout is amazing.I tried Dropout after seeing clips of the GameChanger show on TikTok. I figured I’d do the free trial and binge the show I wanted, then cancel. I’ve now been a subscriber for multiple months. There is SO MUCH awesome and hilarious content. I’m now somehow into Dimension 20 (the DND show) when that never before seemed like something I’d be interested in. The amazing actors/comedians, great sets, and inclusive perspectives have been so enjoyable. The last point is important: as a queer person, I love seeing queer stories casually included. There’s also an effort to highlight racial, ethnic and neuro-diversity. Dropout is the cheapest streaming subscription I pay for, and my most used. Only constructive feedback: I’d love to be able to more easily delete/reorder shows in my “resume” list. Updating my review months later to say I’ve signed up for the annual subscription and it’s still my most used streaming service. Really really love this organization and this app..Version: 8.500.1

Fantastic new layout & optionsI love College Humor & the Dropout app, especially since the new version released and the layout is more like Netflix’s. It also allows for offline downloads which helps since I have some network deadspots on my daily commute. The overall content is fantastic! Dimension 20 is THE BEST SHOW OUT RIGHT NOW & that’s coming from someone who’s never played DnD and literally stumbled upon it one lazy Sunday. The Dropout app itself also encouraged me to watch shows I probably never would have. I’m so glad bc I found Drawfee is great to watch with my little nephew! Um Actually is a funny quiz show with TONS of awesome rotating guests and topics, resulting in fresh episodes every time. The show Game Changer is such a creative idea, the show literally changes every episode and the players don’t know what’s going on beforehand. Lastly, you’ve of course got access to a great discord community (now international!) Mband it cost less than two cups of coffee while supporting the company and the content creators. What more could you want for something so funny, pure, and untouched by big greedy corporations haha!.Version: 7.204.1

Great Content, Decent AppDo your heart a favour and watch Game Changer! A great range of content from some very talented, intelligent and funny people. The app has some minor issues with resuming an episode after being closed for an extended period of time, but I’d rather have the initial reload fail and direct me back to a menu for a second try (which DOES work) than have the episode resume from the wrong moment like in some other services. Very satisfied overall.Version: 8.500.1

FantasticBest streaming service, in my opinion, even when compared to giants like Netflix, I’d much rather watch an episode of Dimension 20 or Dirty Laundry. I was hesitant at first to watch D20, because I’m wasn’t into dungeons and dragons, but you don’t have to be, Brennan explains it in such a welcoming way, and makes campaigns that are super engaging. If you’re thinking about it, get it, it’s so cheap compared to all the other streaming services, and so much better!!.Version: 8.302.1

Just Fantastic!!Awesome how Brennan and the cast at Dimension 20 make tabletop RPGs so exciting to watch! Ive fallen i love with the storytelling, world-building and character interaction an honestly refresh the app until i see new episodes release! I have finished every single one of the d20 Stories, and crave more!!!.Version: 7.205.2

Best subscription serviceDropout brings me soo much joy, I have the best parasocial relationships with these people who know nothing about me.Version: 8.402.1

Home of Great ShowsI did like many others first come to this app through dimension 20 despite it being advertised by other content creators on the app that I enjoy. Yet through this I have found a variety of shows that I’ve come to love and eagerly await new episodes for. I would highly recommend giving the app a chance and watching some of the content that you may not have originally downloaded it for as shows like game changer and um actually have changed my experience and view of the app as a whole..Version: 7.205.2

Watching D20 has ruined my ability to do workGreat streaming service! Recently got rid of Netflix after the account sharing thing and so started really digging into the dropout shows (especially d20). Realised the catalogue they have is superb and only bigger and better things to come. As a longtime fan Really impressed with how the college humour lot have turned it around and this app is a credit to them.Version: 8.402.1

The best streaming serviceCreating new original entertainment, while being an ethical and inclusive company. I will be a dropout subscriber for life even if I stop watching..Version: 8.405.1

Best streaming service!Dropout is literally the best investment I’ve ever made. The shows have completely taken over my life and I essentially don’t watch anything else. The range of tv shows is actually insane, and enjoy everything with the whole family! My only slight gripe is with the phone app itself. When chrome casting to my tv, the app can do some weird things. If watching on tv, download the tv app if you can..Version: 8.200.1

Almost Flawless Streaming Service ExperienceThe experience I’ve had overall with the :Dropout: App has been lots of positivity, with a few rare sprinkles of technical difficulties. In interest of fairness, I’m not sure if that is my device or the app itself, however, and they are so minuscule that I can rectify the problem and continue to watch relatively unbothered. One example is that I might pause what I am watching and change tabs on my phone to another application, but when I return, the video has closed itself or maybe soft-crashed. The most trouble I’ve had was a result of my attempt to switch tabs with another streaming service that shall remain nameless. Other than these examples, the app runs exceptionally smoothly, the shows have entertained me relentlessly and assisted me in calming and/or distracting myself from things that I am too overloaded to deal with. I have enjoyed and shall keep enjoying Dropout for the foreseeable future..Version: 8.500.1

Love the content, video player is lackingLove all the content on here especially dimension 20 But I have some problems with the video player, it works and runs well but having the button in the middle of the screen and no gestures or double tap ability is quite tiresome. Also this only applies to a small amount of people, most likely why it hasn't been thought of, but I use a keyboard and there is absolutely no support for the arrow keys or space bar for play/pause or skip ahead 10s. Not sure how hard it would be to implement but would be greatly appreciated..Version: 7.001.1

So Much LoveCame for the Dimension 20, stayed for everything else. Everything is made with so much love for the content as much as each other, and it’s palpable. The app itself has so many thoughtful little features, like videos shrinking to a minimizable mini-window when leaving the app, full closed-captions on all content, audio-only versions of the D&D stuff, and so much more!.Version: 8.500.1

It’s great and I want more!Honestly college humor is one of my favorite channels and I live dropout, sometimes it can be a little weird when navigating, but I love watching Dimension 20, Adventuring Party, Um Actually and all the shows, I also really appreciate the ability to download episodes to watch later, and that I can watch it while checking other apps as the video just pops out. The only problem may be that sometimes after downloading an episode it loads for an annoyingly long time..Version: 8.402.1

College humor became something new!!Okay we all know that drop out has been around for a while, and I know college humor has been around for a while longer than that still. I’ve found that bits, the humorous skits done in like 2-5 minute formats never did it for me; I appreciated the writing but that’s it. Drop out has been absolutely transformative to the cast, and to me. Candid moments of comedians really using their voice in game show format, open talk/dialogue format, live-action game formats… incredible. I love actually knowing the cast vs the characters they play. I actually started on “Dimension 20” to get my daily dose of D&D but found myself wandering. I have quite literally had to run to the bathroom after certain “breaking news” segments, I lost my mind over a now-famous Brennan dialogue on “game changer”, my mind has been blown over nerds just being nerds on “um, actually”. I live for the well handled and good natured gossip on “dirty laundry”. This format is superior in terms of making me laugh beyond the spooky skits in the older stuff they have. This is brilliant, in my opinion, and I’ll continue to recommend. 💚.Version: 8.010.1

Great app, great showsI initially started subscribing to dropout to watch game changers but fell in love with their many shows, especially dimension20. The app itself functions as expected if you’ve used other streaming platforms, and i’ve never had any problems. I’m on ipad and the app can be used in split-screen and minimised to be watched as you’re using other applications. In my opinion it’s well worth the money and i’ve been subscribed for many months with no plan to unsubscribe..Version: 8.402.1

Goated Streaming PlatformHaving an enjoyable and interesting cast that have great chemistry with each other makes every series they make such a joy to watch and laugh at :).Version: 8.500.1

Long time fanBeen a fan of College Humor for years, finally decided to check out Dropout. I’ve just been binging their content for the last few days, it’s been awesome. Update: still love Dropout, it gives me something to look forward to each week and every other week too, endlessly rewatchable..Version: 8.301.1

“Try Guys is for white people who can’t afford a Dropout subscription”I got a yearly subscription for my 18th birthday and I literally haven’t found a series that I haven’t enjoyed. Everything is made to such a high standard and the new shows (shout out VIP) just keep getting better. The cast is always FLAWLESS and it’s always entertaining to see the different dynamics play out on screen. So excited for an Ify season of Um Actually, and FH:JY is a welcome surprise for someone who fell in love with Dropout for Fantasy High. All shows have closed captions to varying levels of accuracy, and I love to see all of the they’s that I instantly fall for as a they/them who has just stumbled into a gold mine of LGBTQIA+ people to admire..Version: 8.405.1

