✓ Ruined Island King - more interested in salesThey have totally ruined the game. They now don’t give free bombs for watching adverts to beat Paul. So it’s now impossible to do by yourself, another player has to help. Don’t get birds when the bonus game slingshot is available. Need to buy them so pointless calling it a bonus game. No longer gives a free chest for card collections. Offers adverts to watch for free spins but when you try to watch them. Message comes up saying try later. Their excuse is saying it’s during rush hour though I’ve played for two weeks at various times throughout the day and has gave the same message every time. Though on Smash Island it’s parent game you can watch 18 adverts soon as you log in anytime day or night for 10 bombs, 10 birds, 10 spins and 3 chests. Island King are now simply constantly chasing sales and give nothing to the players anymore.Version: 2.10.0

✓ Enjoy game but rewards aren’t goodI have played this game for probably two years now, I love playing the game but the rewards aren’t what they use to be. I lose thousands in spends without hitting more than coins. For the side games im lucky to get even a few items like axes, fruit or puzzle pieces. If im lucky I might finish it once each game. ✓ GLITCHES!!!!I know I’m not the only one sick of this game having glitches!!! Today I haven’t been able to spin at all. I have 3k spins but every time I spin it lands on the line!! Y’all could post something on your FB page letting us know what’s going on. All we get are admins (who are players as well) telling us in world chat to be patient that you’re working on it. Also being told that the game is too big to do updates all at once! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard! Lots of BIG games update just fine!!! ✓ Coin master remakeThis game is literally a remake of coin master if you look at the island king icon and the coin master icon you can see they both have black gloves, black capes, a black mask, a blue background and there both holding a coin. They’re the same just different animals. I like coin master more but the game is still kind of fun. 😕.Version: 2.18.0
✓ ConfusedI’ve been playing island king for a long time now, and all of a sudden I can’t log in using fb with my WiFi? I’ve always just opened the game up and started playing, now you’ve changed it to either play as guest or via your fb account. So what’s happened that I can’t play using WiFi, I’ve changed nothing and all my other games are as should be. But no it says cannot connect to network, but using my data it connects straight away? Same for everything else. Button needs to be input to bypass individual rewards. I can claim all at once. Very annoying so I have slowed down playing. ✓ Unfair gameI have been playing this game for over a year and I used to love it and I recently joined a great tribe which I will probably be kicked out of it soon for attacking tribe members. People attack me but they never have anything on their islands so I have no choice but to pick random which now it is always my tribe members The first rule of tribe is don’t attack tribe members. You are not playing fair I don’t think that it is possible for every single person that attacks me has nothing on their island so island king I guess I’m forced to dump your game for a fair game I did write to you to ask you to do something about this twice but you don’t bother to answer any of my requests so thanks for that. ✓ Island KingExciting in the beginning but once you collect card sets and jump to different islands you can no longer achieve goals to advance. I haven’t seen a new card in more than a year and I even bought (with game coins) chests to try to finish sets. They give them to you in the beginning to make you like the game then it just stops. ✓ Waste of time you can’t get back!People will say it’s just a game. But if the game isn’t even following their own rules and cheat. There’s a problem. Almost every issue, they expect a screenshot, but when you message them on the game. There is no way to send them the screenshot, sometime you could not get a screenshot because it’ll froze and close the game. These people will find excuses to not help you, they will find a way to make it more difficult by asking for proof that you couldn’t get and they know if themselves. One of the customer rep I messaged with told me they can see what goes on on everyone’s account. They don’t really need screenshots, it’s just a way to stop people to message and giving them free stuff, because they want the people to pay..Version: 2.15.0
✓ Not like the advert on FB at all!!!2*’s because I can sort of see why it might be a little addictive but it is still a bit boring & repetitive. The FB ad was moving pins to get treasure out safely without hurting the girl or the treasure. It is NOTHING like that. You spin a wheel to get money, then you develop the island with the money in these 5 categories until you’ve completed it & go onto the next level. On the spin wheel, if you get them, you can attack, steal or shield other random islands. It’s very simplistic & nothing like the “IQ puzzle” game it suggested in the ad. ✓ Very disappointedI have been playing this game for a long time and it has been a great stress reliever. Until the update. I have over 5,500 stars, I’m done building ALL the islands available (119) and I finished my king pass in just a few days of being offered... I play A LOT. I spend money almost daily, because of how much I enjoyed playing Island King. Once the game updated from being able to refresh tributes to be earned with diamonds to earning tributes off the plant, I realized I wasn’t able to earn as many tributes as before. I’m a Vice in my tribe and