✓ Deleting this appI used to LOVE this game. After the recent update I lost over a million tokens and was only given 3 lives like everyone else. Horrible customer service. I hate this because I really loved this game. Now the game has a glitch of some sort. I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone and reinstalled the app again and it didn’t fix it. When I play my wins are no longer going up, the numbers are stalled and I’ve wasted all my power ups and diamonds trying to finish these levels and play the game and it’s still not fixed. I gave this game a second chance after the update but I’m going to have to delete it now. With the glitches and problems it makes it impossible to play without spending money. I probably spent too much time playing it. I don’t know what has happened, but to go from thousands of coins to less than 100 (some acquired making actual purchases) because of a glitch causing the game to reset continuously is disheartening and has caused me to quit playing it. I have tried day after day hoping that it would be fixed. The developers and the people providing support have been friendly enough, and have tried to help, but there seems to be no end in sight. ✓ Complaining works...After the recent changes to the app I had lost a lot of power ups because they wanted to change the system. So instead of trading in all the stickers and adding to our current bank of power ups they just took everything away then traded in the stickers and that was all you got to keep. I complained that it wasn’t fair because I had worked hard to build up my power ups so that I would have them for the harder levels. Because I complained they gave me 100 extra power ups across the board to make up for what I lost. Fair trade since one of the power ups is new! The game itself is pretty good! I’m trying to build up my coins and power ups to attempt the higher levels that cost a ton of coins to play so I can’t speak to levels past 3 or to the hot seat because I haven’t earned that one yet. I also notice when playing the game with the magnifying glass at times I will select my answer perfectly (or appears to be perfectly straight) - maybe it is off EVER so slightly but looks to be perfect - and it doesn’t register so I have to go back and move it slightly and put it back where it was before.