Great contentI originally got the app for the D20 content, but the other shows like dirty laundry, game changer and um actually got me hooked. The app makes it easy to go back to previous watches and suggests new shows I could watch from their range..Version: 8.302.1

A hidden gemI subscribed after watching some Game Changer shorts, expecting it to be a mediocre streaming platform. I honestly expected to hate it and I was so so wrong. I’ve watched a number of different shows and I love it all. It’s great to see a team that clearly puts a lot of work and love into all their projects. There are constant laugh out loud moments, and every show I find is unique and entertaining. Still not started on Dimension 20 but I already know I am going to love it. If you are looking for a Netflix replacement, probably not what you want. But for some causal fun Dropout is perfect..Version: 7.621.1

Great contentAll of its really fun and great, the content is fun and all the cast have great chemistry with one another. Personal fav is game changer and ones where Grant has a bad time but in the fun way..Version: 8.500.1

Short form comedy showing us how it’s done!I can’t express enough just how much I love this app, and the shows that it provides. Sam has truly built something special here, and I look forward to everything they have planned for the future. If you are looking to just turn off from the outside world, and actually enjoy something genuine for once this is the place to be. In short dropout is a community of regulars that perform various shows for us, and all of them are as good as each other. The catalog is only getting bigger as well, so now is the time to get bingeing!!!.Version: 8.405.1

Cheap and Infinitely RewatchableDespite the low price for the subscription, the shows are incredible and have me hook. Dimension 20 is one of the best actual plays I’ve seen, dirty laundry is HILARIOUS, and game changer is a good high concept game show..Version: 8.302.1

Absolutely incredibleThe setup makes it easy to find content that I’m interested in and makes it even easier to re-find content/episodes that I have already started watching. If there’s specific content I’m interested in watching many times over I can add it to a device-specific library with just a tap, so if I want to watch D&D on my phone but want to watch all the improv and animated content on my TV, I have no need to use the extremely helpful recently watched to find a series’ name;) I can’t forget to mention the fact that new content is constantly being created and added because everything new is very well promoted and presented separately from other categories at the top of the homepage only under the more relevant(at least for me) recently watched list. It’s a great app with a wide scope of entertainment and quite literally the only one that I have where I feel that it’s more than worth paying for! I’m extremely satisfied and love the creativity of the creators..Version: 8.405.1

Best streaming I buyHonestly, I could not spend my money more wisely. If you think about how laughter affects your serotonin and dopamine levels. This subscription is giving me more enjoyment than just about any other. The cast are wonderful. Game changers is the best game show ever made, and dimension 20 tell stories that will make you laugh and cry..Version: 8.500.1

Worth every centDimension 20 is out there producing the best role playing content ever created and we get to watch it as much as we like for the minuscule sum of five bucks a month. That is a stupendous bargain in any currency, and if you don’t believe me, TRY IT for a month and see for yourself. Hell, you don’t even have to spend any money trying it since there’s a free trial period, so you literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain. And I promise you, after you watch your first episode of the Unsleeping City or Fantasy High or any of the hugely creative RPG campaigns available, you’ll kick yourself for not subscribing sooner. Oh and PS, once you’re done with Dimension 20, remember that there are dozens of other fun, funny, fantastic shows in the catalogue. All for just five measly bucks, unbelievable..Version: 8.302.1

Dropout more like drop...in.. dropwin... drop... it’s real good.Dropout is like Netflix but without the searching for hours trying to figure out what to watch because it is all quality content. Dropout is like Netflix and chill but without the chill because I am really lonely and I only have Umm actually, Game changer and Dimension 20 to keep me company while I cry from laughter from the hilarity and sadness because of the reaping solidarity that encompasses my every waking breath... The CH shorts are funny too. Five tears out of Five..Version: 5.801.1

Much more than just Dimension 20Signed up for Dimension 20 but honestly there are tons of great shows. In the latest episode of game changers they literally put on an entirely improvised musical. The amount of care that goes into the shows produced on this app is insane. I mean the sign up fee is worth it for Dimension 20 alone, some of the best DnD content on the internet but make sure to check out some of the other shows aswell. You might be suprised, and they often share a lot of our favourite cast members..Version: 7.205.2

I’ve loved dropout ever sinceThe app itself is so streamlined! and the content is just phenomenal. it’s all the best parts of collegehumor (og humor) and new plus recurring cast members that just make their content so genuinely enjoyable..Version: 8.500.1

Top quality content for a fair price.Dropout has the some of the best comedians and writers alike doing amazing work. Dimension 20 is the crown jewel, with amazing D&D related content. Honestly, even if you aren’t a fan of D&D I would still recommend it. It’s a type of entertainment that is unique for this level of production value, because no one knows exactly what will happen next. Since the comedy is truly unscripted, it gives a natural feel that I haven’t found anywhere else. The main content library is also fantastic. “Gamechanger” is always good, and while replicating the chemistry of the Noiseboys is impossible, “Make Some Noise” is a solid continuation of a great concept. I love this platform, not just because the content is good, but because they stand for something in the industry. It’s a streaming service that’s fair for its consumers and employees, which is something I respect. At like 6 dollars a month, it’s an amazing investment that I couldn’t recommend enough..Version: 8.402.1

Babe, where to even beginI wish there were more stars even though a 100% rating is still a 100% rating regardless I just wish there were more stars to give. I can barely describe dropout, there's a show for everyone with people that you'll love and if you somehow *don't* think there's a show you'll love then it'll be a nice surprise when there is - plus the whole thing is great value for money. I joined for Um, Actually and stayed for literally everything else (still including U,A of course), the content is endless and always top quality. I somehow haven't even mentioned yet that it's hilarious, most of these people are comedians and they're great at what they do, if they're not comedians they're incredible creatives and artists and just seem like they're having a good time. Lads, if these are the sort of people you want to support just grab a subscription and get on in there. You'll be all the better for it. If Dropout only has 100 fans I'm one of them, if it only has 10 fans I'm one of them, if it only has ONE fan it's ME, and if it has no fans I'm dead. Peace out x.Version: 8.402.1

Great App for an awesome streaming service! The Dropout App is an awesome extension of Dropout Tv. I’ve enjoyed my entire experience with it so far and am looking forward to future updates. If you already have a Dropout subscription definitely worth getting the app and if you were thinking of getting one the app is a huge plus to the whole package 👍.Version: 7.204.1

Worth the money !Awesome app, great content, I reckon I end up using it more than the rest of my streaming services !.Version: 8.200.1

Fantastic team spirit in every showEveryone is so fantastically great at playing, singing, or goofing off together in all of the different series that I feel like the casts themselves are always all on the same wavelength a lot of the time, and that wavelength is specifically one that wants to do their utmost best in cheering us (the audience) up, or teaching us something new, or filling our time with sparkles and light. They always seem so open and welcoming in every show, that it warms my heart! I really appreciate everyone in the cast and crew for all that they do! (And that even the crew get involved at times, even though they are normally off-screen!) Thank you so much!.Version: 7.621.1

I’ve never felt better supporting a creative endeavor!Every show on the Dropout network is binge-able, hilarious, heartwarming or everything at once! Everyone’s support for each other translates through the screen and it’s such a delight to see. I, personally, am exhausted with the direction that popular streaming services have gone. Refreshingly, Dropout listens to its viewers and continues to persevere despite so many road bumps. At almost every turn, Dropout has been duped by unreliable investors and larger companies. This team and Sam Reich himself have continued to give us amazing content that matured with them throughout the years and I’m eternally grateful for that. Their shows offer amazing and GENUINE representation without feeling like some creative director felt forced to include minorities. I absolutely adore seeing so many people that look like me or identify like me and are given the same platform and acclaim as everyone else. Comedy and storytelling are the great equalizers and Dropout does it right. But, after all of that, it’s really the uplifting and honest content that keeps me engaged and dedicated to this network. I subscribed to Dropout as soon as I could and I will continue to support them. $5.99/m is such a small price to pay for how much I enjoy their shows. P.S. Dropout, if y’all ever make a Patreon, I’m grateful enough to have the expendable funds to support you even more..Version: 8.010.1

