✓ FrustratingBeen playing a while and really loved it, however over the last week or so there’s a pop up selling coins every time you go into a stitch, and when you cross off it this leaves a ‘mistake’ also today it has wiped all the coins I had and all the stitches I had watched videos for over a period of time, at least 4 packs and 1000 coins just gone. ✓ Was better beforeThis game has great photos and used to be so much more fun. Way too many adds. Every time you stop for a few seconds ads pop up, ads between each photo. Ads every time you receive an award. And way to expensive to choose to buy with no ads. It wasn’t this way when I first downloaded it. You used to choose if you wanted to watch an add for additional coins, now they constantly run across the bottom of the screen. I have even had times the game didn’t operate correctly as ads were changing below. If they bring back the way it was, or offer a better price to purchase it, I would definitely play more..Version: 0.109.778

✓ What the Hell Happened?I used to really like this game, until yesterday when I logged in and everything I had was gone. Over 12k coins, multiple boosters and dozens of picture packs all vanished. It’s like I never played the game before. An email to Support received no response. I’ll be deleting this game, and I advise everyone else not to bother. Update: The developer claims my account was credited 15k coins - it hasn’t shown up yet. They also have not restored any of my picture packs, although they said they would. Can’t trust anybody these days. Second update: it has been over a week since I provided the information requested in the developer’s response. They have not replaced the coins I lost nor replaced any of my picture packs. Everything that the developer said in their response is a lie. They have not done one Sam thing they said they would do. ✓ Fun, but ...This app is fun, and I like that I can import personal photos to cross stitch, but the prominent red “mistake” tally that hangs on the screen as I “play” takes all the fun out of it. Other similar apps let you tap on the error square and you’re back in business. I’d invest money in this app, but paying to “correct a mistake” mostly made when I increase or decrease the area on which I’m working really takes away from any form of relaxation. Please fix this. ✓ Fun but disappointingThere were some nice free pictures, but the really good ones cost “coins” which had to be earned by watching advertisements for other games. A pack of good pictures cost hours of watching stupid ads over and over. Completed pictures earned relatively few coins. Pictures once completed couldn’t be shared, either- I tried to go back and look at them and couldn’t access any of them. Filling in colors was easy, except for the frequent enticements to earn more coins by watching more ads..Version: 0.110.2

✓ Disappearing CoinsI really enjoy doing the many different pictures and have downloaded many albums. However yesterday I had over 48000 coins and when I went to play last night I had only 1200. ✓ Major bugsI have been playing many of the pixel, cross stitch, fill in the numbers games, and while this one has some things I do like, there are some major bugs that need to be worked out. The biggest one is that the template at the bottom that holds all the color choices keeps cutting out, breaking up so that most of the time it’s not functional. ✓ Interesting idea, but......there are only six free pictures (although it looks like they rotate one maybe every week) and it cost lots to buy new packs of “puzzles.” I got through the free pictures in a couple of days and broke down and bought a coin package. I’ve bought two packs of pictures and as I’m working my way through the second one the screen starts zooming in on it’s own and then after a few more taps, it goes white. I end up having to force close the app and sometimes even restart the iPad. ✓ No new picturesThere have been no new pictures for two months and I have 3 months left on a yearly subscription. I have finished all of the pictures. I’ve been doing Cross Stitch Coloring Mandala which has new pictures daily and pictures I haven’t yet colored. The pictures and collections are not up to the standards of this program. I don’t like the other cross stitch programs as near as much as I like this one. I am extremely disappointed and sad. And, Playcus, I don’t want a “canned” response, thank you. ✓ Not ImpressedThis app offers only six “free” pictures to test it out on, and the first one I tried (the owl), ended up with with a cross-stitch version that didn’t resemble the illustration at all. The finished pic barely looked like an animal and that only because those two large circles might be seen as eyes. It certainly didn’t look like an owl. I did try one of the other pics (the Groundhog Day one) and the result was OK, but it’s a much simpler picture so I don’t know whether owl is the exception or the norm. I gave the app 2 stars because the process of placing the “stitches” was enjoyable, and that might be enough for some users (these sorts of apps are supposed to be about relaxation, right?), but completing one of these takes a major time investment, and speaking just for myself, I want to end up with something I can like. So...just feeling really hesitant about investing real money in one of the picture packs without knowing how the finished pictures will end up..Version: 0.2.332

