✓ Misleading and quasi stealingThis is outrages. There was no information or descriptions as the cost of subscription. Not fully being told the cost, I was charged $179 for the whole year and there isn’t a cancellation option or swap to a cheaper plan. This is outraged and you need to refund me. ✓ Scam app - Don’t downloadA few other folks here have mentioned this, but this app is specifically designed to rob you. I was going to test out the free version to see if this is something that might interest me, and the screens pop you automatically to a purchase screen where if you’re just holding your phone they authenticate your purchase of a yearly subscription without you actually validating it. I looked up from my screen while entering my stats because of a distraction in the room and looked down to see a new screen had auto-loaded and because of how I was holding my phone, that verified purchase check box popped up. ✓ Careful -deceptive UI tricks you into paying $119The developers purposely have you fill out information and at a subscription screen where you think you’ll have a free trial, they trick you into paying $119 for a 1-year subscription of absolutely nothing because of the placement of your thumb on the home button where you can’t take it back. Canceling the subscription doesn’t refund you and blaming it on a third party app and the fact that they don’t control the payment process is not real. Pretty brazen and they probably make a killing with this fraudulent practice. ✓ A bit buggyI like the app and have been using it for about a week. Unfortunately there are a couple of annoying bugs. Firstly the sound from Apple Music varies a lot. It will start off quiet and then jump to really loud. Secondly it sometimes drops out of the routine when listening to music (seems to be ok on its own). ✓ This app is a scam! It’s designed to mislead you.It’s very clear that this app is designed to trick and pressure people into paying a massive subscription fee. After you read this I hope you see the deception. Here how: From the moment you set up the app it greets you with a massive yearly subscription fee up to 150 dollars. It doesn’t show any of the cheaper alternatives on that screen...like the monthly which are 40 a month. What most disgusting is that they make the “X” button in the top left corner extremely hard to see, almost the same shade of orange like the rest of the screen, so it’s completely camouflaged. And you feel pressured into paying that fee. But once you tap that button, you’ll be able to use the app free but very limited. Then you’ll be able to select cheaper alternatives for subscription fee. And the x button would be more clear and easier to see. Another thing that I realize too is that once you delete the app and reinstall it, the subscription page that you are first greeted with would change to a more lighter theme, showing a picture of a women who lost weight. This means the X button is way clearer to see. Also, it show 2 subscription options, the extremely expensive year option and the cheaper $9 weekly option. This didn’t happen when I first downloaded the app. The subscription page was orange. The were no pictures and the X button was extremely hard to see and very faint. And it only showed the extremely expensive yearly fee. So it’s clear that they want to hide the fact that they camouflage the X button, to say that they didn’t. and so people who first download this app is most likely will get scammed. These kinds of greedy practices should be unlawful. I can’t believe apple allows this thing on the AppStore. It is a subscription and the parameters of it are pretty difficult to see as you input your information and hit continue. One of the continue buttons agrees to $119 charge renewed annually. It is deceptive. The print is very small and the color of the font is much too similar to the background color and therefore easy to miss. Except this page had small print after the continue button that you would not see unless you scrolled down. No way for me to back out of this page or go to other areas of this app...I’m locked into agreeing to a subscription I do not want so I deleted the app. That small print further informs me that deleting the app will not cancel the subscription.