Literally the only streaming service I likeFirst of all, the price is magnificent! They’re always running deals so I got my whole first year for like less than 1/3 the cost of Netflix for a year, and I can genuinely say I watch everything on here! Dimension 20 has some of the most thoughtful storytelling I’ve ever come across! The actors list is repeated through a lot of the shows so you really grow to adore everyone’s sense of humor and storytelling; they also do a great job of bringing in new talent that is always funny and so warm, bringing a great sense of freshness to everything! I literally have only one request (and it just proves how much I love what they put out) PLEASE GIVE US ANOTHER SEASON OF FANTASY HIGH, I MISS IT SO MUCH!!! I didn’t know I would love this as much as I do but a year and a half later I still watch something everyday and I couldn’t be happier to support a group of people whose passion, vision and talent I believe in. Truly some wonderful actors and storytellers; thank you to everyone involved in DropOut (both in front of the camera and behind it) all of your hard work, your dedication and your incredible determination is so treasured by so many of us<3.Version: 8.302.1

The only 5 star reviews I leave are for friendsAnd with Dropout, that’s what I get. Friends. Wether it be Erika perched on something, Sam having a jolly time paying people to be able to mess with them, Jacob being the true DM but meaning deep and meaningful or Grant flirting up a storm, I know I can count on the Dropout team to get me through tough times………..but please fix it so subtitles carry over to the next episode and I don’t have to put them on every time!.Version: 8.402.1

How did I get here?I don’t know how this happened. I actually don’t know if I’m in a place yet to talk about it. But the app asked me if I was enjoying it and I felt it was disrespectful not to answer. Especially after everything we’ve been through. But then it had a follow up question about if I wanted to leave a review…. I mean, how am I supposed to say that I’m enjoying the app and then NOT leave a review!? If I was really enjoying the app… wouldn’t leaving a review be easy!?!?!? You’d think!!!!! But no!!!! Instead of just the star ratings, they have a spot available for A TITLE OF MY REVIEW!!!!! Like I’m creating a blog exposing how many hours of my life I’ve devoted to watching (and rewatching) shows on dropout. Well, if you want a blog style review, you’ll get it. That includes the unnecessary information of where I grew up and human interaction that got me here. Or maybe, it’s the lack of human interaction…. I mean, why DO I have enough free time to watch every episode of Dimension 20? And why do I have more memories with Ally playing her makeshift game of mafia/imposter than I do with friends strolling the streets with PSL’s? Have I become so much of a hermit that I find company in only that of a streaming service like Dropout? It’s a lot to think about. Oh…. I guess Dropouts fine. I like the laughing and jokes. I left one star for you guys to reach for, but you’re doing pretty good..Version: 7.202.1

EssentialThe only streaming service worth paying for. I signed up for Dimension 20, then fell in love with all of their other programming, especially Game Changer and Very Important People. The degree of comedy and improvisational talent they have on Dropout is unmatched by any other streaming service. More importantly, I trust that they treat their employees well, pay their contractors fairly, act in solidarity with workers unions, and genuinely care about their audience. They’re a professional workplace but also a community, and you feel that in the heart of each show and the trust the performers and hosts have for each other. They are hilarious without being cruel (except to Brennan and Grant). For as long as Dropout is independent (hopefully forever) I’ll be a subscriber!.Version: 8.405.1

Worth itExcellent app, excellent service, never have issues with crashing out (like many other smaller streaming apps) The only thing that could improve is a double tap to rewind/fast forward 10 seconds as sometimes I miss things and it’s a pain to use the slider and sometimes I accidentally skip too far, currently the double tap is set to zoom. Highly recommend the service, and the app.Version: 6.020.1

Best value streaming serviceLike a lot of people I signed up for Dungeons and Drag Queens, not planning on keeping the subscription. Turns out Dropout is better value than any other streaming service I’ve tried. I’ve yet to watch anything that I haven’t enjoyed. Yes other platforms have a higher number of shows but if only 10% of those shows are to my tastes and then half of those aren’t good, then I’m not getting much for my money. So I’m keeping Dropout and cancelling one or two other subscriptions..Version: 8.402.1

Funniest app and funniest people on the planet!!I love dropout so much! Me and my gf watch together regularly and it’s just non stop laughing the entire time 😂😂 Fav show: Play it by Ear. 2nd Fav: Game Changer. Feature Request to the devs: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add the ability to comment on episodes!! I really would love to be able to leave comments and see other fans reactions..Version: 8.200.1

Worth every pennyDrop out is literally the one steaming service where I know for a fact every penny I spend goes directly to content I enjoy and that is based in creativity and humor. I love supporting the casts and crew and I know for a fact that there is no trying to overcharge your and undersell you, everything from dropout is always the best they can make it and extremely high quality for the low monthly payment. I’m also a d20 fiend and will gladly spend 100 dollars a month just to watch those little nerds..Version: 8.010.1

A Platform I Have No Qualms Paying ForI truly do feel that there’s something for everyone on Dropout. And you can tell that the motivation behind it is to make content people can enjoy, and a passion for creativity. 10/10 would recommend..Version: 8.500.1

Mediocre app for top-notch contentThe Dropout team consistently produces some of the greatest content ever to have graced the internet. If you’re looking for something to make you laugh, think, and/or cry, (but mostly laugh) look no further! With what must be months worth of runtime already, with more added each week, there’s enough to last at least a couple of years, and at most, the time until you shuffle off this mortal coil and join the choir invisible. That being said, the UX is not great on either the web or iOS app versions. The search function isn’t particularly “function”al, though it could be with the right application of LLM semantic search using vector embeddings of the content. E.g., “The part with Chungledown Bim” should return not only the episode in question, but the matching timestamps as well. The closed captions accessibility settings aren’t particularly accessible either, needing to set the typeface (incorrectly labeled as “fonts”), size, color, opacity, etc. every time I open the app. To explain the 5-star rating: It’s to get more people in on the content, which, in the end, is what you’re paying for. If you love Dropout already, then you’re probably not looking at reviews before getting the app. However, if you’re the kind of person who isn’t already familiar with CollegeHumor/Dropout and maybe looks at reviews to decide which subscription is worth the money, then this review is for you, and so is the subscription..Version: 8.402.1

Great Content, Okay AppFantastic content, but the app is a little buggy. For example, I can’t scroll down when selecting playback speed. This keeps me from being able to select 2x speed on the iPhone vs iPad. The highest I can go is 1.5. Navigation and tagging could be better when searching for content..Version: 8.500.1

Dropout? Now I like THATHey - so we’re all the same here. We like our content. We like consuming our content. And this? Boy, let me tell you. This app? Gosh. It’s like- whoa! You’re seriously just gonna give me everything I want? You’re not even kidding me? You’re gonna let me listen to the audio of the video even when the phone screen isn’t even on?? You’re gonna let me be doing picture-in-picture? You’re gonna have all the content laid out in an intuitive way? You’re gonna have all the settings available with no frills and no fancy animations that slow down the interface? No josh? It really blows your hair back. That’s what I’ll say, is that it really blows your hair back. Is it perfect? No? Is it better than it needs to be? Yeah. Could it use a mini-player within the app? Yeah. Does the lack of that ruin the experience for me? No. Overall, two thumbs skyward, baby. Dropout you wily minx you’ve done it again. Be good, that is..Version: 8.302.1

Best thing everGot it while I had covid and is the best decision I’ve made! So much content, lovably staff and cast! I’m not even a fan of dnd, but dimension 20 has a dragon size grip on me right now! Honestly quality content, for an affordable price! Best decision I’ve made.Version: 8.101.1

W streaming serviceContent 10/10.Version: 8.500.1

Great TRPG content + some other funniesBrennan Lee Mulligan’s Dimension 20 is absolutely brilliant and there’s such a great backlog of content to catch up on. I also have been really enjoying Um, Actually and Game Changer for something to just chill out and watch. Subscription is really reasonably priced and the app itself is pretty easy to navigate. I also really like that you can pin the video so that you can keep watching whilst using other apps too..Version: 7.205.1

