✓ Fun long lasting gameI have played many different games like this. This one by far is the best, and it ties in one of my favorite hobbies when I was younger Warhammer Fantasy battle. The team behind this game is actually easy to approach and solve issues and will work with you. It’s a level playing field for pacts if you buy them. No one region gets a lower price and you don’t have to buy bundles to be an impact players. So it’s a great balance, I have been playing this game almost since it came out and I login everyday multiple times a day. ✓ Good gameReally good game in the series, that said they are some terrible choices made on the developers side, in the game you have to progress and learn new units before being able to use them, pretty standard i would agree for the genre of game but, looking further ahead at the strong end game units, it can take over 300 days to learn!! No not a typo, 308 days mine says, 368 for the even stronger units. I get that these are end game units, but really? Obviously you can use the end game currency to shorten the time but quite frankly I'm not a millionaire. I get this review dont quite reflect the score i gave it, but it really is a good game, especially if your a war hammer fan and like that build your own base/empire genre but the waiting times are ridiculous, not noticeable at the start, then it gets you. ✓ Money winsIf you haven’t got several thousand to spend then do not even download this game . Totally money based with no level or power caps on attacks. The developers get 1 star for making the ultimate in seal clubbing games . If you spend three months building with moderate spending you can reach maybe 25 mill in power level 19 or 20 but in less than 5 minutes a level 27 can and will demolish your fort and destroy all your work . Healing is expensive and lengthy and already many people are cutting their losses and looking for a skill based game that wasn’t designed to empty your pockets . ✓ Great game I highly recommendThe game is free and u get to be like a demonlord of ur own clan there’s some pretty good story to it but not to much story which is good and there’s lots of event bosses u can fight and it is very fantasy as well and monsters like Trolls,goblins and dwarves depending on ur lvl and power depends on how powerful the attack against the monster will be so I highly recommend this game to ppl who like these kinda games it is in a way similar to infinity clans but in a more witch hunter vibe/medieval rpg Also if u do get the game join.Version: 3.8.2
✓ Are you a wallet warrior ?Initially I thought this game was awesome , takes time to get stuff built up but enjoyable . Then when we merged it soon became clear that those with the largest wallets will utterly dominate the game , if you don’t spend money you will be taken out . After 99 days playing it’s just became a shield and gather game but even then you can be destroyed . Last gathering attack was a 4.89 mill power attack against a 145k power gather . You are literally strangled out of the game by those who spend thousands and I do mean thousands of pounds . When I first started to play I didn’t mind spending a bit of money here and there for stuff but you cannot compete against those with unlimited money . In summary a great game until you realise you have no chance against those who pay huge amounts of money . Total shame , feel like I’ve been robbed . ✓ Fun to play while trying to pass the timeGame can definitely be a FTP but I bought the smaller starter packs and really enjoy the games artwork. Once I have more time in the game I will update but they really give you plenty to do for free. Lots of events and so far good people in my server. Only suggestion is to give an option to increase text size for us visually impaired players. So try it out especially if you’re a Warhammer 40k follower. ✓ I actually love this game.I love this game, personally, I’d only ask for their to be a UI in or Empire version. I really like a lot of the old world races and I love the idea, personally I would really enjoy an empire skin for the game (maybe with even sub faction skins (colors separately available for $$,) or other races. This is something I’d say would keep me playing and keep me committed to compete with other players. I would also be more amenable to spending money even though I’m mostly a f2p player. ✓ It’s all about communityLike most games wallet warriors rule the servers and dictate how the rest of the server plays the game. BUT, if you get into a good alliance with good people it won’t matter. You’ll find many ways to have fun and enjoy this game. It’s all about the community you surround yourself with. In regards to the game itself and the devs, it’s fun and the devs are constantly working on making improvements and adding new features and events. ✓ Good fun!I'm sure things change from server to server, but in my experience the game is great. Our server has a list of server rules (no attack players unless you're at war with another alliance or there is a pvp challenge, no attacking armies that are gathering resources, etc.) Once you join an alliance that is active and you all work together, the game is a blast. The community of the game seems very good as well. Pay to win is not I big problem either. You can play free to play and do just fine. You will still be able to support your alliance, you will still have people around the same strength as you. The only thing is that the prices for the in game purchases are a bit expensive. With that said it's up to the consumer to decide if thepurchase is worth it or not..Version: 2.10.32