now due to the plant, I can’t really help my tribe get to another level. Please explain more to your players on your Facebook page or somewhere on how we can truly earn tributes to get us to another level. My plant shows a locked area of level four but my tribe chat shows we’re still on level 3. None of it is making sense to me. I really hope someone is able to fix the issues I have or at least explain more in depth as to how I can earn more tributes to help get my tribe to higher levels, as well as adding more islands to build. ✓ Great alternative to Coin MasterEdit to my review: Such a shame this game doesn’t give out the golds you need to complete sets and win spins. I kid you not I have over 50 card sets each with just 1 gold card needed to complete the set and win spins. I spend money on chests all the time. Just spent billions on about 30 deluxe chests and got 1 new gold card which didn’t even complete me a set. Such a fix! This game is getting deleted shortly unless they sort out the issue. Players you have been warned! Been playing this game for 18 months or so now. Absolutely love it. Get in with a great team for an even better gaming experience. I paid money in your app to help my tribe and all I get is some BS like this. Under FAQ, you have an automated question asking you crap and you had nothing to go with my issue! ✓ Game is horrible at refundsUpdate, I have sent several support tickets to island king for my refund. They responded that I am due my refund and I should contact Apple iTunes. I have done what they have requested and Apple iTunes keeps declining my request for refund. This is a game problem and the support folks know it. If they had just credited me my spins or money back all would be great. But, instead they intent to keep stealing money for all users of the game blaming technical issues which they keep your funds. Think twice before you download this game. Although I like playing the game, they are horrible at refunded you your money when it is there fault. They don’t even provide you with proof why they deny you your money. They need to stop interfering with purchases when the time crossovers happen, because 9/10 times that is when I have issues. This morning it was with the tournament. I paid and it said all done, the App Store shows I was billed and yet I didn’t get my reward spins, etc. and it’s not the first time. However I have noticed no matter how many coins I use Island King has not given me any new cards in about two to three weeks straight. I really enjoy playing, I’m at the highest island right now-193, and I spend a lot of money on this game , especially the daily spins packages, etc. lately I noticed they are offering (me) these tiny packages with hardly any spins and lame chests with no new cards. Right now I want to play the event, but where I’m at, there I don’t have enough spins to complete it, to me I feel as though they want me to waste all my spins. I don’t understand why they are doing this, considering I’ve spent a lot of money on this game ( I mean a lot, hundreds of dollars). Now recently I filed a complaint with them about a girl harassing my tribe members they condoned it and said it was part of the game! ✓ Enjoyed this game until recentlyThis game was really fun at first. I enjoyed playing with my girlfriend all the time. I felt like it wasn’t a struggle to get to the next island. However, with the newest update, where they added new islands, this game has become extremely greedy. It feels like the game purposely gives you less spins now so you are forced to buy one of their packages. Before it took me a few days to move to the next island, but now it takes a week or more to move on. Also the spins have become extremely unfair. Sometimes I go through 50 spins without landing on any of the special slots. Additionally, the chests have become useless because now you can buy the largest chest and just get one new card out of eight, when before I was getting atleast 3 or 4. ✓ Fun gameThis is a great game when you belong in a tribe. It has issues for me tho with connecting to Facebook and when I do callbacks with tribe members who are Facebook friends as well as it will constantly lag out when I go to attack someone or try to steal and it won’t show the other players island which makes it very hard to know who I should attack and what buildings since I’m unable to see it! Other than that it’s a lot of fun! Recently I CANT CONNECT MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and it shows “network is not available please try again”. I’ve tried to deleted it from my phone and Facebook then reinstall and sign in and still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted support and no reply back to me now for two weeks. ✓ Island kingI play this game every day. Yes I spend money. The only complaint I have about this game is that it doesn’t give appropriate cards in chests we win. I am way past beginning sets however I keep winning/ buying the same ole cards over and over . It’s so discouraging to play and rarely getting new cards or even gold ones. Can you fix this so those of us farther along in the card sets and islands could at least get cards closer to where we are in the game? ✓ On the fenceI initially thought this game was cool. I mean it still can be with some work. First I spend and didn’t get my coins (have the screenshot to prove it). Then it make you attack your friends, don’t like that. Lastly when you get two shields and you get attack it uses it as if you have one. That kinda defeat the purpose of getting double shields. The worst of all is that I completed all islands but since you can’t move on, the completed island remains only to be attacked continuously.