Great app and content but issues with ChromecastGreat app, I love the content! Easy to use, it also lets you download episodes you might want to see offline. My only issue is that the app has some issues with the Chromecast: sometimes it does not advance to the next video automatically, other times it forgets about the Chromecast and starts a new stream on the phone (with one already running on the cast). Apart from these small issues, no complaints!.Version: 8.402.1

The best subscriptionGreat price and great content! What else is there to say?.Version: 8.500.1

The best streaming app out there!Everything put out on dropout is incredible, even the shows that aren’t my cup of tea are super high quality and have exceptionally talented casts. I initially joined for the dungeons and dragons content but the other shows (especially Game Changer and Um Actually) make this my favourite streaming app. Everything works great, easy to navigate and having the pop-out picture-in-picture is perfect for me to have running whilst I’m working on other things on my iPad..Version: 8.405.1

Great continuation of college humourWhere you a fan of College humour back in the day? If so Droput brings back some of that old fashioned college humour goodness back with some real cool shows. My favourite is the DND actually play show Dimension 20. The DM Brennan Lee Muligan is great at world building, story telling and the voice he can do will leave you in stitches. 10/10 would recommend..Version: 5.302.2

Quality ContentIn this day and age where there’s a streaming service for everything which ironically destroys people’s wish to subscribe this is the only service I regularly come back to and love to support. I had to contact them about a small issue when I signed up and they were great and fixed the issue without complaint too, so bonus..Version: 8.402.1

The streaming platform I didn’t know I neededI watched CollegeHumor all throughout my years at university, and was disappointed to see its slow decline and apparent tragic death. Then out of nowhere they shared an episode of Game Changer and I subscribed, immediately, hungry to see more. Little did I know I would cancel my other streaming platforms and devote my entire evenings to this wholesome content. I love Dropout and I can’t wait to see what comes next!.Version: 8.500.1

Came for D20 and stayed.I signed up during quarantine to binge all the Dimension20 I couldn’t get otherwise, I’ve watched everything now and looking forward to more. Really nice to be able to save these shows on my device to watch later as well. In the meantime I’ve also found Breaking News, Um, Actually and Game Changer to brighten up my days in these dark times. I love Tales from the Closet too and I’ve listened to that on podcast when I’m out and about. I work in an centre for the arts so it’s not been possible for me to work or see friends for months now so to hear these conversations and feel a sense of queer community from this show has been so good. Also, I’m just getting the hang of Discord, on which Dropout seems to have a really cool, active community to join if you sign up. But yeah, the Dropout app is really good and I use it a lot now..Version: 5.903.1

Just greatThere’s more than just Dimension20 . Game changer, its spin-offs, and Umm actually are great also! The user interface is pretty decent too. A hearty 5 stars from me..Version: 8.402.1

Dropout is truly the best!I’m a fairly new subscriber in order to watch the new Dimension 20 shows, and aside from the incredible quality of the productions and the amazing way the entire dropout platform is run to benefit viewers and their employees, the app itself is truly great. Very accurately remembers where you left off with videos and good chrome casting which have let me down on other video platforms, never had any bugs, videos have great captions, good layout, simple to navigate, really been enjoying it!.Version: 8.500.1

Unmissable comedyI’ve had Dropout for several days now after being a fan of CH for a few years. I’m mad at myself for taking this long to get it as I’ve only scraped the surface of their content and already found some of my favourite online shows. Game changer is consistently hilarious and ridiculously good fun, Total Forgiveness features some of the most horrible things I’ve ever seen people do to each other. Then there’s countless seasons of D&D play throughs, Um Actually, plus all their classic sketches in one convenient place. If anyone is not sure about subscribing, I urge you to do so because unlike other streaming services, there’s not just one or two interesting things here. It’s all amazing..Version: 6.020.1

It’s too good.If it wasn’t for Sam and his Merry band of Theydies and Gentlethems I don’t think I’d know how to get myself up in the morning. I no longer know how to live without my weekly dose. I can’t shower without them in the background. My cat won’t eat without the beautiful sound of Sam’s voice lulling her into a sense of safety… I no longer know if… if I can please my lover without my weekly pep talk… Send help. (There, I fixed the autofill) But fr, I love these folks. There is no better content for those who love people, equality and kindness. Thank you Dropout. You’ve earned a permanent warm place in my monthly payment budget. And will forever have a home in my “entertainment” app folder..Version: 8.500.1

Fantastic contentI’ve mostly got dropout for Dimension 20 and Drawfee (up until they left), D20 is well worth paying for the app in itself for any Dungeon and Dragons fan. It’s got my laughing until I cry, and I usually have it on while I paint. There are lots of other shows that are awesome too, I highly suggest “Worth It”(if you can stomach extremely uncomfortable social situations and bees) and “Game Changer” is usually great. The app itself is easy to navigate, looks good, runs perfect, videos play outside of the app and when your phone is off. All round great app. Videos run well on poor connection as well, which helps a lot!.Version: 7.205.3

It’s great, but…I absolutely love the creators, the content, and everything in the app. The app itself I have a bit of issues with. I would be watching a video and every 5ish minutes, it would spontaneously kick me out of the app. But when I click back in it, it would take me back to the Home Screen and in the “resume” section, the video would not be where I was when I was kicked out. And I’ve noticed that when I fast forward in a video, it does kick me out faster. Also the downloading feature is a little annoying. Is there a way for it to download in the background and do other things on my phone so I don’t have to keep it on the download page and wait for it to fully download before I can leave? Because when I leave and come back, it goes back to zero. And tie it in with the “getting kicked out often” problem and it’s just a touch annoying! Otherwise, love the creators and content!! Love collegehumour/dropout as a community!! So respectful and loving and supportive! As well as the drama, competitiveness, and fun twists! Love seeing all that!.Version: 8.200.1

Great Content They Care AboutThis is probably the only streaming platform I've subscribed to that cares more about what they produce instead of the money they make. Everything I've watched is entertaining, looks great and the cast on screen are all so charismatic. Unlike platforms like Netflix, I'm overwhelmed with options I'm actually interested in.Version: 8.200.1

They’ve hit the goldilocks zone of entertainmentI feel like Dropout has really nailed their spot in the market: they’ve got enough variety to keep me entertained without getting bored, releasing shows with enough frequency to stop me from loosing interest, but not too much at a time, so I don’t feel swamped and there’s no feeling like they’ve chosen quantity over quality.Version: 8.500.1

Worth every penny and multiple rewatches. Multiple profiles please! The subscription is so worth it given the quality of content and the frequent updating schedule. The newer shows like Make Some Noise and Dirty Laundry are great additions to the shows on the CH network, letting those gems from Game Changer shine through. A small complaint (though it’s hardly a complaint) is the lack of profiles under an account. It’s not a huge problem because the update schedule of shows is consistent and easy to follow, but if you share an account with another person it can be hard to keep track of what you have watched, especially from the back catalog of shows. Similarly, it’s a little frustrating that the web browser and app aren’t synchronized, so my account doesn’t register what has been watched if it was done through a computer. These are very minor and don’t take away from the overall quality of the app and service and it has never been a problem beyond a minor inconvenience. I’ve been a dropout subscriber for nearly a year now and this is, by far, the most worth-while subscription for any streaming service I have. That’s partly due to the great content but also to be introduced to great creatives and comedians through the service..Version: 8.101.1

Funny?Funny.Version: 8.500.1

Best investment yet!!I downloaded dropout a couple of months ago, I’ve been stuck at home for 8 months and felt I’ve watch everything there is nothing left. Then I kept seeing clips on Instagram and tik tok and thought it looked interesting and gave it a try. Oh my goodness I haven’t watched anything else since. I’ve watched almost every Dimension 20 campaign, nothing makes me laugh harder than game changer does. It truly some of the best, most enjoyable, most inclusive media I’ve ever come across and cannot wait to see what’s still to come.Version: 8.301.1

Um actually, dropout is amazing!Originally signed up to watch misfits and magic with the 3 day trial and now have so many many more shows that I love watching! Plus Brennan Lee Mulligan is worth the price of admission alone!.Version: 7.202.1

Come for D20, stay for everything elseFilled to the brim with content from then, now, and forever, dropout is easily one of the best bang for buck streaming services in the currently over saturated market..Version: 6.300.1

Best streaming service I haveJust gotta say that almost every video that gets put out on dropout is a banger, sure they don’t have as many things as Netflix or Disney + but unlike them everything in dropout is great..Version: 8.010.1