✓ Better than other games of this genreThe way the game is made removes the incentive for farm accounts to me created. I’m loving everything from the units to the designs. The UI is great and everything runs smooth so far. If I had any complaints it would be that fully farming resource tiles isn’t incentivized. Some people leave a fraction of a percentage of it for someone else to waste time finishing it off. Few people take it upon themselves to clear them out leaving several tiles with less than 1k. I propose the devs leave a clearing bonus of sorts. Something small, like 3-15 min speed up, components, and materials. While it is a player created problem, it would enhance our experience and relieve some grief of this were to happen..Version: 1.10.20

✓ Combat mechanics are a bit bustedEnjoyable game - with great links to the Warhammer World - but sadly a bit light on the tactics side. No ‘archers beat infantry’; ‘cavalry beat Archers’ , etc. mechanics here. In fact the combat can be totally one sided: If you attack with enough troops, the other side won’t get to fight back - before being slaughtered! However there is a morale component, and with, perhaps, more of a tier by tier approach, the combat could be made more satisfactory. While there are Great co-operative elements - such as raising war bands and having joint missions, unfortunately the reward system rewards those who are already the most powerful - Again, maybe some levelling needs to be worked in, to make it challenging for all player (power) levels... ✓ Great Game!!!I’ve played a lot of mobile games before and some similar to this one! However, I have never been able to develop a community of active players to chat with and joke with!!! My advice get into a good alliance as soon as possible and join Discord to talk to others!!! Love Warhammer and glad for this game. Lastly, of course it’s a free game with pay options. However, I feel that rewards and other in game offers can keep it so you don’t have to spend anything. ✓ AwfulI looked past the egregious pricing system, the toxic pay to winners and the sloooooow timers. Played for a year and a half, mostly but not entirely f2p and progressing to almost T5 troops. Then people in my alliance started getting banned, not only for things they weren’t doing, but that the people who were reporting provably were! Turns out there is a game admin illegally in a rival alliance allowing this to take place. Tl;dr rank nepotism takes place here and you should save your time and money for anything other than this intellectually and morally bankrupt ‘game’.Version: 3.1.4
✓ Enjoying this game more than similar gamesI haven’t enjoyed one of these city build and defend games this much ever. Could be because it’s Warhammer, but the style and the world are a lot of fun. I don’t really have an issue with the PTW that some have. That being said, I cannot give it 5 stars because my enjoyment has been hampered by a pretty nasty tactic. There is a group that teleports their city next to ours and just devastates is and teleports out. I log in to find I was attacked, I have no idea how strong my enemy is, I cannot attack back and I cannot find them on the map. It seems to me this kind of tactic isn’t what the devs were aiming for and is borderline harassment since it goes against fair play. I would have made the teleport usages have a cool down so groups could have fun with attack retaliation and the strategy involved..Version: 1.20.61

✓ So far I like itThe game may seem very similar to most of the strategy games on mobile, which I also thought at first but it’s different, not a Extremely significant difference but it has more depth to it than the other strategy games I have seen on mobile, And the best part about it? It’s Warhammer what’s not to love. Some suggestions I have is to keep constantly updating the game, add more units as well, one of the downside I had to this was a lack of units, it’s not like their is barely any units, but more units will make this game more fun, and keep people interested, also the other thing that I suggest, that a lot of people have been suggesting is show the battle, like so we can see what’s going on and so we can command the troops, I know that’s a lot to ask but it would make the game way more different than most strategy games like this, it will be like a mini Total War: Warhammer, So far I’m liking it, and these are my suggestions. If you play by yourself, sure, you’ll have to pay to try to keep up with the alliances but if you get in a decent alliance and have some patience it definitely isn’t pay to win. If this is a game that you enjoy and it takes up your free time why wouldn’t you want to throw a few dollars the developers way? If this came out on the PS4 as an mmo or something it would have a $70 price tag to boot plus a yearly subscription for the premium content. ✓ Game appears to be promisingUpdate 