Bugs you tend to get stuck in things a lot or someone will be invisible shooting at you. Lags so much during important battles the mechs were decent but when a new comes out it most likely be OP and takes forever to be nerfed one of the reason why I think the game is decent is because of the anime style and the game takes skills you don’t need to pay if you play only to get mechs and skins but just keep playing an you’ll get them so it’s not a biggy but even skill can’t save you from lag an the game crashing and when it does crash your basically loss and ALOT of times I’ll be offline disconnect again my internet is good I have decent hardware iPad Pro 12 and my settings for graphics are low because having it high is a nightmare but the game is new so I can forgive it for now if the developers would fix it then good because they have other games they are running and the company is decent so there you be no excuses but hey just my opinion don’t take it to likely because a good developer should always take reviews and try to fix a game that has bugs and sever issues. ✓ Cross Over for new PC version? Controller?Good game!! Could be great! One big blow to this game is you can’t migrate your mobile account to the new PC version. So if you’ve invested a bunch of time and money into mobile you’ll have to start over to play PC. This is pretty frustrating considering it was originally a mobile game. How cool would it be to be able to switch between platforms! Cyber Hunter is cross platform, why was it decided to not do the same with SMC? Most of your hard core players would love to have the option to migrate their accounts. This will probably discourage a lot of mobile players from switching to the PC version. Bad marketing in my opinion. The next big blow is no controller support. This game is screaming for controller support. Don’t know if the developers read these but maybe they have something in the works 🤞A response would be awesome! ✓ It’s ok but one big issueSo firstly let’s talk about gameplay it’s smooth simple and just works the way you would expect, graphically the game is stunning much better in terms of visuals than fortnite and pubg! Now the issues: far far far to many bots in lobbies and not enough real players (could change if more start playing) and secondly the biggest ISSUE by far is that there is no controller support. I’m a mobile gamer who likes using a controller (rotor riot) especially for game like this. ✓ Lags are killing the gameGood: Design of mechs and pilots, good graphics, interesting abilities. Good game about mechs, not much to compare to. Really quality game for mobile, still not much content but I’m sure they will slowly fill the game. BAD: Lags and Frame Rate drops are Often in the standard match mode, making you the Easy target, and then the game trying to penalise you. Never this happened in CoD mobile or any MOBA mobile games I’ve played. But here it’s just game breaking. What Lags ? So when you play Battle Royale nothing big happens, but on small matches - imagine, you drift across the map and than Complete Stop, your mech or pilot - stuck (legs are moving, but no control) for 5-10 seconds while you receive the damage having no control. Now imagine you call a Mech and you stuck again for nearly 30 seconds and can do nothing , just standing there until finally animation kicks in and than finally you can move. Yes match is still active, you are the easy target and You Get The Warning for penalty because you not active, even if it’s not your fault but the software called - game. Also lags during combat when suddenly frame rate drops and just merely possible to hit an enemy player - go learn from CoD mobile how to optimize the game. I would like to post this to developers as feedback or issue ticket, but the feature for this does not exist , so I’ll post here in the App store. ✓ Some weird stuff really stopped me playingThe game is really encourage camping, each Mecha almost deals the same DPS so there’s not much skill required but rather who started the damage first. If there’s another camper starting to attach you right after the fight then you are pretty much done. As the human form is pretty impossible to kill a mecha or even escape in open areas. Some game mechanics are super weird as well: if you jump while you are trying to use an item such as healing or vehicle, the progress immediately stops and you have to start over. This can be frustrating when you are trying to escape, as standing still is stupid in this game because the hit scan area is soooo huge, again anyone can kill you is just the matter of time. I’m a pretty good mobile FPS gamers and I almost never die in human vs human but always killed by mecha camper which made this game not fun at all because the mecha doesn’t requires that much skill. Another stupid mechanic is when I’m trying to escape by summoning a vehicle, and the progress was disrupted for some reason, the item icon switch to healing items immediately after I took a damage, and I have to switch it back to try to summon a vehicle to escape. Overall, I have to play one game a day to make my monthly pass worth it, but I don’t see myself play this game after because it’s so easy for campers yet so hard me who just wanna get as many kills as possible..麦当基叔叔Version: 1.1.5