New FavoriteI wanted to say a huge thank you to all the CollegeHumor family for all of the effort they put in. I was looking for something to watch with the WGA strike that wouldn’t go against their current goals, and it didn’t take long to download and try Dropout TV. I had seen clips on social media and always found myself laughing, sharing them with family/friends and ultimately wanting more. I started the trial and after the first few times of sitting down and watching, I knew this was going to be my main source of entertainment. If your looking for lighthearted and funny shows to watch I’d recommend game changer for sure. Now if you’re like me and also have more dice than you know you should, you’ll love dimension 20. I have yet to watch a season where I wasn’t pulled into the story. I may have started watching Dropout with different motives, but the content they produce will keep me here and always looking out for the next episodes. Much love and congratulations on 5 long years!.Version: 8.302.1

One of if not the best indie streaming platformsTheir comedy shows are great and their long running seasonal TTRPG show has maybe the best production of any other live play even from the beginning. The app is great when I wanna watch an episode of D20 on the tv or share the other shows with friends when hanging out being able to cast to pretty much everything I’ve tried. Great service and great app!.Version: 8.402.1

So goodDimension 20 is an absolute banger! And game changer is just so much fun!.Version: 8.500.1

Highly highly recommendEdit: after MONTHS of using the app and absolutely loving every bit of content, I still highly recommend the app and the subscription! Just do it! The only change to the app I’d like is being able to remove videos from the recently watched section. I don’t know whether to review the app or Dropout and it’s shows, but both are worth it! The show lineup is excellent. I purchased my Dropout subscription because of my love for Dimension 20 and Game Changer, but I have grown to love their other shows (like Dirty Laundry and Um, Actually) as well! From the impeccable improv, to the hilarious and well rounded actors/talent the subscription is just worth it. They bring quality content with joy and heart. I don’t know how to better convince you! Just do it! The app itself is quite intuitive. It is easy to find everything, from old College Humor videos to the new Dropout catalog. I love the “pop out” feature, so you can still watch the video while you reply to a text or, if you’re neurodivergent like me, looking up information on your favorite cast members and finding all the series in which they appear (lol). Again, highly recommend..Version: 8.302.1

Saved my lifeThe title sounds dramatic, and it is. It is not literally true dropout saved my life, but it sure feels like it. The last two years of my life have been really dark. I won’t bore you with the details. But know that the College Humor family really helped me through this time. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I do. I started with a free trial, deleted it and thought I wouldn’t be back. I’m glad I did. You ever just need a good laugh? Or to drift away in a good story? Watch some episodes of Game Changer. Or immerse yourself in some of Brennan’s ridiculous lore in Dimension 20. There is something for everyone here. (Almost everyone. Just don’t let Grant scare you away with his extremely crude humor. He’s a good egg really) The app does need some polish. The UI is not as good as it could be. But these guys don’t have the budget of Netflix. Start a free trial if you have one available. If not, flip these great people a few bucks to try it out for a few months. You won’t regret it..Version: 8.010.1

Great ContentLove the app, very easy app to use- you can downloaded episodes/seasons but you have to turn off your data otherwise it’ll still use up your internet. Huge range of content and I love the content- even when I don’t there’s plenty of other options to choose from. It’s not one of those apps that showcase the best clips on social media and the rest is boring- it stays funny. The cast is hilarious and the varied perspectives improve the shows. I also like knowing that they seem a decent company so (hopefully) their employees are treated fairly. Dropout doesn’t have an app on the playstation store which is frustrating for me as it’s the only way I can watch it large screen unfortunately..Version: 8.402.1

A great service, worth all the money.I used to vaguely enjoy college humour, and then I started getting recommended D20 clips which I binged and thoroughly enjoyed and I finally caved after a month or two and got dropout. It is one of the best decisions I ever made. It has a fantastic collection of shows for a whole range of people, D20 hooked me in but Umm Actually, Dirty Laundry and Game Changer got me to stay. My literally only gripe is that I often watch it in the small frame while I play on my phone and whenever an episode of something ends, I have to manually change it instead of it defaulting to the next episode in line or the next recommended show/clip which is a little frustrating but it’s a negative drop in the ocean of good stuff..Version: 7.702.1

Love4 stars as I think there are some kinks that could be worked out in regards to casting (subtitles don’t always pop up, sometimes the app will not process that you’ve watched the episode if you’re casting so I think I’m further behind in a series than I actually am etc). Other than that, worth the money to watch great people be great at their jobs!.Version: 8.101.1

Top Notch contentAbsolutely top notch content, everything is a hit, no misses. For the price you’re paying? Worth every dollar dime and penny..Version: 8.402.1

Cure for lifeThis app has single-handedly lifted me out of the abyss. I no longer wake up each morning and ask myself why. Instead I shoot out of bed and look to see when the next shows will drop. Oh? New dimension twenty episode this Wednesday? What? Only one week until a new game changer special? Drag queens? Ally Beardsley?? I’m set for life lady’s and gentlemen, boys and girls, they’s and them’s, and everyone in-between, I beckon you to tap your finger upon the download button and bare witness to the endless sea of content touched by the gods that will be in store for you. (Please note, that I am not a licensed therapist and any claims made by myself were made from the standpoint of a mentally questionable individual who has a real passion for fashio- drop out.. and while having access the to golden content lying behind a small pay wall has helped me a great deal, I encourage you all to give it a try but also seek professional therapy seeing as how that’s probably the best route to go.).Version: 8.302.1

The best subscription I’ve ever hadI discovered Dropout via Tiktok after coming across so many Gamechanger and Um Actually clips. I fully expected to cancel- I don’t watch a lot of TV because the pandemic fried my ability to watch long series. I was surprised by how quickly my husband I watched all of Gamechanger, then Breaking News and others. Watching Dropout TV content is so consistently satisfying and pleasurable. I love that the content is explicit without being disgusting; it proudly showcases and uplifts LGBTQ+/POC talent; the humor is edgy without being offensive; and it seems like a project of love from the entire cast and crew. The comedians are all seemingly friends with one another, making the dynamics feel all the more fun and genuine. The episode “don’t cry” in season 5 was beautiful- a game show episode put on as a ruse for a whole community to show love to a comedian/writer who had been having a hard time. Dropout is “adult” TV at its best- it swears, makes dirty jokes, is hilarious, and has a whole lot of heart..Version: 8.200.1

SuggestionI haven’t signed up yet but I’m planning to soon. I’m giving 5 stars because I know I like the content already from the previews and want to support the cast because they were laid off. :( I’d just suggest a configuration that works with my iPad. At the moment, the formatting is stuck in portrait and is smaller than the size of my screen, typical of apps only configured to phones. If this were to be improved (I have no idea how that tech works) I’d be happy to hand over an annual sub!.Version: 1.1.114

Perfect Streaming Service.Great UI, great content (D20, Game Changer, and Paranoia are my favourites). What’s not to love? My only real annoyance is the device limit, but I totally understand why that’s in place..Version: 8.101.1

Worth itThe only streaming service I’m actually willing to pay for myself. While the app itself could use some ease of use improvements (continue watching often bugs out a bit, the show closes out instead of auto starting a new episode during Picture in Picture viewing, etc), the shows make it by and far worth it. Series like Total Forgiveness and Dimension 20 draw you in and keep your attention, while game shows like Game Changer and Um, Actually are the perfect to play in the background or for casual viewing during tv dinner or while chilling with friends. And since most of the shows share the same actors, you get to see the people you quickly come to adore in all different settings. The hosts are all wonderful, and the content is continuously improving and expanding. The only thing that would improve these shows is getting to watch them in Crumbley Square Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts..Version: 7.205.3

Genuinely my favourite paid streaming serviceI have been subscribed to Dropout for a few years now (at least since Dimension 20: Fantasy High season 1) and I can honestly say they’ve created and continue to host some of my absolute favourite shows (Game Changer being one of them). I docked them one star simply because I can find the app’s user interface a little annoying at times when it comes to navigating between episodes of a show while watching it. Honestly I would only dock half a star for that it I were able to though. Overall I highly recommend checking it out and definitely giving Game Changer a watch!.Version: 8.102.1

Fantastic contentLove it! Everyone should watch all of Dimension 20..Version: 8.500.1

