✓ Can’t add to blocked listThe manage option to the block list has a grayed out plus button. How do you add a number that comes through to my list? I’ve reported it and still can’t add it to my blocked list. I can add it as a favorite but what good is that? Update. Greyed out features are premium paid options. ✓ Doesn’t block unavailable or no name caller I’dI really wanted to like this app but it’s not worth it. I got it to block people calling from unavailable or blocked caller ids but they are still able to get through and call. ✓ Love the product Not the scammersName ID has been successful to a point. At first it was perfect. No interruptions at all. I felt a sense of power and peace to know that I could answer my phone. But now the scammer just continue to text message my number now with all their unwanted junk that they text to me. The trash that they text to me sometimes is so inappropriate. I’m hoping the you can come up with a way to block them from resorting to text message harassment. ✓ Don’t waste your timeI contacted my carrier after receiving countless calls from “no caller i.d”- and when I say countless I mean COUNTLESS as in 15-20 in a minute! They had me download this app to end the constant calls I was being harassed with. I did as I was instructed, it said the scam block was now on, and the agent told me my problem was over. About 7 minutes later the “no caller i.d” calls began again and the screen that shows that the app is on, with the counter to show the number of scam calls the app blocked still shows 0- even as the calls were coming in!? ✓ Useless app(0 star)I DON'T GET WHERE THE IMAGINARY 5 STAR REVIEW IS COMING FROM! This app is so useless to a point where you can't look up any phone number(s), none of the features mention in the app can even be use. It block an imaginary phone number that I never even get a call from a date that the app wasn't even install. And the app show a bunch of other phone numbers on the date the app was never install.