However there are lots of bugs and crashes in this game which still remains unsolved since the beginning of season 1 (and its S6 atm). These issues are very discouraging and affects my game experience massively. ✓ It’s alrightThis game looks fun and it really is, but there are some issues. There’s audio issues every time I get into a squads match. For some reason this doesn’t happen with solo mode though. Make it so that when you spawns your mech it becomes invincible for a few seconds because before I even get into my mech it gets destroyed. It’s impossible to defeat 3 mechs when your the only person in your squad remaining so you can’t defeat all of them so you just have to accept defeat. When your mech is destroyed, make it so that you go faster and further away from where your mech was destroyed. By the time I land, the mechs that destroyed my mech are already where I landed and start destroying me. Overall, it’s a good game to play as long as you don’t have trashy teammates who die before you can get into a mech battle. Whenever I get into a match, IMMEDIATELY I get higher tier players to go up against, I’m a very good player when it comes to FPS games, but trying to improve myself in this one is almost impossible. And it takes forever to get the mecha that you want. If you want a nice skin, you better grind out, hard. Any way, I’m gold ranked player, I’m going up against diamond and platinum even the top 50 players every single match. Don’t get me started with the connection, over 100 ms even 200ms. ✓ It was goodThis was a very good game, I invested a lot of time into it, however over the last little bit (since the newest map was released) I haven’t been able to play a single good game, either I’m glitching through the map, or I glitches to the inside of a chimney and can’t get out, even after the storm has passed me, and from that position you can’t even summon your mech to get out, or the game is lagging so hard you end up frozen in place and die because you couldn’t move or see. Then on top of all that, if you have to leave the game they take tournament points and credit points from you, even though you had to leave the game because you couldn’t do anything!! Developers please note I am very upset by this. I can’t play a single round without one of these issues happening. Most of the time it’s two of them mostly lag mixed with trapping me. ✓ Exactly what I expect from neteaseThis game was almost perfect but here’s some things that need to be changed if netease wants more people to play. 1. Unban mechs from solo matches at the endgame. Mechs being banned in the endgame in squads is reasonable but in solo it’s horrible. If your planning to play by yourself be ready to be in a lot of situations where your enemy has a mech but you don’t and guess what you can’t call it in the end because it’s banned. 2. Fix the systems. The systems in all of netease games do not work they do not establish damage as it should and it’s very wonky. 3.Let the mechs be immune for a couple seconds while they spawn in. You know how annoying it is to spawn your mech and as soon as it’s spawned it’s destroyed. 4. The damage system ( as the same with all netease battle Royale games ) are very broken. They do not establish the damage that the systems are supposed to. For example you will shoot at someone directly about 60% of your clip from your regular assault rifle which holds 30 bullets. 60% of the clip is more than enough to kill any player, but in netease games that’s just not the case sometimes the game will treat it if you are not shooting at all. Please fix. This game is pretty good with the mechanics and all but as always with netease this game was almost a good game. Thing is I have two problems, the sound quality and the fact that you can’t bring back your teammates. Let’s talk about the reviving part, in any other netease game I’ve played that was a battle royale, or any battle royale game, there was always a way to respawn your teammates. I just lost and usually when I’m downed I quit since I’d rather not have a chance an5 leveling up then letting someone else kill me. Another issue is the quality. Of course netease is good wit these types of things. Here’s my problem, sometimes I’m playing and the sound just automatically shuts off. I make sure the volume is up, all the settings are fine and my ringer is on. Nothing worked and I still don’t know what’s happening. Actually, here’s something new, the mecha cool down, when you lose your mecha from damage, you do get shot up in the air as an escape route although you don’t go far enough to get out of the fight. Usually when this happens it’s a war zone. Some mechas can fly and they could follow you. That’s the problem. ✓ Getting worseWould I recommend? No. Ok so I’ve been playing the game for 3 months and I have to say. I feel like the game is just getting worse after each update, especially the update after season 1 ended. Before the update, there were some lags and bugs that’s been existing since I started playing the game. I expected they would somewhat do something about that since I kept sending them feedbacks whenever I experience sudden lags/crash or bugs. But no, after the update, everything went to a mess, the game has more lags than ever and the bug where my character would keep getting stuck anywhere even in mid-air and that’s not my connection, my teammates AND enemies see me running in one place. And the map just refuses to load for absolutely no reason, frames just keep dropping til it is literally impossible to play or til you die. The gameplay of the game is definitely fun and unique 8/10 for that, but about SMOOTHNESS, I’d give it a 3/10. No matter how good or fun your game is, if it’s bumpy and laggy to play, it is just garbage. ✓ Eh...Overall the game is great, there’s only two problems and that’s the “customer service” (if I can even call it that) and also the notice when you get when you’re locked out. The “customer service” does not help you at all, they just repeat themselves and if you provide evidence that shows, you in fact DID NOT hack the game they will keep your account locked until the ban is over. I provided a lot of evidence that clearly showed that I never hacked the game, my device is jailbroken, yes, but I did not realize that I would get locked out for no reason a second time (first time I didn’t know it was because my phone is jailbroken). The notice said I used “hacking software” and “x-ray vision” when in fact I never did, after I contacted them that I was falsely accused of something that I did not do, they responded back twice saying the same message that they had put for the first one I sent, saying that I used hacking software and etc. You need to fix this and get ACTUAL better customer service at least use an email, and also do an actual thorough job on checking if someone hacked or not on the game instead of falsely accusing people that are using a jailbroken device. ✓ PLEASE READ THIS!!!I really enjoy this game a lot it has potential but there some things in the games that kinda ruins it. 1. Please ban the Mecha in the endgame for solos. There been so many times where I can’t use my Mecha and the other player using there Mecha spamming everything he can do to kill me. I literally just stand there cause what’s the point in trying. It should be man vs man with whatever guns they have. It would make it so much fair for both players. 2. It’s so annoying when your calling your Mecha and the other player with their Mecha is just standing there spamming at you and by the time you get to control it it’s already half way down of health and you lose the battle instantly. 3. It’s really dumb that you move not only extremely slow while healing but you can’t do anything. If you jump it cancels automatically I mean there’s been situations where I’m in the open with no cover and the other player is just going crazy and I’m struggling to move. I’m not just gonna stand there and heal myself while there shooting at me. But besides that thats the only complaint I have I really enjoy this game and I recommended to other people already. Disappointing.I think the challenging aspect of this game is amazing if only you people would allow us to use controller even if you balanced the aim assist for controller connections, not only would it encourage more people to play this game but it would put high level face offs on a completely new level and make the game more.. playable.. when combat is happenning fast, for people like me whos thumbs have plenty of damaged skin interfering with the touch screen connection it gets very frustrating and resently ive resorted to only playing fast paced games with controller support. For example you get stuck in the air and constantly freezing at he most critical moments. I can’t even play any mode other than battle royal the game freezes and lags. Also every new features they come out with don’t make sense and is a cash grab gimmick. For example let’s come out with pilot customization but most of that stuff comes from gacha anyways. I expected a lot more from this game as player coming from a game like pubg. Pubg is a way richer and more complex environment with many more game modes and it works fine one my phone. It doesn’t glitch or lag and I don’t have the frustration I got from playing SMC. It’s like what’s the point of even having a dev, when we are doing all their job for them by “providing” them with everything. And they clearly don’t have vision of anything so don’t waste your time. Yeah and players are promoting shooting people when the world now is full of school shootings, cancel this game cos there isn’t any type of supervision from the developers and players can do whatever they want.