9/9/20- Elevating this to 4 stars now. So with a recent update on my iOS the game was greatly improved with stability. I appreciate the response by the developer to my review and it’s a fun game. Very competitive and if this suits your play style, then this is one of the better ones out there. I would recommend getting with a high ranking alliance though. Once the hierarchy begins, anything less than a top 5 alliance will become fodder for those in the upper ranks. So be aware of that... Decent game and graphics. However the game is having serious stability issues at least with me on my phone. I have a iPhone 7+ with most current update. ✓ Warpstone challengesNormally I HATE these types of games. Maybe because it’s warhammer I actually have the patience for one of them this time, my only real complaint is that I completed one of the warpstone challenges by filling in my email as the conditions said, but I haven’t received any warpstone. I’m worried that if I do the warpstone challenges that gives me five thousand for donating to a wildlife preservation effort it’ll jip me again. Also: Alliance coins are great, and they open a lot of avenues. But shields, invigorating drafts, and warlord xp should NOT be more than 20,000. That’s kind of outrageous, the same goes for warlord honours. None of them really affect the tier level of your troops so it doesn’t really do much for your advancement, shields should just be more easily accessible anyway, and a warlord honour shouldn’t be 2,500 for ONE of them. This game is great but it could use a bit of improvement, What really has me shocked is long list of entertaining mechanics this game has that I’m not going to write down because I took too long writing this review already. The only way I could see this game being more fun is if we got cutsecenes for our warlords taking on foes or our troops taking on enemy armies. Including enemy player armies. ✓ Fun game a few ideasIve been playing the game for about 6 month now and I have really enjoyed it. I decided to leave a review to give some of my ideas. Pay to win give you a way to early start to the game which is why I think the devs should make a free to play server getting rid of all micro transactions this lets all the pay to win and free to play people separate so its more even. Another server idea is if all the timers were brought down 80 percent but the server would be reset every 6 months to a year. This would provide a much quicker game for people that like that. The daily quest should get progressively better as you level up your keep like you can get up to 500 warpstone if you do all the daily quests for all level keeps but it should increase 25 warpstone Everey time you level up your keep past the level 12. The daily quests should also give you more components to craft armor or you can decrease the amount of supplies it takes to craft armor. Timers is one of the biggest issues I have with the game. Every time I look at the tier 4 units they take half a year to learn for a singular one. I think speed ups should be easier to get or the timers for the late game stuff get cut. You could also have two permanent builders and soccer’s and can buy an additional third one with warpstone. But overall I have had a fun time playing the game and keep up the good work!.Version: 4.0.3
✓ I’m liking it alright so farGood balance, plenty of opportunity for levelling up without having to pay out. The ads are particularly annoying, but they’re optional and reward you with Gems, the premium currency, which you can get in small but steady supply by fulfilling quests. The ads are actually listed in the quest list and given difficulty ratings of brutal or gruelling and the like which is amusingly self-aware. One guy snaked two kills I’d softened up for him but that’s not a problem with the game and hey, we’re chaos warriors. I’ve almost certainly targeted some weakened prey with no malice. You could choose to raid them and participate more in the pvp aspect, but so far the PvE is rewarding..Version: 3.5.3

✓ Has great potential.I wanted to start off, I was taken by surprise a little bit when I saw that the devs for TeraGenisis (I thinks that’s the right spelling lol), I’ve enjoyed my time with that, so I hold hope with this. That being said, I’ve been playing for about a week or more; and I’ve been enjoying myself. Met some cool people, and we’ve started our own discord to keep in contact. There are a few things I’d like to recommend the devs work on implementing. First is an option to have a War Band March once it’s full. I understand the purpose of setting a time limit for a march, gives clan-mates time to contribute. But once it’s full, that’s time wasted until the countdown hits zero. The second recommendation I have is; at the very least; a second build order for all troop training. Having only one training order per troop type really bogs things down. Especially if you don’t have much of a disposable income to work with. Anyway those are my two bits, overall I do recommend this game. Also maybe the devs could work on a companion game but centered around the the the enemies of chaos, makes for a good opportunity to grow your community and have major pvp events centered around both factions..Version: 1.10.14