✓ Used to be the best...... now not so much! There are so many ads that you can’t get to a new screen without watching at least 3x (15-30 sec) ads with no way to exit out. You have to watch the entire ads before getting back to the app. Plus, you used to be able to watch videos to earn coins. Now, if you choose to watch a video to earn coins, it just goes blank and you get nothing. This used to be my favorite. Now I’d rather play a similar app that doesn’t make you watch a million ads just to play. It seems that greed runs the world. Plus, with one of the updates, they lost all of my past purchases. When I emailed a complaint, they asked me to list all of the past purchases I had made. They can look at my completed pics and ones I’m working on to see what I’ve purchased. ✓ Need a relaxing mode with no errors!With my big fingers and small phone I get a lot of errors when I hit the x beside the one I am filling in. I wish there was a setting that lets you play in a relaxing mode without getting errors and having to fix them. I play a few coloring apps that have this feature and I love playing them and watching tv at night. This cross stitch app has way better pictures to choose from and would love to use it more. ✓ FunThis app is fun. However, be warned that your bought pictures can vanish at any time. This happened to me twice. I did get MOST of them back, but still... Also, they only like to put out small pictures. During some of the holidays, the will open up a little and give us some medium and large pictures to color. You have to upgrade to get the cool pictures. This wasn’t always that way, but their got greedy. If they revert back to the way it was 6 months ago... ✓ Deletes progress and earned albumsDon’t do it. I spent tons of time earning albums and money to buy albums and they randomly delete them all. This has happened twice now and customer service is blaming my phone. All the pictures I have colored from the earned albums are there. Any uncolored pictures from the SAME albums are gone. Now how to you have completed pictures still on my phone but the albums the pictures came from mysteriously got deleted? Obviously not my phone causing the problem. ✓ Lost everythingI’ve been playing the app since the beginning of July and I’ve enjoyed it. I got sick of the ads so I purchased a coin pack and bought some sets with the coins. I had been logging in everyday to save up for another set and was up to 3900 coins Then suddenly everything was gone. When I opened the app I got a new daily log in. When I closed those windows all of my coins were gone, except for the 100 I had just received. All of my in progress and completed pics from my profile were gone. The ads were back. And the sets I had bought were now marked as unpurchased. I did not uninstall/reinstall the app. It was like someone had just erased everything. I had been playing in the app just fine an hour before. When I clicked on “restore purchases,” nothing happened. My coins and purchased sets didn’t return. And the worst part? It says you can save everything onto the cloud but there’s no option to do so. There’s not even an option to sign in, which would make recovery 1000 easier. BEWARE when doing anything in this app. They’re shady and something doesn’t seem right..Version: 0.9.580

✓ Potential to be goodThis is obviously trying to copy the success of Cross Stitch World and has the potential to be as good. Lovely pictures and easy to use, but..... The screen needs to be landscape, not portrait, or give players a choice, and everything keeps disappearing! I lose my colours and tools when I click to move to a different area and the image doesn’t stay where I want so I can’t just work on one specific area at a time. ✓ Every 15 seconds😡Okay so let me start off by saying the game is great. I love the pictures and the time it takes to complete them. The major issue that I have that kept this score so low is this. I live in the country. Even though I have unlimited data signal at mo home is spotty at best. While I understand the game needs the ability to show videos and commercials or ads to get money I wish it wasn’t so demanding about the players connectivity. While I am at home trying to play I get a pop up ever 15 seconds telling me my connection is bad. EVERY 15 SECONDS!!!!!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand maybe having this come up ever 10 maybe 15 minutes but every 15 seconds, seriously?? On top of that I have to acknowledge the message as many as 6 times before I am allowed that fast few seconds to continue my picture. Please developers I am begging you, fix issue. I want to continue playing but not if I am more frustrated than angry just from trying to play this game. If this issue is fixed in the future I would be more than happy to raise my score. ✓ Lost progressI’ve been playing this game for quite some time now. I’ve been absolutely satisfied with it up until now. Today after logging in, I realized that all my coins and purchased albums were gone!! Albums that are in progress are showing that I have to now repurchase them. I invested so much time into this game by earning coins and watching video ads in order to purchase my albums, and had over 50 of them so that I had tons of options for every day. I’ve submitted emails to support asking for help as well as posting on the Facebook page. ✓ Too many advertisements!While coloring a “free” picture, you have to watch an ad at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% completion and when finish or quit the picture. When you tap “no thanks” to getting a bonus, it still sends you to the ads. All the ads either require you watch up to 25 seconds. The normal skip buttons after a few seconds do not appear to work. I do not think this app is good enough to pay $8 a month or $80 a year to avoid the ads. I won’t be playing this game any longer. ✓ Coins disappearingThis is a fun app and I appreciate that you can earn coins and get more patterns so that the app doesn’t become obsolete… except recently my coins keep disappearing. I’ll close the app and reopen it, and they’re gone. Just now I closed the app with about 2500 coins, and when I reopened it, I now have 1600. And this isn’t the first time. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it’s a glitch, but at this point it doesn’t matter if it’s a glitch. It’s not cool. Needs to be fixed. I’ve done daily check ins and watched a bunch of ads and wound up with nothing. Meanwhile I’m sure the app gets payment for those ads….Version: 0.109.983