AwesomeApp works flawlessly on my iPhone 6+...Love college humor! dropout takes it to the next level...and allows the comedians to be more creative without the worry of You Tube demonetizing their work. I friken love it!!!.Version: 1.1.66

Well worth the fee but app has issuesI came for Dimension 20 and that’s been keeping me going for months but I know there’s so much more on there that will keep me coming back. That said, the app has so many issues. The PiP player treats the video like it’s a live stream so if it loses connection it keeps going and you skip a bunch. It also does that thing where if you Lock Screen it pauses so you have to press play again. Speaking of annoying pauses, for some reason it often pauses if you change orientation and if you come back to it later you may find that the resume episode is a completely different episode that you finished watching ages ago so you always have to go find the episode you were on manually. While we’re here, the player doesn’t have a roll back a few seconds function, which is a problem when you have series that average two hours an episode. In that case I go PiP and use the iOS back 15 seconds function but it’s annoying. And finally, I know there’s discord and Reddit but I’ve not been able to go to any of them because it’ll be full of spoilers. It would be nice to have a comments section on each video, especially considering BLM’s catch phrase.Version: 7.205.3

The only streaming company I trustI’ve cancelled all my subscriptions. Netflix? Never heard of it. Disney? Disgusting. It’s just Dropout all day every day. There’s mountains of good content to get through. There’s so many flavours of good comedy, and if that’s not for you, Dimension 20 is the best DND show I’ve watched. And if THATS not for you there’s so many other shows that are made with a lot of love and by a lot of clever people. I trust that Dropout isn’t exploiting a captive audience for profit, like every other major streaming service. I trust Sam Reich and I feel like everyone at Dropout really cares for their audience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s an affordable price for a fantastic service. Make Some Noise and Game Changer are also (in my opinion) the best shows i’ve seen in years, always new and exciting. I’ve watched the noise boys episodes hundreds of times over when i’m feeling down. I don’t think this review could be any more glowing. I truly cannot think of any issues I have with it!.Version: 8.402.1

An absolute gemWhile I mostly use Dropout for Dimension 20 content, there isn’t a program on here that I can’t get lost in. The writers and performers for College Humor are some of the top talent I have in a long time. Their content is original, and I appreciate the inclusivity of it all. The streaming is wonderful on mobile, and it even lets you have the mini-screen which is lovely. The only complaint I could make, if I had to, would be about not having a queue. It’s annoying to have to find what episode of what series I’m on when my XBox cuts out. I’d love to have a “recently watching” or something so that I didn’t have to go digging to find where I was. It’s also a pain when switching between platforms, because it doesn’t always save my place, and then I run into the same problem plus the additional inconvenience of maybe or maybe not being about to fast forward to where I was. Again. Minor complaints. All in all—love the platform, love the funny people, and love Dimension 20. Y’all are amazing! Keep it up..Version: 7.205.2

Favourite streaming appSo much diverse content, great scheduling and cast. I can’t ever get enough of dropout. I’m often switching between what shows I want to want, never stuck to one series or genre..Version: 8.102.1

They really pulled it offIt’s genuinely inspiring that not only is the college humour crew still around after being basically shut down and sold off, but that they’ve bounced back with one of the best streaming services out there and that they are making some of the best comedy they ever have. Game changer and make some noise are must watches.Version: 8.402.1

Just pay the $5So yeah, its basically college humor, that thing that used to be kind of funny sometimes and absolutely free until facebook lied about the potential of their new streaming service and conned them and a bunch of other media companies into making a huge bet on facebook and investing all of their efforts into the facebook feed, only to be swindled millions of dollars when facebook revealed that the goal was never to actually engage artists with audiences but to just keep people on facebook while taking an oversized share of the ad revenue… so anyway college humor went bankrupt right as they were hitting their stride and it was a huge shame because the writing and performances had really matured, but luckily the former president of college humor, Sam Reich, (fun fact- if you're wondering who that delightful old man on tik tok, who is always proselytizing Keynesian economic reform is..: he’s sam’s dad, Robert Reich! … and Clinton’s former labor secretary… remember the 90’s!? good times) anyway sam used some of that sweet sweet Clinton money and bought out most of the IP and started dropout, and for just $5 a month you can enjoy all their zany adventures! Is it worth $5? If you know what Keynesian economics is then you absolutely have $5 to burn each month you ivy leaguer, and you can rest assured that it is supporting artists who would otherwise be that barista who is kind of funny sometimes when they’ve remember to take their antidepressants.Version: 7.001.2

Great app with awesome contentLove the app and the content you guys push out very entertaining and worth the small subscription fee. One small feature request I would like to ask is making it possible to queue up to download episodes more than one at a time (such as to download an entire season/the entire show), would be great for wanting to watch a show while you won’t have access to internet and not risk missing an episode while downloading each one by themselves).Version: 8.302.1

The best streaming service available but crosse platform viewing history needs workLove the app for all its core features except in its resume. If i stop watching on my pc then go to the app and stream to my chrome cast the app still thinks the last thing i watched was from three days earlier probably on my roku tv. Its a frustrating feature that it gets really confused by. Sometimes the website know but the app definitely never knows.Version: 8.500.1

Worth itWorth every penny.Version: 8.500.1

Great price for how much content you getThis app is fantastic if you’re looking for a lot of really well made, long-form content. All of the Dimension 20 seasons are on here, which already makes it more than worth it, but you also get great shows like Um, Actually, Game Changer, and dozens of others. Not to mention all the classic college humour skits are on here, and all of it can be downloaded for (as far as I can tell) pretty much as long as you want. Also, thriving discord, lots of hype for new episodes of things. I’m a big fan of this app..Version: 7.205.2

Best streaming service out there!I started using Dropout to watch my favourite dnd show Dimension 20 and that slowly devolved into me watching other shows provided on dropout like Game Changer and Dirty Laundry. That’s when it became apparent that this is the best streaming service out there. The amount of content on there for the price is amazing. I never plan to cancel my subscription, it’s that great..Version: 8.102.1

AMAZINGI love ALL of the dropout content, especially make some noise and dimension 20! Its not the price of a cup of coffee tho in Australia which is eh for the amount of content. but quality over quantity its so incredible and brings me so much joy. I love it so much. side note: a little contrast improvement/ visual accessibility ie audio description would go a long way. Anyway, this is just my constructive criticisms, ill keep paying because its so funny and entertaining and im obsessed..Version: 8.302.1

Well-Worth the monthly/yearly fee!Hours upon hours of fantastic content! From actual play ttrpg, game show to even comedy action series! Truely a fantastic company with even better employees! Idols I would love to meet, I aspire to create even a half of the fantastic art they have cultivated on dropout! I find myself using the app and website everyday, if not at least every second day! Always something new to watch or binge! Fantastic community for some of the shows that branch out to interactive spaces on places like reddit and tumblr. Fantastic creation that still has so much more to come, a deep vein of potential that I’m sure is being tapped into by the great minds that create the shows!.Version: 7.303.1

I'm in Love With Sam ReichDear Sam Reich, I am in love with you. You give sassy dad vibes, and I really dig that funky lifestyle. I think you and your Dropout friends/crew are all very funny and should be immortal. If you can't be immortal, than I think you should at least live for a very long time because you are so awesome. Looking forward to admiring your beard and funky sassy dad vibes in the next seasons of Game Changer and Make Some Noise. Sending a virtual hug (only one) <3.Version: 8.500.1

Good price for great contentI feel like every other person who gets started on Dropout because of Dimension 20, and that’s probably because I am. I watched Fantasy High and Unsleeping City for free on YT, and when Crown of Candy came out, and they didn’t release all the episodes, my inability to wait made an impulse purchase to 3 free months of Dropout. Almost a year later, I am happily paying for it each month. Outside of the D20 content, there are fantastic skits and episodic shows that don’t get old, and part of that is probably because the actors look like they are having fun too. Although I’ve watched most of the content, I still rewatch videos and series, and even use them to fall asleep now. I would not be surprised if I am at least 30% of the views on “A Game Most Changed”. TL;DR, I recommend..Version: 8.302.1

The best streaming serviceMy partner and I are big fans of the world of shows and personalities that Dropout supports/represents. We started out seeing clips of shows like Game Changer, Um Actually, and D20 on TikTok before subscribing a few years ago and now this is my favourite place to go for new shows to watch. We look forward to every new episode of Game Changer, D20, Make Some Noise, Very Important People, etc. and can’t wait to see what new shows Sam and the gang come up with. The atmosphere and camaraderie between the contestants and actors makes every show really fun and enjoyable, and it’s nice to know that such great, funny people have a place to make their ideas a reality and share them with people who can appreciate them. I hope Dropout keeps getting more popular so they can continue to experiment and never stop making new seasons of Game Changer. 🙌.Version: 8.500.1

Drop in to Dropout! This is a good streaming service, a bit more niche than the big one and you can be sure that your subscription money goes to hard working artists and comedians who deserve it. So many great shows - Dimension 20 is a real stand out, and I’m personally very fond of Game Changer and Um, Actually, as well as the chaotic magic of Paranoia. If you’re not already in love with the core cast from the old CollegeHumor days, give them a chance and it’s only a matter of time..Version: 7.205.3

Simply incredibleYou don’t see many streaming services with consistently good original show but Dropout does and it does it well, if I could give more stars I would..Version: 8.405.1

Incredible! Fantastic!I love dropout so much! The content is great, hilarious, and unique! My favourites are Um, Actually, and Game Changer, although I have a lot of friends who’s fav is Dimension 20, in any of its iterations. In terms of the app, there are really only two things I would change – 1, the video player won’t stay full screen if you tilt your device to portrait mode, instead rotating with your device; and 2, the subtitles have to be turned on for each video individually, and don’t remember the settings from previous times you’ve set them. Wonderful subscription service, I hope you keep it up for many years to come!.Version: 8.010.1

A fabulous serviceDropout is my favourite subscription service. It has many fabulous shows, the app is easy to use, the interface makes sense and I like the colour scheme. I also love that there is audio only episodes, which are great to have on while I’m at work. I enjoy dropout so much that even in months where I’m not using it as much, for whatever reason, I continue paying my subscription because I’m sure it goes to the continued good work of the creators. All in all, a great streaming experience which I fully endorse..Version: 8.500.1

Loving it!I’ve always liked college humor but had resisted paying for dropout as I almost never pay for these types of subscriptions. But I started to see clips of their “shorts” on YT and just had to see their full musical Game Changer episode (which was fantastic). This led me to dive into the rest of Game Changer, Um Actually, and Troopers, and led me to discover a new obsession in Dimension 20. I’ve never had an interest in D&D but the story telling, character development, and improv are phenomenal. The addition of great sets and music also add that extra touch to pull me into the story and open me to the greatness of D&D. I doubt I’ll ever play it (well, we’ll see), but I will certainly watch all of D20 and will definitely check out things like Critical Role after. So far I am also enjoying how the app operates. No ads are always great, but I also like I can downsize the screen and open other apps as I’m watching. I can also exit out of the video entirely and just listen - which is great when I need to drive but am too hooked on D20 to pause it for so long. In short, I must thank Dropout for making me laugh in all their shows as well as finding me a new love in Dimension 20 and D&D in general..Version: 7.621.1

My everyday go-toI use this app pretty much every day. The amount of high-quality content that College Humor produces is completely nuts, considering the cost and that they allow sharing accounts. Literally Netflix could never. As an actor/writer, you can clearly see the love that every single person on this show has for the arts (particularly improv!), and it makes so much of a difference. These are very experienced and talented artists doing work that they love, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with the art that they produce..Version: 8.010.1

Supporting the cast and crew is worth it.I don't even play DND and I'm still not entirely sure what all the mechanics are, but Dimension 20 ALONE is worth the subscription. All the flourishes of the art/tech crew combined with the GM's great storytelling and the fun dynamics of the party are all put together with so much love. There's been plenty of times I had to rewind because a moment was so good I wanted to watch it again. Game Changer and Um, Actually are also very fun and creative. I haven't explored all of the other original shows and content yet, but they're probably good too. With the writers' strike at the moment and the current state of the industry/streaming services stifling quality in favor of safe mediocracy (and also not fairly paying the crew), it is nice to have an entertainment subscription that isn't going to some faceless massive corporation. They seem like they're having fun and they're making great stuff, I want them to be able to continue with higher budgets..Version: 8.200.1

Great contentConsistently entertaining content.Version: 8.500.1

Best ever!Highly recommended for anyone who wants a quality content from incredibly talented and creative people.Version: 8.402.1

100% Go For It!I was a little weary at first about another subscription - but MAN O MAN - ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! The content, the everything - absolutely amazing. If you’ve seen the shorts of them before - imagine that but for an entire 30 minutes. Also - only just discovered what the whole company & crew have been through - absolute props to everyone (and Sam!) - you all rock! <3.Version: 7.205.3

Great contentLove the content on dropout and the new version of the app is so easy to use 💕worth every dollar just for dimension 20.Version: 6.300.1

Awesome layoutGreat app, layout is super intuitive and it’s very easy to find the stuff you’re looking for. I like the way all the recently watched stuff stays at the top of the dash so you can scroll through easily. I have found the downloading icon to be a little confusing sometimes (sort of difficult to track downloading progress) but that’s equally likely to be user error on my part. Super cool app design!.Version: 7.502.1

Better Than CableI grew up when you could flip on the TV and coast to networks that made one maybe two of your favorite shows (whatever genre). I miss those days. I feel that today we are asked to subscribe to those same networks with the one to two shows we like to watch. So we end up paying for multiple subscriptions to apps thus spending mind numbing amounts of money yearly. Dropout has saved me from spending mind numbing money to the various networks. It has my fix for talk shows, sci-fi, mystery, game shows, and it keeps growing. Demension 20 ALONE will give you a plethora of genres and diverse experiences that entertain for hours. I personally have listened to some seasons four times from start to finish and I catch new stuff every time. To top it off the new seasons push the boundaries even more which begs for being listened to at least a second time. If you have any love for game shows then you need to at least try this for a month for GameChanger. Sam Reich and the team over there have been revolutionizing the Gam Show Genre. Just watch the Battle Royal, Escape the Green Room, and any season episode titled Sam says and see if you are not signing up for the year subscription!.Version: 8.402.1

DropoutDropout is a great app, it provides a variety of entertaining things to watch for a very reasonable rate and actually pays it’s workers without a months long strike (unlike other brands.).Version: 8.402.1

Great content!Lots of great exclusives that I watch as they come out. Wish there was an easier way to look through the different shows, and for some reason it’s hard to click on a show and it to just pick up from the episode I left from, I have to search through all of them and remember which ones I’ve seen manually. But other than that I’m so glad to be able to watch this high quality stuff from the CH guys..Version: 5.302.2

Decent streaming app, excellent contentIt feels good to support a smaller streaming company, and Dropout TV with their awesome, original content has been a great choice for me so far. The app has some unintuitive navigation/UX stuff, but it makes up for it by being straight forward, not locked-down (able to listen while the phone is locked, no ads to wait through, no problems swapping between app and website), and hosting awesome shows. A downside for SOME people might be that a large portion of their content is RPG shows, which isn’t for everyone. But they are entertaining, and even if you they aren’t your type there are also several other novel shows I’m enjoying like Game Changer and Breaking News. I’m still pretty new to the streaming service so hope to find more as I browse! I bought the year and haven’t regretted it, but I recommend the service to anyone for at least a couple months..Version: 8.101.1

Great app, great content but some minor bugsAll the content I’ve watched so far has been amazing and I don’t regret paying for my subscription at all. But there are a couple bugs/weird little things about the app that don’t work properly or don’t really make sense. For example, the continue watching feature doesn’t work across platforms (you’re not able to quickly access shows you’re in the middle of watching) however you’re still able to continue by finding the show and individual episode and pressing play there. But sometimes the point I’m up to in the episode also doesn’t sync properly between platforms. Also, changing the playback speed kind of un-syncs the audio from the video, which is kind of annoying for 2 hour long d20 episodes when I want to watch on 1.25x. It’s not super annoying, it’s about a half-second delay between the audio and video but it’s definitely noticeable. Finally, there is an option to enable/disable background audio but it doesn’t actually do anything, it doesn’t let you play your own audio in the background, and it doesn’t seem to change the audio of the show itself, so I’m unsure as to what it actually does. Maybe I just haven’t watched a show that used that feature yet. If that’s the case, perhaps removing that button when it doesn’t do anything for that show will encourage more understanding and usage of the feature in the future..Version: 8.500.1

Best Streaming Service10/10 phenomenal, the best streaming service in the biz, best content all around.Version: 8.500.1

Genuinely the best streaming service out thereIt’s just good, all of it..Version: 8.500.1

Great app for a great streaming service!I was skeptical about paying for a Dropout subscription. I didn’t think it would be worth it, but the content from Dimension20, Game Changer and Um, Actually is just so entertaining week after week. The app works really well, it lets you play it when the phone is locked so you can just listen to it like a podcast, and it’s very reliable. I highly recommend the app and the subscription service!.Version: 7.205.3

Love you, miss you CHDimension 20 alone is a good enough reason to get on here, and they’ve got so much more. The newest season of Breaking News is an absolute godsend in these trying times and Um, Actually is perfect mixture of fun and fascinating. Hook it to my veins!.Version: 8.302.1

Pleasantly Surprised. Well organized, good features, great shows!I, like many I know, got Dropout purely for Dimension 20, but I’m actually very pleased with the app itself. It’s very easy to find whatever you want, has great varied folders for different types of watching experiences (like adding the Adventuring Party after episodes of D20 instead of having to change folders every time), and the shows besides D20 are not only hilarious and fun, but also just a great successor to College Humor and it’s great to see the cast move onto something better. It’s very clear that Sam Reich cares deeply about his friends, colleagues, coworkers, and subordinates through all the behind the scenes footage and on-screen inclusion of off-screen work in their products. It’s nice to see a company that seems to genuinely care about their people instead of the normal soulless ness of other streaming platforms. Three months into my subscription and I have no plans on cancelling soon!.Version: 8.402.1

Fantastic appContent is great, the app itself works like a dream. Casts everytime, and appreciate that you can turn the screen off on your phone and have the audio still play..Version: 8.101.1

So worth itAbsolutely love the service, the price is worth it for just dimension 20 and everything else is just is just icing on the cake. I find myself watching everything multiple times it’s that good. They’re constantly uploading content (even now during hard times) and I’ve never been disappointed with it- some of my favourites are: dimension 20 (obviously, along with all the side content like adventuring part), um actually (super fun to geek out to), total forgiveness (really fun and surprisingly emotional), tales from the closest (so refreshing and true to the queer experience), game changer (just outrageous fun), all the sketches and more. Plus they’re constantly improving their platform and the customer services are super helpful (needed their help when they merged the international version). Overall an amazing service..Version: 7.502.1

Immaculate nerdy( but not just nerdy) contentThis streaming platform is at this point my most frequented source of media. Every piece of content is so fun and entertaining, I love everything and everyone involved. It’s a nerdy and hilarious platform that feels like the perfect curation. I signed up for Dimension 20 content mostly but found myself watching everything fervently. If you want a good laugh (and sometimes even a good cry) this is truly the place for it. I honesty can’t give enough praise, pretty much everyone I know has heard me talk their ears off about how much I love Dropout. I have never had so much fun watching anything on any other platform. And I think it’s the cheapest streaming service I’m subscribed to with encouragement (via Twitter 2/1/23) to share passwords and let friends enjoy their content. Netflix could never. Much love to Dropout as the functionality of their app. And much encouragement to others to delve into anything they make..Version: 8.405.1

Worth every penny.I don’t typically leave reviews on services I use. In fact, I could, if my memory weren’t so terrible, confidently say I’ve left less than 15 reviews on anything in my life. That being said, without receiving a pop-up or any kind of obstructive design to prompt me, I leave this five star review. While I have only used :DROPOUT to watch a few shows so far (D20 beloved) I can comment on the excellent quality of the interface. It also comes with Picture-In-Picture capability and continues playing audio when your device is turned off. I doubt this is the full range of features, and even so I haven’t encountered any bugs or errors. It also helped ease my nearly lifelong depression! I fully recommend this app, subscription, and service in it’s entirety. And that’s not even because I’m starting to form a parasocial relationship with :DROPOUT. Edit: I wrote this review years ago, and eventually got distracted with life and school, leading to my disuse of the app. Now that I am in a position to rest for once in my life, I have redownloaded the app and restarted the subscription. I see all of the potential paths of my life laid out before me like railroad tracks that I cannot deviate from. :DROPOUT helps alleviate this existential anguish significantly. If I could give six stars, I would. TL;DR Great service, worth every penny and more..Version: 8.500.1

Don’t get Netflix, get this and other things I’m pretty sure(I don’t pay for my streaming services so I have no clue about pricing, but I’m guessing that’s true).Version: 8.500.1

DropoutThe only streaming service I pay for. Worth every penny.Version: 8.500.1

Amazing amazing amazingHas so much content to watch that I don’t think you’d ever get sick of it, every show has quality writing and always makes me laugh..Version: 8.200.1

Brilliant content but…So many amazing shows that have me laughing every time I watch, highlights being dimension 20, Game Changer and Make some noise. However the app itself sometimes closes by itself and sometimes it doesn’t save where I was watching last so I have to scroll through the timeline and guess where I was. Sometimes it is hard to navigate through but overall these are minor complaints compared to my enjoyment of dropout..Version: 8.010.1

Amazing content at a great priceHonestly, bang for your buck, one of the best streaming services out there, bar none. Get on it, nerds..Version: 8.500.1

Best streaming serviceDropout TV, on top of providing a plethora of amazing entertainment, also seems to prioritise it’s consumers. As a broke student, I only subscribe to streaming services occasionally for binge sessions. Dropout understands that target audience, and sends emails to remind of upcoming automatic renewals so that cancellations can be made if that wasn’t in the months budget, which I really appreciate. Additionally, I was even granted a free month at one stage, which was wonderful. 10/10 service and content, would and have recommended!!.Version: 7.702.1

Do ItI debated on subscribing for a while so if you’re in the same boat listen to me and just get it, such a small price for such an amazing catalog of content.Version: 8.500.1

An Absolutely Delightful ExperienceAs a long-time fan of CollegeHumor and Dimension 20, I was always faced with the conundrum of whether I should pay for a whole streaming service of its content. For those unwilling to read the rest of this review, the short answer is very much so yes. Dropout contains without exaggeration some of the most creative content on the entire internet. A bold claim, perhaps, but one that I fully believe. Shows like Game Changer, Make Some Noise, Dirty Laundry, etc, all individually could charge me to view and I would still do so. Having such a diverse range of content on what is, compared to the big streaming services, a small budget, is nothing short of miraculous. Many companies could take a page or two dozen from Sam and his team's work. The money I have spent on Dropout has left me fulfilled and entertained. I recommend it to anyone, even if they aren't already fans of the content on it..Version: 8.200.1

Absolutely great worth, and brilliant contentFor how expensive a lot of streaming services are nowadays, and how many perks they put behind paywalls, it’s a lovely thing to find a new place of entertainment! For that low price of like £5.50 a month, you get all the ad-free content, and can download episodes for offline use! The app is great, and designed really well and efficiently. The content itself is fantastic!! So many shows, and a very talented set of cast and crew to make each show great. Can’t wait to watch it all!.Version: 8.500.1

Awesome streaming service!!Dropout is such a great streaming platform. I’m so glad I ended up subscribing! I originally did it just so I could watch Dimension 20, but I’ve since then discovered so many other cool original shows. Definitely worth it!!.Version: 8.102.1

The best value for any streaming service. In terms of content vs. price value, there is no better streaming service by far. So many funny, well-produced shows and I haven’t even gotten to any of the D&D focused titles yet. Personally recommend Dirty Laundry, Game Changers, and Total Forgiveness (the best reality TV show I have ever seen). I have some small cosmetic/QOL issues with the app, most notably I wish that the “New Episodes” tab would include what show they’re from somewhere, not just the name of the episode, and I would like a way to remove things from my “Resume” tab that I started but wasn’t interested in, instead of cluttering up the page until I finish the episodes. I have yet to run into any issues that have given me a poor experience using the app though. Overall, if this is your type of humor, this is very worth it. Supporting an independent streamer and dozens of incredibly talented writers, comedians, and other professionals for only $6/mo (at the time of writing) is well worth the value..Version: 8.500.1
